The cylinder sleeve airtight brushing and sweeping integrated machine according to claim 1, wherein the material stirring device comprises an unqualified product storage line body and a material pushing mechanism which are respectively arranged on two sides of the automatic conveying device, the material pushing mechanism comprises a first material pushing cylinder, a push plate, a third lifting cylinder and a fourth linear sliding rail, the push plate is fixedly connected with the first material pushing cylinder through a mounting seat, the push plate pushes products on the automatic conveying device out to the unqualified product storage line body under the action of the first material pushing cylinder, and the third lifting cylinder is used for controlling the push plate to move up and down along the fourth linear sliding rail.
