the borrower initiates a transaction, and gives an on-chain asset X mortgage to the borrower; after receiving the on-chain asset mortgage instruction from the borrower, the asset ledger system executes an intelligent contract to change the on-chain asset X into a to-be-mortgage asset T1, and if X > T1, simultaneously generates a recovery asset T0 (the number of the assets of T0 is equal to the number of the assets of X minus the number of the assets of T1) to the borrower; the lender then generates an in-chain digital money transfer instruction to transfer the digital money Y payable to the borrower; simultaneously, the lender generates a synchronous mortgage instruction of the asset to be mortgage according to the on-chain digital money transfer instruction, and sends the on-chain digital money transfer instruction and the synchronous mortgage instruction of the asset to be mortgage to an asset account system; the asset ledger system executes intelligent contracts, transferring the digital currency Y payable to the borrower, while mortgage the asset to be mortgage T1 to the borrower. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of the major subsystems of an on-chain asset mortgage financing system via on-chain digital currency settlement in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 1, an on-chain asset mortgage financing system 100 through on-chain digital currency settlement according to a first embodiment of the present invention mainly includes:
the borrower asset application terminal system 101 is configured to generate an on-chain asset mortgage instruction based on the asset class, the number of mortgage assets, and the asset ledger address of the lender selected and/or input by the borrower, and then send the on-chain asset mortgage instruction with the borrower signature to the asset ledger system. Wherein the on-chain asset mortgage instructions include: mortgage asset information (on-chain asset information attributed to the borrower and ready for mortgage to the lender), to-be-mortgage asset information (on-chain asset information generated after execution of the on-chain asset mortgage instruction, to-be-mortgage to the lender), recovery asset information (on-chain asset information transferred to the borrower generated after execution of the asset mortgage instruction in the case where change is required during the asset mortgage), and the like. The borrower asset application terminal system presents an on-chain asset mortgage function interface to the user (i.e., borrower) on the terminal device, which is used for the user to enter and/or select asset mortgage requirements. The borrower selects (or inputs) the asset category, the number of the mortgage assets and the address of the asset account book of the lender in the on-chain asset mortgage functional interface, and then the borrower asset application terminal system can generate an on-chain asset mortgage instruction; and then signing the on-chain asset mortgage instruction by using the user private key of the borrower, and sending the on-chain asset mortgage instruction signed by the user private key of the borrower to an asset ledger system.
The asset ledger system 102 is configured to execute a first intelligent contract included in the mortgage asset information in the on-chain asset mortgage instruction, to verify the on-chain asset mortgage instruction with the borrower signature, and after verification, to spend the mortgage asset information of the corresponding asset class of the borrower according to the number of mortgage assets, and to generate corresponding to-be-mortgage asset information. The intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset account book system performs a verification operation: verifying a signature of an asset mortgage instruction on a chain; searching the right address of the mortgage asset according to the mortgage asset information, and verifying that the searched right address of the mortgage asset accords with a user public key corresponding to a borrower signature of an asset mortgage instruction on a chain; and verifying that the number of the searched mortgage assets is equal to the sum of the number of the received mortgage assets contained in the to-be-mortgage asset information and the number of the received mortgage assets contained in the recovery asset information. After verification is completed, the intelligent contract layer executing module executes the on-chain asset mortgage instruction to spend the mortgage asset, and generates the to-be-mortgage asset and the recovery asset corresponding to the on-chain asset mortgage instruction.
Wherein the meaning of "spending" in "spending a messages, generating corresponding B messages" can be understood as: and generating a corresponding B message according to the A message, marking the state of the A message as a spent state, and establishing an association relation representing the spent with the B message. The meaning of "spending" is understood throughout as described above.
