One embodiment of the above invention has the following advantages or benefits: the asset account book system receives an on-chain digital currency transfer instruction from a receiving party, executes a first intelligent contract to generate digital currency to be transferred, a transferor asset application terminal system performs corresponding on-chain asset transfer, initiates an on-chain asset transfer instruction and a synchronous transfer instruction of the digital currency to be transferred, executes a second intelligent contract and a third intelligent contract by the asset account book system, simultaneously completes transfer of the on-chain asset payable and the digital currency to be transferred, and generates transferred asset and transferred digital currency; the method realizes the complete transaction process of the on-chain digital currency payment and the on-chain asset transfer, simultaneously controls the processes of the on-chain digital currency payment and the on-chain asset transfer through the intelligent contract, ensures the synchronous payment of the digital currency paid by the receiving party and the asset to be transferred by the transferor, and can return the digital currency to be transferred to the receiving party under the condition that the transferor does not normally initiate a corresponding on-chain asset transfer instruction within the specified time, thereby greatly reducing the transaction risk.
Further effects of the above-mentioned non-conventional alternatives will be described below in connection with the embodiments.

Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of embodiments of the invention are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
In the embodiment of the invention, the receiver is a user who initiates the digital money transfer operation on the chain; the transferor is a user who receives the transferred digital currency and initiates the asset transfer operation on the corresponding chain. The recipient and transferor have reached the following transaction: the receiver transfers a certain amount of on-chain digital money to the transferor, and the transferor then initiates a corresponding on-chain asset transfer operation to transfer the on-chain asset to the receiver. To implement the above-described transactions for on-chain digital money transfers and on-chain asset transfers, blockchains and intelligent contracts are introduced in embodiments. The intelligent contract is distributed execution software which runs on a block chain shared account book and has the characteristics of automation, mandatory execution and credible safety. After the transaction is initiated, the smart contracts may control the transfer, return, etc. of assets and digital currency on the chain. The specific realization principle is as follows:
the receiving party initiates a transaction and transfers the digital currency X on the chain to the transferor; the asset ledger system, upon receiving an on-chain digital currency transfer instruction from the recipient, executes an intelligent contract to change the on-chain digital currency X to digital currency to be transferred T1 and, if X > T1, simultaneously generates a recovery digital currency T0 (the amount of digital currency of T0 equals the amount of digital currency of X minus the amount of digital currency of T1) to the recipient; then the transferor generates an on-chain asset transfer instruction and intends to transfer the corresponding on-chain asset Y to the receiving party; meanwhile, the transferor generates a synchronous transfer instruction of the digital currency to be transferred according to the on-chain asset transfer instruction, and sends the on-chain asset transfer instruction and the synchronous transfer instruction of the digital currency to be transferred to the asset ledger system; the asset ledger system executes the intelligent contract, transfers the corresponding on-chain asset Y to the recipient, and simultaneously transfers the digital currency to be transferred T1 to the transferor. In the implementation process, the transaction process of both transaction parties (namely the receiving party and the transferor) is controlled through the intelligent contract, the transaction is safe and reliable, and the transaction risk is prevented.
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of the major subsystems of an on-chain asset transfer system through on-chain digital currency settlement in one embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 1, an on-chain asset transfer system 100 for settlement by on-chain digital currency according to a first embodiment of the present invention mainly includes:
a recipient asset application terminal system 101 for generating an on-chain digital money transfer instruction based on the recipient selected and/or entered digital money category, amount due digital money, and transferor information, and then sending the on-chain digital money transfer instruction with the recipient signature to the asset ledger system. Wherein the on-chain digital money transfer instructions include: the information on digital money to be transferred (information on the chain to be transferred to the transferee belonging to the receiving party), information on digital money to be transferred (information on the chain to be transferred to the transferor generated after execution of the on-chain digital money transfer instruction), information on digital money to be retrieved (information on the chain to be transferred to the receiving party generated after execution of the digital money transfer instruction when change is required during the digital money transfer), and the like. The recipient asset application terminal system presents an on-chain digital money transfer function interface on the terminal device to the user (i.e., recipient) for the user to input and/or select digital money transfer requirements. The receiver selects (or inputs) the digital currency type, the amount of the digital currency due and the address of the transferor digital currency wallet in the digital currency transfer function interface on the chain, and the asset application terminal system of the receiver can generate a digital currency transfer instruction on the chain; then, signing the on-chain digital money transfer instruction by using the user private key of the receiving party, and sending the on-chain digital money transfer instruction with the user private key signature of the receiving party to the asset account book system; wherein the transferor digital currency wallet may reside in a transferor asset application terminal system.
And the asset account book system 102 is used for executing a first intelligent contract contained in the transferred digital currency information in the on-chain digital currency transfer instruction so as to verify the on-chain digital currency transfer instruction with the receiver signature, after the verification is passed, spending the transferred digital currency information of the receiver according to the transferred digital currency amount, and generating corresponding to-be-transferred digital currency information. The intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset account book system executes verification operation: validating on-chain digital money transfer instructions: verifying the signature of the recipient digital money wallet in the on-chain digital money transfer instruction; after the signature verification is confirmed to pass, searching the address of the licensee of the transferred digital currency according to the information of the transferred digital currency; verifying whether the found authorized person address of the transferred digital currency is consistent with the user public key corresponding to the digital currency wallet signature of the receiver of the digital currency transfer instruction on the chain; and verifying whether the found amount of digital currency transferred is equal to the sum of the amount of digital currency received by the transferred digital currency asset detail and the amount of digital currency received by the retrieved digital currency asset detail; if yes, the verification is confirmed to be passed. After the verification is finished, the intelligent contract layer execution module executes the chain digital currency transfer instruction, costs the transferred digital currency, and generates the digital currency to be transferred and the recovery digital currency corresponding to the chain digital currency transfer instruction.
The meaning of "cost" in "cost a message, generate corresponding B message" can be understood as: and generating a corresponding B message according to the A message, marking the state of the A message as a spent state, and establishing an incidence relation representing the expense with the B message. The meaning of "cost" throughout can be understood as above.
The transferor asset application terminal system 103 is used for generating an on-chain asset transfer instruction containing transferred asset information based on the asset type, the transferred asset quantity and the asset book address of the receiving party selected and/or input by the transferor, and generating a synchronous transfer instruction of digital money to be transferred containing the information of the digital money to be transferred according to the on-chain asset transfer instruction; then, sending the on-chain asset transfer instruction with the transferor signature and the synchronous transfer instruction of the digital currency to be transferred to an asset account book system; wherein the transferred on-chain assets are equivalent to the digital currency to be transferred.
The asset account book system 102 is further configured to execute a second intelligent contract in the transferred asset information and a third intelligent contract in the to-be-transferred digital currency information, so as to respectively verify an on-chain asset transfer instruction with a transferor signature and a to-be-transferred digital currency synchronous transfer instruction; and after the verification is passed, spending the transferred asset information and generating transferred asset information corresponding to the transferor, and simultaneously spending the digital currency information to be transferred and generating transferred digital currency information corresponding to the asset account book address of the transferor. The intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset ledger system executes verification operations, including: (1) validating on-chain asset transfer instructions: verifying a signature of the transferor digital asset wallet in the on-chain asset transfer instruction; after the signature verification is confirmed to pass, searching the address of the right holder of the transferred asset according to the transferred asset information; verifying whether the found authorized person address of the transferred asset is consistent with the user public key corresponding to the transferor digital asset wallet signature of the on-chain asset transfer instruction; verifying whether the quantity of the searched transferred assets is equal to the sum of the quantity of the receiving assets contained in the asset information to be transferred and the quantity of the receiving assets contained in the asset information to be retrieved; if yes, the verification is confirmed to be passed. (2) Verifying the synchronous digital currency transfer instruction to be transferred: verifying the signature of the transferor digital money wallet in the synchronous transfer instruction of the digital money to be transferred; after the signature verification is confirmed to pass, verifying whether the asset account book address of the transferor is consistent with the user public key corresponding to the transferor digital currency wallet signature of the synchronous transfer instruction of the digital currency to be transferred; and (3) verifying whether the subsequent transaction calling parameters of the digital money to be transferred meet the normal transfer triggering conditions; if so, the verification is confirmed to be passed. After the verification is passed, the intelligent contract layer execution module executes the on-chain asset transfer instruction and the synchronous transfer instruction of the digital currency to be transferred, spends the transferred asset information and generates transferred asset information corresponding to the wallet address of the digital asset of the receiving party, and spends the digital currency to be transferred and generates transferred digital currency information corresponding to the account address of the asset of the transferor; wherein the recipient digital asset wallet can reside in a recipient asset application terminal system.
FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of the main flow of asset transfer through an on-chain asset transfer system for digital currency settlement on a chain according to one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the main process of asset transfer through the on-chain asset transfer system for digital currency settlement comprises the following steps:
step S201: and the transferor accesses the transferor asset application terminal system installed on the transferor terminal equipment, submits the identification information according to a preset login identification mode and logs in the transferor asset application terminal system.
The asset application terminal system can be system software which is installed on the terminal equipment and corresponds to the asset ledger system; a user may download and install asset application end system software from an asset hosting system by accessing the asset hosting system. The terminal device may be various electronic devices having a display screen and supporting web browsing, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a desktop computer, and the like. The login identification mode can be a user name and password identification mode, a fingerprint identification mode, a face identification mode and the like, and the corresponding identification information can be: a user name and a password, or an identification code in a preset format corresponding to the user name. The identification code in the preset format may be a password in the form of characters, or may be a biometric identification code, such as a fingerprint, facial information, iris information, etc. of the user.
And after the asset application terminal system of the receiving party identifies the user, determining that the receiving party is the user locally associated with the private key of the specific user. The receiver asset application terminal system includes a local security module in which a user private key and a user public key are stored. And the user public key and the user private key are generated by the asset application terminal system locally by adopting an asymmetric encryption algorithm. The user private key can be used for signing data information such as user identity information, user bank card information, user biological identification code information or user identity certificate and the like, and can also be used for signing digital asset information in subsequent asset transaction or financing process so as to confirm ownership of transaction; the user public key can be used for correspondingly verifying the data information signed by the user private key.
It should be noted that during the asset transaction, it may be either a real-name user transaction or an anonymous user transaction. For real-name users, real-name user information may be registered in the asset hosting system corresponding to the asset ledger address where the asset owner is recorded in the asset ledger system. The asset hosting system stores real-name account book records corresponding to the users. The asset hosting system may be a system that hosts registration management of a user to under-link real-name registered assets by designated asset hosting parties and registration management of a process of publishing digital assets on a blockchain by hosted assets, which may be accessed by the user via the Web or otherwise, the process of publishing digital assets including an off-link asset uplink process and an on-link asset downlink process. The method comprises the following steps that firstly, a user is managed by an asset management part, and then the asset management system issues digital assets on a chain to an asset account book system based on a block chain; and (4) performing the on-chain asset downgoing, namely, invalidating the digital assets of the user on the blockchain, and returning and transferring the under-chain managed assets corresponding to the digital assets to the user. The real-name account book record comprises: an identity certificate associated with identity information of a user and an asset ledger address associated with identity information of the user, the identity certificate comprising: the identity of the user and the user public key. The assets on the chain correspond to at least one asset ledger address, and the asset ledger address corresponds to the user public key, so that a user holding the user private key corresponding to the user public key can operate the assets on the chain. The identity certificate may be a CA (certificate Authority) certificate provided for information non-repudiation.
Step S202: the asset application terminal system of the receiver generates an on-chain digital money transfer instruction containing the information of the transferred digital money according to the digital money category, the amount payable digital money and the address information of the transferor digital money wallet selected and/or input by the receiver, and then sends the on-chain digital money transfer instruction with the receiver signature to an intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset accounting system.
The asset account book system is based on a block chain technology and comprises an intelligent contract layer execution module and a consensus account book layer execution module, wherein the intelligent contract layer execution module is used for receiving a user instruction and executing the instruction; and the consensus ledger layer execution module is used for realizing operations such as verification, inquiry, recording and the like. The on-chain assets in the asset ledger system are identified by an asset sequence number or asset index.
The on-chain digital money transfer instruction is an instruction of a receiver for initiating on-chain digital money transfer to the intelligent contract layer execution module for the digital money on the receiver's own chain. In an alternative embodiment, the on-chain digital money transfer instructions include: information of digital money to be transferred, information of digital money to be retrieved, and the like; in the embodiment, the information can be stored in a list form; wherein the transferred digital currency information needs to include a transferred digital currency index identifier to indicate that the transferred digital currency is identified based on a currency mode and not based on an account mode.
It should be noted that the information of the digital currency to be transferred, the information of the digital currency to be transferred and the information of the digital currency to be retrieved can all comprise intelligent contracts used for controlling subsequent transactions, and the intelligent contracts comprise triggering conditions of the subsequent transactions. If not specifically stated, the intelligent contract is a conventional, non-customized default intelligent contract. The triggering conditions of the intelligent contract of the digital currency information to be transferred are two, one is a normal transfer triggering condition, and the other is a withdrawal and rollback triggering condition, and can be specifically set according to the agreement of two trading parties.
The normal transfer triggering condition is that the digital money to be transferred is finally generated into the digital money actually received by the receiving party. For example, the receiving parties of the two transaction parties transfer the digital money on the chain first to generate the corresponding digital money to be transferred (the digital money to be transferred belongs to the on-road state and does not belong to any transaction party); after the transferor successfully transfers the corresponding chain assets to the receiver, the to-be-transferred digital money can be finally generated into transferred digital money with the asset account book address as the transferor; specifically, in some embodiments, the transferor must initiate an on-chain asset transfer instruction to the recipient, and the result of the successful execution is considered a pre-validation that may serve as a trigger for the transferor to transfer the digital money to be transferred to the transferor, as a normal transfer of the digital money after the transfer, that was initiated by the transferor in response to the on-chain asset transfer.
The withdrawal of the withdrawal triggering condition refers to returning the digital money to be transferred to the receiving party. For example, the receiver of both sides of the transaction transfers the digital money on the chain first to generate the corresponding digital money to be transferred; and setting if the transferor cannot provide the payment receipt within a specified time or the receiver cannot successfully execute the transaction of paying the digital currency; or setting that the transferor can not initiate the on-chain asset transfer instruction and initiate the corresponding digital money transfer instruction to be transferred, if the digital money to be transferred has a balance, executing a new transfer transaction on the balance after the digital money to be transferred is transferred to the receiver.
After the receiving party asset application terminal system generates the on-chain digital money transfer instruction, the on-chain digital money transfer instruction is signed by using the user private key of the receiving party, and then the on-chain digital money transfer instruction with the user private key signature of the receiving party is sent to the intelligent contract layer execution module so as to trigger the intelligent contract layer execution module to execute the intelligent contract contained in the transferred digital money information of the on-chain digital money transfer instruction.
Step S203: and the intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset account book system verifies the digital money transfer instruction on the chain, and executes the digital money transfer instruction on the chain after the verification is passed.
The implementation process of the verification comprises the following steps: verifying a signature of an on-chain digital money transfer instruction for on-chain settlement; searching the authorized person address of the transferred digital currency and the quantity of the transferred digital currency according to the information of the transferred digital currency, and verifying that the searched authorized person address of the transferred digital currency is consistent with the user public key corresponding to the signature of the digital currency transfer instruction on the chain; verifying that the looked-up amount of digital currency transferred is equal to the sum of the amount of digital currency accepted for the digital currency statement to be transferred and the amount of digital currency accepted for the digital currency statement retrieved.
