Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of embodiments of the invention are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
In the embodiment of the invention, the borrower is a user who initiates the chain asset pledge financing operation; the lender is a user who receives the chain assets of the pledge and pays for the price financing. The borrower and lender have reached the following transaction: the borrower gives a certain amount of on-chain assets to the lender, and the lender pays the transaction price amount to the borrower through an under-chain payment means. In order to implement the above-described chain asset pledge and chain financing payment transactions, a blockchain and intelligent contracts are introduced in the embodiments. The intelligent contract is distributed execution software which runs on a block chain shared account book and has the characteristics of automation, mandatory execution and credible safety. After the transaction is initiated, the intelligent contract may control the pledge, return, etc. of the assets on the chain. The specific realization principle is as follows:
the borrower initiates a transaction and gives the chain assets X as pledges to the lender; after receiving an on-chain asset pledge instruction from the borrower, the asset ledger system executes an intelligent contract, changes the on-chain asset X into an asset to be pledged T1, and simultaneously generates a recovery asset T0 (the number of assets of T0 is equal to the number of assets of X minus the number of assets of T1) to the borrower if X is greater than T1; then the lender transfers the amount Y under the chain to the borrower through the under-chain payment module; after payment is completed, the lender obtains payment receipt certificates, the borrower obtains payment receipt certificates, the two parties can send a to-be-pledged asset pledge instruction to the asset ledger system through the corresponding certificates, the asset ledger system executes an intelligent contract, and pledge the to-be-pledged asset T1 to the borrower. In the implementation process, the transaction process of the two transaction parties (namely the borrower and the lender) is controlled through the intelligent contract, the transaction is safe and reliable, and the transaction risk is prevented.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of the main subsystems of an on-chain asset pledge financing system through off-chain settlement according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, a system 100 for online pledge financing of assets through offline settlement according to a first embodiment of the present invention mainly includes:
the borrower asset application terminal system 101 is configured to generate an on-chain asset pledge instruction based on the asset type, pledge asset number, and lender asset ledger address selected and/or input by the borrower, and then send the on-chain asset pledge instruction with the borrower signature to the asset ledger system. Wherein, the on-chain asset pledge instruction comprises: pledge asset information (chain asset information belonging to the borrower and prepared to pledge to the lender), pledge asset information (chain asset information generated after executing a chain asset pledge instruction and to pledge to the lender), retrieve asset information (chain asset information generated after executing a chain asset pledge instruction and transferred to the borrower when the asset pledge process requires zero finding), and the like. The borrower asset application terminal system presents an on-chain asset pledge function interface on the terminal device to a user (i.e., the borrower) for the user to enter and/or select asset pledge requirements. After the borrower selects (or inputs) the asset type, the quality-preserving asset quantity and the lender asset book address in the on-chain asset quality preserving function interface, the borrower asset application terminal system can generate an on-chain asset quality preserving instruction; and then, signing the chain asset pledge instruction by using the user private key of the borrower, and sending the chain asset pledge instruction with the signature of the user private key of the borrower to the asset ledger system.
The asset ledger system 102 is configured to execute a first intelligent contract included in the pledged asset information of the on-chain asset pledge instruction, so as to verify the on-chain asset pledge instruction with the borrower signature, and after the verification is passed, spend the pledged asset information of the corresponding asset type of the borrower according to the pledge asset quantity, and generate corresponding pledge asset information. The intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset account book system executes verification operation: verifying the signature of the asset pledge instruction on the chain; searching the obligee address of the pledged asset according to pledged asset information, and verifying that the found obligee address of the pledged asset is consistent with a user public key corresponding to the borrower signature of the pledge instruction on the chain asset; and verifying that the quantity of the found pledged assets is equal to the sum of the quantity of the received pledged assets contained in the information of the assets to be pledged and the quantity of the received assets contained in the information of the assets to be retrieved. After verification is completed, the intelligent contract layer execution module executes the chain asset pledge instruction, costs pledged assets, and generates assets to be pledged and recovered corresponding to the chain asset pledge instruction.
