In the present invention, the dried roselle is derived from the conventional commercial sources; the particle size of the dry roselle is preferably less than or equal to 2 mm. In the present invention, the dried roselle functions as a taste-modifying and color-adjusting agent.
The composition for clearing damp, tonifying kidney and nourishing yin comprises 6 parts by weight of rock candy. In the present invention, the rock sugar is derived from conventional commercial sources; the grain size of the rock candy is preferably less than or equal to 2 mm. . In the present invention, the rock candy functions as a seasoning.
The composition for eliminating dampness, tonifying kidney and nourishing yin is prepared by adding tuckahoe and astragalus decoction in 'Qian jin Fang Ji', wherein tuckahoe for promoting diuresis and strengthening spleen and astragalus for tonifying qi and promoting diuresis are matched for use, and the two medicines for eliminating dampness and tonifying qi complement each other; the largehead atractylodes rhizome has the effects of tonifying spleen and strengthening stomach, eliminating dampness and promoting diuresis; radix rehmanniae Preparata, fructus Lycii and fructus Lycii Frutus have kidney yin nourishing effect; cistanche deserticola essence replenishing and kidney tonifying, dryness moistening and intestine smoothing; the polygonum multiflorum has the effects of tonifying liver and kidney and benefiting essence and blood; fructus Corni is effective for nourishing yin and yang; the dried mulberry is used for treating diseases caused by kidney deficiency, such as early white hair blacking and soreness and weakness of waist and knees; the dried jujube slices have the effects of balancing and harmonizing yin and yang. The composition for clearing damp, tonifying kidney and nourishing yin can clear damp, invigorate spleen, tonify qi, nourish kidney yin and harmonize yin and yang, and all components belong to the homology of medicine and food. Has good conditioning effect on sub-healthy people with dampness in the body and yin deficiency and internal heat. The raw materials in the composition for eliminating dampness, tonifying kidney and nourishing yin provided by the invention act synergistically, so that the effects of eliminating dampness, tonifying spleen and qi, nourishing kidney yin and harmonizing yin and yang can be achieved.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the composition, which comprises the following steps:
mixing Poria, radix astragali, Atractylodis rhizoma, Cistanchis herba, radix rehmanniae Preparata, Polygoni Multiflori radix, fructus Lycii Frutus, Corni fructus, dried Mori fructus, dried fructus Jujubae, dried flos Hibisci Sabdariffae and crystal sugar to obtain the composition with effects of invigorating kidney and nourishing yin.
In the present invention, the order of mixing is preferably:
mixing lycium ruthenicum, dogwood, dried mulberry and dried jujube slices to obtain a first mixture;
mixing the first mixture with prepared rehmannia root to obtain a second mixture;
mixing the poria cocos, the astragalus membranaceus, the bighead atractylodes rhizome, the cistanche deserticola, the polygonum multiflorum and the second mixture to obtain a third mixture;
and mixing the third mixture, the dried roselle and the rock candy to obtain the composition for eliminating dampness, tonifying kidney and nourishing yin.
In the invention, the lycium ruthenicum mill, the dogwood, the dried mulberry and the dried jujube slices have high sugar content and are easy to absorb moisture and sticky, and the preparation process is kept dry.
The invention has no special limitation on the parameters and the mode of mixing, and the uniform mixing is taken as the standard. According to the invention, the materials are mixed according to the properties, such as lycium ruthenicum mill, dogwood, dried mulberry and dried jujube slices, and the sugar content is high, so that the moisture absorption and stickiness are easy; the prepared rehmannia root is sticky and not easy to disperse after being steamed and dried; the poria cocos, the astragalus membranaceus, the bighead atractylodes rhizome, the cistanche and the polygonum multiflorum are easy to crush and disperse, and are mixed according to the sequence of the invention, so that all materials are finally uniformly mixed and dispersed, the uniformity of product components in the final subpackage package can be ensured, and the materials accord with the formula proportion, so that the consistency of product efficacy is ensured.
The invention also provides application of the composition in the scheme or the composition prepared by the preparation method in preparing a medicament for treating in-vivo dampness and kidney-yin deficiency.
The invention also provides application of the composition prepared by the scheme or the preparation method in preparing health-care products with the effects of clearing damp, tonifying qi, strengthening spleen, tonifying kidney, nourishing yin and clearing heat.
In the present invention, the health product preferably comprises health tea.
The technical solution of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the embodiments of the present invention. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example 1
60g of poria cocos, 20g of astragalus membranaceus, 30g of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 30g of cistanche deserticola, 30g of prepared rehmannia rhizome, 30g of polygonum multiflorum, 20g of red wolfberry, 20g of black wolfberry, 30g of dogwood, 30g of dried mulberry, 20g of dried jujube slices, 20g of dried roselle and 60g of rock candy.
1. The raw material requirements are as follows:
1) preparing materials according to a formula, and cleaning; drying and sterilizing; selecting the dried raw materials according to the proportion; grinding the raw materials, and mixing the raw materials.
2) Poria (Poria cocos), radix astragali and rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae are in the form of decoction pieces; the prepared rehmannia root is a nine-steaming and nine-sun-dried product; herba cistanches and radix polygoni multiflori are (steamed, sliced and dried in the sun) and dried roselle (the genuine product of dried whole Yunnan roselle).
2. The manufacturing steps are as follows:
A. firstly, mixing cleaned, dried and sterilized black medlar, red medlar, dogwood, dried mulberry and dried jujube slices, crushing the mixture to a square of 1mm, and uniformly stirring the mixture;
B. cutting Jiusun-dried Jiusteamed radix rehmanniae Preparata into 2mm square pieces;
C. respectively crushing all the rest raw materials (except dried roselle and crystal sugar) into particles with the particle size of 0.5mm, mixing according to the formula proportion, and uniformly stirring;
D. respectively crushing the dried roselle and the rock candy into particles with the particle size of 2 mm;
E. mixing the step A and the step B, repeatedly stirring and uniformly cutting;
F. and D, adding the mixed powder obtained in the step C into the powder E, repeatedly stirring and uniformly cutting to obtain a composite mixture.
G. And D, adding the dried roselle and the rock candy particles obtained in the step D into the mixture of the step F, and uniformly stirring again.
H. And (4) subpackaging the mixture obtained in the step G, wherein each bag contains 4.0G of the mixture. And then radiation disinfection is adopted to prepare a finished product, and the dampness-eliminating kidney-tonifying yin-nourishing tea is obtained.
Applications of
1. Putting a small bag of tea into a cup, and pouring 80-100 ml of boiling water which is just boiled.
2. The tea is brewed for 6 to 10min, and then the poria cocos tea for eliminating dampness, tonifying kidney and nourishing yin is enjoyed.
Contraindications are as follows: it is contraindicated for patients with yang deficiency, stomach cold, cold limbs, and indigestion.
Through two groups of clinical verification, one group is a sub-health treatment group, the invention is eaten 2 times every day, 1 time is 1 packet, and 7 days are 1 treatment course; the other group comprises control group for taking tablet for invigorating stomach and promoting digestion and radix Isatidis granule (administered according to the dosage required in the specification), and each group comprises 200 outpatients (100 treatment groups and 100 control groups), treatment group and control group, each group comprises 50 men and 50 women, the maximum age is 75 years old, the minimum age is 30 years old, the administration is performed 2 times per day, and 7 days are 1 treatment course. The clinical manifestations are dizziness, fatigue, insomnia, amnesia, poor appetite, feverish sensation in hands and feet, heavy body and limbs, constipation, face-long pox, leukorrhagia and yellow hair. As can be seen from Table 1, the dampness-eliminating and kidney-tonifying tuckahoe tea has a good effect of improving clinical symptoms listed in the table.