The coincidence in the embodiment of the invention means that the result obtained by carrying out hash operation on the public key of the user is the same as the address of the authorized person to which the digital currency belongs on the corresponding chain. The on-chain digital money transfer instruction actually comprises a subsequent transaction calling parameter required by the intelligent contract for executing the asset transaction, and the intelligent contract layer execution module executes the intelligent contract inside the on-chain digital money transfer instruction after receiving the on-chain digital money transfer instruction. The embodiment refers to the verification intelligent contract which can trigger the transferred digital currency to carry out subsequent operation and the execution intelligent contract which generates the operation of the to-be-transferred digital currency information, which are contained in the transferred digital currency information of the digital currency transfer instruction on the chain, as the first intelligent contract.
The intelligent contract execution process for transferring the transferred digital currency into the digital currency to be transferred comprises the following steps: and checking the signature of the digital money transfer instruction on the chain by using a first intelligent contract contained in the transferred digital money information, judging whether a trigger condition specified in the first intelligent contract is met, if the trigger condition specified in the first intelligent contract is met, generating the digital money information to be transferred according to the digital money transfer instruction on the chain, namely spending the transferred digital money, and generating the digital money information to be transferred and the recovery digital money information corresponding to the digital money transfer instruction on the chain. After the first intelligent contract of the digital money transfer instruction on the chain is executed, the transferred digital money is converted into corresponding digital money to be transferred.
Step S204: and the intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset account book system records the execution result information of the digital money transfer instruction on the chain to the consensus account book layer execution module. The intelligent contract layer execution module spends the transferred digital currency, generates the execution result of the digital currency information to be transferred and the digital currency information to be retrieved corresponding to the digital currency transfer instruction on the chain, and records the execution result to the consensus ledger layer execution module.
Step S205: and the transferor accesses the transferor asset application terminal system installed on the transferor terminal equipment, submits the identification information according to a preset login identification mode and logs in the transferor asset application terminal system. The implementation principle of this step is the same as step S201. The execution order of the present step is not limited in the embodiment, and it may be executed before step S206. And after identifying the user, the asset application terminal system of the transferor determines that the transferor is the user locally associated with the private key of the specific user. The transferor asset application terminal system also includes a local security module in which user private and public key information is stored.
Step S206: the asset application terminal system of the transferor generates an on-chain asset transfer instruction according to the asset type selected by the transferor, the input quantity of transferred assets and the asset book address of the receiver, and generates a synchronous transfer instruction of the digital money to be transferred according to the on-chain asset transfer instruction; and then sending the on-chain asset transfer instruction with the transferor signature and the synchronous transfer instruction of the digital currency to be transferred to the asset ledger system.
The process of on-chain asset transfer is: and the transferor asset application terminal system generates an on-chain asset transfer instruction according to the asset type selected by the transferor, the input quantity of the transferred assets and the asset book address of the receiver, wherein the transferred assets are equivalent to the digital currency to be transferred. A second intelligent contract contained in the transferred asset information in the on-chain asset transfer instruction may control subsequent transactions of the transferred asset; wherein the transferred asset information further comprises a transferred asset index identifier for identifying designation when retrieving asset information to indicate that the transferred asset is identified based on an asset serial number or a schema of the asset index, rather than an account schema.
The synchronous digital currency transfer instruction to be transferred refers to a transfer instruction which can be initiated by a transferor to the intelligent contract execution layer module and aims at the digital currency information to be transferred, and the instruction is used for triggering the execution of a third intelligent contract (namely, an intelligent contract which changes the digital currency information to be transferred into post-transfer digital currency information) contained in the digital currency information to be transferred.
In an alternative embodiment, the digital currency synchronous transfer instructions to be transferred include: the information of the digital currency to be transferred, the information of the transferred digital currency, the calling parameters of the subsequent transaction of the digital currency to be transferred and the like. The parameter to be called when the third intelligent contract contained in the information of the digital money to be transferred is executed is called, and the parameter can be an asset transfer instruction on a receiving party successfully executing the chain; the post-transfer digital currency information is the final post-transfer digital currency generated after executing the intelligent contract contained in the digital currency information to be transferred; wherein the digital money to be transferred information needs to contain the digital money to be transferred index identification to indicate that the digital money to be transferred is identified based on the mode of the currency and not based on the account mode.
It should be noted that the transferred digital currency information also includes an intelligent contract for subsequent transactions, and the intelligent contract includes trigger conditions for subsequent transactions and verification of the trigger conditions, and further specifies the operation right of the transferred digital currency owned by the receiving party. Typically, the recipient has full rights to operate on the transferred digital currency.
Step S207: an intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset account book system respectively verifies the on-chain asset transfer instruction and the synchronous transfer instruction of the digital currency to be transferred; and after the verification is passed, executing the on-chain asset transfer instruction and the digital currency synchronous transfer instruction to be transferred.
The implementation process of the verification comprises the following steps: (1) validating on-chain asset transfer instructions: verifying a signature of the on-chain asset transfer instruction; after the verification of the signature is confirmed to pass, searching the owner address of the transferred asset and the quantity of the transferred asset according to the transferred asset information, and verifying whether the searched owner address of the transferred asset is consistent with the user public key corresponding to the signature of the linked asset transfer instruction; verifying whether the quantity of the searched transferred assets is equal to the sum of the quantity of the receiving assets of the details of the assets to be transferred and the quantity of the receiving assets of the details of the retrieved assets; if yes, confirming that the verification is passed;
(2) verifying the synchronous digital currency transfer instruction to be transferred: verifying the signature of the transferor digital money wallet in the synchronous transfer instruction of the digital money to be transferred; after the signature verification is confirmed to pass, verifying whether the asset account book address of the transferor is consistent with the user public key corresponding to the transferor digital currency wallet signature of the synchronous transfer instruction of the digital currency to be transferred;
(3) and verifying whether the subsequent transaction calling parameters of the digital money to be transferred meet the normal transfer triggering conditions, and if so, confirming that the verification is passed. In this embodiment, the normal transition triggering condition may be: the system commits the on-chain asset transfer instructions with the transferor digital asset wallet signature to confirm that they can be successfully executed.
It should be noted that after the verification of the on-chain asset transfer command and the synchronous digital currency transfer command to be transferred, the asset ledger system may be further configured to cancel both of the two commands at the same time if at least one of the two verifications fails, that is, the asset ledger system does not update the execution results of the two commands.
The transferred asset information of the on-chain asset transfer instruction actually comprises a second intelligent contract which triggers the subsequent transaction of the transferred asset;
the synchronous transfer instruction of the digital currency to be transferred actually comprises a subsequent transaction calling parameter required by executing the intelligent contract of the asset transaction, and the intelligent contract layer execution module executes the intelligent contract in the synchronous transfer instruction of the digital currency to be transferred after receiving the synchronous transfer instruction of the digital currency to be transferred. The intelligent contract contained in the digital currency information to be transferred is referred to in the embodiments as a third intelligent contract.
The intelligent contract execution process of the transferred assets becoming the transferred assets and the digital money to be transferred being transferred into the transferred digital money comprises the following steps:
and checking whether the subsequent transaction invoking parameters of the digital money to be transferred, which are contained in the synchronous transfer instruction of the digital money to be transferred, meet the normal transfer triggering condition specified in the third intelligent contract by using a third intelligent contract contained in the synchronous transfer instruction of the digital money to be transferred, if the subsequent transaction invoking parameters meet the specified normal transfer triggering condition, generating the digital money information after transfer according to the synchronous transfer instruction of the digital money to be transferred, namely spending the digital money to be transferred, and generating the digital money information after transfer corresponding to the synchronous transfer instruction of the digital money to be transferred. After the third intelligent contract of the synchronous transfer instruction of the digital currency to be transferred is executed, the digital currency to be transferred is finally transferred;

The receiver enters an on-chain asset query function interface provided by the receiver asset application terminal system, and the on-chain asset query function interface is used for inputting and/or selecting query requirements by a user and jointly forms receiver on-chain asset query request information initiated by the receiver. The asset query request information on the chain of the receiver refers to a request that the receiver can initiate digital asset query for digital assets which are linked up by the receiver. In an alternative embodiment, the asset query request information on the chain of recipients includes: and the corresponding asset account book address and the query requirement of the receiver.