A lender asset application terminal system 103 for generating an on-chain digital money transfer instruction corresponding to the digital money payable based on lender selected and/or input borrower information and the digital money payable, and generating a to-be-mortgage asset synchronization mortgage instruction according to the on-chain digital money transfer instruction; then, sending an on-chain digital money transfer instruction with a lender signature and a to-be-mortgage asset synchronous mortgage instruction to an asset account book system; wherein the digital currency is payable with an on-chain asset equivalent corresponding to the number of mortgage assets.
The asset ledger system 102 is further configured to execute a second intelligent contract in the transferred digital money information in the on-chain digital money transfer instruction and a third intelligent contract in the to-be-mortgage asset information in the to-be-mortgage asset synchronization mortgage instruction to verify the on-chain digital money transfer instruction and the to-be-mortgage asset synchronization mortgage instruction with the lender signature, respectively; after verification is passed, the transferred digital currency information is spent and transferred digital currency information corresponding to the borrower is generated, and the asset information to be mortgage is spent and mortgage asset information corresponding to the asset ledger address of the lender is generated. An intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset ledger system performs verification operations comprising: (1) verify digital money transfer instructions on the chain: verifying a signature of the lender digital money wallet in the on-chain digital money transfer instruction; after the signature verification is confirmed to pass, searching the address of the right person of the transferred digital currency according to the transferred digital currency information; verifying whether the searched right person address of the transferred digital currency accords with a user public key corresponding to a digital currency wallet signature of a lender of the on-chain digital currency transfer instruction; and verifying whether the found amount of digital currency transferred is equal to the sum of the amount of digital currency received for the digital currency asset detail after transfer and the amount of digital currency received for the digital currency asset detail after recovery; if so, the verification is confirmed to be passed. (2) verifying a to-be-mortgage asset synchronization mortgage instruction: verifying a signature of the lender digital asset wallet in the to-be-mortgage asset synchronization mortgage instruction; after the signature verification is confirmed, verifying whether the asset account address of the lender is consistent with a user public key corresponding to the digital asset wallet signature of the lender of the synchronous mortgage instruction of the asset to be mortgage; and, (3) verifying whether the post-mortgage subsequent transaction calling parameters meet the normal mortgage triggering conditions; if so, the verification is confirmed to pass. After the verification is passed, the intelligent contract layer executing module executes the above-mentioned on-chain digital currency transfer instruction and the to-be-mortgage asset synchronous mortgage instruction, spends the transferred digital currency information and generates the transferred digital currency information corresponding to the borrower digital currency wallet address, and spends the to-be-mortgage asset information and generates the mortgage asset information corresponding to the lender asset account address; wherein the borrower digital money wallet may be in the borrower asset application terminal system.
FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of the main flow of asset mortgage through an on-chain asset mortgage financing system for on-chain digital currency settlement in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, a main process of performing an asset mortgage by an on-chain asset mortgage financing system for on-chain digital currency settlement according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
step S201: the borrower accesses the borrower asset application terminal system installed on the borrower terminal device, submits identification information according to a preset login identification mode, and logs in the borrower asset application terminal system.
The asset application terminal system may be system software installed on the terminal device corresponding to the asset ledger system; the user may download and install asset application terminal system software from the asset hosting system by accessing the asset hosting system. The terminal device may be various electronic devices having a display screen and supporting web browsing, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a desktop computer, etc. The login identification mode can be a mode of user name and password identification, fingerprint identification, face identification and the like, and the corresponding identification information can be: a user name and a password, or an identification code of a preset format corresponding to the user name. The identification code in the preset format can be a password in the form of characters, and can also be a biological identification code, such as fingerprint, facial information, iris information and the like of the user.
After the borrower asset application terminal system identifies the user, the borrower is determined to be the user locally associated with the private key of the specific user. The borrower asset application terminal system includes a local security module in which a user private key and a user public key are stored. The user public key and the user private key are generated locally by the asset application terminal system using an asymmetric encryption algorithm. The user private key can be used for signing data information such as user identity information, user bank card information, user biological identification code information or user identity certificate, and the like, and can also be used for signing digital asset information in a subsequent asset transaction or financing process so as to confirm ownership of the transaction; the user public key may be used to perform a corresponding verification of the data information signed by the user private key.
