本发明提出的是贝壳生态墙面乳。水175.33千克,防腐剂2千克,纤维素2千克,消泡剂4千克,润湿剂1.5千克,分散剂6千克,钛白粉216.67千克,煅烧高岭土100千克,贝壳粉150千克,滑石粉25千克,20%氢氧化钠溶液2千克,乳液283千克,成膜助剂5千克,防腐剂2千克,流平剂5千克,增稠剂2.5千克,丙二醇18千克,复合光催化材料2千克,搅拌混合形成墙面乳。本发明利用贝壳粉作为主要原料,经过其他材料与助剂的组合与配比制成贝壳生态墙面乳,该墙面乳无有毒有害物质,而且具有微孔,能与室内空气交换,吸附异味,净化空气,而且外观与色泽美观,耐久性强。适宜作为贝壳生态墙面乳应用。

技术领域
本发明提出的是涂料领域的涂料,具体地说是贝壳生态墙面乳。
背景技术
目前所使用的内墙涂料,由于其中含有挥发性有机溶剂成分,以及苯、甲苯、二甲苯、甲醛、重金属(铅、汞等)等,因此对人体健康造成很大的威胁。而且现有的涂料通常使用石粉作骨料,涂刷性不好,容易脱落和粉化,没有呼吸功能和杀菌功能,所以逐步被更新材料组合取代。
发明内容
为了克服现有内墙涂料的缺点,本发明提出了贝壳生态墙面乳。该墙面乳通过贝壳粉原料与助剂的组合,解决内墙涂料装饰性与功能性的技术问题。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的方案是:
材料配比:水175.33千克,防腐剂2千克,纤维素2千克,消泡剂4千克,润湿剂1.5千克,分散剂6千克,钛白粉216.67千克,煅烧高岭土100千克,贝壳粉150千克,滑石粉25千克,20%氢氧化钠溶液2千克,乳液283千克,成膜助剂5千克,防腐剂2千克,流平剂5千克,增稠剂2.5千克,丙二醇18千克,复合光催化材料2千克,搅拌混合形成墙面乳。
积极效果:本发明利用贝壳粉作为主要原料,经过与助剂的组合配比制成贝壳生态墙面乳,该墙面乳无有毒有害物质,而且具有微孔,能与室内空气交换,吸附异味,净化空气,而且外观与色泽美观,耐久性强。适宜作为贝壳生态墙面乳应用。
具体实施方式
材料配比:水175.33千克,防腐剂2千克,纤维素2千克,消泡剂4千克,润湿剂1.5千克,分散剂6千克,钛白粉216.67千克,煅烧高岭土100千克,贝壳粉150千克,滑石粉25千克,20%氢氧化钠溶液2千克,乳液283千克,成膜助剂5千克,防腐剂2千克,流平剂5千克,增稠剂2.5千克,丙二醇18千克,复合光催化材料2千克,搅拌混合形成墙面乳。
所述防腐剂优选异噻唑啉酮衍生物、苯并米唑酯类、道维希尔-75、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮等防腐剂。
所述消泡剂采用矿物油类消泡剂或聚硅氧烷类消泡剂。
所述润湿剂采用离子型或非离子型表面活性剂。
所述分散剂采用胺类、磷酸盐类、羧酸类等小分子类或多元酸均聚物、多元酸共聚物等高分子类。
所述乳液采用丙烯酸乳液。
所述成膜助剂采用苯乙烯和丙烯酸酯合成的共聚物。
所述流平剂优选采用丙烯酸类、有机硅类和氟碳化合物类中的一种。
所述增稠剂优选采用纤维素醚类、碱溶性丙烯酸乳液、非离子型聚氨酯中的一种。
所述复合光催化材料优选为二氧化钛。
制作方法:
(1) 在缸体中加入水175.33千克,防腐剂2千克,纤维素2千克,分散5min至完全溶解,呈透明液体状;
(2) 依次加入消泡剂2千克,润湿剂1.5千克,分散剂6千克,钛白粉216.67千克,煅烧高岭土100千克,分散5min;
(3) 投入150千克贝壳粉,提速R=1250r/min,高速分散10min;