The preparation method is the same as example 1.

The formula comprises the following components in parts by mass: 3 parts of poria cocos, 2 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 3 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 3 parts of cistanche deserticola, 3 parts of prepared rehmannia root, 2 parts of red wolfberry, 2 parts of black wolfberry, 3 parts of dogwood, 3 parts of dried mulberry, 4 parts of dried jujube, 2 parts of dried roselle and 3 parts of rock candy.
The preparation method is the same as example 1.
Comparative example 3
The formula comprises the following components in parts by mass: poria cocos wolf 6, astragalus root 2, bighead atractylodes rhizome 3, prepared rehmannia root 3, polygonum multiflorum 3, red wolfberry fruit 2, black wolfberry fruit 2, dogwood fruit 3, dried jujube 2 and rock candy 6.
The preparation method is the same as example 1.
Comparative example 4
The formula comprises the following components in parts by mass: poria cocos wolf 6, astragalus root 2, bighead atractylodes rhizome 3, prepared rehmannia root 3, polygonum multiflorum 3, lycium ruthenicum 2, dogwood 3, dried jujube 4, dried roselle 2 and rock candy 6.
The preparation method is the same as example 1.

The test results show that group 3 (table 1) (the dampness-clearing kidney-tonifying yin-nourishing tea prepared in example 1 of the present application) has the best effect on improving inappetence, gastrointestinal dyspepsia, dizziness, mental fatigue, heavy body, limbs, lassitude, feverish sensation in hands and feet, constipation and the like, compared with other groups. In addition, group 3 also had good effects of regulating and improving the increase of leucorrhea, thickening and yellowing of female and the occurrence of acne on face.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.

The composition for clearing damp, tonifying kidney and nourishing yin comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 6 parts of poria cocos, 2 parts of astragalus membranaceus, 3 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome, 3 parts of cistanche deserticola, 3 parts of prepared rehmannia root, 3 parts of polygonum multiflorum, 2 parts of red wolfberry, 2 parts of black wolfberry, 3 parts of dogwood, 3 parts of dried mulberry, 2 parts of dried jujube, 2 parts of dried roselle and 6 parts of rock candy.
2. The composition of claim 1, wherein the dried roselle and crystal sugar have a particle size of independently ≤ 2 mm.
3. The composition of claim 1, wherein the poria cocos, astragalus membranaceus, bighead atractylodes rhizome, cistanche deserticola, polygonum multiflorum and lycium ruthenicum have particle sizes which are independently less than or equal to 0.5 mm.
4. A process for the preparation of a composition as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:
mixing Poria, radix astragali, Atractylodis rhizoma, Cistanchis herba, radix rehmanniae Preparata, Polygoni Multiflori radix, fructus Lycii Frutus, Corni fructus, dried Mori fructus, dried fructus Jujubae, dried flos Hibisci Sabdariffae and crystal sugar to obtain the composition with effects of invigorating kidney and nourishing yin.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the mixing is:
mixing lycium ruthenicum, dogwood, dried mulberry and dried jujube slices to obtain a first mixture;
mixing the first mixture with prepared rehmannia root to obtain a second mixture;
mixing the poria cocos, the astragalus membranaceus, the bighead atractylodes rhizome, the cistanche deserticola, the polygonum multiflorum and the second mixture to obtain a third mixture;
and mixing the third mixture, the dried roselle and the rock candy to obtain the composition for eliminating dampness, tonifying kidney and nourishing yin.
6. Use of the composition of any one of claims 1 to 3 or the composition prepared by the preparation method of claim 4 or 5 in the preparation of a medicament for treating in vivo dampness and kidney yin deficiency.
7. Use of the composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3 or the composition prepared by the preparation method according to any one of claims 4 to 5 for preparing a health product.
8. The use of claim 7, wherein the health product comprises health tea.
