本发明公开了一种双组分膏状填缝剂,该填缝剂包括A组分和B组分;A组分包括以下质量百分数的成分:水性聚合物树脂30‑40%、防冻剂0‑1.5%、润湿剂0.2‑0.5%、消泡剂0.2‑0.6%、分散剂1‑1.5%、填料40‑50%、光触媒10‑20%、憎水剂0.5‑1%、增稠剂0‑0.8%、杀菌防腐剂0.1‑0.2%,其余为水;B组分为水性交联剂;使用时,将A组分与B组分按质量比20‑10:1混合均匀。本发明的填缝剂使用水性聚合物树脂为胶凝材料,没有泛碱的现象,不会影响填缝剂的美观。另外本发明的填缝剂涂膜耐水性好、不易被沾污、易清洁、可长时间在潮湿环境中使用,还可直接作为美缝剂单独使用。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑化工材料的技术领域,具体涉及一种双组分膏状填缝剂。
背景技术
目前市场上常见的瓷砖填缝材料有水泥基填缝剂、膏状填缝剂。
水泥基的瓷砖填缝剂表面不密实,存在很多微孔,长时间会积聚很多灰尘和污垢,耐沾污性不好会影响填缝剂的美观,而且填缝剂长时间在潮湿环境中会滋生大量细菌和霉菌,从而对人体产生危害,不适用于厨房和卫生间等地的家庭装修。另外,水泥基的建筑材料基本都存在泛碱现象,特别是装饰材料,泛碱现象会严重影响装饰的美观。
膏状填缝剂的胶凝材料为聚合物乳液,不含水泥,基本不会有泛碱现象。单组分填缝剂虽然耐沾污性较好,但容易收缩塌陷,不但影响装饰美观,而且积聚在凹陷的粉尘等不易清扫干净,使填缝剂失去亮丽的光泽。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中水泥基填缝剂和单组分填缝剂存在的不足,本发明提供了一种双组分膏状填缝剂。
本发明的双组分膏状填缝剂包括A组分和B组分;A组分包括以下质量百分数的成分:水性聚合物树脂30-40%、防冻剂0-1.5%、润湿剂0.2-0.5%、消泡剂0.2-0.6%、分散剂1-1.5%、填料40-50%、光触媒10-20%、憎水剂0.5-1%、增稠剂0-0.8%、杀菌防腐剂0.1-0.2%,其余为水;B组分为水性交联剂;使用时,将A组分与B组分按质量比20-10:1混合均匀。

本发明的有益效果为:
(1)本发明的填缝剂使用水性聚合物树脂为胶凝材料,没有泛碱的现象,不会影响填缝剂的美观。填缝剂组分中添加了憎水剂和光触媒,涂膜憎水性较强,能阻挡水分子的渗入,不易滋生细菌和霉菌。
(2)本发明的填缝剂涂膜耐水性好、不易被沾污、易清洁、可长时间在潮湿环境中使用。本发明的填缝剂为双组分,除了单组分填缝剂所具有的耐沾污性好、不易被沾污的优点,还具有不收缩开裂,不凹陷等特点,从而不会影响装饰美观,该填缝剂还可直接作为美缝剂单独使用。
具体实施方式
本发明的双组分膏状填缝剂包括A组分和B组分;A组分包括以下质量百分数的成分:水性聚合物树脂30-40%、防冻剂0-1.5%、润湿剂0.3-0.5%、消泡剂0.2-0.6%、分散剂1-1.5%、填料40-50%、光触媒10-20%、憎水剂0.5-1%、增稠剂0-0.8%、杀菌防腐剂0.1-0.2%,其余为水;B组分为水性交联剂;使用时,将A组分与B组分按质量比20-10:1混合均匀。

对比实验
将本发明申请的填缝剂与市面上的现有产品(环氧树脂)的填缝剂,分别进行耐紫外性、耐低温性、耐油性、耐水性实验。
填缝剂的使用场所:家装地砖缝(尤其是厨房和卫生间),高档别墅的内外墙等瓷砖缝。
根据GB/T 23986-2009色漆和清漆挥发性有机化合物(VOC)含量的测定中描述的方法,测定本发明申请的填缝剂与市面上现有产品的VOC含量。
耐紫外性实验:将成型3mm厚的试件放入紫外老化试验箱中辐照168h,观察试件状态。
耐低温性实验:将成型3mm厚的试件放入-20℃的低温冷冻箱中48h,观察试件状态。
耐油性实验:将成型3mm厚的试件浸泡在油介质中48h,观察试件状态。
耐水性实验:将成型3mm厚的试件浸泡在水中48h,观察试件状态。
实验结果如表1所示。本发明为水性产品,相对溶剂型填缝剂有较低的VOC含量,所以用于家装更环保,不会对人体产生危害。本发明的填缝剂为丙烯酸/聚氨酯体系,具有优异的耐候性能和耐老化性能,使用寿命更长久;本发明填缝剂还具有很好的耐油性和耐水性,适用于厨房和卫生间等潮湿地方。

Claims (8)

1.一种双组分膏状填缝剂,其特征在于,该填缝剂包括A组分和B组分;A组分包括以下质量百分数的成分:水性聚合物树脂30-40%、防冻剂0-1.5%、润湿剂0.2-0.5%、消泡剂0.2-0.6%、分散剂1-1.5%、填料40-50%、光触媒10-20%、憎水剂0.5-1%、增稠剂0-0.8%、杀菌防腐剂0.1-0.2%,其余为水;B组分为水性交联剂;使用时,将A组分与B组分按质量比20-10:1混合均匀;
水性聚合物树脂为丙烯酸乳液、水性聚氨酯乳液中的一种;水性交联剂为封闭型水性多异氰酸酯交联剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双组分膏状填缝剂,其特征在于,防冻剂为乙二醇、丙二醇中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双组分膏状填缝剂,其特征在于,润湿剂为聚氧乙烯烷基芳基醚类表面活性剂、聚氧乙烯任基酚类表面活性剂、聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚类表面活性剂中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双组分膏状填缝剂,其特征在于,消泡剂为矿物油类消泡剂、有机硅类消泡剂中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的双组分膏状填缝剂,其特征在于,分散剂为聚羧酸盐类分散剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的双组分膏状填缝剂,其特征在于,填料为重质碳酸钙、轻质碳酸钙、石英粉、滑石粉中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的双组分膏状填缝剂,其特征在于,光触媒为纳米二氧化钛、纳米氧化锌中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的双组分膏状填缝剂,其特征在于,憎水剂为有机硅憎水剂、矿物油类憎水剂中的一种;增稠剂为羟乙基纤维素醚、碱溶胀型增稠剂、疏水改性丙烯酸类增稠剂、聚氨酯类增稠剂中的至少一种。
