Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, in particular to a processing method based on the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces.
Background
Before the Chinese medicinal materials are applied or made into dosage forms, the necessary processing process is carried out. Also known as moxibustion, repair, etc. The preparation method is also a method for processing medicinal materials with fire. As most of the Chinese medicinal materials are crude drugs which are often accompanied by soil and other foreign matters, or have peculiar smell, or have toxicity, or are not easy to store due to moisture, the Chinese medicinal materials can be purified, flavored, reduced in toxicity and dried without deterioration through certain processing treatment. In addition, the processing also has the effects of enhancing the curative effect of the medicine, changing the performance of the medicine, facilitating the preparation adjustment and the like.
However, the processing process of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials is complex during processing and production, the traditional Chinese medicinal materials are often heated unevenly during hot processing to affect the quality, and filamentous objects often remain during cutting or slicing to affect the overall quality of the traditional Chinese medicinal decoction pieces. Therefore, it is necessary to invent a processing method based on Chinese herbal pieces and a preparation method thereof to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a processing method based on traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces aiming at the defects of the prior art.
The technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows: a processing method based on traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces comprises the following processing steps:
the method comprises the following steps: picking one or more medicinal parts of roots, stems, leaves or flowers of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials, if a plurality of medicinal parts are picked, separately storing the medicinal parts, wherein the medicinal parts need to be within 3-15 days of the mature period of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials, removing non-medicinal parts, and then drying the medicinal parts by using a drying room to ensure that the water content in the medicinal parts is between 15% and 20%;
step two: screening and removing mud dirt of the picked medicinal parts by a vibration screening machine with a 6-10 mesh screen, wherein the vibration frequency of the vibration screening machine is 4-6 times/second, and then putting the Chinese medicinal materials without the mud dirt into a water tank for washing for 30-50 min by long flowing water to completely remove the residual mud dirt and pesticide on the Chinese medicinal materials;
step three: then taking out and putting into one of alcohol water solution, vinegar water solution, ginger juice solution or salt water solution for soaking for 120min-150min, then fishing out and removing water drops, and putting into a drying furnace for intermittent drying at the high temperature of 60-80 ℃ until the water content of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials is between 8% -12%;
step four: cutting or slicing the roots, stems or leaves of the dried Chinese medicinal materials to the length of 8-12 mm, then putting the cut or sliced roots, stems and leaves and the flowers in the third step into rolling stones, heating and stir-frying for 20-30 min, wherein the heating temperature is 40-60 ℃, and then screening the rolling stones through a screen mesh with 25-30 meshes;
step five: screening the quality of the processed roots, stems, leaves or flowers of the Chinese medicinal materials, subpackaging the screened different Chinese medicinal decoction pieces, packaging and storing in a dry environment for later use.
In the processing method based on the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, the picked traditional Chinese medicine is any one of traditional Chinese medicine with roots, stems, leaves and flowers, such as bighead atractylodes rhizome, cortex moutan, white paeony root, aster, radix angelicae, rhizoma anemarrhenae, platycodon grandiflorum, trichosanthes root, chrysanthemum, fructus cnidii and the like.
In the processing method based on the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, the traditional Chinese medicine picked in the step one is a pest-free medicine, and the granules, roots, stems, leaves and flowers are full.
In the processing method based on the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, the flow velocity of the flowing water in the step two is 2-4m/s when the traditional Chinese medicines are cleaned, the cleaned water is reused after being purified, and in addition, a proper amount of baking soda can be introduced into the traditional Chinese medicines to quickly decompose the residual organic phosphorus on the traditional Chinese medicines during cleaning.
In the processing method based on the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, the concentration of the baking soda is 8% -12%.
In the processing method based on the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, the concentrations of the alcohol aqueous solution, the vinegar aqueous solution, the ginger juice aqueous solution and the salt water aqueous solution selected in the step three are respectively 70-75%, 16-20%, 25-30% and 6-10%, and the soaked traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces are rinsed with clean water for 5-8 min.
In the processing method based on the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, the rolling stone selected in the fourth step is a round rolling stone, the diameter of the rolling stone is set to be 4-6 mm, and the surface of the rolling stone is polished to be in a smooth state.
In the processing method based on the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, the step four of stir-frying by using the rolling stone comprises the following specific steps:
a. firstly, pouring the rolling stones into a boiler, heating to 40 ℃, then pouring the traditional Chinese medicinal materials into the rolling stones, stir-frying, wherein the stir-frying frequency is 10-15 times/min, the stir-frying time is 4-6 min according to the stir-frying frequency, and continuously heating to 60 ℃ during stir-frying;
b. stopping heating when the temperature of the rolling stones is heated to 60 ℃, stir-frying for 3min-5min according to the frequency of 20-25 times/min, continuously heating the rolling stones to 60 ℃ when the temperature of the rolling stones is reduced to 40 ℃, and so on until the Chinese medicinal materials are in a roll shape.
In the processing method based on the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, when the rolling stone is stir-fried, the shovel needs to slowly move downwards along the side wall of the boiler, and is not allowed to be directly inserted into the rolling stone for stir-frying.
The invention has the technical effects and advantages that:
1. according to the invention, the picking quality is strictly controlled from the picking source, so that the loss of the medicinal properties of the picked Chinese medicinal materials is reduced or the medicinal properties of the Chinese medicinal materials are not completely released due to picking period factors, and the medicinal properties are further influenced;