Query requirements refer to some limiting factors that may be used by a user to perform an on-chain asset query. In an alternative embodiment, the query requirement includes: query conditions and query results. The query condition may be any one or more of the following: asset number, asset class, asset status, etc. Wherein the asset status comprises: active state, frozen state, disabled state, etc.
The query results may be any one or more of the following: the method comprises the following steps of asset quantity, asset details, initial block information, terminal block information, asset transaction history records, managed asset storage information corresponding to the initial block, managed asset storage information corresponding to the terminal block and the like. The initial block information includes: initial block number, asset serial number, managed asset registration index information, managed asset description information, rights holder address, number of asset issuing units, number of valid asset units. The termination block information includes: a list of terminated initial block records corresponding to the terminating block, a terminating block number, and updated hosted asset registration index information with storage service system signature. The managed asset retention information may be considered comprehensive managed asset information stored in the storage service system that is related to the return of the down-link asset hosting up-link or the down-link asset hosting down-link, and that proves that the asset hosting party is the authorized person of the managed asset, and in alternative embodiments, the managed asset retention information includes: the paper document is electronic or purely electronic certificate information (such as an electronic signature archive or a result queried by an asset right registration system).
This step is used for making the receiving party initiate the operation of inquiring the asset information on the chain of the receiving party to the asset application terminal system of the receiving party. The specific implementation may be the corresponding function of the digital asset wallet of the recipient accessing the recipient asset application terminal system. It should be noted that if the asset query request information on the receiver chain includes the asset class, only the asset on the chain corresponding to the asset class is queried; and if the asset query request information on the receiver chain does not contain the asset categories, querying the chain assets corresponding to all the asset categories.
Step S303: and the consensus ledger layer execution module of the asset ledger system verifies the asset query request information on the receiver chain, and after the verification is passed, adds a signature to the asset query result information on the receiver chain corresponding to the asset ledger address of the receiver and returns the result to the receiver asset application terminal system.

The information on the receiver chain that assets are not spent includes: the owner's address, the asset class, the number of assets, etc. The authorized person address of the non-spent asset information on each chain in the non-spent asset information list on the chain of the receiving party is the same as the asset account book address of the receiving party in the asset query request information on the chain of the receiving party. The valid initial block information includes: chain hosted asset issuance information, chain hosted asset registration index information, and the like.
Step S304: and the asset application terminal system of the receiving party verifies the signature of the asset query result information on the receiving chain, and displays the asset query result information on the receiving chain to the receiving party after the verification is passed. The receiver can know the current chain assets according to the displayed asset query result information of the receiver chain, and then the held chain assets can be checked conveniently after the complete chain asset transfer process is finished successfully.
The following steps S305 to S307 are processes of the recipient user inquiring and obtaining the digital money inquiry request information on the recipient chain:
step S305: the asset application terminal system of the receiving party displays a digital currency inquiry function interface on the chain to the receiving party on the terminal device of the receiving party, a digital currency wallet of the receiving party in the asset application terminal system of the receiving party generates inquiry request information of the digital currency on the chain of the receiving party according to the inquiry requirement input and/or selected by the receiving party in the asset inquiry function interface on the chain, and then the inquiry request information of the digital currency on the chain with the signature of the digital currency wallet of the receiving party is sent to an execution module of a common account book layer of the asset account book system.
The receiver chain digital currency query request may include: digital currency wallet address information on the recipient chain; if the request contains a digital currency class number, only that class of digital currency may be queried, otherwise all types of digital currency are queried. In particular, in a cross-border scenario, a chain may be queried for multiple digital currencies.
Step S306: and the consensus ledger layer execution module of the asset ledger system verifies the digital currency query request information on the receiver chain, and after the verification is passed, adds a signature to the chain digital currency query result information corresponding to the digital currency wallet address on the receiver chain and returns the chain digital currency query result information to the receiver asset application terminal system.
Wherein the verifying the content comprises: the signature of the digital currency query request message on the recipient chain is verified.
The recipient chain digital currency query result may include: inquiry request information with the recipient digital currency wallet signature, a digital currency category, a list of outstanding digital currency information on the chain, a list of valid initial block information corresponding to the digital currency category number, etc. The licensee address information for each of the list of outstanding digital money information on the chain is the same as the recipient's chain digital money wallet address information in the query request.
Step S307: and the asset application terminal system of the receiver verifies the signature of the digital currency inquiry result information on the receiver chain, and displays the digital currency inquiry result information on the receiver chain to the receiver after the verification is passed. The receiver can know the digital currency currently held by the receiver according to the displayed digital currency inquiry result information on the receiver chain, and then the amount of the held digital currency can be checked conveniently after the asset transfer process on the complete chain is finished successfully. Subsequently, the receiver may initiate an on-chain digital money transfer request settled by the on-chain digital money after inquiring the result information according to the displayed on-chain digital money of the receiver and inputting the transfer digital money amount and the transferor information.
In some embodiments, the transferor user may not be sure of the precedence relationship between asset information on the chain of queries and digital currency information on the chain of transferors, or may even query in parallel.
Step S308: after receiving the on-chain digital money transfer request in step S307, the receiver digital money wallet in the receiver asset application terminal system generates an on-chain digital money transfer instruction including the information of the transferred digital money according to the amount of the transferred digital money and the information of the transferor input by the receiver, and then sends the on-chain digital money transfer instruction with the receiver signature to the intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset ledger system. This step is the same as the implementation process of step S202.
Step S309: the intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset account system executes the first intelligent contract included in the transferred digital money information in step S308 to verify the on-chain digital money transfer instruction, and after the verification is passed, the transferred digital money information of the receiving party is spent on transferring the digital money amount, and the to-be-transferred digital money information is generated. This step is the same as the implementation of step S203.
Step S310: and the intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset account book system records the execution result information of the digital money transfer instruction on the chain to the consensus account book layer execution module. This step is the same as the implementation of step S204.
Step S311: and the transferor accesses the transferor asset application terminal system installed on the transferor terminal equipment, submits the identification information according to a preset login identification mode and logs in the transferor asset application terminal system. The implementation principle of this step is the same as that of step S205. In the embodiment, the execution order of the step is not limited, and it may be executed before step S312.
The following steps S312 to S314 are processes of the transferor user inquiring and obtaining asset inquiry result information on the transferor chain:
step S312: the asset application terminal system of the transferor displays an on-chain asset query function interface to the transferor on the terminal equipment of the transferor, generates asset query request information on the chain of the transferor according to the query requirement input and/or selected by the transferor in the on-chain asset query function interface, and then sends the asset query request information on the chain of the transferor with the signature of the transferor to an execution module of a consensus ledger layer of the asset ledger system.
The asset query request information on the transferor chain may be a request for querying assets on the transferor chain, which is initiated by a transferor digital asset wallet in the transferor asset application terminal system to the asset book system. In an alternative embodiment, the asset query request information on the transferor chain includes: and the asset account book address and the query requirement corresponding to the transferor.
The step is used for enabling the asset application terminal system of the transferor to initiate asset query operation on the transferor chain. The specific implementation may be a corresponding function of the transferor's digital asset wallet accessing the transferor's asset application terminal system. It should be noted that if the asset query request information on the transferor chain includes the asset type, only the assets to be transferred corresponding to the asset type are queried; and if the asset query request information on the transferor chain does not contain the asset type, querying the assets to be transferred corresponding to all the asset types.
Step S313: and the consensus account book layer execution module of the asset account book system verifies the asset query request information on the transferor chain, and after the verification is passed, adds a signature to the corresponding asset query result information on the transferor chain and sends the result to the asset application terminal system of the transferor.

Step S314: and the transferor asset application terminal system verifies the signature of the asset query result information on the transferor chain, and displays the asset query result information on the transferor chain to the transferor after the verification is passed. And verifying the signature of the asset query result information on the transferor chain by using a public key of the execution module of the common account book layer.
