Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于缓解便秘的益生菌保健饮料,包括混合益生菌和MCT,所述混合益生菌由长双歧杆菌、两歧双歧杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌Lp90、乳双歧杆菌、短双歧杆菌组成,其质量百分比为5‑30%双歧杆菌、5‑30%两歧双歧杆菌、8‑35%鼠李糖乳杆菌、10‑45%植物乳杆菌Lp90、10‑45%乳双歧杆菌%、8‑35%短双歧杆菌。本发明所述益生菌保健饮料,科学的配方配比,通过双向调节肠道的微生态环境与肠道菌群的平衡,促进肠道内益生菌的繁殖,抑制腐败菌的生长,有效改善和预防便秘,增强肠道免疫力,可避免强力排泄给身体带来的损伤。

技术领域
本发明属于益生菌保健品技术领域,具体涉及一种用于缓解便秘的益生菌保健饮料。
背景技术
随着饮食结构的改变及精神和社会压力的增大,便秘已成为困扰现代人的问题之一,严重的影响着人们的生活质量。便秘人群易出现肠道菌群紊乱,长期便秘还会诱发各种疾病。研究表明,各类传统的治疗便秘的药物在临床研究和应用中显现诸多问题。同样通过研究表明,便秘患者同时伴有结肠动力障碍的问题的几率非常大,因此可以说结肠动力障碍是导致便秘的主要原因。结肠动力障碍最常见的表现是结肠排空迟缓,而结肠动力减弱则是这种结肠排空迟缓的主要原因。由于肠内容物在结肠滞留时间过长,水分过度吸收,粪便干结,加重了排便困难。而长期的便秘本身也可导致或者加重肠道菌群紊乱。并且随着医药科学的突飞发展,广谱和强力的抗菌素被广泛应用于治疗各种疾病,使人体肠道内正常的菌群平衡受到不同程度的破坏,肠道内益生菌菌数的多少成了衡量人体健康与否的指标之一。
益生菌是一类对宿主有益的活性微生物,益生菌是近几年研究比较多的肠道微生态调整产品,是定植于人体肠道、生殖系统内,能产生确切健康功效从而改善宿主微生态平衡、发挥有益作用的活性有益微生物的总称。目前世界上研究的功能最强大的产品主要是以上各类微生物组成的复合活性益生菌,其广泛应用于生物工程、工农业、食品安全以及生命健康领域。对人体有益的益生菌大概有十几种,主要有:酪酸梭菌、乳酸菌、双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、放线菌、酵母菌等。益生菌的功效:预防或改善腹泻;缓解不耐乳糖症状;预防阴道感染;增强人体免疫力;促进肠道消化系统健康;降低血清胆固醇。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的不足之处,本发明提供一种用于缓解便秘的益生菌保健饮料。
为了达到上述目的,本发明技术方案如下:
一种用于缓解便秘的益生菌保健饮料,包括混合益生菌和MCT,所述混合益生菌由长双歧杆菌、两歧双歧杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌Lp90、乳双歧杆菌、短双歧杆菌组成,其质量百分比为5-30%双歧杆菌、5-30%两歧双歧杆菌、8-35%鼠李糖乳杆菌、10-45%植物乳杆菌Lp90、10-45%乳双歧杆菌%、8-35%短双歧杆菌。
进一步的,所述混合益生菌中各组成菌群的质量百分比为10%双歧杆菌、10%两歧双歧杆菌、15%鼠李糖乳杆菌、25%植物乳杆菌Lp90、25%乳双歧杆菌、15%短双歧杆菌。
进一步的,所述混合益生菌活菌量为(2~3)×1010 CFU/g。
进一步的,所述混合益生菌和MCT的质量比为(0.75 - 1):10。作为优选,质量比为0.8167:10。
进一步的,所述益生菌保健饮料每10mL中含有10gMCT。
本发明的原料:
(1)双歧杆菌:可以维护肠道正常细菌菌群平衡,抑制病原菌的生长,防止便秘,下痢和胃肠障碍等;抗肿瘤;在肠道内合成维生素、氨基酸和提高机体对钙离子的吸收;降低血液中胆固醇水平,防治高血压;改善乳制品的耐乳糖性,提高消化率;增强人体免疫机能,预防抗生素的副作用,抗衰老,延年益寿;增强机体的非特异和特异性免疫反应;控制内毒素血症的作用;提高宿主对放射线的耐受性;
(2)两歧双歧杆菌:两岐双歧杆菌在人体肠内发酵后可产生乳酸和醋酸,能提高钙、磷、铁的利用率,促进铁和维生素D的吸收。双歧杆菌发酵乳糖产生半乳糖,是构成脑神经系统中脑苷脂的成分,与婴儿出生后脑的迅速生长有密切关系。双歧杆菌可以产生维生素B1、B2、B6、B12及丙氨酸、缬氨酸、天冬氨酸和苏氨酸等人体必需的营养物质;
(3)鼠李糖乳杆菌:具有高效降胆固醇,促进细胞分裂,可起到调节肠道菌群、预防和治疗腹泻、排除毒素、预防龋齿、提高机体免疫力及抗癌等重要的生理保健功能;
(4)植物乳杆菌:具有很多的保健作用,如:有一定的免疫调节作用;对致病菌有抑制作用;降低血清胆固醇含量和预防心血管疾病;维持肠道内菌群平衡;促进营养物质吸收;缓解乳糖不耐症;抑制肿瘤细胞的形成等;
(5)乳双歧杆菌:可以通过调整肠道菌群,并通过产生乙酸、乳酸等短链脂肪酸来抑制肠道腐败菌的生长和有毒代谢产物的形成,刺激肠蠕动,从而减少水分的过度吸收而缓解便秘症状;可通过调整肠道正常菌群,抑制肠道许多腐败菌生长,从而减少一些肠源性致癌物的产生;
(6)短双歧杆菌:可以保护肠道黏膜,维持和增强肠道黏膜屏障,促进肠上皮细胞的分化和增殖;可以维持肠道免疫稳定,维持黏膜免疫应答的稳定状态,促进出生后肠道黏膜免疫系统和全身免疫系统的发育成熟,并且通过抑制肠道黏膜过度生成炎症因子降低系统全身性免疫应答反应;有助于肠道菌群的恢复,有效缓对治疗与预防腹泻、便秘均起到作用;
(7)MCT:是中链甘油三酯(Medium Chain Triglycerides)的简称,是由碳链长度6-12的饱和中链脂肪酸组成的甘油三酯。医药行业中常用作溶剂、载体和乳化剂,也可以作为食品行业中香精、色素和维生素的溶剂,其具有不易被胃酸分解,易在肠道中水解的特性。天然存在于棕榈仁油、椰子油等食品和母乳中,是膳食脂肪的来源之一。作为食品添加剂,中链甘油三酯仅由饱和脂肪酸构成,凝固点低,室温下为液体,粘度小。与大豆油比较,完全是无臭、无色的透明液体。与普通的油脂和氢化油脂相比,中链甘油三酯不饱和脂肪酸的含量极低,氧化稳定性非常好,其碘值不超过0.5,MCT在高温和低温下特别稳定。
有益效果:本发明所述益生菌保健饮料,科学的配方配比,通过双向调节肠道的微生态环境与肠道菌群的平衡,促进肠道内益生菌的繁殖,抑制腐败菌的生长,有效改善和预防便秘,增强肠道免疫力,可避免强力排泄给身体带来的损伤,避免吃药的苦楚和副作用,价格适宜,服用方便,适用于日常的肠道健康护理。

以下参照具体的实施例来说明本发明。本领域技术人员能够理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明,其不以任何方式限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种用于缓解便秘的益生菌保健饮料,每10mL的益生菌保健饮料中含有10gMCT和0.8167g混合益生菌;混合益生菌由10%双歧杆菌、10%两歧双歧杆菌、15%鼠李糖乳杆菌、25%植物乳杆菌Lp90、25%乳双歧杆菌、15%短双歧杆菌组成。
实施例2
一种用于缓解便秘的益生菌保健饮料,每10mL的益生菌保健饮料中含有10gMCT和0.8167g混合益生菌;混合益生菌由5%双歧杆菌、5%两歧双歧杆菌、8%鼠李糖乳杆菌、37%植物乳杆菌Lp90、37%乳双歧杆菌、8%短双歧杆菌组成。
实施例3