The lender asset application terminal system 103 is used for performing offline payment based on borrower account information and amount payable selected and/or input by the lender, generating an asset pledge instruction to be pledged on a first chain according to the received payment information, and then sending the asset pledge instruction to be pledged on the first chain with the lender signature to the asset account book system; wherein, the amount due is equivalent to the chain assets corresponding to the number of the pledge assets. The lender asset application terminal system generates payment request information based on borrower account information and the payment amount selected and/or input by the lender in the user interface, and then sends the payment request information to the lender chain lower payment module; the lender chain lower payment module carries out payment according to the borrower account information and the amount due in the payment request information, and then returns the payment information to the lender asset application terminal system; and the lender asset application terminal system generates a to-be-pledged asset pledge instruction on the first chain according to the received payment information, then uses the user private key of the lender to sign the to-be-pledged asset pledge instruction on the first chain, and sends the to-be-pledged asset pledge instruction on the first chain with the signature of the user private key of the lender to the asset book system.
The asset ledger system 102 is further configured to execute a second intelligent contract included in the asset information to be pledged of the asset pledge instruction on the first chain, so as to verify the asset pledge instruction to be pledged on the first chain with the lender signature, spend the asset information to be pledged after the verification is passed, and generate pledge asset information corresponding to the asset ledger address of the lender. The intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset account book system executes verification operation: verifying the signature of the pledge instruction of the assets to be pledged on the first chain; verifying that a user public key corresponding to a lender signature of the asset pledge instruction to be pledged on the first chain is consistent with an asset account book address of the lender; verifying that the quantity of the assets to be pledged is equal to the sum of the quantity of the assets to be pledged contained in the pledged asset information; and verifying that the subsequent transaction calling parameters of the first to-be-pledged asset meet normal pledge triggering conditions. After verification is completed, the intelligent contract layer execution module executes the pledge instruction of the pledge assets on the first chain, costs the pledge assets, and generates pledge assets corresponding to the pledge assets on the first chain.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view of the main process of asset pledge financing through an on-chain asset pledge financing system with off-chain settlement according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, a main process of performing asset pledge financing through an on-chain asset pledge financing system with off-chain settlement according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
step S201: and the borrower accesses the borrower asset application terminal system installed on the borrower terminal equipment, submits the identification information according to a preset login identification mode and logs in the borrower asset application terminal system. The asset application terminal system is system software which is installed on the terminal equipment and corresponds to the asset ledger system; a user may download and install asset application end system software from an asset hosting system by accessing the asset hosting system. The terminal device may be various electronic devices having a display screen and supporting web browsing, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a desktop computer, and the like. The login identification mode can be a user name and password identification mode, a fingerprint identification mode, a face identification mode and the like, and the corresponding identification information can be: a user name and a password, or an identification code in a preset format corresponding to the user name. The identification code in the preset format may be a password in the form of characters, or may be a biometric identification code, such as a fingerprint, facial information, iris information, etc. of the user.
And after the borrower asset application terminal system identifies the user, determining that the borrower is a user locally associated with a private key of the specific user. The borrower asset application terminal system includes a local security module in which a user private key and a user public key are stored. And the user public key and the user private key are generated by the asset application terminal system locally by adopting an asymmetric encryption algorithm. The user private key can be used for signing data information such as user identity information, user bank card information, user biological identification code information or user identity certificate and the like, and can also be used for signing digital asset information in subsequent asset transaction or financing process so as to confirm ownership of transaction; the user public key can be used for correspondingly verifying the data information signed by the user private key.
It should be noted that during the asset transaction, it may be either a real-name user transaction or an anonymous user transaction. The asset hosting system stores real-name account book records corresponding to the users. The asset hosting system may be a system that hosts registration management of a user to under-link real-name registered assets by designated asset hosting parties and registration management of a process of publishing digital assets on a blockchain by hosted assets, which may be accessed by the user via the Web or otherwise, the process of publishing digital assets including an off-link asset uplink process and an on-link asset downlink process. The method comprises the following steps that firstly, a user is managed by an asset management part, and then the asset management system issues digital assets on a chain to an asset account book system based on a block chain; and (4) performing the on-chain asset downgoing, namely, invalidating the digital assets of the user on the blockchain, and returning and transferring the under-chain managed assets corresponding to the digital assets to the user. The real-name account book record comprises: an identity certificate associated with identity information of a user and an asset ledger address associated with identity information of the user, the identity certificate comprising: the identity of the user and the user public key. The assets on the chain correspond to at least one asset ledger address, and the asset ledger address corresponds to the user public key, so that a user holding the user private key corresponding to the user public key can operate the assets on the chain. The identity certificate may be a CA (certificate Authority) certificate provided for information non-repudiation.