The following steps S315 to S317 are procedures for the transferor user to inquire and obtain the information of the result of the inquiry on the digital money to be transferred:
step S315: the transferor asset application terminal system displays an on-chain digital currency query function interface to the transferor on the transferor terminal device, generates to-be-transferred digital currency query request information by a transferor digital currency wallet in the transferor asset application terminal system according to query requirements input and/or selected by the transferor in the on-chain asset query function interface, and then sends the to-be-transferred digital currency query request information with the transferor digital currency wallet signature to an execution module of a consensus ledger layer of the asset ledger system.
The digital money to be transferred inquiry request may include: digital currency wallet address information on a transferor chain; if the request contains a digital currency class number, only that class of digital currency may be queried, otherwise all types of digital currency are queried. In particular, in a cross-border scenario, a chain may be queried for multiple digital currencies.
Step S316: and the consensus ledger layer execution module of the asset ledger system verifies the query request information of the digital currency to be transferred, and after the verification is passed, adds a signature to the query result information of the digital currency to be transferred corresponding to the address of the digital currency wallet on the transferor chain and returns the result information to the asset application terminal system of the transferor.

The digital money to be transferred query result may include: inquiry request information with transferor digital currency wallet signature, digital currency type, list of digital currency information not spent on chain, list of valid initial block information corresponding to the digital currency type number, etc. The licensee address information for each of the list of outstanding digital money information on the chain is the same as the transferor chain digital money wallet address information in the inquiry request.
Step S317: and the asset application terminal system of the transferor verifies the signature of the digital currency query result information to be transferred, and displays the digital currency query result information to be transferred to the transferor after the verification is passed. And verifying the signature of the digital currency inquiry result information to be transferred by using the public key of the execution module of the common account book layer.
In some embodiments, the transferor user may not be certain, or may even query in parallel, for the precedence relationship between asset information and digital currency information to be transferred on the transferor chain.
Step S318: and the transferor initiates an on-chain asset transfer operation request according to the transferor asset information, the transferor asset quantity and the transferor asset corresponding to the digital currency to be transferred, which are contained in the on-chain asset query result information of the transferor displayed by the asset application terminal system of the transferor, so as to transfer the on-chain asset.
Step S319: the transferor digital asset wallet generates an on-chain asset transfer instruction containing the information of the transferred asset according to the on-chain asset transfer operation request, signs the on-chain asset transfer instruction, and sends the on-chain asset transfer instruction with the signature to the transferor digital money wallet. In this embodiment, the second smart contract included in the transferred asset information may trigger a subsequent transaction of the transferred asset.
Step S320: and after the transferor digital money wallet verifies the asset transfer instruction signature on the chain, generating a synchronous transfer instruction of the digital money to be transferred according to the instruction.
The synchronous digital currency transfer instruction to be transferred comprises the following steps: the information of the digital currency to be transferred, the information of the transferred digital currency, the calling parameters of the subsequent transaction of the digital currency to be transferred and the like. The parameter for calling the subsequent transaction of the digital currency to be transferred refers to a parameter which needs to be called when a third intelligent contract contained in the information of the digital currency to be transferred is executed; the post-transfer digital money information is the final post-transfer digital money generated after execution of the smart contract included in the digital money information to be transferred. After the transferor digital money wallet generates a synchronous transfer instruction of the digital money to be transferred, a private key of a transferor digital money wallet user is used for signing the synchronous transfer instruction of the digital money to be transferred; then, sending an on-chain asset transfer instruction with the private key signature of the transferor digital asset wallet user and a synchronous transfer instruction of the digital money to be transferred with the private key signature of the transferor digital money wallet user to an intelligent contract layer execution module to trigger the intelligent contract layer execution module to execute the on-chain asset transfer instruction and the synchronous transfer instruction of the digital money to be transferred;
wherein, the parameters for the subsequent transaction of the digital money to be transferred can be:
and the transferor takes the execution result of the on-chain asset transfer instruction as a calling parameter of a third intelligent contract of the digital currency to be transferred, and the object of the synchronous transfer instruction operation of the digital currency to be transferred is the digital currency to be transferred, so that the asset account book system takes the execution result as the calling parameter to call the third intelligent contract of the digital currency to be transferred for verification after the on-chain asset transfer instruction is executed, and executes the synchronous transfer instruction of the digital currency to be transferred after the verification is passed.
Step S321: an intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset account book system respectively verifies the on-chain asset transfer instruction and the synchronous transfer instruction of the digital currency to be transferred; after the verification is passed, executing the on-chain asset transfer instruction and the synchronous transfer instruction of the digital currency to be transferred, spending the transferred asset information, generating the transferred asset information corresponding to the on-chain digital asset wallet address of the receiving party, spending the information of the digital currency to be transferred at the same time, and generating the transferred digital currency information corresponding to the on-chain digital currency wallet address of the transferor. The specific implementation of this step is the same as step S207.
Step S322: and an intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset account book system records the execution result information of the asset transfer instruction on the chain and the execution result information of the synchronous transfer instruction of the digital currency to be transferred to an execution module of a consensus account book layer. Namely, the intelligent contract layer execution module records the following two execution results to the consensus ledger layer execution module: (1) spending the transferred asset information and generating post-transfer asset information corresponding to the recipient's on-chain asset currency wallet address; (2) while spending the digital currency information to be transferred and generating post-transfer digital currency information corresponding to the transferor's on-chain digital currency wallet address.
Example three: if the recipient has initiated a digital money transfer instruction and the digital money to be transferred is formed at the asset ledger system, but the transferor does not make a corresponding on-chain asset transfer within a preset time, the asset ledger system may then withdraw the digital money to be transferred back to the recipient. The rollback operation may be implemented in two ways: the first method is as follows: and detecting the timing of the third intelligent contract, and automatically executing a transfer transaction of returning the digital currency to be transferred to the receiving party once the withdrawal backspacing triggering condition is met by the third intelligent contract. The second method comprises the following steps: and the receiving party initiates a return instruction of the digital currency to be transferred on the chain, the third intelligent contract checks the withdrawal triggering condition, if the withdrawal triggering condition is met, the return instruction of the digital currency to be transferred on the chain is executed to generate return digital currency information corresponding to the asset account book address of the receiving party, and the digital currency to be transferred is returned to the receiving party.
FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram of the main flow of return of digital money to be transferred by the on-chain asset transfer system for on-chain digital money settlement in the third embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the main process of returning digital money to be transferred by the on-chain asset transfer system for on-chain digital money settlement in the third embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
step S401: the asset application terminal system of the transferor detects whether the on-chain asset transfer instruction is successfully executed within a preset time; under the condition that the on-chain asset transfer instruction is not successfully executed, or a transferor fails to initiate the on-chain asset transfer instruction and initiates a synchronous transfer instruction of digital currency to be transferred according to corresponding on-chain assets, and under the condition that the digital currency to be transferred has a balance, a balance return instruction of the digital currency to be transferred with the signature of the transferor is sent to the asset account system;
specifically, in the case that the on-chain asset transfer instruction is not successfully executed, or in the case that the digital currency information to be transferred has a balance which is not transferred, the on-chain digital currency return instruction with the transfer party signature and containing the digital currency information to be transferred is sent to an intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset book system. The digital currency to be transferred on the chain is returned to the receiving party by the return command. In a preferred embodiment, the digital currency return instructions to be transferred on the chain include: the digital currency information to be transferred, the balance of the digital currency to be transferred, the subsequent transaction calling parameters of the digital currency to be transferred, the returned digital currency information and the like. Here, the parameter for invoking the subsequent transaction of the digital money to be transferred may be null, and the return operation in the third intelligent contract included in the information of the digital money to be transferred is directly invoked, and the third intelligent contract checks whether the withdrawal return triggering condition (generally, the waiting time reaches the preset time threshold) is satisfied. The returned asset information includes: the recipient's asset book address, the amount of digital currency returned, etc.
