The partition paper cutting device 5 can realize the folding, plate wrapping and partition of the partition paper and coat the positive plate.

As shown in fig. 8-9, this embodiment further provides a battery plate wrapping and assembling machine, which comprises the above battery plate wrapping machine, and further comprises a plate discharging and conveying device 7 and a side plate conveying device 8, wherein the plate discharging and conveying device 7 is disposed at the outlet end of the pole plate channel 57, the side plate conveying device 8 is disposed at the discharging end of the plate discharging and conveying device 7 perpendicular to the plate discharging and conveying device 7, feeding mechanisms 31 are respectively disposed beside the plate discharging and conveying device 7 and the side plate conveying device 8 to respectively feed the pole plates and the side plates with the polarity opposite to that of the pole plates on the plate feeding and conveying device 4 to the plate discharging and conveying device 7 and the side plate conveying device 8, after the pole plates are wrapped, the pole plates are fed to the plate discharging and conveying device 7, the corresponding feeding devices on the plate discharging and conveying device 7 stack the pole plates with the polarity opposite to that are wrapped on the separator paper, and forming an electrode plate group, selecting whether to send the side plates to the plate collecting and conveying mechanism through a feeding device corresponding to the plate collecting and conveying mechanism according to whether the side plates need to be equipped or not, sending the electrode plate group to the plate collecting and conveying mechanism or the side plates on the plate collecting and conveying mechanism from the plate discharging and conveying device 7, forming a cluster group when the electrode plate groups on the plate collecting and conveying mechanism are stacked to the required number, and moving the plate collecting and conveying mechanism to output the cluster group.
In the production process of the battery, selection can be carried out according to requirements, if positive plates are coated, negative plates are then prepared, the side plates adopt the negative plates, and the outermost two sides of the finished product cluster group are the negative plates; if the positive electrode plates are coated, negative electrode plates are matched, no edge plates are used, and the number of the positive electrode plates and the number of the negative electrode plates of the finished cluster group are equal; if the negative plates are wrapped, the positive plates are matched, when the positive plates are finally matched, one less positive plate is matched, no edge plate is repaired, and the negative plates wrapped at the outermost two sides of the finished product cluster group are provided; if positive polar plate is carried out the package board, join in marriage the negative plate, join in marriage a negative plate less when joining in marriage the negative plate at last, do not mend the sideboard, the outermost both sides of finished product cluster group are the positive plate of package board.
Preferably, the outlet end of the plate discharging and conveying device 7 is provided with a discharging mechanism 9, the discharging mechanism 9 comprises two discharging shafts 91 which are vertically and rotatably arranged along the front-back direction, and the rotating speed of the discharging shafts 91 is greater than the speed of the plate discharging and conveying device 7, so that the plate group is accelerated to fall on the side plate conveying device 8.
Preferably, a baffle is arranged on one side of the plate collecting and conveying mechanism, which is far away from the plate discharging and conveying device 7, so that the plate group can be prevented from being thrown out of the plate collecting and conveying mechanism.