Step S202: and the borrower asset application terminal system generates an on-chain asset pledge instruction according to the asset type selected by the borrower, the input pledge asset quantity and the asset ledger address of the lender, and then sends the on-chain asset pledge instruction with the borrower signature to an intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset ledger system. The asset account book system is based on a block chain technology and comprises an intelligent contract layer execution module and a consensus account book layer execution module, wherein the intelligent contract layer execution module is used for receiving a user instruction and executing the instruction; and the consensus ledger layer execution module is used for realizing operations such as verification, inquiry, recording and the like. The on-chain assets in the asset ledger system are identified by an asset sequence number or asset index.
The chain asset pledge instruction refers to an instruction of the borrower for initiating digital asset pledge to the intelligent contract layer execution module for the digital asset which is chained by the borrower. In an alternative embodiment, the on-chain asset pledge instructions include: pledge asset information, retrieval asset information, and the like; in the embodiment, the information can be stored in a list form.
In an alternative embodiment, the pledged asset information includes: asset serial number, asset index, pledged asset details, intelligent engagement to control subsequent transactions of pledged assets, and the like, wherein pledged asset details include: the asset account book address of the borrower and the quantity of the pledged assets; the to-be-pledged asset information includes: asset serial number, asset index, details of assets to be pledged, intelligent contract for controlling subsequent pledge or withdrawing of assets to be pledged, and the details of assets to be pledged include: the borrower's asset book address, the number of pledges received, etc.; retrieving asset information includes: the asset serial number, the asset index, the retrieved asset detail, the intelligent contract for controlling the subsequent transaction of the retrieved asset and the like, wherein the retrieved asset detail comprises the following components: an asset ledger address of the borrower, a quantity of assets received, etc. And the asset account book address of the lender set in the pledge asset detail is the asset account book address corresponding to the user public key of the lender.
It should be noted that the pledged asset information, the pledged asset information and the retrieved asset information may include an intelligent contract for controlling the subsequent transaction, and the intelligent contract includes a trigger condition of the subsequent transaction and verification of the trigger condition. If not specifically stated, the intelligent contract is a conventional, non-customized default intelligent contract. The intelligent contract triggering conditions of the asset information to be pledged are two, one is a normal pledge triggering condition, and the other is a withdrawal rollback triggering condition, and can be specifically set according to the agreement of two trading parties.
And the normal pledge triggering condition is that the pledge assets to be pledged are finally generated into pledge assets which are actually received by the lender. For example, the borrower of both trading parties first pledge the assets on the chain to generate the corresponding assets to be pledged (the assets to be pledged belong to the in-transit state and do not belong to any trading party); and the borrower is set to provide payment receipt evidence or the lender is set to successfully initiate payment transaction, and then the generation of the assets to be pledged into the pledged assets with the asset account book address as the pledged assets can be finally completed.
The withdrawal of the rollback triggering condition refers to the return of the assets to be pledged to the borrower. For example, the borrower of both trading parties first pledge assets on the chain to generate corresponding assets to be pledged; and setting that if the borrower cannot provide payment receipt within a specified time or the lender cannot successfully initiate a payment transaction, a new transaction is executed on the assets to be pledged and returned to the borrower.
After the borrower asset application terminal system generates the chain asset pledge instruction, the chain asset pledge instruction is signed by using the user private key of the borrower, and then the chain asset pledge instruction with the user private key signature of the borrower is sent to the intelligent contract layer execution module so as to trigger the intelligent contract layer execution module to execute the intelligent contract contained in the pledge asset information of the chain asset pledge instruction.
Step S203: and an intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset account book system verifies the chain asset pledge instruction, and after the verification is passed, the chain asset pledge instruction is executed. The implementation process of the verification comprises the following steps: verifying the signature of the on-chain asset pledge instruction for the off-chain settlement; searching the obligee address of the pledged asset and the pledged asset quantity according to pledged asset information, and verifying that the found obligee address of the pledged asset is consistent with the user public key corresponding to the signature of the chain asset pledge instruction; and verifying that the quantity of the found pledged assets is equal to the sum of the quantity of the receiving pledged assets of the details of the assets to be pledged and the quantity of the receiving assets of the details of the assets to be retrieved. The coincidence in the embodiment of the invention means that the result obtained by carrying out hash operation on the public key of the user is the same as the address of the righter to which the asset on the corresponding chain belongs. The chain asset pledge instruction actually comprises a subsequent transaction calling parameter required by executing the intelligent contract of the asset transaction, and the intelligent contract layer execution module executes the intelligent contract in the chain asset pledge instruction after receiving the chain asset pledge instruction. In the embodiment, the verification intelligent contract which can trigger the pledged asset to perform subsequent operation and the execution intelligent contract which generates the operation of the pledged asset information in the pledge instruction of the on-chain asset are called as a first intelligent contract.