Step S402: and the intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset account book system executes a third intelligent contract contained in the digital currency information to be transferred in the step S401 so as to verify the return instruction of the digital currency to be transferred on the chain with the signature of the receiving party, spend the digital currency information to be transferred after the verification is passed, and generate return digital currency information corresponding to the asset account book address of the receiving party. The verification content comprises the following steps: verifying the transferor signature of the digital currency return instruction to be transferred on the chain; and verifying that the waiting time from the generation of the digital currency information to be transferred to the receipt of the return instruction of the digital currency to be transferred on the chain meets the withdrawal rollback triggering condition. And after the intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset account book system verifies that the return instruction of the digital currency to be transferred on the chain is completed, the intelligent contract layer execution module executes the return instruction of the digital currency to be transferred on the chain, spends the information of the digital currency to be transferred and generates return digital currency information corresponding to the asset account book address of the receiving party.
Alternatively, the recipient asset application terminal system may initiate a chain pending digital money return instruction. In this case, step S401 is: and the asset application terminal system of the receiving party detects whether the on-chain asset transfer instruction is successfully executed within preset time, and sends the return instruction of the digital currency to be transferred with the signature of the transferor to the asset book system under the condition that the on-chain asset transfer instruction is not successfully executed or the transferor fails to initiate the on-chain asset transfer instruction and initiates a synchronous transfer instruction of the digital currency to be transferred according to the corresponding on-chain asset, and the digital currency to be transferred has a balance. The processing of the return instructions for digital currency to be transferred on the chain by the asset ledger system is the same as step S402 and will not be described here again.
The intelligent contract execution process for generating the return digital currency by the digital currency to be transferred comprises the following steps: and checking whether a subsequent transaction invoking parameter of the digital money to be transferred contained in the return instruction of the digital money to be transferred on the chain meets a withdrawal rollback triggering condition specified in the third intelligent contract (or checking whether the withdrawal rollback triggering condition is met according to a return operation in the third intelligent contract) by using a third intelligent contract contained in the information of the digital money to be transferred, and if the specified withdrawal rollback triggering condition is met, generating return digital money information according to the return instruction of the digital money to be transferred on the chain. The return digital currency information also includes default smart contracts for subsequent transactions.
Example four: after the receiving party completes the step S310, and after the transferor completes the step S322, the respective asset application terminal systems may query the on-chain asset information (i.e., the on-chain assets held by the transferor and the receiving party after the query transaction is completed) and/or query the digital currency information (i.e., the digital currency held by the transferor and the receiving party after the query transaction is completed) to confirm that the asset transfer payment is successful. The specific process of inquiring the asset information on the chain by the receiver is shown in steps S302 to S304, and the specific process of inquiring the digital currency information on the chain by the receiver is shown in steps S305 to S307; the concrete process of inquiring the asset information or the digital currency information on the chain by the transferor is the same as the inquiry principle of the receiver. If the asset information on the final chain of the receiver finally inquired by the receiver has the asset information after the transfer, and/or the asset information on the final chain of the receiver finally inquired by the transferor has the asset information after the transfer, and/or the digital currency information on the final chain of the transferor finally inquired by the receiver has the digital currency information after the transfer, and/or the digital currency information on the final chain of the transferor finally inquired by the transferor has the digital currency information after the transfer; confirming that the asset transfer payment is successful;
taking the example that the transferor and the receiver inquire the asset information on respective chains, a specific implementation process is as follows:
fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of the main flow of asset transfer payment confirmation by the on-chain asset transfer system of the on-chain digital currency settlement in the fourth embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the main flow of the asset transfer payment confirmation by the on-chain asset transfer system of the on-chain digital currency settlement in the fourth embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
step S501: and the asset application terminal system of the transferor acquires the final chain asset information of the receiver after the asset to be transferred is transferred from the consensus ledger layer execution module of the asset ledger system, and if the transferred asset information corresponding to the asset ledger address of the receiver exists in the final chain asset information, the successful asset transfer payment is confirmed. Under the condition that the transferor knows the transferred asset or the to-be-transferred asset, the asset to be transferred generated after the transferred asset is traded can be inquired, and the asset information on the final chain after the trading is carried out through the transferred asset generated after the asset to be transferred is traded. Therefore, if the asset information after the transfer corresponding to the asset account book address of the receiver exists in the inquired final on-chain asset information, the success of asset transfer payment is confirmed.
Step S502: and the asset application terminal system of the receiving party acquires final chain asset information generated after the transfer of the assets to be transferred from a consensus ledger layer execution module of the asset ledger system, and if the transferred asset information exists in the final chain asset information of the receiving party, the successful asset transfer payment is confirmed. On the blockchain, the asset account book address of the receiver can directly inquire the transferred asset information. In the embodiment, the execution sequence of step S501 and step S502 is not limited, and step S502 may be executed first, and then step S501 is executed.
FIG. 6 is a schematic flow chart of the method for on-chain asset transfer via on-chain digital currency settlement according to one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, the method for transferring assets on a chain through digital currency settlement on the chain according to the first embodiment of the present invention mainly comprises the following steps:
step S601: the recipient asset application terminal system generates an on-chain digital money transfer instruction based on the recipient selected and/or entered digital money category, the amount of digital money due, and the transferor information, and then sends the on-chain digital money transfer instruction with the recipient signature to the asset ledger system. Wherein the on-chain digital money transfer instructions include: information on digital money to be transferred, information on digital money to be retrieved, and the like. The recipient asset application terminal system presents an on-chain digital money transfer function interface on the terminal device to the user (i.e., recipient) for the user to input and/or select digital money transfer requirements. After the receiving party selects (or inputs) the digital currency type, the transfer digital currency quantity and the asset account book address of the transferor in the digital currency transfer function interface on the chain, the asset application terminal system of the receiving party can generate a digital currency transfer instruction on the chain; the on-chain digital money transfer instruction is then signed using the recipient's user private key, and the on-chain digital money transfer instruction signed with the recipient's user private key is sent to the asset ledger system.
Step S602: and the asset account book system executes the first intelligent contract contained in the transferred digital currency information to verify the on-chain digital currency transfer instruction with the receiver signature, and after the verification is passed, the transferred digital currency information of the corresponding digital currency type of the receiver is spent according to the amount of the transferred digital currency and corresponding to-be-transferred digital currency information is generated. The intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset account book system executes verification operation: verifying a signature of the digital money transfer instruction on the chain; searching the authorized person address of the transferred digital currency according to the transferred digital currency information, and verifying that the searched authorized person address of the transferred digital currency conforms to the user public key corresponding to the receiver signature of the digital currency transfer instruction on the chain; and verifying that the searched amount of digital money to be transferred is equal to the sum of the amount of received digital money contained in the digital money information to be transferred and the amount of received digital money contained in the digital money information to be retrieved. After the verification is finished, the intelligent contract layer execution module executes the chain digital currency transfer instruction, costs the transferred digital currency, and generates the digital currency to be transferred and the recovery digital currency corresponding to the chain digital currency transfer instruction.
Step S603: the asset application terminal system of the transferor generates an on-chain asset transfer instruction containing the information of the transferred assets based on the asset type, the transferred asset quantity and the asset book address of the receiving party selected and/or input by the transferor, and generates a synchronous transfer instruction of the digital money to be transferred containing the information of the digital money to be transferred according to the on-chain asset transfer instruction; then, sending an on-chain asset transfer instruction with the transferor signature and a synchronous transfer instruction of digital currency to be transferred to the asset ledger system; wherein the transfer asset is equivalent to the corresponding digital currency to be transferred.
