The specific working process of the invention is as follows:
firstly, assembling the entrainment type aquatic plant harvesters on a ship, and arranging three entrainment type aquatic plant harvesters which are respectively positioned at the left side, the right side and the stern of the ship; starting the ship and the entrainment type aquatic plant harvester, and driving the entrainment type aquatic plant in the running process of the ship; the harvester is pushed forward, and the two grass rolling shafts of the rolling suction type harvester rotate clockwise to roll and suck withered aquatic plants together. When the water surface of the front side becomes narrow, the rolling suction type harvesters at the left side and the right side of the ship can be folded towards the running direction of the ship. After the withered aquatic plant is absorbed a certain amount by the entrainment, start and receive the grass ware, through the flexible effect of flexible chain, receive the grass ware and promote to harvester center pivot direction, gather withered aquatic plant near harvester center pivot to be located the top in netted grass storehouse of gathering. The withered aquatic plant that the cutting was gathered together starts the foldable cutter on the grass collector, through the horizontal hunting of blade, accomplishes harvesting of withered aquatic plant, and in the cutting process, the withered aquatic plant of book grass axle below drops naturally to netted grass collecting bin, and the back is accomplished in the cutting, rotates the book grass axle from top to bottom, and the withered aquatic plant of book grass axle top is rotated to roll grass axle below, then drops to netted grass collecting bin. Transporting harvested withered aquatic plants, tightening the grass collecting opening of the net-shaped grass collecting bin, extruding water in the net-shaped grass collecting bin, and transferring the withered aquatic plants to land, wherein the withered aquatic plants can be recycled.
The use of a roll-suction aquatic plant harvester is described by taking as an example the harvesting of withered reed and lotus in the white ocean lake, and the specific embodiment is described as follows:
1. withered reeds and lotus flowers mostly float on the water surface of the white lake, the height of the roll-suction type harvester 13 fixed on the ship 10 is determined according to the height of the ship surface from the water surface, and the roll-suction type harvester 13 is fixed on the left side, the right side and the tail of the ship 10 through fixing rods 12.
2. The ship 10 is started to run forwards at a uniform and slow speed, the rolling and sucking type harvester 13 is started at the same time, the central rotating shaft 5 of the rolling and sucking type harvester rotates clockwise to drive the two grass rolling shafts 3 to rotate clockwise, and the withered reeds or lotus flowers are rolled and sucked together by the rotating grass rolling shafts 3. When the front water surface becomes narrow, the folding buckles 11 can be adjusted, so that the rolling suction type harvesters 13 on the left side and the right side of the ship 10 are folded towards the running direction of the ship 10, and the ship 10 smoothly passes through the front water surface.
3. When withered reeds or lotus flowers are sucked to a certain amount, the grass collector 1 with the cutter is started and driven by the telescopic chain 2, the grass collector 1 with the cutter pushes towards the central rotating shaft 6 of the harvester to push the withered reeds or lotus flowers to be close to the central rotating shaft 6 of the harvester, and meanwhile, the grass collector is just positioned above the reticular grass collecting bin 4, the reticular grass collecting bin body 8 is hung below the central rotating shaft 6 of the harvester by the hanging chain 7 with the hook, and the floating device 9 is arranged below the reticular grass collecting bin body 8.
4. The folding cutter on the grass collector 1 with the cutter is started, the cutter swings left and right to cut the gathered reeds or lotus flowers, the reeds or lotus flowers below the grass roller 3 naturally fall into the net-shaped grass collecting bin 4 after being cut, and the reeds or lotus flowers above the grass roller 3 can rotate the grass roller 3 up and down to rotate the reeds or lotus flowers above the grass roller 3 to the lower side of the grass roller 3 and then fall into the net-shaped grass collecting bin 4. Due to the limitation of the length of the cutter, the reed or the lotus flower which is closer to the central rotating shaft 6 of the harvester is less prone to be cut, at the moment, the grass collector 1 with the cutter can be started again to push towards the central rotating shaft 6 of the harvester, the distance from the cutter to the central rotating shaft 6 of the harvester is shortened, and the reed or the lotus flower at the central rotating shaft 6 of the harvester is cut.
5. The grass collecting opening of the net-shaped grass collecting bin 4 is tightened, the volume of the collected reeds or lotus flowers is reduced, and meanwhile, partial water in the reeds or the lotus flowers is squeezed, so that the weight of the collected reeds or the lotus flowers is reduced, and the transportation is facilitated.
6. The reticular grass collecting bin 4 is transported to land by a conveyor belt, and finally the collected reeds or lotus flowers are recycled.
The invention is only used for explaining the specific implementation mode of the roll-suction type harvester by harvesting withered reeds and lotus flowers in the white ocean lake, but not limited to the way, and the ship-borne roll-suction type harvester can also be applied to harvesting aquatic plants in other lakes, rivers or landscape water bodies.