The intelligent contract execution process for generating the assets to be pledged by pledged assets comprises the following steps: checking the signature of the chain asset pledge instruction by using a first intelligent contract contained in pledge asset information, judging whether the signature meets the specified triggering condition in the first intelligent contract, if so, generating asset information to be pledged according to the chain asset pledge instruction, namely spending the pledge asset, and generating the asset information to be pledged and the recovery asset information corresponding to the chain asset pledge instruction. After the first intelligent contract of the chain asset pledge instruction is executed, converting pledged assets into corresponding assets to be pledged.
Step S204: and an intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset ledger system records the first asset pledge execution result information to a consensus ledger layer execution module. The intelligent contract layer execution module costs the pledged assets, generates the execution result of the asset information to be pledged and the asset information to be retrieved corresponding to the asset pledge instruction on the chain and records the execution result to the consensus ledger layer execution module.
Step S205: and the lender accesses the lender asset application terminal system installed on the lender terminal equipment, submits the identification information according to a preset login identification mode and logs in the lender asset application terminal system. The implementation principle of this step is the same as step S201. The execution order of the present step is not limited in the embodiment, and it may be executed before step S206. And after the lender asset application terminal system identifies the user, determining that the lender is the user locally associated with the private key of the specific user. The lender asset application terminal system also includes a local security module in which user private and public key information is stored.
Step S206: and the lender asset application terminal system performs offline payment based on the account information of the borrower and the amount payable selected and/or input by the lender, generates an asset pledge instruction to be pledged on the first chain according to the received payment information, and then sends the asset pledge instruction to be pledged on the first chain with the signature of the lender to the asset account book system. Wherein, the amount due is equivalent to the chain assets corresponding to the number of the pledge assets. The lender initiates an offline payment operation, the offline payment method including transferring money through a bank account, paying cash, transferring money through a third party payment platform or other methods. The process of payment under the chain is as follows: the lender asset application terminal system generates payment request information based on borrower account information and the prepaid amount selected and/or input by the lender, and then sends the payment request information to the lender chain lower payment module; and the lender lower chain payment module pays according to the borrower account information and the amount due in the payment request information, and then returns the payment information to the lender asset application terminal system.
The chain to-be-pledged asset pledge instruction is a pledge instruction which indicates that a borrower can initiate to the intelligent contract execution layer module and aims at the to-be-pledged asset information, and the instruction is used for triggering the execution of a second intelligent contract (an intelligent contract for changing the to-be-pledged asset information into pledge asset information) contained in the to-be-pledge asset information. In an alternative embodiment, the on-chain to-be-pledged asset pledge instruction comprises: the information of the assets to be pledged, the parameters for the subsequent transaction of the assets to be pledged, the information of the assets to be pledged and the like. The parameter to be called for the subsequent transaction of the pledge asset is a parameter to be called when a second intelligent contract contained in the pledge asset information is executed, and the parameter can be a payment receipt certificate provided by a lender, a collection receipt certificate provided by a borrower, or confirmation receipt information provided by the borrower and provided with a signature of the borrower; the pledge asset information refers to the final asset generated after executing the intelligent contract contained in the pledge asset information.
In an embodiment, the pledge asset information includes: the detailed description of the pledge assets, the intelligent contracts for controlling the follow-up transactions of the pledge assets, and the like, wherein the detailed description of the pledge assets comprises: the method comprises the steps of lending an asset account book address of a lender, receiving the quantity of pledge assets and the like, and controlling the verification of pledge asset return or settlement triggering conditions in an intelligent contract of subsequent transaction of pledge assets. It should be noted that the pledge asset information also includes a smart contract for a subsequent transaction, and the smart contract includes a trigger condition for the subsequent transaction and verification of the trigger condition.