It should be noted that in the asset transaction process, the real-name user transaction may be an anonymous user transaction. For real-name users, real-name user information may be registered in the asset hosting system, the real-name user information corresponding to an asset ledger address of the record asset owner in the asset ledger system. The asset hosting system stores real name account book records corresponding to users. The asset hosting system may be a system that hosts a real-name registration asset under a chain by a user through a designated asset hosting party and that registers and manages the process of hosting the asset to issue digital assets on a blockchain, which the user may access through the Web or other means, including an under-chain asset uplink flow and an on-chain asset downlink flow. The under-chain asset uplink is that real-name assets of users under the blockchain are managed by an asset managing party, and then the asset managing system issues digital assets on the chain to an asset account system based on the blockchain; the down chain of the chain asset is to invalidate the digital asset of the user on the blockchain and transfer the corresponding down chain host asset of the digital asset back to the user. The real name account book record comprises: an identity credential associated with the identity information of the user and an asset ledger address associated with the identity information of the user, the identity credential comprising: the identity of the user and the user public key. The on-chain asset corresponds to at least one asset ledger address that corresponds to a user public key, so that a user holding a user private key corresponding to the user public key can operate the on-chain asset. The identity certificate may be a CA (Certification Authority, certificate authority) certificate provided for non-repudiation of information.
Step S202: and the borrower asset application terminal system generates an on-chain asset mortgage instruction containing the mortgage asset information according to the asset type selected by the borrower, the input mortgage asset quantity and the asset account address of the lender, and then sends the on-chain asset mortgage instruction with the borrower signature to an intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset account system.
The asset account system is based on a blockchain technology and comprises an intelligent contract layer executing module and a consensus account layer executing module, wherein the intelligent contract layer executing module is used for receiving user instructions and executing the instructions; the consensus account layer execution module is used for realizing operations such as verification, inquiry, recording and the like. The on-chain assets in the asset ledger system are identified by asset sequence numbers or asset indexes.
The on-chain asset mortgage instruction refers to an instruction that a borrower initiates digital asset mortgage to an intelligent contract layer execution module for digital assets which are on the chain. In an alternative embodiment, the on-chain asset mortgage instructions include: the mortgage asset information, the to-be-mortgage asset information, the recovery asset information and the like; in embodiments, the above information may be stored in a list form. Wherein the mortgage asset information further includes a mortgage asset index identifier for identifying a designation when retrieving the asset information to indicate that the mortgage asset is identified based on the asset serial number or pattern of the asset index, rather than based on the account pattern.
In an alternative embodiment, the mortgage asset information includes: asset serial numbers, asset indexes, mortgage asset details, intelligent contracts for controlling subsequent transactions after mortgage assets, and the like; the mortgage asset details include: asset account addresses of borrowers, number of mortgage assets, etc.; the to-be-mortgage asset information includes: asset serial number, asset index, to-be-mortgage asset details including: an asset account address of the lender, a number of received assets, etc.; retrieving asset information includes: asset serial number, asset index, recovery asset details, intelligent contracts to control subsequent transactions after recovery asset, etc., recovery asset details including: the borrower's asset ledger address, the number of received assets, etc. And the asset account book address of the lender set in the mortgage asset details is the asset account book address corresponding to the public key of the user of the lender.
It should be noted that, the mortgage asset information, the to-be-mortgage asset information and the recovery asset information may include an intelligent contract for controlling the subsequent transaction, where the intelligent contract includes a trigger condition of the subsequent transaction. Without being specifically stated, the smart contract is about a conventional non-customized default smart contract. The triggering conditions of the intelligent contract of the to-be-mortgage asset information are two, one is a normal mortgage triggering condition, and the other is a withdrawal back triggering condition, and the triggering conditions can be specifically set according to the conventions of both transaction parties.
