The method can randomly convert production between the composite floor slab and the double-skin wall, avoids the problems of idle stations, work procedure and labor saving, increased labor amount, enlarged land area, increased production line construction cost and the like caused by single line arrangement, and reduces construction and production cost.

The method for producing the composite floor slab and the double-skin wall by the single-circulation comprehensive production line of the composite floor slab and the double-skin wall comprises the following steps:
as shown in fig. 4, when producing a laminated floor slab: cleaning a mould, spraying a release agent, arranging a single-side wall template, arranging embedded steel bars, arranging embedded parts, pouring and vibrating, scraping, pre-curing, napping, steam curing, removing the mould and treating a rough surface. Wherein the cleaning of the mould, the spraying of the release agent, the arrangement of the single-side wall template, the arrangement of the embedded steel bars and the arrangement of the embedded parts are all carried out on corresponding stations. Wherein the cleaning of the mould, the spraying of the release agent, the arrangement of the single-side wall template, the arrangement of the embedded steel bars and the arrangement of the embedded parts are all carried out on corresponding stations. The manufactured structure is conveyed to a pouring station through a ferrying station 11 to be poured with concrete, and pouring at the position is the pouring operation of one wall body of the double-skin wall. The invention provides a method for producing double-skin walls and laminated floor slabs simultaneously, which can convert the production types of components at any time. The invention can realize the simultaneous production of the composite floor slab and the double-skin wall and can also realize the conversion at any time. When the composite floor slab is produced, circulating water flow is realized, and the efficiency of the production line is greatly improved. The problems of idle stations, work procedure and labor, increased labor amount, increased land area, increased production line construction cost and the like caused by single line arrangement are avoided. The field and resources are fully utilized, the production efficiency is improved, and the cost is reduced.