(4) 降速至R=800r/min,缓慢投入滑石粉25千克,20%氢氧化钠溶液1千克,乳液283千克,并清理干净缸体壁和分散轴的粉体;
(5) 提速至R=1250r/min,高速分散20min,测细度≤45μm;
(6) 降速至R=600r/min,依次投入成膜助剂5千克,防腐剂2千克,消泡剂2千克,流平剂5千克,增稠剂2.5千克,丙二醇18千克,20%氢氧化钠溶液1千克,复合光催化材料2千克。
技术原理:
贝壳粉是指纯天然的贝壳经过粉碎研磨制成的粉末,其95%的成分是碳酸钙,以及甲壳素,还有少量氨基酸和多糖物质,由于碳酸钙为石性,与其它填料混合,所以具有足够的强度,而且耐水耐磨,耐擦洗,外观雅致,色白,便于施工,耐久性强,并且涂料面为碱性,具有杀菌作用。
将所述钛白粉、煅烧高岭土、贝壳粉和滑石粉作为填料,与溶剂、乳液混合搅拌形成液态涂料,再添加消泡剂、流平剂、增稠剂、防腐剂、成膜助剂等各类助剂,形成具有功能性的墙面乳。该墙面乳中利用无机材料与有机材料的相互配合,形成坚固耐磨的涂层,而且由于主要的原料使用纯天然的贝壳粉,原料本身无甲醛等危害身体的有害物质,在后期加工过程中又不添加任何危害身体的物质,而且贝壳粉还具有吸附性的功能,因此成为新一代的贝壳生态墙面乳。
所组合的有机物料能够提高墙面乳的强度和施工性能,并且保证在墙面上不粉化,不脱落,强度高,色泽白,而且富有弹性。
经过试验表明:
与传统内墙涂料对照,本墙面乳经过检测,有害物质皆未检出,而且对采用本申请的涂料刮涂墙面,经过100次木板摩擦,涂料层没有破损,用水对刮涂的墙面进行水洗30次,没有溶蚀现象的发生。而传统内墙涂料只摩擦10次就产生掉粉现象,用水洗一次就发生粉化。说明本墙面乳与传统涂料相比,产生了技术进步和实质性的效果。
特点:
本发明贝壳生态墙面乳采用纯天然的贝壳粉为原料进行墙面乳的调配,降低了传统涂料因有毒有害物质的挥发而对人体造成的危害。由于贝壳粉天然的多孔结构,可以有效的吸收空气中的异味,净化空气,并且当室内空气潮湿时,贝壳粉的空隙结构就会自动储存空气中的水分子,以用来在空气过于干燥时释放,始终保持室内空气处在最舒适的状态。

1.贝壳生态墙面乳,其特征是:由水175.33千克,防腐剂2千克,纤维素2千克,消泡剂4千克,润湿剂1.5千克,分散剂6千克,钛白粉216.67千克,煅烧高岭土100千克,贝壳粉150千克,滑石粉25千克,20%氢氧化钠溶液2千克,乳液283千克,成膜助剂5千克,防腐剂2千克,流平剂5千克,增稠剂2.5千克,丙二醇18千克和复合光催化材料2千克,搅拌混合形成墙面乳。
2.根据权利要求1所述的贝壳生态墙面乳,其特征是:
制作方法:
(1)在缸体中加入水175.33千克,防腐剂2千克,纤维素2千克,分散5min至完全溶解,呈透明液体状;
(2)依次加入消泡剂2千克,润湿剂1.5千克,分散剂6千克,钛白粉216.67千克,煅烧高岭土100千克,分散5min;
(3)投入150千克贝壳粉,提速R=1250r/min,高速分散10min;
(4)降速至R=800r/min,缓慢投入滑石粉25千克,20%氢氧化钠溶液1千克,乳液283千克,并清理干净缸体壁和分散轴的粉体;
(5)提速至R=1250r/min,高速分散20min,测细度≤45μm;
降速至R=600r/min,依次投入成膜助剂5千克,防腐剂2千克,消泡剂2千克,流平剂5千克,增稠剂2.5千克,丙二醇18千克,20%氢氧化钠溶液1千克,复合光催化材料2千克。
