9. A method of operating a carousel locking mechanism as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
step 1, connecting a mounting bracket (8) with a lower frame;
step 2, connecting the guide pipe column (4) and the transition mounting disc (2) into a whole;
and step 3: connecting the guide pipe column (4), the transition mounting disc (2) and the rotating disc (5) which are connected into a whole to the upper frame;
and 4, step 4: connecting the locking pliers (6) with the mounting bracket (8);
and 5: connecting the locking air chamber (7) with the locking pliers (6);
step 6: and a control gas circuit communicated with the locking gas chamber (7).