Step S207: and an intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset account book system verifies the asset pledge instruction to be pledged on the first chain, and executes the asset pledge instruction to be pledged on the first chain after the verification is passed. The implementation process of the verification comprises the following steps: verifying the signature of the pledge instruction of the assets to be pledged on the first chain; according to the verification, the user public key corresponding to the signature of the asset pledge instruction to be pledged on the first chain is in accordance with the asset account book address of the lender; verifying that the quantity of the assets to be pledged is equal to the sum of the quantity of the assets to be pledged which are received by the detail of the pledged assets; and verifying that the subsequent transaction calling parameters of the first to-be-pledged asset meet normal pledge triggering conditions. The method comprises the steps that a first chain to-be-pledged asset pledge instruction actually comprises a follow-up transaction calling parameter required by an intelligent contract for executing the asset transaction, and an intelligent contract layer execution module executes an intelligent contract in the chain to-be-pledged asset pledge instruction after receiving the first chain to-be-pledged asset pledge instruction. The intelligent contract included in the asset information to be pledged is referred to as a second intelligent contract in the embodiment.
The intelligent contract execution process for generating the pledge asset by the pledge asset comprises the following steps: and checking whether the subsequent transaction calling parameter of the first to-be-pledged asset contained in the to-be-pledged asset pledge instruction on the first chain meets the specified normal pledge triggering condition or not by using a second intelligent contract contained in the to-be-pledged asset information, if the specified normal pledge triggering condition is met, generating pledge asset information according to the to-be-pledged asset pledge instruction on the first chain, namely spending the to-be-pledged asset, and generating pledge asset information corresponding to the to-be-pledged asset pledge instruction on the first chain. And after executing a second intelligent contract of the pledge asset pledge instruction on the first chain, finishing final pledge of the pledge asset.
It should be noted that in the application scenario of pledge financing, although pledge asset information includes the asset ledger address of the lender, the intelligent contract for controlling the subsequent transaction of pledge asset specifies that the lender only has the right to pay due or pay due for pledge asset, so that the lender cannot transfer, pledge, etc. the pledge asset, but only can pay for pledge asset return or pledge asset return.
Step S208: and the intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset ledger system records the second asset pledge execution result information to the consensus ledger layer execution module. The intelligent contract layer execution module spends the assets to be pledged, generates an execution result of pledge asset information corresponding to the pledge assets command on the first chain, and records the execution result to the consensus ledger layer execution module.
Example two: before the transaction, the two parties of the transaction need to do some preparation work, such as logging in the respective asset application terminal systems, inquiring the respective held chain assets, and the like. In the second embodiment, the borrower inquires the held chain assets through the asset application terminal system, so that the borrower can select the asset type and input the number of the pledge assets based on the acquired chain asset inquiry result information. The lender inquires whether the corresponding to-be-pledged asset information is generated in the asset book system through the asset application terminal system of the lender, so that the lender can start to carry out the offline payment conveniently. The concrete implementation is as follows:
fig. 3 is a schematic view of the main process of the asset pledge financing through the chain asset pledge financing system of the chain settlement according to the second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the main process of performing asset pledge financing through the chain asset pledge financing system of the second embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
step S301: and the borrower accesses the borrower asset application terminal system installed on the borrower terminal equipment, submits the identification information according to a preset login identification mode and logs in the borrower asset application terminal system. This step is the same as the implementation of step S201.
Step S302: the borrower asset application terminal system displays an on-chain asset query function interface to the borrower on the borrower terminal device, generates on-chain asset query request information according to query requirements input and/or selected by the borrower in the on-chain asset query function interface, and then sends the on-chain asset query request information with the borrower signature to a consensus ledger layer execution module of the asset ledger system. The borrower enters an on-chain asset query function interface provided by the borrower asset application terminal system, and the on-chain asset query function interface is used for inputting and/or selecting query requirements by a user and jointly forms on-chain asset query request information initiated by the borrower. The on-chain asset query request information refers to a request that the borrower can initiate digital asset query on the digital assets which are linked up by the borrower. In an alternative embodiment, the on-chain asset query request information includes: an asset ledger address and a query requirement corresponding to the borrower.
Query requirements refer to some limiting factors that may be used by a user to perform an on-chain asset query. In an alternative embodiment, the query requirement includes: query conditions and query results. The query condition may be any one or more of the following: asset number, asset class, asset status, etc. Wherein the asset status comprises: active state, frozen state, disabled state, etc.