Step S604: the asset account book system executes a second intelligent contract contained in the transferred asset information and a third intelligent contract contained in the to-be-transferred digital currency information so as to respectively verify the on-chain asset transfer instruction with the transferor signature and the to-be-transferred digital currency synchronous transfer instruction; and after the verification is passed, spending the transferred asset information and generating transferred asset information corresponding to the receiving party, and simultaneously spending the digital currency information to be transferred and generating transferred digital currency information corresponding to the asset account book address of the transferor.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, a receiver carries out chain payment through chain digital money, an asset account book system receives a chain digital money transfer instruction from the receiver and then executes a first intelligent contract to generate digital money to be transferred, an asset application terminal system of a transferor carries out transfer of corresponding chain assets and initiates a synchronous transfer instruction of the chain assets and the digital money to be transferred, the asset account book system executes a second intelligent contract and a third intelligent contract to simultaneously complete transfer of payable chain assets and digital money to be transferred and generate transferred assets and transferred digital money; the method realizes the complete transaction process of the on-chain digital currency payment and the on-chain asset transfer, simultaneously controls the processes of the on-chain digital currency payment and the on-chain asset transfer through the intelligent contract, ensures the synchronous payment of the digital currency paid by the receiving party and the asset to be transferred by the transferor, and can return the digital currency to be transferred to the receiving party under the condition that the transferor does not normally initiate a corresponding on-chain asset transfer instruction within the specified time, thereby greatly reducing the transaction risk.
The above-described embodiments should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, combinations, sub-combinations, and substitutions can occur, depending on design requirements and other factors. Any modification, equivalent replacement, and improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (19)

1. An on-chain asset transfer system settled by on-chain digital currency, comprising: a receiver asset application terminal system, an asset account book system and a transferor asset application terminal system; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the receiver asset application terminal system is used for generating an on-chain digital money transfer instruction containing the transferred digital money information based on the selection and/or input of the digital money category, the amount of the payable digital money and the transferor information by the receiver, and then sending the on-chain digital money transfer instruction with the receiver signature to the asset ledger system;
the asset ledger system for executing a first intelligent contract contained in the transferred digital currency information to validate the on-chain digital currency transfer instruction with the recipient signature; after the verification is passed, spending the transferred digital currency information of the receiving party according to the amount of the transferred digital currency and generating digital currency information to be transferred;
the transferor asset application terminal system is used for generating an on-chain asset transfer instruction containing transferred asset information based on the asset type, the transferred asset quantity and the asset book address of the receiver selected and/or input by the transferor, and generating a synchronous transfer instruction of digital money to be transferred containing the information of the digital money to be transferred according to the on-chain asset transfer instruction; then, sending an on-chain asset transfer instruction with the transferor signature and a synchronous transfer instruction of digital currency to be transferred to the asset ledger system; wherein the transferred asset is equivalent to the corresponding digital currency to be transferred;
the asset ledger system is further configured to execute a second intelligent contract included in the transferred asset information and execute a third intelligent contract included in the to-be-transferred digital currency information, so as to verify the on-chain asset transfer instruction with the transferor signature and the to-be-transferred digital currency synchronous transfer instruction respectively; and after the verification is passed, spending the transferred asset information and generating transferred asset information corresponding to the receiving party, and simultaneously spending the digital currency information to be transferred and generating transferred digital currency information corresponding to the asset account book address of the transferor.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the recipient asset application terminal system comprises: a recipient digital asset wallet, a recipient digital currency wallet;
the recipient asset application terminal system generating an on-chain digital money transfer instruction containing information of the transferred digital money, comprising: the recipient digital money wallet generating an on-chain digital money transfer instruction containing information of the transferred digital money and signing the on-chain digital money transfer instruction;
the on-chain digital money transfer instructions include: the information of the transferred digital currency, the information of the transferred digital currency and the information of the retrieved digital currency; the transferred digital money information includes: the asset ledger address of the recipient, the transferred digital currency index identifier, a first intelligent contract that controls subsequent transactions of the transferred digital currency and the amount of the transferred digital currency.
3. The system of claim 2,
the asset ledger system validating the on-chain digital money transfer instruction with the recipient signature, comprising:
verifying the signature of the recipient digital money wallet in the on-chain digital money transfer instruction; after the verification of the signature is confirmed to pass,
searching the authorized person address of the transferred digital currency according to the transferred digital currency information; verifying whether the found authorized person address of the transferred digital currency is consistent with the user public key corresponding to the digital currency wallet signature of the receiver of the digital currency transfer instruction on the chain; and the number of the first and second groups,
verifying whether the found amount of digital currency transferred is equal to the sum of the amount of digital currency received for the details of the digital currency asset after the transfer and the amount of digital currency received for the details of the digital currency asset retrieved;
if yes, the verification is confirmed to be passed.
4. The system of claim 3, wherein the recipient digital money wallet, prior to generating the on-chain digital money transfer instructions, is further configured to:
generating asset query request information on the chain of the receiver according to the query requirements input and/or selected by the receiver in the asset query function interface on the chain; sending the asset query request information on the receiver chain with the receiver digital asset wallet signature to the asset ledger system;
the asset ledger system is further for: verifying the asset query request information on the receiver chain with the receiver digital asset wallet signature, and after the verification is passed, adding the signature to the asset query result information on the receiver chain and returning the asset query result information to the receiver digital asset wallet in the receiver asset application terminal system;
the recipient digital asset wallet further to: and verifying the asset query result information on the receiver chain, and displaying the asset query result information on the receiver chain to the receiver after the verification is passed.
5. The system of claim 3, wherein the recipient digital money wallet, prior to generating the on-chain digital money transfer instructions, is further configured to:
generating digital currency query request information on a receiver chain according to query requirements input and/or selected by the receiver in an asset query function interface on the chain; sending the digital currency inquiry request information on the receiver chain with the receiver digital currency wallet signature to the asset ledger system;
the asset ledger system is further configured to: verifying the digital currency inquiry request information on the receiver chain with the receiver digital currency wallet signature, adding the signature to the digital currency inquiry result information on the receiver chain after the verification is passed, and returning the digital currency inquiry result information to the receiver digital currency wallet in the receiver asset application terminal system;
the recipient digital currency wallet further to: and verifying the digital currency inquiry result information on the receiver chain, and displaying the digital currency inquiry result information on the receiver chain to the receiver after the verification is passed.
6. The system of claim 2, wherein the transferor asset application terminal system comprises: transferor digital asset wallet, transferor digital currency wallet;
the transferor asset application terminal system generates an on-chain asset transfer instruction based on the asset class, the number of transferred assets and the asset ledger address of the receiver selected and/or input by the transferor, and includes: the transferor digital asset wallet generating an on-chain asset transfer instruction;
the on-chain asset transfer instruction comprises: the transferred asset information, the to-be-transferred asset information and the recovery asset information; the transferred asset information includes: the asset account book address of the transferor, the transferred asset index identification, and a second intelligent contract and the transferred asset quantity for controlling the subsequent transaction of the transferred asset;
the transferor digital asset wallet further to: the on-chain asset transfer instructions are signed and then sent to the transferor digital money wallet with the transferor digital asset wallet signature.
7. The system of claim 6, wherein the transferor asset application terminal system generating a digital money to be transferred synchronous transfer instruction including information of the digital money to be transferred according to the on-chain asset transfer instruction comprises:
after the transferor digital money wallet receives an on-chain asset transfer instruction with a transferor digital asset wallet signature sent by a transferor digital asset wallet, verifying the transferor digital asset wallet signature on the on-chain asset transfer instruction; after the verification is passed, generating a synchronous transfer instruction of the digital money to be transferred, which contains the information of the digital money to be transferred, according to the asset transfer instruction on the chain;
the synchronous digital currency transfer instruction to be transferred comprises the following steps: the information of the digital currency to be transferred, the information of the transferred digital currency and the calling parameters of the subsequent transaction of the digital currency to be transferred; the subsequent transaction calling parameter of the digital currency to be transferred is the execution state of the asset transfer instruction on the chain; the digital money information to be transferred includes: the digital currency index mark to be transferred controls a third intelligent contract for the subsequent transfer of the digital currency to be transferred and the quantity of the digital currency to be transferred, the third intelligent contract comprises the verification of a digital currency transfer triggering condition to be transferred, and the digital currency transfer triggering condition to be transferred comprises a normal transfer triggering condition and a withdrawal and rollback triggering condition;
the transferor digital currency wallet further to: and signing the synchronous transfer instruction of the digital currency to be transferred, and then sending the on-chain asset transfer instruction with the signature of the transferor digital asset wallet and the synchronous transfer instruction of the digital currency to be transferred with the signature of the transferor digital currency wallet to the asset ledger system.
