本发明公开了一种整体式空气过滤器，包括壳体组件、滤芯组件、进气管、出气管，所述壳体组件由上盖(1)、中壳体(7)、下盖(3)构成，该上盖侧边向下弯曲包住中壳体的上端，该下盖与中壳体的下弯曲端之间通过螺栓及垫圈连接且由螺母固紧，所述滤芯组件的上端盖具有上凸点而与上盖相接、所述滤芯组件的下端盖具有下凸点而与下盖相接。在上盖上装有与出气管的侧边相连的压力报警指示器。本发明实现了壳体组件的整体化，不存在担心卡箍方式后期保养拆卸掉落、变形等问题，其设计合理、结构紧凑、密封性能良好并具备压力报警功能，过滤效果明显，提升了滤清器的整体质量。可广泛应用于汽车业、制造业等行业，特别适用于船舶业。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种过滤设施，具体是涉及一种空气过滤器。
背景技术
目前，车辆用的空气过滤器是一种用于车辆进气系统空气净化的过滤设施，包括壳体、滤芯组件、进气管、出气管，其通过卡箍抱紧壳体方式，此卡箍后期保养存在着拆卸掉落、变形、密封性不良等问题，且此固定卡箍的零部件需要专门的模具开发，增加了设计和制作成本。另外，过滤空气杂质功能作用单一，一般不具备报警功能，影响了过滤器的过滤效果和整体质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述的不足，而提供一种不易变形、密封性良好的整体式空气过滤器。
本发明目的通过如下的技术方案来实现：整体式空气过滤器，包括壳体组件、滤芯组件、进气管、出气管，所述壳体组件由上盖、中壳体、下盖构成，该上盖侧边向下弯曲包住中壳体的上端，该下盖与中壳体的下弯曲端之间通过螺栓及垫圈连接且由螺母固紧，所述滤芯组件的上端盖具有上凸点而与上盖相接、所述滤芯组件的下端盖具有下凸点而与下盖相接。
在所述上盖上装有与出气管的侧边相连的压力报警指示器。
采用本发明结构后，上盖、下盖与中壳体的连接实现了壳体组件的整体化，只需要螺栓拧紧来固定下盖，不存在担心卡箍方式后期保养拆卸掉落、变形等问题，上、下端盖各自具有上、下凸点与上盖、下盖对接，其设计合理、结构紧凑、密封性能良好并具备压力报警功能，过滤效果明显而提供清洁空气，提升了滤清器的整体质量。可广泛应用于汽车业、制造业、日用品等行业，特别适用于船舶业。

具体实施方式
以下通过附图与实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
参照图1、图2可知，本发明整体式空气过滤器，包括壳体组件、滤芯组件2(由上端盖10、滤芯15、下端盖12构成)、进气管8、出气管9，所述壳体组件由上盖1、中壳体7、下盖3构成，该上盖1侧边向下弯曲(通过焊接方式)包住中壳体7的上端，该下盖3与中壳体7的下弯曲端之间通过螺栓6及垫圈4连接且由螺母5固紧(此螺栓6、垫圈4、螺母5的组合具有若干组)，所述滤芯组件2的上端盖10具有上凸点11(为PU胶料)而与上盖1相接、所述滤芯组件2的下端盖12具有下凸点13(为PU胶料)而与下盖3相接。
在所述上盖1上装有与出气管9的侧边相连的压力报警指示器14，在其指示进气管与出气管的进出口气压差增大，提示需要更换滤芯组件时，只需拆下螺母、螺栓、垫圈及下盖，直接取出滤芯组件进行保养或更换即可，保证了空气过滤效果。
本发明特别能使各类家用汽车、轿车及商务用车、大型客车等车型、制造业生产拥有良好、清洁的空气环境，特别适用于船舶业。

1.整体式空气过滤器，包括壳体组件、滤芯组件(2)、进气管(8)、出气管(9)，其特征在于：所述壳体组件由上盖(1)、中壳体(7)、下盖(3)构成，该上盖(1)侧边向下弯曲包住中壳体(7)的上端，该下盖(3)与中壳体(7)的下弯曲端之间通过螺栓(6)及垫圈(4)连接且由螺母(5)固紧，所述滤芯组件(2)的上端盖(10)具有上凸点(11)而与上盖(1)相接、所述滤芯组件(2)的下端盖(12)具有下凸点(13)而与下盖(3)相接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的整体式空气过滤器，其特征在于：在所述上盖(1)上装有与出气管(9)的侧边相连的压力报警指示器(14)。
