Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of paint coatings, and particularly relates to a water-based epoxy glass flake heavy-duty anti-corrosion primer and a preparation method thereof. The heavy-duty anticorrosion primer comprises a component A and a component B; the component A comprises water-based epoxy resin, epoxy reactive diluent, dispersing agent, defoaming agent, flame retardant, pigment, wear-resisting agent and glass flake; the component B comprises a polyamide curing agent, a water-based epoxy curing agent, a defoaming agent and a dispersing agent. And mixing the component A and the component B according to the mass ratio of 5:1 to obtain a finished product. The heavy anti-corrosion primer disclosed by the invention can form a staggered thick film which is stacked in parallel, prolongs the corrosion resistance of the thick film, and has the advantages of wear resistance and flame retardance. 40-50% of polyamide curing agent, 40-60% of waterborne epoxy curing agent, 1-3% of defoaming agent and 1-3% of dispersing agent.
More preferably: 40% of polyamide curing agent, 57% of waterborne epoxy curing agent, 2% of defoaming agent and 1% of dispersing agent.
In the component A raw material, the water-based epoxy resin is preferably: waterborne epoxy resin E04 designation.
The epoxy reactive diluent is preferably: 692 epoxy reactive diluent.
The dispersant is preferably: a polymethacrylate salt.