8. The system of claim 7, wherein the asset ledger system validates the on-chain asset transfer instructions with the transferor digital asset wallet signature, comprising:
verifying a signature of the transferor digital asset wallet in the on-chain asset transfer instruction; after the verification of the signature is confirmed to pass,
searching for the address of the righter of the transferred asset according to the transferred asset information; verifying whether the found authorized person address of the transferred asset is consistent with the user public key corresponding to the transferor signature of the on-chain asset transfer instruction; and the number of the first and second groups,
verifying whether the quantity of the searched transferred assets is equal to the sum of the quantity of the receiving assets contained in the to-be-transferred asset information and the quantity of the receiving assets contained in the recovered asset information;
if yes, the verification is confirmed to be passed.
9. The system of claim 8, wherein the transferor digital asset wallet, prior to generating the on-chain asset transfer instructions, is further configured to:
generating asset query request information on a transferor chain according to query requirements input and/or selected by the transferor in the asset query function interface on the chain; sending asset query request information on the transferor chain with the transferor digital asset wallet signature to the asset ledger system;
the asset ledger system is further configured to: verifying the asset query request information on the transferor chain with the signature of the transferor digital asset wallet, adding the signature to the asset query result information on the transferor chain after the verification is passed, and returning the asset query result information to the transferor digital asset wallet in the transferor asset application terminal system;
the transferor digital asset wallet further to: and verifying the asset query result information on the transferor chain, and displaying the asset query result information on the transferor chain to the transferor after the verification is passed.
10. The system of claim 8, wherein prior to the transferor digital asset wallet generating an on-chain asset transfer instruction, the transferor digital money wallet is further configured to:
generating query request information of the digital money to be transferred according to query requirements input and/or selected by the transferor in the on-chain asset query function interface; sending the inquiry request information of the digital money to be transferred with the signature of the transferor digital money wallet to the asset ledger system;
the asset ledger system is further configured to: verifying the inquiry request information of the digital money to be transferred with the signature of the transferor digital money wallet, adding the signature to the inquiry result information of the digital money to be transferred after the verification is passed, and returning the inquiry result information of the digital money to be transferred to the transferor digital money wallet in the transferor asset application terminal system;
the transferor digital currency wallet further to: and verifying the digital currency query result information to be transferred, and displaying the digital currency query result information to be transferred to the transferor after the verification is passed.
11. The system of claim 8, wherein the asset ledger system validating the synchronous transfer of digital money to be transferred with a transferor digital money wallet signature comprises:
verifying the signature of the transferor digital money wallet in the synchronous transfer instruction of the digital money to be transferred; after the verification of the signature is confirmed to pass,
verifying whether the asset account book address of the transferor is consistent with the user public key corresponding to the transferor digital currency wallet signature of the synchronous transfer instruction of the digital currency to be transferred; and the number of the first and second groups,
verifying whether the subsequent transaction calling parameters of the digital money to be transferred meet the normal transfer triggering conditions or not;
if so, the verification is confirmed to be passed.
12. The system of claim 11,
the asset ledger system is further for: after the on-chain asset transfer command and the digital currency synchronous transfer command to be transferred are verified, under the condition that at least one of the two verifications is not passed, the two commands are simultaneously cancelled.
13. The system according to any one of claims 1 to 12,
the transferor asset application terminal system is further configured to: acquiring final chain asset information of the receiver after the transferred asset is transferred from the asset account book system, and if the transferred asset information exists in the final chain asset information, confirming that asset transfer payment is successful;
the receiver asset application terminal system is further configured to: and acquiring final chain asset information generated after asset transfer from the asset account book system, and if the transferred asset information exists in the final chain asset information of the receiver, confirming that asset transfer payment is successful.
14. The system according to any one of claims 1 to 12,
the transferor asset application terminal system is further configured to: acquiring final digital currency information generated after digital currency transfer from the asset account book system, and if the transferred digital currency information exists in the final digital currency information, confirming that asset transfer payment is successful;
the receiver asset application terminal system is further configured to: and acquiring final digital currency information generated by the transferor after the transferred digital currency is transferred from the asset account book system, and if the transferred digital currency information exists in the final on-chain asset information of the receiver, confirming that the asset transfer payment is successful.
15. The system of claim 1, wherein the recipient asset application terminal system is further configured to:
detecting whether the on-chain asset transfer instruction is successfully executed within a preset time, and sending the digital currency return instruction to be transferred with the signature of the receiving party to the asset account book system under the condition that the on-chain asset transfer instruction is not successfully executed;
the asset ledger system is further configured to: executing a third intelligent contract contained in the digital currency information to be transferred of the digital currency return instruction to be transferred so as to verify the digital currency return instruction to be transferred on the chain with the signature of the receiving party; and after the verification is passed, spending the digital currency information to be transferred and generating returned digital currency information corresponding to the asset account book address of the receiving party.
16. The system of claim 1, wherein the transferor asset application terminal system is further configured to:
detecting whether the on-chain asset transfer instruction is successfully executed within a preset time, and sending the digital currency returning instruction to be transferred with the transferor signature to the asset account book system under the condition that the on-chain asset transfer instruction is not successfully executed;
the asset ledger system is further configured to: executing a third intelligent contract contained in the digital currency information to be transferred of the digital currency return instruction to be transferred so as to verify the digital currency return instruction to be transferred on the chain with the transfer party signature; and after the verification is passed, spending the digital currency information to be transferred and generating returned digital currency information corresponding to the asset account book address of the receiving party.
17. The system of claim 15 or 16, wherein validating the digital money return to transfer instruction comprises:
verifying the signature of the digital currency return instruction to be transferred; and the number of the first and second groups,
verifying that the waiting time from generation of the digital currency information to be transferred to the receipt of the digital currency return instruction to be transferred meets a withdrawal rollback trigger condition.
18. The system of claim 7, wherein the asset ledger system is further configured to:
executing a third intelligent contract contained in the digital currency information to be transferred to detect whether the withdrawal triggering condition is met through the third intelligent contract, if the withdrawal triggering condition is met, spending the digital currency information to be transferred and generating returned digital currency information corresponding to the asset account book address of the receiving party.
19. A method for on-chain asset transfer through on-chain digital currency settlement, comprising:
the asset application terminal system of the receiving party generates an on-chain digital money transfer instruction containing the information of the transferred digital money based on the digital money category, the amount of the payable digital money and the information of the transferor selected and/or input by the receiving party, and then sends the on-chain digital money transfer instruction with the signature of the receiving party to the asset ledger system;
the asset ledger system executing a first smart contract contained in the transferred digital currency information to validate the on-chain digital currency transfer instruction with the recipient signature; after the verification is passed, spending the transferred digital currency information of the receiving party according to the amount of the transferred digital currency and generating digital currency information to be transferred;
the asset application terminal system of the transferor generates an on-chain asset transfer instruction containing the information of the transferred assets based on the asset type, the transferred asset quantity and the asset book address of the receiving party selected and/or input by the transferor, and generates a synchronous transfer instruction of the digital money to be transferred containing the information of the digital money to be transferred according to the on-chain asset transfer instruction; then, sending an on-chain asset transfer instruction with the transferor signature and a synchronous transfer instruction of digital currency to be transferred to the asset ledger system; wherein the transferred asset is equivalent to the corresponding digital currency to be transferred;
the asset ledger system executes a second intelligent contract contained in the transferred asset information and executes a third intelligent contract contained in the to-be-transferred digital currency information so as to respectively verify the on-chain asset transfer instruction with the transferor signature and the to-be-transferred digital currency synchronous transfer instruction; and after the verification is passed, spending the transferred asset information and generating transferred asset information corresponding to the receiving party, and simultaneously spending the digital currency information to be transferred and generating transferred digital currency information corresponding to the asset account book address of the transferor.
