In some embodiments, in the pulverizing step, the large particle fine powder has a particle size of 90 mesh; in the granulating step, the grain diameter of the rhizoma polygonati granules is 3 mm.
The solid particulate beverage of the above example, which we also used for 100 patients, has a half-year period, and the specific survey results are as follows:

As can be seen from the table above, the solid beverage has obvious effect on people with poor resistance, 52.08 percent of patients are slightly improved after taking the solid beverage for half a year, 33.33 percent of patients have obvious improvement effect, and the effective rate accounts for 85.41 percent.

Therefore, the data show that the solid beverage has obvious effect on people with poor resistance and has low effect on people with high blood pressure, high blood sugar and high blood fat.
Comparing example 1, example 2 and example 3, it can be seen that the formulation of example 3 is more effective than the formulations of examples 1 and 2, so the formulation of example 3 is a relatively best mode of execution.
In conclusion, the invention takes sealwort, tuckahoe, amomum villosum, cinnamon, ginger, cornus officinalis and liquorice as raw materials, and can strengthen yang and calm yin, activate pituitary, nourish five houses, harmonize six internal organs, comprehensively regulate, nourish liver and kidney, tonify qi and activate blood, act on each cell of a human body, enhance physical ability, strengthen the body, eliminate fatigue, effectively relieve brain fatigue and eliminate sub-health by optimizing component combination and dosage;
meanwhile, in the preparation process, a quick freezing step is added, after the molecular activity in the hot reflux extraction concentrator is activated, quick freezing is carried out, the molecular activity can be reduced instantly, the problem that the molecular activity is reduced due to the overhigh temperature for a long time is solved, when the solid beverage is drunk, the molecules of the solid beverage are activated again through hot water, and the drinking effect of the solid beverage can be enhanced by the mode.

6. The method for preparing rhizoma polygonati and poria cocos solid beverage according to claim 3, wherein in the centrifugation step, a high-speed tubular separator is used for centrifugation, and the centrifugation speed is 9000-.
7. The method for preparing rhizoma polygonati and poria cocos solid beverage according to claim 3, wherein in the concentration step, detection is performed at 80 ℃, and the relative density of the thick herbal extract is 1.15-1.25.
