Abstract
本发明提供了一种环保清洗剂前体,其特征在于,包含辣蓼提取物的原料制备而成;所述的辣蓼提取物,由以下原料制造而成:鲜辣蓼、乙二醇、二乙二醇醚、去离子水;其制备方法为:步骤一:将乙二醇、二乙二醇醚和去离子水一起加入超声波清洗机中;步骤二:将鲜辣蓼(包括茎、叶、花)加入捣碎机中捣碎;步骤一和步骤二不分先后顺序,也可以同时进行;步骤三:将上述步骤二产物加入超声波清洗机中,保持温度40‑50℃,用超声波提取2‑3小时;步骤四:将步骤三中的产物进行压滤,滤液即为一种辣蓼提取物,作为环保清洗剂前体使用。

技术领域
本发明属于清洗技术领域,涉及一种环保清洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
辣蓼为蓼科蓼属植物水蓼Polygonum hydropiper L.的全草。分布于我国南北各省区河滩、水沟边、山谷湿地,海拔50-3500米处。具有祛风利湿,散瘀止痛,解毒消肿,杀虫止痒之功效。常用于痢疾,胃肠炎,腹泻,风湿关节痛,跌打肿痛,功能性子宫出血等病症的治疗;外用于毒蛇咬伤,皮肤湿疹。其主要有效成分为以黄酮类及萜类物质为主的活性物质,且具有种类多、含量丰富的特点。
辣蓼在夏秋季节原料易得,将其应用于清洗剂用于清洗如机场、高铁、地铁、公交车等公共交通中与人体接触部位,如:扶手、拉手环、座椅等,可以有效减少接触皮肤病、肠胃病的发生。
同时由于辣蓼的生长对环境要求不高,在我国分布广泛的特点,如将其作为工业化原料规模生产,可以增加当地农民的收入。
因此研究以辣蓼为原料的清洗剂是一项有趣的课题。
发明内容
鉴于以上缺陷,本发明旨在克服现有技术的不足,制备一种环保清洗剂。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的一种环保清洗剂前体,其特征在于,由包含辣蓼提取物等原料制备而成。
所述的环保清洗剂前体,由以下重量份数比的原料制造而成:
所述的二乙二醇醚可以选择二乙二醇单乙醚或二乙二醇单丁醚。
所述环保清洗剂前体的制备方法为:
步骤一:将乙二醇、二乙二醇醚和去离子水一起加入超声波清洗机中;
步骤二:将鲜辣蓼(包括茎、叶、花)加入捣碎机中捣碎;
(上述步骤一和步骤二不分先后顺序,也可以同时进行)
步骤三:将上述步骤二产物加入超声波清洗机中,保持温度40-50℃,用超声波提取2-3小时;
步骤四:将步骤三中的产物进行压滤,滤液即为一种辣蓼提取物,作为环保清洗剂前体使用。
本发明提供的一种环保清洗剂,其特征在于:由如下重量份数比的原料制备而成:
所述的脂肪醇衣康酸酯磺酸盐的制备方法:
步骤一、将脂肪醇和衣康酸加入到反应釜内,加入催化剂。在氮气保护的情况下,于180~220℃的反应温度反应3~5小时;减压排除水分;即为脂肪醇衣康酸酯。
其中,脂肪醇和衣康酸的摩尔比为1.8~2:1,优选为2:1。
所述的脂肪醇选择C8-C20的脂肪醇,优选:异辛醇、异癸醇、月桂醇、异构十三醇、异构十六醇、异构二十醇、油醇中的一种或几种混合物。
所述催化剂可以选用Lewis酸、金属盐或阳离子交换树脂。
所述的催化剂优选磷酸,所述的磷酸用量为反应物总重量的0.5-1%。选择磷酸的好处是反应后催化剂无需进行分离,可以节省因去除催化剂所需的水、电、化学试剂等,节能环保效益显著。
步骤二、将步骤一中得到的脂肪醇衣康酸酯和亚硫酸氢盐溶液充分搅拌,加热去除水分,反应生成脂肪醇衣康酸酯磺酸盐。
其中,亚硫酸氢盐和衣康酸的摩尔比为1~1.2:1,优选为1:1。亚硫酸氢盐溶液的浓度为20~30%。
上述的亚硫酸氢盐可以是亚硫酸氢钠或亚硫酸氢钾。
以上工艺制备的脂肪醇衣康酸酯磺酸盐是优良的阴离子表面活性剂,抗硬水能力强。
上述失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯可以选择商品型号:Span-20、Span-40、Span-60、Span-80、Span-85中的一种或几种混合物。
上述消泡剂选自聚醚类消泡剂、二甲基硅油、聚醚改性硅中的一种或几种的混合物。
本发明提供一种环保清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,将环保清洗剂前体、脂肪醇衣康酸酯磺酸盐、D-苧烯、葡萄糖内酯、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、消泡剂加入搅拌器中搅拌至透明即可。
本发明提供一种环保清洗剂的使用方法,其特征在于,加水5-200倍稀释后使用。
本发明的作用和效果:
本发明方法制备的环保清洗剂前体是一种具有杀菌和预防痢疾、胃肠炎、腹泻等消化道疾病的中草药提取液,对公共场合的清洗、预防接触性的疾病传播有较好的效果。