The query results may be any one or more of the following: the method comprises the following steps of asset quantity, asset details, initial block information, terminal block information, asset transaction history records, managed asset storage information corresponding to the initial block, managed asset storage information corresponding to the terminal block and the like. The initial block information includes: initial block number, asset serial number, managed asset registration index information, managed asset description information, rights holder address, number of asset issuing units, number of valid asset units. The termination block information includes: a list of terminated initial block records corresponding to the terminating block, a terminating block number, and updated hosted asset registration index information with storage service system signature. The managed asset retention information may be considered comprehensive managed asset information stored in the storage service system that is related to the return of the down-link asset hosting up-link or the down-link asset hosting down-link, and that proves that the asset hosting party is the authorized person of the managed asset, and in alternative embodiments, the managed asset retention information includes: the paper document is electronic or purely electronic certificate information (such as an electronic signature archive or a result queried by an asset right registration system).
This step is used to make the borrower asset application terminal system initiate the on-chain asset information query operation. The specific implementation may be the corresponding function of the borrower's access to the borrower asset application terminal system. It should be noted that if the asset query request information on the chain includes the asset class, only the asset on the chain corresponding to the asset class is queried; and if the asset type is not contained in the on-chain asset query request information, querying the on-chain assets corresponding to all the asset types.
Step S303: and the consensus ledger layer execution module of the asset ledger system verifies the on-chain asset query request information, and after the verification is passed, adds a signature to the on-chain asset query result information corresponding to the asset ledger address of the borrower and returns the on-chain asset query result information to the borrower asset application terminal system. Wherein the verifying the content comprises: the signature of the asset query request information on the chain is verified. The on-chain asset query result information includes: on-chain asset query request information with borrower signature, asset class, list of on-chain unspent asset information, list of valid initial block information corresponding to unspent assets on the chain, etc. The information on the non-spent assets on the chain includes: the owner's address, the asset class, the number of assets, etc. The alleyway address for each of the list of on-chain unspent asset information is the same as the borrower's asset ledger address in the on-chain asset query request message. The valid initial block information includes: chain hosted asset issuance information, chain hosted asset registration index information, and the like.
Step S304: and the borrower asset application terminal system verifies the signature of the asset query result information on the chain, and displays the asset query result information on the chain to the borrower after the verification is passed. And the borrower selects the asset type according to the displayed on-chain asset query result information, and initiates an on-chain asset pledge financing request through off-chain settlement after inputting the pledge asset quantity and the lender asset book address.
Step S305: and the borrower asset application terminal system generates an on-chain asset pledge instruction according to the asset type selected by the borrower, the input pledge asset quantity and the asset ledger address of the lender, and then sends the on-chain asset pledge instruction with the borrower signature to an intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset ledger system. This step is the same as the implementation process of step S202.
Step S306: the intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset account book system executes a first intelligent contract contained in the pledged asset information of the chain asset pledge instruction so as to verify the chain asset pledge instruction, and after the chain asset pledge instruction passes the verification, the pledged asset information of the corresponding asset type of the borrower is spent according to the pledge asset quantity, and corresponding pledge asset information is generated. This step is the same as the implementation of step S203.
Step S307: and an intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset ledger system records the first asset pledge execution result information to a consensus ledger layer execution module. This step is the same as the implementation of step S204.
Step S308: and the lender accesses the lender asset application terminal system installed on the lender terminal equipment, submits the identification information according to a preset login identification mode and logs in the lender asset application terminal system. The implementation principle of this step is the same as that of step S205. In the embodiment, the execution order of the step is not limited, and it may be executed before step S309.
Step S309: the lender asset application terminal system displays an on-chain asset query function interface to the lender on the lender terminal device, generates on-chain to-be-pledged asset query request information according to the query requirement input and/or selected by the lender in the on-chain asset query function interface, and then sends the on-chain to-be-pledged asset query request information with the lender signature to a consensus ledger layer execution module of the asset ledger system. The on-chain pledge asset query request information is a request which is initiated by the lender to the asset book system and is used for querying the pledge asset which is originated from the borrower and has the pledge asset book address as the pledge asset. In an alternative embodiment, the on-chain pending pledge asset query request information includes: and (4) the asset account book address and the query requirement corresponding to the lender.