And the normal mortgage triggering condition is that the assets to be mortgage finally generate the mortgage assets actually received by the lender. For example, the borrowing Fang Xian of the transaction parties and the assets on the mortgage chain generate corresponding assets to be mortgage (the assets to be mortgage belong to in-transit state and do not belong to any transaction party); after the lender is set to successfully execute the on-chain payment transaction, the generation of the asset account address of the asset to be mortgage as the mortgage asset of the lender can be finally completed; specifically, in some embodiments, the lender must initiate an in-chain digital money transfer instruction to the borrower and treat the result of successful execution as a pre-verification that can be used as a normal mortgage trigger for the lender to mortgage the asset to be mortgage as a post-mortgage asset, initiated by the lender in response to the digital money transfer amount.
The retraction triggering condition is retracted, which means that the assets to be mortgage are retracted to the borrower. For example, borrowing Fang Xian of both parties to a transaction is performed on assets on a mortgage chain to generate corresponding assets to be mortgage; and setting if the borrower cannot provide payment to the account book within a specified time or the lender cannot successfully execute the payment transaction; or setting a digital money transfer instruction on a failing-to-full-amount initiating chain of the lender, initiating a to-be-mortgage asset mortgage instruction according to the digital money transfer amount, and executing a new transaction on the balance of the to-be-mortgage asset after the mortgage asset is escorted to return to the borrower when the to-be-mortgage asset has the balance.
After the borrower asset application terminal system generates the on-chain asset mortgage instruction, the on-chain asset mortgage instruction is signed by using the user private key of the borrower, and then the on-chain asset mortgage instruction with the signature of the user private key of the borrower is sent to the intelligent contract layer executing module so as to trigger the intelligent contract layer executing module to execute the intelligent contract contained in the mortgage asset information of the on-chain asset mortgage instruction.
Step S203: and the intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset account book system verifies the on-chain asset mortgage instruction, and executes the on-chain asset mortgage instruction after the verification is passed.
The verification implementation process comprises the following steps: verifying a signature of an on-chain asset mortgage instruction for on-chain settlement; searching the right addresses of transferred assets and the number of the mortgage assets according to the transferred asset information, and verifying that the searched right addresses of the mortgage assets are consistent with the user public keys corresponding to the signatures of the on-chain asset mortgage instructions; and verifying that the number of the searched mortgage assets is equal to the sum of the number of the received mortgage assets of the to-be-mortgage asset detail and the number of the received assets of the recovery asset detail.
The matching in the embodiment of the invention means that the result obtained by hash operation of the user public key is identical with the address of the right person to which the asset on the corresponding chain belongs. The on-chain asset mortgage instruction actually comprises follow-up transaction calling parameters required by the intelligent contract for executing the asset transaction, and the intelligent contract layer executing module executes the intelligent contract in the on-chain asset mortgage instruction after receiving the on-chain asset mortgage instruction. In an embodiment, an executing intelligent contract which is included in the mortgage asset information of the chain asset mortgage instruction and can trigger the mortgage asset to perform subsequent operation is called a first intelligent contract.
The intelligent contract execution process of the mortgage assets to be mortgage assets is as follows: and checking the signature of the on-chain asset mortgage instruction by using the first intelligent contract contained in the mortgage asset information, judging whether the specified triggering condition in the first intelligent contract is met, if so, generating the to-be-mortgage asset information according to the on-chain asset mortgage instruction, namely spending the to-be-mortgage asset, and generating the to-be-mortgage asset information corresponding to the on-chain asset mortgage instruction and retrieving the asset information. After the first intelligent contract of the on-chain asset mortgage instruction is executed, the mortgage asset is converted into a corresponding asset to be mortgage.
