a. preparing a tray: the tray feeding conveying mechanism (2) conveys the tray (1) to the tray rotating platform (4), the tray rotating platform (4) drives the tray (1) to rotate to an inclined state, the bottle blocking flashboard (11) is opened, and then the bottle protecting piece (7) moves to the side, higher than the tray (1); the bottle body grabbing mechanism (6) grabs the bottle bodies on the bottle conveying mechanism (5) and transfers the bottle bodies to the higher side of the tray (1) and rotates the bottle bodies to be vertical to the tray (1);
b. loading a plate: the bottle body grabbing mechanism (6) puts the bottle bodies into the tray (1), then the bottle body grabbing mechanism (6) grabs and puts the bottles again, when one row of bottle bodies are put into the tray, the bottle protecting part (7) moves the distance of one row of bottle bodies to the lower side of the tray (1) until the tray (1) is full, and the bottle protecting part (7) is withdrawn from the tray (1);
c. discharging: the bottle blocking flashboard (11) is closed, then the tray rotating platform (4) drives the tray (1) to rotate to a horizontal state, and the tray discharging and conveying mechanism (3) outputs the tray (1) from the tray rotating platform (4).
10. A method of loading a disc as claimed in claim 9, wherein: in the steps a and b, the bottle body grabbing mechanism (6) horizontally moves the bottle body to the side with the higher position of the tray (1) and then rotates the bottle body to be vertical to the tray (1).