The step is used for enabling the lender to initiate the on-chain to-be-pledged asset query operation by the lender asset application terminal system. The specific implementation may be the lender accessing the corresponding function of the lender asset application terminal system. It should be noted that if the asset type is included in the query request information of the assets to be pledged on the chain, only the assets to be pledged corresponding to the asset type are queried; and if the asset type is not contained in the asset query request information to be pledged on the chain, querying assets to be pledged corresponding to all asset types.
Step S310: and the consensus ledger layer execution module of the asset ledger system verifies the information of the asset query request to be pledged on the chain, and after the verification is passed, adds a signature to the information of the query result of the asset to be pledged on the corresponding chain and sends the information to the lender asset application terminal system. Wherein the verifying the content comprises: and verifying the signature of the information of the asset query request to be pledged on the chain. The information of the inquiry result of the assets to be pledged on the chain comprises: the method comprises the steps of inquiring request information of assets to be pledged, asset types, lists of information of assets to be pledged, lists of effective initial block information corresponding to the assets to be pledged and the like on a chain with lender signatures.
Step S311: and the lender asset application terminal system verifies the signature of the information of the asset query result to be pledged on the chain, and displays the information of the asset query result to be pledged on the chain to the lender after the verification is passed. And verifying the signature of the inquiry result information of the assets to be pledged on the chain by using a public key of the execution module of the common account book layer.
Step S312: and the lender sends payment request information to the lender chain lower payment module according to the amount due according to the information of the assets to be pledged, the quantity of the assets to be pledged and the triggering conditions of the assets to be pledged, which are contained in the inquiry result information of the assets to be pledged on the chain displayed by the lender asset application terminal system, and the assets to be pledged corresponding to the assets to be pledged. Wherein the payment request information includes: lender account information, borrower account information, amount due, etc. At this time, the lender is the payer and the borrower is the payee. In an embodiment, the lender account information includes a payment account number and the borrower account information includes a collection account number.
Step S313: and the lender offline payment module carries out offline payment according to the amount payable in the payment request information and the borrower account information, and returns the payment information to the lender asset application terminal system. The payment information may be used to inform the lender that the amount due has been successfully paid to the borrower, such as a payment receipt. Steps S312 and S313 are used for the lender to initiate a payment price-pairing operation and the transfer of the payment price is completed by the payment module under the lender chain.
Step S314: and the borrower sends the inquiry request information of the payment receiving condition to the borrower chain lower payment module through the borrower asset application terminal system. Wherein, the information of the inquiry request of the payment and receipt condition comprises: debit account information, etc. The steps S314 to S316 are used for the borrower to obtain the offline payment result of the borrower, but the execution sequence of the steps S314 to S316 is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention, and the steps S312 to S313 may be executed synchronously, that is, after the lender initiates the offline payment, the execution may be executed. In another embodiment, after the lender pays off the chain, the payment result may be directly sent to the borrower asset application terminal system by a sub-chain payment platform, such as a commercial banking server, a third party payment platform, or the like, and at this time, the sub-chain payment result of the borrower may be obtained by replacing the steps S314 to S316 in the above manner.
Step S315: and the borrower chain lower payment module executes the payment receiving and paying condition query operation according to the payment receiving and paying condition query request information so as to query the collection information corresponding to the account information of the borrower. The payment receiving information refers to the fund payment information received by the borrower from the lender, and may be, for example, a received account receipt or the like.
Step S316: and the borrower chain lower payment module returns the collection information corresponding to the borrower account information to the borrower asset application terminal system. So far, the borrower and the lender have received the information of successful payment under the chain, namely the borrower has received the receipt of the payment receipt voucher, and the lender has received the payment receipt voucher, and at this moment, the borrower can receive the payment receipt voucher, and the lender can send the command of the quality assurance of the assets to be in line to the intelligent contract layer execution module according to the payment receipt voucher. The borrower provides confirmed account information with a self signature, or the borrower provides a collection account-finding certificate, or the lender provides a payment account-finding certificate, which can be used as a trigger condition of a second intelligent contract in the pledge instruction of the assets to be pledged on the execution chain. The following description will take the lender initiating the pledge command of the assets to be pledged on the chain as an example.