Step S204: and the intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset ledger system records the execution result information of the on-chain asset mortgage instruction to the consensus ledger layer execution module. The intelligent contract layer executing module records the execution result of spending the mortgage assets, generating the information of the assets to be mortgage corresponding to the on-chain asset mortgage instructions and the information of the retrieved assets to the consensus account layer executing module.
Step S205: the lender accesses the lender asset application terminal system installed on the lender terminal device, submits identification information according to a preset login identification mode, and logs in the lender asset application terminal system. The implementation principle of this step is the same as step S201. The execution order of this step is not limited in the embodiment, and it may be executed before step S206. After the lender asset application terminal system identifies the user, it is determined that the lender is the user locally associated with the particular user private key. The lender asset application terminal system also includes a local security module in which user private and public key information is stored.
Step S206: the lender asset application terminal system generates an on-chain digital money transfer instruction according to the lender digital money wallet address information and the applied digital money, and generates a to-be-mortgage asset synchronous mortgage instruction according to the on-chain digital money transfer instruction; and then, sending an on-chain digital money transfer instruction with the lender signature and a to-be-mortgage asset synchronous mortgage instruction to the asset ledger system.
The process of making in-chain payments by digital currency is: the lender asset application terminal system generates an on-chain digital money transfer instruction based on the lender digital money wallet address information selected and/or entered by the lender and the payable digital money equivalent to the on-chain asset corresponding to the number of mortgage assets. A second smart contract included in the transferred digital money information in the on-chain digital money transfer instruction may control a subsequent transaction of the transferred digital money; wherein the transferred digital currency information needs to include a transferred digital currency index identification to indicate that the transferred digital currency is identified based on a currency mode, rather than an account mode.
The to-be-mortgage asset synchronous mortgage instruction refers to a mortgage instruction which can be initiated by a lender to an intelligent contract execution layer module and aims at to-be-mortgage asset information, and the instruction is used for triggering the execution of a third intelligent contract (namely, an intelligent contract for changing to-be-mortgage asset information into post-quality-escort asset information) contained in the to-be-mortgage asset information.
In an alternative embodiment, the to-be-mortgage asset synchronization mortgage instructions include: and the asset information to be mortgage, the asset information after mortgage, the call parameters of post-subsequent transaction after mortgage, and the like. The parameters to be called for the post-mortgage subsequent transaction refer to parameters to be called when the third intelligent contract contained in the information of the mortgage asset is executed, and the parameters can be that the lender successfully executes the on-chain digital money transfer instruction; the quality post-escort asset information refers to a final asset generated after executing the intelligent contract contained in the to-be-escorted asset information; the to-be-mortgage asset information also comprises an to-be-mortgage asset index identifier for identifying a designation when retrieving the asset information to indicate that the to-be-mortgage asset is identified based on an asset serial number or a pattern of the asset index, rather than an account pattern.
In an embodiment, the post-mortgage asset information includes: post-mortgage asset details including: the address of the asset account book of the lender, the index identifier of the assets after the mortgage, the number of the assets after the mortgage, and the like are received, and the verification of the mortgage asset returning or clearing triggering condition is included in the intelligent contract for controlling the subsequent transaction of the mortgage assets. It should be noted that the post-mortgage asset information also includes an intelligent contract for the subsequent transaction, and the intelligent contract includes a trigger condition of the subsequent transaction and verification of the trigger condition.
Step S207: an intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset account book system respectively verifies the digital money transfer instruction on the chain and the synchronous mortgage instruction of the asset to be mortgage; after verification is passed, on-chain digital money transfer instructions and to-be-mortgage asset synchronization mortgage instructions are executed.
