Detailed Description
The technical features of the technical solutions provided by the present invention are further clearly and completely described below with reference to the specific embodiments, but the scope of protection is not limited thereto.
"preferred", "more preferred", and the like, in the present invention, refer to embodiments of the invention that may provide certain benefits, under certain circumstances. However, other embodiments may be preferred, under the same or other circumstances. Furthermore, the recitation of one or more preferred embodiments does not imply that other embodiments are not useful, nor is it intended to exclude other embodiments from the scope of the invention.
The invention provides a pesticide composition, which at least comprises the following components in parts by weight: 90-100 parts of mineral oil, 1-8 parts of a multi-carbon-chain organic matter, 0.1-1 part of a dispersing agent and 0.1-1 part of an auxiliary agent.
In a preferred embodiment, at least the following ingredients are included in parts by weight: 95-97 parts of mineral oil, 3-6 parts of multi-carbon chain organic matter, 0.3-0.7 part of dispersing agent and 0.3-0.7 part of auxiliary agent.
In a more preferred embodiment, at least the following ingredients are included in parts by weight: 95 parts of mineral oil, 4 parts of a multi-carbon-chain organic matter, 0.5 part of a dispersing agent and 0.5 part of an auxiliary agent.
Mineral oil
The mineral oil, also known as white oil, paraffin oil and white oil, is a mixture of refined liquid hydrocarbons obtained from petroleum, mainly a mixture of saturated cycloparaffins and paraffins, and is obtained by subjecting crude oil to atmospheric pressure and reduced pressure fractionation, solvent extraction and dewaxing and hydrorefining.
The mineral oil is not particularly limited in the present invention, and may be various mineral oils conventionally used in the art, which may be obtained by refining or may be commercially available, for example, commercially available mineral oils include, but are not limited to, mineral oils purchased from Shanghai Micheln Biochemical technology Ltd.
Organic matter with multiple carbon chains
The organic matter with a plurality of carbon chains is an organic matter with longer carbon chains.
In one embodiment, the organic matter with multiple carbon chains is selected from one or more of sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate, calcium dodecylbenzene sulfonate, sodium lauryl sulfate, potassium lauryl sulfate, sodium lauryl polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, potassium lauryl polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, tetradecyl ammonium chloride, hexadecyl polyoxyethylene ether and octadecyl polyoxyethylene ether.
In a preferred embodiment, the multi-carbon-chain organic substance is sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, tetradecyl ammonium chloride, and cetyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether.
In one embodiment, the weight ratio of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, tetradecyl ammonium chloride and hexadecyl polyoxyethylene ether is 1: (0.2-2): (0.1 to 1).
In a preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, the tetradecyl ammonium chloride and the hexadecyl polyoxyethylene ether is 1: 1: 0.5.
the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate has a CAS number of 25155-30-0 and is available from Shanghai Michelin Biochemical technology Co.
The tetradecylammonium chloride has a CAS number of 1838-04-6, available from Achemica.
The CAS number of the cetyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether is 9004-95-9, and the molecular formula is C56H114O21From Shanghai-derived leaf Biotech, Inc.
The dispersibility of the mineral oil in water is poor, and the dispersibility of the mineral oil in water is improved by adding the polycarbon organic matter into the pesticide composition. The sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, the tetradecyl ammonium chloride and the cetyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether can be adsorbed on the interface of the mineral oil and the water to form a compact and firm interface film, so that the interfacial tension is reduced, and the dispersibility of the mineral oil in the water is improved.
The applicant finds that when sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, tetradecyl ammonium chloride and hexadecyl polyoxyethylene ether are used as the multi-carbon-chain organic matter, the weight ratio of the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate to the tetradecyl ammonium chloride to the hexadecyl polyoxyethylene ether is controlled to be 1: (0.2-2): (0.1-1), the pesticide composition prepared has good stability in water. The possible reasons for guessing are: the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, the tetradecyl ammonium chloride and the hexadecyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether have a synergistic effect, electrostatic interaction exists between the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and the tetradecyl ammonium chloride, repulsion force among molecules of the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate is reduced due to the introduction of the tetradecyl ammonium chloride, the introduction of the hexadecyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether is favorable for reducing charge density of the molecules so as to weaken strong electrostatic interaction among ion head groups, and meanwhile, steric hindrance effect is also increased due to the hexadecyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether so as to weaken the interaction between the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and the tetradecyl ammonium chloride, so that the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and the tetradecyl ammonium chloride are orderly arranged at intervals of the hexadecyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, and acting force between the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and the tetradecyl ammonium chloride strains the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and the tetradecyl ammonium chloride, The arrangement of the cetyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether ensures that the arrangement is tighter, thereby effectively improving the stability of the pesticide composition in water and avoiding the phenomena of layering, precipitation and the like for a long time. In addition, the molecular chains of the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, the tetradecyl ammonium chloride and the cetyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether can be intertwined, and the stability of a chain framework can be kept due to the steric hindrance effect of the cetyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, so that the stability of the pesticide composition in water is further improved.
