一种晶硅太阳能电池正面导电银浆及其制备方法和太阳能电池。按照重量份计,该晶硅太阳能电池正面导电银浆包括以下原料组分:金属粉80.0~93.0份;有机载体6.0~15.0份;玻璃粉1.0~5.0份;硅油0.06~3.75份;其中,该硅油为甲基硅油、乙基硅油、苯基硅油、甲基含氢硅油、甲基苯基硅油、甲基氯苯基硅油、甲基乙氧基硅油、甲基三氟丙基硅油、甲基乙烯基硅油、甲基羟基硅油、乙基含氢硅油、羟基含氢硅油、含氰硅油中的至少一种。该正面导电银浆具有优良的细栅丝网印刷性能,能够在23μm开口的丝网网版上印刷,最终获得高宽比优良的正面电极,从而使太阳能电池片具有电流高,转化率高的特点。