The verification implementation process comprises the following steps: (1) verify digital money transfer instructions on the chain: verifying a signature of the lender digital money wallet in the on-chain digital money transfer instruction; after the signature verification is confirmed to pass, searching the address of the right person of the transferred digital currency according to the transferred digital currency information; verifying whether the searched right person address of the transferred digital currency accords with a user public key corresponding to a lender signature of the on-chain digital currency transfer instruction; and verifying whether the found amount of digital currency transferred is equal to the sum of the amount of digital currency received for the digital currency asset detail after transfer and the amount of digital currency received for the digital currency asset detail after recovery; if yes, confirming that the verification is passed;
(2) Verifying a synchronous mortgage instruction of an asset to be mortgage: verifying a signature of the lender digital asset wallet in the to-be-mortgage asset synchronization mortgage instruction; after the signature verification is confirmed, verifying whether the asset account address of the lender is consistent with a user public key corresponding to the digital asset wallet signature of the lender of the synchronous mortgage instruction of the asset to be mortgage;
(3) And verifying whether the call parameters of the post-mortgage subsequent transaction meet the normal mortgage triggering conditions, if so, confirming that the verification is passed. In this embodiment, the normal mortgage trigger condition may be: after the system tries to run the on-chain digital money transfer instruction with the lender digital money wallet signature, the validation can be successfully performed.
After the verification is passed, the intelligent contract layer executing module executes the above-mentioned on-chain digital currency transfer instruction and the to-be-mortgage asset synchronous mortgage instruction, spends the transferred digital currency information and generates transferred digital currency information corresponding to the on-chain digital currency wallet address of the borrower, and spends the to-be-mortgage asset information and generates mortgage asset information corresponding to the asset account address of the lender; in some embodiments, the borrower's in-chain digital currency wallet belongs to the borrower's asset application terminal system.
It should be noted that after verifying the on-chain digital money transfer instruction and the to-be-mortgage asset synchronization mortgage instruction, the asset ledger system may be further configured to cancel both instructions at the same time, i.e., the asset ledger system does not update the execution results of both instructions, if at least one of the two verifications is confirmed to be failed.
The transferred digital money information of the on-chain digital money transfer instruction actually contains a second intelligent contract for triggering the subsequent transaction of the transferred digital money;
the to-be-mortgage asset synchronous mortgage instruction actually comprises follow-up transaction calling parameters required by an intelligent contract for executing the asset transaction, and after receiving the to-be-mortgage asset synchronous mortgage instruction, the intelligent contract layer executing module executes the intelligent contract in the to-be-mortgage asset synchronous mortgage instruction. In an embodiment, the smart contract included in the asset information to be mortgage is referred to as a third smart contract.
The intelligent contract execution process of transferring digital currency into transferred digital currency and mortgage assets to be mortgage into mortgage assets is as follows:

Meanwhile, controlling the transferred digital money to be transferred into the transferred digital money corresponding to the asset account address of the borrower using the second smart contract included in the transferred digital money information;
wherein the specified normal mortgage trigger condition may be: after the lender successfully executes the on-chain digital money transfer instruction, the execution result is transmitted to a third intelligent contract of the asset to be mortgage as a calling parameter for verification, and the result passing the verification is used as a normal mortgage triggering condition.
It should be noted that, in the application scenario of mortgage financing, although the mortgage asset information includes the asset account address of the lender, the intelligent contract for controlling the post-transaction of the mortgage asset specifies that the lender only has the right to pay for the mortgage asset or to return for the mortgage asset, so that the lender cannot transfer the mortgage asset, and perform the operations of mortgage asset return or mortgage asset clear.
Step S208: and the intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset ledger system records the execution result information of the synchronous mortgage instruction of the assets to be mortgage and the on-chain digital money transfer instruction to the consensus ledger layer execution module. Embodiment two: the transaction parties need to do some preparation work, such as logging in to the respective asset application terminal system, querying the respective in-chain assets, etc., before the transaction. FIG. 4 is a schematic flow chart of a third embodiment of the invention for the return of assets to be mortgage by an on-chain asset mortgage financing system for on-chain digital currency settlement. In a preferred embodiment, the on-chain to-be-mortgage asset retract instruction includes: the to-be-mortgage asset information, the balance of the to-be-mortgage asset, the call parameters of post-transaction after the to-be-mortgage asset, the returned asset information and the like. Here, the call parameter of the post-transaction after the to-be-mortgage asset may be null, and the return operation in the third intelligent contract included in the to-be-mortgage asset information is directly called, where the third intelligent contract checks whether the return trigger condition is satisfied (typically, the waiting time reaches the preset time threshold). The return asset information includes: the borrower's asset ledger address, the returned asset index identification, the number of returned assets, etc., which is the number of to-be-mortgage assets contained in the to-be-mortgage asset information.