一种用于缓解便秘的益生菌保健饮料,每10mL的益生菌保健饮料中含有10gMCT和0.8167g混合益生菌;混合益生菌由30%双歧杆菌、30%两歧双歧杆菌、10%鼠李糖乳杆菌、10%植物乳杆菌Lp90、10%乳双歧杆菌、10%短双歧杆菌组成。
实施例4
一种用于缓解便秘的益生菌保健饮料,每10mL的益生菌保健饮料中含有10gMCT和0.8167g混合益生菌;混合益生菌由5%双歧杆菌、5%两歧双歧杆菌、35%鼠李糖乳杆菌、10%植物乳杆菌Lp90、10%乳双歧杆菌、35%短双歧杆菌组成。
1. 益生菌保健饮料中活菌数检测
检测方法:采用平板计数法对总活菌数进行检测;并以普通市售的益生菌保健饮料作对比例。检测结果:见表1。

从表1中可以看出在本发明提供的质量配比范围内的益生菌保健饮料(实施例1至4),其活菌数可以达到2×1010CFU/g,而普通市售的益生菌保健饮料(对比例),其活菌数为3.9×107CFU/g。可见本发明提供的复合益生菌大大增加了益生菌的活菌总数,有效降低了益生菌发挥作用所用的时间,从而能够有效改善便秘等胃肠道疾病。
2. 便秘改善效果评价
观察样本:选择习惯性便秘人群200人,男女各100人,分成2组,一组为实验组,一组为对照组,其中每组中10岁以下10人,11-30岁20人,31-60岁30人,61-80岁20人,81岁以上20人。符合便秘罗马Ⅲ标准;病程最少一个月;近一周内未服用影响胃肠道动力药物;诊断IBS依据不足;结肠镜或结肠造影检查排除肠道器质性病变及由全身性疾病引起的便秘;近三月满足以下两项或两项以上症状:①至少25%的排便感到费力②至少25%的排便为干球状便或硬便③至少25%的排便有不尽感④至少25%的排便有肛门直肠的阻塞感⑤排便次数每周少于3次。
评价方法:受试人群在保持其原有的生活、作息习惯等的情况下,服用实施例1至4制成的益生菌保健饮料,对照组服用上述普通益生菌保健饮料。统计并记录反馈的数据。服用方法:一天三次,一次10mL。测其使用后的情况,周期为四周。
评价标准:连续每天一次到三次排便,判定为便秘改善,使用四周的便秘改善率为从开始服用后第一次排便后连续每天排便1-3次的人数占该组总受试人数的比例。评价结果:见表2。

从表2中可以看出,实验组在使用一周之后便秘便有了明显改善,经过两周、三周改善率明显提高,四周后改善都超过93%。而对照组在没有服用复合益生菌的情况下与改善缓慢。
Claims (6)
1.一种用于缓解便秘的益生菌保健饮料,其特征在于:包括混合益生菌和MCT,所述混合益生菌由长双歧杆菌、两歧双歧杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌Lp90、乳双歧杆菌、短双歧杆菌组成,其质量百分比为5-30%双歧杆菌、5-30%两歧双歧杆菌、8-35%鼠李糖乳杆菌、10-45%植物乳杆菌Lp90、10-45%乳双歧杆菌%、8-35%短双歧杆菌。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于缓解便秘的益生菌保健饮料,其特征在于,所述混合益生菌中各组成菌群的质量百分比为10%双歧杆菌、10%两歧双歧杆菌、15%鼠李糖乳杆菌、25%植物乳杆菌Lp90、25%乳双歧杆菌、15%短双歧杆菌。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于缓解便秘的益生菌保健饮料,其特征在于,所述混合益生菌活菌量为(2~3)×1010 CFU/g。
4.如权利要求1所述的用于缓解便秘的益生菌保健饮料,其特征在于,所述混合益生菌和MCT的质量比为(0.75 - 1):10。
5.如权利要求4所述的用于缓解便秘的益生菌保健饮料,其特征在于,所述混合益生菌和MCT的质量比为0.8167:10。
6.如权利要求1所述的用于缓解便秘的益生菌保健饮料,其特征在于,所述益生菌保健饮料每10mL中含有10gMCT。