在本发明中脂肪醇衣康酸酯磺酸盐是优良的阴离子表面活性剂,抗硬水能力强。
在本发明中D-苧烯可以提供比较好的油污去除率,并且清洗后留存的柠檬香气,可以清新清洗周边的环境空间。
本发明中葡萄糖内酯可以提供无机污垢的螯合能力,提高净洗性,同时葡萄糖内酯生物降解性好,本身不会对环境产生不良影响。
本发明中失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯是良好的W/O型非离子表面活性剂,清除油污效果好,可以和其他O/W型表面活性剂产生协同效果,增强清洗效果。
当制备的清洗剂的体系中泡沫太多或泡沫对清洗有影响时,加入消泡剂起消泡作用。
上述各组分发挥其应有效能的同时,可产生协同效应,提高产品的综合性能,可生物降解,减少对自然环境的污染,且能进一步的获得寿命长、可常温清洗的特点。
具体实施方式
实施例一
称取乙二醇200g、二乙二醇单丁醚100g和2000g去离子水一起加入超声波清洗机中;将1000g鲜辣蓼(包括茎、叶、花)加入捣碎机中捣碎后加入超声波清洗机中,在保持温度50℃下,用超声波提取2小时;将产物进行压滤,滤液即为一种辣蓼提取物,作为环保清洗剂前体使用。
将上述制备的环保清洗剂前体1000g、异辛醇衣康酸酯磺酸钠300g、D-苧烯100g、葡萄糖内酯100g、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯(Span-20)100g、消泡剂1g加入搅拌器中搅拌至透明即为一种环保清洗剂。
上述异辛醇衣康酸酯磺酸钠的制备方法:
步骤一、将260.46g(2mol)异辛醇和130.1g(1mol)衣康酸加入到反应釜内,加入4g磷酸。在氮气保护的情况下,于220℃的反应温度反应3小时;减压排除水分;即为异辛醇衣康酸酯。
步骤二、将有效浓度30%亚硫酸氢钠溶液346g加入步骤一充分搅拌,加热去除水分,反应生成脂肪醇衣康酸酯磺酸钠。
将上述环保清洗剂和水按重量比1:5混合搅拌后用于常温清洗油污重油污铝合金板,对照组某品牌家用清洗剂和水也按1:5混合搅拌。
洗净率:
本实施例清洗:浸泡清洗剂抹布擦抹2次用清水清洗即可洗净油污。
某家用清洗剂:浸泡清洗剂抹布擦抹3次以上,用清水清洗可洗净油污。
手浸泡在上述本实施清洗剂中10分钟,轻微变白,无其他异常;而当手浸泡在某品牌家用清洗剂中10分钟,有变白现象,并有发痒感觉。
实施例二
称取乙二醇100g、二乙二醇单乙醚200g和1000g去离子水一起加入超声波清洗机中;将1000g鲜辣蓼(包括茎、叶、花)加入捣碎机中捣碎后加入超声波清洗机中,在保持温度40℃下,用超声波提取3小时;将产物进行压滤,滤液即为一种辣蓼提取物,作为环保清洗剂前体使用。
将上述制备的环保清洗剂前体1000g、异癸醇衣康酸酯磺酸钾200g、D-苧烯200g、葡萄糖内酯200g、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯(Span-80)200g、消泡剂(聚醚类)2g加入搅拌器中搅拌至透明即为一种环保清洗剂。
上述异癸醇衣康酸酯磺酸钾的制备方法:
步骤一、将284.9g(1.8mol)异癸醇和130.1g(1mol)衣康酸加入到反应釜内,加入2.5g磷酸。在氮气保护的情况下,于180℃的反应温度反应5小时;减压排除水分;即为异癸醇衣康酸酯。
步骤二、将有效浓度20%亚硫酸氢钾溶液600.85g加入步骤一充分搅拌,加热去除水分,反应生成脂肪醇衣康酸酯磺酸钾。
将上述环保清洗剂和水按重量比1:20混合搅拌后用于常温超声波清洗不锈钢部件,不锈钢部件加工前由46#机械油加氯化石蜡进行钻孔攻丝而成,原使用某品牌清洗剂和水按1:20在60℃左右的温度超声波清洗。
洗净率:
本实施例清洗:16分钟100%;对比某清洗剂清洗:20分钟100%。
实施例三
称取乙二醇150g、二乙二醇单丁醚150g和1500g去离子水一起加入超声波清洗机中;将1000g鲜辣蓼(包括茎、叶、花)加入捣碎机中捣碎后加入超声波清洗机中,在温度45℃温度下,用超声波提取2.5小时;将产物进行压滤,滤液即为一种辣蓼提取物,作为环保清洗剂前体使用。
将上述制备的环保清洗剂前体1000g、月桂醇衣康酸酯磺酸钠250g、D-苧烯150g、葡萄糖内酯150g、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯(Span-60)150g、消泡剂(二甲基硅油)1.5g加入搅拌器中搅拌至透明即为一种环保清洗剂。
上述月桂醇衣康酸酯磺酸钠的制备方法:
步骤一、将372.76g(2mol)月桂醇和130.1g(1mol)衣康酸加入到反应釜内,加入5g磷酸。在氮气保护的情况下,于200℃的反应温度反应4小时;减压排除水分;即为月桂醇醇衣康酸酯。
步骤二、将有效浓度25%亚硫酸氢钠溶液416g加入步骤一充分搅拌,加热去除水分,反应生成月桂醇衣康酸酯磺酸钠。
将上述环保清洗剂加100倍水清洗食品不锈钢储藏罐(1T)外壁,储藏罐外壁主要污染物为:牛奶、食用油、糖、灰尘等,洗净时间和表面光亮度均优于某品牌家用洗洁精。
实施例四
称取乙二醇160g、二乙二醇单乙醚140g和1600g去离子水一起加入超声波清洗机中;将1000g鲜辣蓼(包括茎、叶、花)加入捣碎机中捣碎后加入超声波清洗机中,在45℃左右温度下,用超声波提取2.5小时;将产物进行压滤,滤液即为一种辣蓼提取物,作为环保清洗剂前体使用。
将上述制备的环保清洗剂前体1000g、异构十三醇衣康酸酯磺酸钠260g、D-苧烯140g、葡萄糖内酯160g、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯(Span-40)140g、消泡剂(聚醚改性硅)1.6g加入搅拌器中搅拌至透明即为一种环保清洗剂。
上述异构十三醇衣康酸酯磺酸钠的制备方法:
步骤一、将400.74g(2mol)异构十三醇和130.1g(1mol)衣康酸加入到反应釜内,加入4g磷酸。在氮气保护的情况下,于220℃的反应温度反应3小时;减压排除水分;即为异构十三醇衣康酸酯。
步骤二、将有效浓度25%亚硫酸氢钠溶液416g加入步骤一充分搅拌,加热去除水分,反应生成异构十三醇衣康酸酯磺酸钠。
实施例五
称取乙二醇180g、二乙二醇单丁醚120g和1300g去离子水一起加入超声波清洗机中;将1000g鲜辣蓼(包括茎、叶、花)加入捣碎机中捣碎后加入超声波清洗机中,在保持温度45℃下,用超声波提取2.5小时;将产物进行压滤,滤液即为一种辣蓼提取物,作为环保清洗剂前体使用。
将上述制备的环保清洗剂前体1000g、异十六醇衣康酸酯磺酸钠230g、D-苧烯130g、葡萄糖内酯180g、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯(Span-85)120g、消泡剂1.2g加入搅拌器中搅拌至透明即为一种环保清洗剂。
上述异十六醇衣康酸酯磺酸钠的制备方法:
步骤一、将485g(2mol)异十六醇和130.1g(1mol)衣康酸加入到反应釜内,加入6g磷酸。在氮气保护的情况下,于220℃的反应温度反应3小时;减压排除水分;即为异十六醇衣康酸酯。
步骤二、将有效浓度25%亚硫酸氢钠溶液420g加入步骤一充分搅拌,加热去除水分,反应生成异十六醇衣康酸酯磺酸盐。
实施例六
称取乙二醇130g、二乙二醇单丁醚170g和1700g去离子水一起加入超声波清洗机中;将1000g鲜辣蓼(包括茎、叶、花)加入捣碎机中捣碎后加入超声波清洗机中,在温度50℃下,用超声波提取2小时;将产物进行压滤,滤液即为一种辣蓼提取物,作为环保清洗剂前体使用。
将上述环保清洗剂前体1000g、油醇衣康酸酯磺酸钠270g、D-苧烯120g、葡萄糖内酯170g、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯(Span-80)130g、消泡剂1.6g加入搅拌器中搅拌至透明即为一种环保清洗剂。
上述油醇衣康酸酯磺酸钠的制备方法:
步骤一、将536.98g(2mol)油醇和130.1g(1mol)衣康酸加入到反应釜内,加入6g磷酸。在氮气保护的情况下,于200℃的反应温度反应4小时;减压排除水分;即为油醇衣康酸酯。
步骤二、将有效浓度25%亚硫酸氢钠溶液416g加入步骤一充分搅拌,加热去除水分,反应生成油醇衣康酸酯磺酸钠。
上述实施例一至六所用原料可以采用工业品原料制备,使用时具体参考外包装中标注实际有效成分的含量计算确定使用量。

所述失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯选择商品型号:Span-20、Span-40、Span-60、Span-80、Span-85中的一种或几种混合物。
所述消泡剂优选自聚醚类消泡剂、二甲基硅油、聚醚改性硅中的一种或几种的混合物。
10.如权利要求5-9任一项所述的一种环保清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于:
将环保清洗剂前体、脂肪醇衣康酸酯磺酸盐、D-苧烯、葡萄糖内酯、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、消泡剂加入搅拌器中搅拌至透明即可。