When the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate or tetradecyl ammonium chloride is simply used as a multi-carbon-chain organic matter to prepare the pesticide composition, the prepared pesticide composition has good dispersibility in water, but has poor stability, which is probably because the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate or tetradecyl ammonium chloride is loosely distributed on the interface between mineral oil and water and has poor stability due to the repulsion effect between the molecules of the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate or tetradecyl ammonium chloride. When the content of the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate or the tetradecyl ammonium chloride is too high, the prepared pesticide composition has poor stability in water due to intermolecular action, and can generate the phenomena of layering, precipitation and the like in a short time after being mixed with water; when the content of the cetyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether is too high, the prepared pesticide composition has poor dispersibility in water due to a steric hindrance effect.
Dispersing agent
The dispersant of the invention is a substance capable of improving and improving the dispersion performance of solid or liquid materials.
In one embodiment, the dispersing agent is selected from one or more of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, guar gum, sodium alginate, locust bean gum, gum arabic.
In a preferred embodiment, the dispersing agent is sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, sodium alginate.
In one embodiment, the molecular weight of the sodium carboxymethylcellulose is 500-700, and the molecular weight of the sodium alginate is 200-400.
In a preferred embodiment, the molecular weight of the sodium carboxymethylcellulose is 600 and the molecular weight of the sodium alginate is 300.
The molecular weight in the present invention is the number average molecular weight.
In one embodiment, the weight ratio of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose to sodium alginate is 1: (1-3).
In a preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of the sodium carboxymethyl cellulose to the sodium alginate is 1: 2.
the sodium carboxymethylcellulose and the sodium alginate are purchased from Dow Europe Ruisi chemical reagent limited.
By adding a dispersant to the pesticidal composition, the dispersibility of the pesticidal composition in water can be improved. The applicant has found that the dispersibility of the pesticidal composition in water can be improved by using sodium carboxymethylcellulose and sodium alginate as the dispersing agent. Meanwhile, the sodium carboxymethylcellulose and the sodium alginate have good biodegradability, and can be prevented from remaining in the environment and crops.
The applicant finds that when sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and sodium alginate are used as dispersing agents, the molecular weight of the sodium carboxymethyl cellulose is controlled to be 500-700, and the molecular weight of the sodium alginate is controlled to be 200-400, the prepared pesticide composition has excellent pesticide effect. On one hand, under the large system of the pesticide composition, the introduction of the sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and the sodium alginate can improve the viscosity of the pesticide composition to a certain extent, hinder Brownian movement of each component in the pesticide composition, and delay or reduce separation of each component in the pesticide composition, so that the pesticide effect of the pesticide composition is improved; on the other hand, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and sodium alginate can be adsorbed on the surface of the liquid drop, electrostatic interaction exists between the sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and the sodium alginate and between the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and tetradecyl ammonium chloride in the system, and in addition, cetyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether exists in the system, and meanwhile, under a specific condition, the sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and the sodium alginate can be intertwined with molecules in the system to form a stable chain structure, so that each component can reach a balanced state, and the pesticide effect of the pesticide composition is improved; when the molecular weights of the sodium carboxymethylcellulose and the sodium alginate are too low, the molecular chains are short, so that the winding between the sodium carboxymethylcellulose and other components in the system is not facilitated, and the pesticide effect of the pesticide composition is poor; when the molecular weight of the sodium carboxymethylcellulose and the sodium alginate is too high, the molecular chain is longer, and can be intertwined with molecules in a system to form an intricate chain structure, and the drug effect is influenced on the contrary due to too large steric hindrance.
Auxiliary agent
The auxiliary agent is defined in medicine as an excipient and an additive used in the production of medicines and the preparation of a prescription, namely the general name of all materials except main active pharmaceutical ingredients is the important component of a pharmaceutical preparation; in industrial production, auxiliary chemicals, also called additives, are added to improve the production process, to improve the quality and yield of the product, or to impart a specific application property to the product.
In one embodiment, the adjuvant is selected from one or more of methanol, ethanol, n-propanol, n-butanol, n-pentanol, isopropanol, ethylene glycol, glycerol, 2- (2-hydroxyethylamino) -1-propylamine.
In a preferred embodiment, the adjuvant is n-propanol, n-butanol, 2- (2-hydroxyethylamino) -1-propylamine.
In one embodiment, the weight ratio of n-propanol, n-butanol, 2- (2-hydroxyethylamino) -1-propylamine is 1: (0.5-3): (1-5).
In a preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of n-propanol, n-butanol, 2- (2-hydroxyethylamino) -1-propylamine is 1: 2: 3.
the CAS number of the n-propanol is 71-23-8, the CAS number of the n-butanol is 71-36-3, and the CAS number of the 2- (2-hydroxyethylamino) -1-propylamine is 10138-74-6.
The n-propanol, n-butanol, and 2- (2-hydroxyethylamino) -1-propylamine were purchased from Shanghai Allantin Biotech, Inc.
In one embodiment, the weight ratio of the adjuvant to the multi-carbon-chain organic is 1: (5-10).
