Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a biological feed for relieving entry stress of a shelf sheep and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the improvement of living standard of people, the demand of the quantity of animal products is increasing day by day. Mutton is popular with consumers because of its rich nutritive value, delicious taste and tender meat quality. Therefore, the rapid development of mutton sheep breeding industry in China is promoted. In order to quickly obtain breeding return, the rapid fattening of the shelf sheep becomes a relatively common breeding mode of mutton sheep farms. However, in the process of introducing the sheep into the sheep, short-distance or long-distance transportation becomes a main transportation mode. In the transportation process of the shelf sheep, severe stress reaction is generated on the shelf sheep due to the conditions of environmental change, over-tension, hunger dehydration, narrow space, mutual extrusion and the like, the stress reaction is usually obvious in the transportation process and after arrival, appetite reduction and growth and development obstruction of the shelf sheep are caused to the shelf sheep at a light rate, immunity reduction of the shelf sheep is caused to the heavy rate, diseases such as bronchitis and diarrhea are caused, even death is caused, and economic benefits of mutton sheep breeding in a breeding farm are seriously influenced.
The invention provides a biological feed capable of effectively relieving stress of the shelved sheep when the shelved sheep are put into the pen, aiming at the phenomena of diarrhea, growth and development obstruction, low production performance and the like after the shelved sheep are put into the pen. According to the biological feed, theories of rumen microbial regulation, energy and protein balance, application of immune polysaccharide and a microbial preparation, supply of vitamins and trace elements and the like are combined, high-quality raw materials are granulated and cured at high temperature, and a probiotic post-spraying technology is adopted to form the biological feed for the shelf sheep, so that the digestion and utilization rate of the shelf sheep on the feed is improved, the activity of probiotics is effectively ensured, the balance of gastrointestinal flora is adjusted, the digestion and utilization rate of the feed is improved, the growth is promoted, and the health of organisms is improved; by adding immune polysaccharide, the immunity of the sheep on the shelf is improved, the stress reaction of the sheep on the shelf after entering the fence is relieved, and the morbidity of diseases such as diarrhea of the sheep on the shelf is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a biological feed for relieving stress of a shelved sheep entering a pen and a preparation method thereof, and mainly solves the problems of diarrhea, growth retardation and the like of the shelved sheep due to factors such as early transportation stress, current environment change, daily ration change and the like after the shelved sheep enters the pen.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a biological feed for relieving the stress of putting a goat into a stall and a preparation method thereof comprise the following steps: (1) pretreatment of raw materials: firstly, corn is passed through a raw material primary cleaning sieve and a permanent-magnet drum to remove large impurities and iron filings, and then a corn huller is used to remove mould on the surface of corn husk. The soybean meal, the fruit residues and other raw materials are subjected to raw material primary cleaning and screening and a permanent magnet drum to remove large impurities and scrap iron. (2) Crushing: respectively crushing raw materials such as corn, soybean meal, pomace and the like: (3) mixing: firstly, the raw materials with small dosage are as follows: 0.6 to 1.0 portion of baking soda, 0.6 to 0.8 portion of sodium chloride, 0.01 to 0.03 portion of vitamin complex, 0.03 to 0.06 portion of organic trace element and 0.10 to 0.15 portion of immune polysaccharide are pre-premixed at first level, then 25 to 28 portions of corn, 20 to 22 portions of pomace, 13 to 15 portions of soybean meal, 10 to 13 portions of corn DDGS, 10 to 12 portions of corn germ meal, 5 to 8 portions of soybean peel, 1.5 to 2.5 portions of stone powder, 1.5 to 2.0 portions of fermented molasses, 1.5 to 2.0 portions of wheat flour and composite premixed feed (containing 0.6 to 1.0 portion of baking soda, 0.6 to 0.8 portion of sodium chloride, 0.01 to 0.03 portion of vitamin complex, 0.03 to 0.06 portion of organic trace element and 0.10 to 0.15 portion of immune polysaccharide) are fully mixed in a mixer for 80 to 90 seconds. (4) And (3) granulating: the materials after even mixing are made into particles by high-temperature steam. (5) And (3) cooling: the produced granules are cooled in a cooling bin. (6) Post-spraying: the probiotic preparation and water are dissolved in advance according to the proportion of 1:25 to prepare probiotic bacteria liquid, and the mixed bacteria liquid is uniformly sprayed on the granular materials to form the biological feed disclosed by the patent.
The weight percentages of the components are respectively as follows: 25 parts of corn, 22 parts of pomace, 14 parts of soybean meal, 13 parts of corn DDGS, 12 parts of corn germ meal, 6 parts of soybean hull, 2 parts of stone powder, 2 parts of fermented molasses, 2 parts of wheat flour, 1 part of baking soda, 0.63 part of sodium chloride, 0.02 part of vitamin complex, 0.05 part of organic trace elements, 0.1 part of immune polysaccharide and 0.2 part of probiotic preparation.
The probiotic preparation contains: 50 hundred million cfu/g of bacillus subtilis, 30 hundred million cfu/g of bacillus licheniformis and 20 hundred million cfu/g of saccharomyces cerevisiae; the immune polysaccharide comprises: 1.0-2.0% of fructo-oligosaccharide.
The feed is suitable for feeding the shelf sheep in the slaughtering period.
The biological feed for relieving the frame sheep entrusting stress is subjected to a comparative feeding test in an inner Mongolia red peak Aohan area; 47 ram sheep kebab with the weight of about 20kg (similar weight) just entering the fence are respectively selected from the test group and the control group, and the difference is that the concentrate supplement test group feeds the sheep biological feed, the control group feeds the mutton sheep concentrate supplement purchased in the market, and the test period is 30 days; the results show that: (1) the mutton sheep in the test group and the mutton sheep in the control group do not die in the test period, and from the index of diarrhea rate, the diarrhea rate of the mutton sheep in the test group is 2.1%, the diarrhea rate of the mutton sheep in the control group is 10.6%, and the diarrhea rate of the mutton sheep in the test group is 8.5% lower than that of the mutton sheep in the control group. (2) The average daily gain of the sheep in the test group is 0.314 kg/goat/day, the average daily gain of the sheep in the control group is 0.272 kg/goat/day, and the average daily gain of the sheep in the test group is 0.04 kg/goat/day higher than that of the sheep in the control group. (3) And (3) economic benefit analysis: according to the calculation of the sheep price of 15 yuan/jin, the 47 sheep in the test group earn 0.04 × 2 × 15 × 47=56.4 yuan more than the 47 sheep in the control group, and the diarrhea rate of the sheep in the control group is higher than that of the test group, so that the cost in medication is also increased, and the economic benefit of the test group is obviously higher than that of the control group.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of effectively relieving stress reaction of the shelved sheep in the slaughtering period, improving immunity, promoting quick recovery of the body condition of the shelved sheep, reducing diarrhea rate, and improving the growth speed of the mutton sheep and the breeding benefit of the mutton sheep.
