Example 5
The insect-repellent incense obtained in examples 1 to 4 was used for treating aphids on strawberry leaves, and each of the treatments of the insect-repellent incense obtained in each example was repeated 3 times by 3 ck (control, i.e., treatment with no insect-repellent incense), and the amount of each treatment incense was 50g, and the application of the incense to each of the aphids was controlled by smoking in an experimental greenhouse having a volume of 12.8 cubic meters. The incense is used by igniting an insect-expelling and insect-killing incense in a container (an iron bucket with a diameter of 14 cm and a height of 60 cm, a net piece with a mesh size of 0.5 cm is welded in the bucket 5 cm away from the bottom, the net piece is parallel to the bottom of the iron bucket) to smoke and not catch fire, and uncovering a lower air opening of the experimental greenhouse for ventilation after the experimental greenhouse is sealed for smoking for 2 hours. In the embodiment, the population base is calculated by randomly selecting and marking 30 strawberry leaves in each experimental greenhouse before treatment, and the population base is the sum of aphids on the 30 marked leaves.
The insecticidal effects of the fragrances of different formulas on the strawberry marked leaf aphids are observed and recorded on the 1 st day and the 3 rd day after the fumigation treatment, and the insecticidal effects are shown in the table 2.
TABLE 2 insecticidal Effect of four groups of fumigants of different formulations on aphids
As can be seen from Table 2, the average insecticidal rates 3 days after smoking of the insect-repelling insecticidal incense obtained in examples 1 to 4 were 95.94%, 97.45%, 86.78% and 92.82%, respectively.
Example 6
Examples 1-4 insect-repelling incense having effect on growth of strawberry by smoking with different amounts
The insect-repelling incense obtained in examples 1 to 4 was weighed to 100g, 80g, 70g, 60g, 50g, 40g, 30g, 20g, 0g (ck), and smoked in an experimental greenhouse with a volume of 12.8 cubic meters for strawberry cultivation. The application method comprises igniting the incense in the container to make it smoke and not catch fire, sealing and smoking for 2 hr, and uncovering the lower air inlet of the experimental greenhouse for ventilation. The influence of the incense of different formulas on the growth of the strawberries is observed and recorded on the 1 st day and the 3 rd day after the smoking treatment, and the influence of the different dosages of the incense of the four formulas on the growth of the strawberries is shown in a table 3.
TABLE 3 Effect of four groups of different formulations on strawberry growth after smoking at different dosages
As can be seen from Table 3, the amount of the incense for expelling and killing insects in the experimental greenhouse with the volume of 12.8 cubic meters is not more than 60 g.
Example 7
The amount of incense for expelling and killing insects and the CO generated by smoking2Correlation of increasing concentration
The insect-repelling incense obtained in example 2 was weighed 4 weight parts, and smoked in a simulated greenhouse with a volume of 1.02m3 to generate CO for the amount of incense and the smoking2The correlation of increasing concentration was examined. This example uses PICARRO G2201 greenhouse gas detection equipment to carry out CO2The concentration monitoring, the amount of incense and the concentration of carbon dioxide generated are shown in Table 4, and it can be seen from Table 4 that the amount of incense is 1.02m3The simulated greenhouse of (1) produced 437ppm carbon dioxide for plants per 1 gram of incense used.

Example 8
Using the insect-repellent insecticidal incense fumigant prepared according to the formulation of example 2 to repel whitefly
50g of insect-repelling incense prepared by the formula in the example 2 is placed in a tomato planting field with the whitefly occurrence, and the experiment greenhouse smoking with the volume of 12.8 cubic meters is placed to repel the whitefly. 3 times of ck (comparison, namely treatment without insect-expelling and insect-killing incense) are repeated, the use method of the incense is to ignite the insect-expelling and insect-killing incense in the container to make the incense smoke and not catch fire, and the lower wind port of the experimental greenhouse is uncovered for ventilation after the experimental greenhouse is sealed for smoking for 2 hours. In this example, the population base is the sum of the number of trialeurodes vaporariorum on 10 marked leaves, which were randomly selected and marked in each experimental greenhouse before treatment.
After fumigation treatment, the repelling effect of the incense on the tomato marked leaf trialeurodes vaporariorum is observed and recorded in the 1 st d and the 3 rd d respectively, and the repelling effect is shown in the table 5
TABLE 5 Fumigation of the formulation of example 2 for whitefly repellency
As can be seen from Table 5, the average repellency rate (i.e., the amount of repelled insects in a proportion of the population of insects) was 79% 1 day after smoking, and the average repellency rate was 100% 3 days after smoking.
In conclusion, by means of the technical scheme, the incense capable of expelling insects and killing insects can kill aphids, cabbage caterpillars, red spiders, diamond back moths and leaf miners and can repel whiteflies. The smoke can increase carbon dioxide in partial air, and improve photosynthetic efficiency. The product has no chemical pesticide residue, and the produced vegetables and fruits are safer, so that the quality of the vegetable and fruits is improved, and the income of farmers is increased. The insecticidal composition can replace chemical pesticides to kill insects, repel pests, reduce the use of chemical pesticides, and is environment-friendly.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like that fall within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included therein.
