An oil spilling collecting device is characterized by comprising two oppositely arranged floating bodies, an oil guiding floating rod connected to the front ends of the floating bodies, an oil suction mechanism, a front-stage collecting mechanism and a rear-stage collecting mechanism, wherein the oil suction mechanism is sequentially arranged between the two floating bodies from front to back; the pre-stage collecting mechanism comprises a collecting rope and two guide wheels, the collecting rope is connected between the two guide wheels in a transmission manner, the collecting rope is arranged on the water surface, one guide wheel is connected with an output shaft of a pre-stage motor in a transmission manner, a plurality of oil suction rope heads are densely distributed on the collecting rope, an oil scraping box is arranged on the floating body, a circular truncated cone-shaped oil scraping hole is formed in the oil scraping box, and the collecting rope penetrates through the oil scraping hole; the rear-stage collecting mechanism comprises a driving wheel, a driven wheel, a tension wheel and an oil absorption conveying belt, the oil absorption conveying belt is connected between the driving wheel and the driven wheel in a transmission mode, the oil absorption conveying belt is obliquely arranged, the tension wheel is close to the driving wheel, an oil receiving groove is arranged between the two floating bodies, a scraper is connected to the oil receiving groove, and the end portion of the scraper is abutted to the outer surface of the oil absorption conveying belt between the driving wheel and the.

The spilled oil collecting device of claim 1, wherein a three-dimensional collecting mechanism is installed between the front-stage collecting mechanism and the rear-stage collecting mechanism, the three-dimensional collecting mechanism comprises an upper wheel, a lower wheel and a driving wheel, a transmission belt is connected between the upper wheel, the lower wheel and the driving wheel in a transmission way, the driving wheel is connected with an output shaft of a driving motor in a transmission way, the upper wheel and the driving wheel are arranged above the water surface, the lower wheel is arranged in the water, the outer surface of the transmission belt is connected with a plurality of oil bearing plates at intervals, a plurality of filtering pores are densely distributed on the oil bearing plates, oil-stained filter cloth is arranged on the surface of each oil bearing plate, a positioning box, an oil bearing groove and a cleaning plate are mounted on the floating body, the positioning box is vertically communicated and is arranged between the upper wheel and the lower wheel, the oil bearing groove is arranged between the driving wheel and the lower wheel, the cleaning plate is arranged above the oil bearing groove, and the cleaning plate is close to the transmission belt and used for stirring the oil bearing plates towards the direction of the transmission belt and scraping oil stains on the oil bearing plates; the floating oil groove capable of floating up and down is installed in the positioning box, a floating plate is arranged on one side of the floating oil groove, the floating plate is close to the transmission belt, and the oil bearing plate can be shifted towards the transmission belt.
3. The apparatus of claim 2, wherein a fixing plate is disposed between the upper wheel and the lower wheel and between the lower wheel and the driving wheel, and the driving belt is attached to the fixing plate.
4. The oil spill collecting device of claim 2, wherein the oil receiving plate is hinged to the drive belt, and a positioning torsion spring is installed between the oil receiving plate and the drive belt.
5. The apparatus of claim 2, wherein a plurality of floating springs are mounted in the positioning box, and the floating oil groove is supported on the floating springs.

The spilled oil collecting device of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the oil guiding floating rod comprises a floating strip and an oil blocking curtain, the oil blocking curtain is connected to the floating strip, and a plurality of balancing weights are arranged at intervals on the lower side edge of the oil blocking curtain.
7. An oil spill collecting device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the float is provided with an oil reservoir into which oil from the oil suction pump is fed.
8. The apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein an oil absorption layer is provided on the outer surface of the oil absorption conveyor belt.
9. The oil spill collecting device of any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the width between the oil guide floating rods is gradually reduced from front to back.

A method of collecting spilled oil using the apparatus of claim 2, comprising the steps of: 1. connecting two floating bodies of the spilled oil collecting device to the spilled oil collecting ship body, wherein the whole spilled oil collecting device floats on the water surface; 2. starting the oil suction mechanism, the preceding-stage collection mechanism, the three-dimensional collection mechanism and the rear-stage collection mechanism, enabling the whole spilled oil collection device to move forward along with the ship body, and gathering spilled oil between the two oil guide floating rods backwards in the moving forward process; 3. an oil suction pump of the oil suction mechanism pumps the oil overflowing at the position of the floating beam through an oil suction head; the collecting rope of the preceding-stage collecting mechanism runs continuously under the pulling of the two guide wheels, the collecting rope is arranged at the position of the water surface, the collecting rope and the oil suction rope head on the collecting rope absorb the spilled oil, the collecting rope passes through the oil scraping hole, and the spilled oil on the collecting rope and the oil suction rope head is scraped by the truncated cone-shaped oil scraping hole to flow into the oil scraping box for collection; the transmission belt of the three-dimensional collecting mechanism continuously runs, so that the oil bearing plate in water continuously brings oil spill and impurities below the water surface to the upper part of the water surface, the oil bearing plate is abutted to the oil bearing plate after reaching the position of the cleaning plate, the oil bearing plate is turned downwards, the oil spill and the impurities remaining on the oil bearing plate are scraped by the cleaning plate and fall into the oil bearing groove, the upper end of the floating plate is abutted to the oil bearing plate after reaching the position of the floating plate, the oil bearing plate is turned upwards, the oil bearing plate is prevented from driving the oil spill on the water surface downwards, the oil spill and the impurities remaining on the oil bearing plate are scraped by the cleaning plate and fall into the floating oil groove, the floating plate is prevented from floating up and down along with sea waves, the oil spill and the impurities remaining on the oil bearing plate are scraped by shaking up and down, and the scraping effect is good; the oil absorption conveyer belt of mechanism is collected to the back level constantly operates, adsorbs the oil spilling on the surface of water on the oil absorption conveyer belt surface, and when the oil absorption conveyer belt passed through the scraper blade, the scraper blade scraped the oil spilling adsorbed on the oil absorption conveyer belt surface and got off and fall into and connect the oil groove.