Step S402: the intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset ledger system executes the third intelligent contract included in the to-be-mortgage asset information in step S401 to verify the on-chain to-be-mortgage asset return instruction with the borrower signature, spends the to-be-mortgage asset information after the verification is passed, and generates return asset information corresponding to the borrower' S asset ledger address. The verification content comprises: verifying a lender signature of an asset return instruction to be mortgage on a chain; and verifying that the waiting time from the generation of the to-be-mortgage asset information to the receipt of the on-chain to-be-mortgage asset return instruction meets the return withdrawal trigger condition. After the intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset account book system verifies that the return instruction of the assets to be mortgage on the chain is finished, the return instruction of the assets to be mortgage on the chain is executed, the information of the assets to be mortgage is spent, and return asset information corresponding to the asset account book address of the borrower is generated.
In addition, the borrower asset application terminal system can also initiate an on-chain to-be-mortgage asset return instruction. Step S602: the asset account book system executes the first intelligent contract contained in the mortgage asset information to verify the on-chain asset mortgage instruction with the borrower signature, spends the mortgage asset information of the corresponding asset class of the borrower according to the quantity of the mortgage asset after the verification is passed, and generates corresponding asset information to be mortgage. Step S603: the lender asset application terminal system generates an on-chain digital money transfer instruction containing transferred digital money information based on lender information and applied digital money selected and/or input by the lender, and generates a to-be-mortgage asset synchronous mortgage instruction containing to-be-mortgage asset information according to the on-chain digital money transfer instruction; then, sending an on-chain digital money transfer instruction with a lender signature and a to-be-mortgage asset synchronous mortgage instruction to an asset account book system; wherein the digital currency is payed for the equivalent of the asset in the mortgage asset quantity chain.

the asset account book system is further used for executing a second intelligent contract contained in the transferred digital currency information and executing a third intelligent contract contained in the to-be-mortgage asset information so as to respectively verify the on-chain digital currency transfer instruction and the to-be-mortgage asset synchronous mortgage instruction; after verification is passed, spending the transferred digital currency information and generating transferred digital currency information corresponding to the borrower, and spending the asset information to be mortgage and generating mortgage asset information corresponding to the asset account address of the lender;
The borrower asset application terminal system generates an on-chain asset mortgage instruction containing mortgage asset information, comprising: the borrower digital asset wallet generates an on-chain asset mortgage instruction containing mortgage asset information and signs the on-chain asset mortgage instruction;

verifying whether the number of the searched mortgage assets is equal to the sum of the number of the received mortgage assets contained in the to-be-mortgage asset information and the number of the received mortgage assets contained in the recovery asset information;
if so, the verification is confirmed to be passed.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein the borrower digital asset wallet is further configured to, prior to generating the on-chain asset mortgage instructions:
Generating on-chain asset inquiry request information according to inquiry requirements input and/or selected by the borrower in an on-chain asset inquiry function interface; and sending on-chain asset inquiry request information with the borrower digital asset wallet signature to the asset ledger system;
the asset ledger system is further configured to: verifying the on-chain asset inquiry request information with the borrower digital asset wallet signature, and after verification, adding a signature to the on-chain asset inquiry result information and returning the on-chain asset inquiry result information to the borrower digital asset wallet in the borrower asset application terminal system;