In a preferred embodiment, the weight ratio of the auxiliary agent to the multi-carbon chain organic substance is 1: 8.
when the pesticide composition is prepared by adopting n-propanol, n-butanol and 2- (2-hydroxyethylamino) -1-propylamine as auxiliary agents, the weight ratio of the n-propanol to the n-butanol to the 2- (2-hydroxyethylamino) -1-propylamine is 1: (0.5-3): (1-5), the stability of the pesticidal composition in water can be effectively improved. The number of carbon atoms in the hydrocarbon chain of an alcohol affects the relative size of the affinity of the alcohol for mineral oil and water. The carbon chains of the alcohol are too short and have a greater affinity for water than for mineral oil, and the carbon chains are too long and have a greater affinity for mineral oil than for water, both of which do not favor their distribution at the interface between mineral oil and water. Under the large system of the pesticide composition, the affinity of the auxiliary agent to mineral oil and water tends to be balanced, a hydrophilic group and water molecules are adsorbed together, a lipophilic group and the mineral oil are adsorbed together, and meanwhile, 2- (2-hydroxyethyl amino) -1-propylamine interacts with n-propanol and n-butanol, so that the stability of the pesticide composition in water is effectively improved; when the weight ratio of the n-propanol, the n-butanol and the 2- (2-hydroxyethylamino) -1-propylamine is not in the range of 1: (0.5-3): in the range of (1) to (5), the auxiliary is not easily dispersed and adsorbed on the interface between the mineral oil and water, and is not favorable for the stability of the pesticidal composition in water.
Because the electrostatic acting force among the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, the tetradecyl ammonium chloride and the cetyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether is relatively weak, the prepared pesticide composition has poor stability at high temperature. The applicant unexpectedly finds that when the n-propanol, the n-butanol and the 2- (2-hydroxyethylamino) -1-propylamine are used as the auxiliary agents to prepare the pesticide composition, the prepared pesticide composition has excellent high-temperature stability, which is probably because the n-propanol, the n-butanol and the 2- (2-hydroxyethylamino) -1-propylamine can interact with polyoxyethylene ether, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and other substances in a system, and meanwhile, the 2- (2-hydroxyethylamino) -1-propylamine can also interact with the n-propanol and the n-butanol to form a stable chain structure, so that the high-temperature stability of the pesticide composition is effectively improved.
The applicant found that when the weight ratio of the auxiliary agent to the organic matter with multiple carbon chains is 1: (5-10), the pesticidal composition obtained has excellent stability in water. Under specific conditions, the auxiliary agent and the multi-carbon-chain organic matter have a good synergistic adsorption effect, and the auxiliary agent can assist the multi-carbon-chain organic matter to reduce the interfacial tension of the mineral oil and the water, so that the distribution of the multi-carbon-chain organic matter on the interface of the mineral oil and the water is increased, and the stability of the pesticide composition in the water is improved; when the auxiliary agent is excessive, the auxiliary agent and the organic matter with multiple carbon chains can form competitive adsorption on the interface of the mineral oil and the water, so that the auxiliary agent is more distributed on the interface of the mineral oil and the water, the concentration of the organic matter with multiple carbon chains is reduced, and the stability of the pesticide composition in the water is reduced. In addition, due to the synergistic effect between the auxiliary agent and the multi-carbon-chain organic matter, the prepared pesticide composition shows excellent high-temperature stability.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides a method for preparing a pesticide composition, which at least comprises the following steps: the mineral oil, the organic matter with multiple carbon chains, the dispersant and the auxiliary agent are stirred and mixed to prepare the pesticide composition.
The invention jointly prepares the pesticide composition through the synergistic effect among mineral oil, multi-carbon-chain organic matter, a dispersant and an auxiliary agent, an oil film formed by the prepared pesticide composition can suffocate pests, and meanwhile, the applicant guesses that when n-propanol, n-butanol and 2- (2-hydroxyethyl amino) -1-propylamine are used as the auxiliary agent, the weight ratio of the n-propanol to the n-butanol to the 2- (2-hydroxyethyl amino) -1-propylamine is 1: 2: 3, the prepared pesticide composition can dissolve a wax layer on the body surface of the pest, and the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, the tetradecyl ammonium chloride and the cetyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether are used as multi-carbon-chain organic matters, so that under a specific proportion, the assistant and the multi-carbon-chain organic matters have a good synergistic adsorption effect, and emulsion liquid drops formed after the prepared pesticide composition is mixed with water have a small particle size, so that the penetration of the pesticide composition is accelerated, the pesticide composition can quickly invade into the body of the pest to kill the pest, and the effect of preventing and controlling the pest is achieved. Meanwhile, the pesticide composition can be decomposed into carbon dioxide and water by microorganisms in a short time, basically has no residue in crops, and is harmless to human bodies and the environment.
The present invention will be specifically described below by way of examples. It should be noted that the following examples are only for illustrating the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention, and that the insubstantial modifications and adaptations of the present invention by those skilled in the art based on the above disclosure are still within the scope of the present invention.