Step S317: and the lender asset application terminal system generates a pledge instruction of the assets to be pledged on the first chain according to the received payment information, and then sends the pledge instruction of the assets to be pledged on the first chain with the lender signature to an intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset book system. In this embodiment, the first to-be-pledged asset subsequent transaction call parameter included in the pledge instruction of the to-be-pledged asset on the first chain is a payment receipt provided by the lender. After the lender asset application terminal system generates a to-be-pledged asset pledge instruction on the first chain, the to-be-pledge asset pledge instruction on the first chain is signed by using a user private key of the lender, and then the to-be-pledge asset pledge instruction on the first chain with the signature of the user private key of the lender is sent to the intelligent contract layer execution module so as to trigger the intelligent contract layer execution module to execute the to-be-pledge asset pledge instruction on the first chain.
Step S318: and an intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset account book system executes a second intelligent contract contained in the to-be-pledged asset information of the to-be-pledged asset pledge instruction on the first chain so as to verify the to-be-pledged asset pledge instruction on the first chain, spend the to-be-pledged asset information after verification is passed, and generate pledge asset information corresponding to the lender's asset account book address. The specific implementation of this step is the same as step S207.
Step S319: and the intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset ledger system records the second asset pledge execution result information to the consensus ledger layer execution module. The intelligent contract layer execution module spends the assets to be pledged, generates an execution result of pledge asset information corresponding to the pledge assets command on the first chain, and records the execution result to the consensus ledger layer execution module.
Example three: since the confirmed account information with the self-signature provided by the borrower or the received account certificate can also be used as a trigger condition for the intelligent contract execution layer module to execute the second intelligent contract in the to-be-pledged asset pledge instruction, in the third embodiment, the borrower sends the to-be-pledged asset pledge instruction as an example, and the method for online asset pledge financing through the offline settlement in the third embodiment of the present invention is explained. The concrete implementation is as follows:
fig. 4 is a schematic view of the main process of asset pledge financing through the chain asset pledge financing system of the chain settlement in the third embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, in the third embodiment of the present invention, the main process of performing asset pledge financing through the chain asset pledge financing system for chain down settlement is performed, wherein steps S401 to S416 in the third embodiment are the same as steps S301 to S316 in the second embodiment, and are not described herein again. The method comprises the following steps:
step S417: and the borrower asset application terminal system generates a pledge instruction of the assets to be pledged on the second chain according to the received collection information, and then sends the pledge instruction of the assets to be pledged on the second chain with the borrower signature to an intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset account book system. The second chain to-be-pledged asset pledge instruction comprises: the system comprises a list of asset information to be pledged, a second asset subsequent transaction calling parameter to be pledged, pledged asset information and the like, wherein the second asset subsequent transaction calling parameter to be pledged is a parameter to be called when a second intelligent contract contained in the asset information to be pledged is executed. In this embodiment, the parameter for calling the subsequent transaction of the second pledge asset included in the pledge instruction of the pledge asset on the second chain may be confirmation receipt information or a collection receipt provided by the borrower. The pledge asset information refers to a final digital asset generated after executing a second intelligent contract included in the pledge asset information.
Step S418: and an intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset account book system executes a second intelligent contract contained in the to-be-pledged asset information of the to-be-pledged asset pledge instruction on the second chain so as to verify the to-be-pledged asset pledge instruction on the second chain, spend the to-be-pledged asset information after verification is passed, and generate pledge asset information corresponding to the lender's asset account book address. In the step, the intelligent contract layer execution module verifies the confirmed account information or the received account certificate provided by the borrower, judges whether the specified normal pledge triggering condition in the second intelligent contract is met, if so, executes the pledge asset pledge instruction on the second chain, namely expends the pledge asset, and generates pledge asset information corresponding to the pledge asset pledge instruction on the second chain. And after the intelligent contract of the pledge asset pledge instruction on the second chain is executed, finishing final pledge of the pledge asset.
Step S419: and the intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset ledger system records the second asset pledge execution result information to the consensus ledger layer execution module. The intelligent contract layer execution module spends the assets to be pledged, generates an execution result of pledge asset information corresponding to the pledge assets command on the second chain, and records the execution result to the consensus ledger layer execution module.
Example four: if the borrower has initiated an asset pledge transaction and forms a pledge asset at the asset ledger system, but the lender has not made a price payment within a preset time, the asset ledger system may withdraw the pledge asset back to the borrower. The rollback operation may be implemented in two ways: the first method is as follows: and the second intelligent contract detects regularly, and once the withdrawal backspacing triggering condition is met, the second intelligent contract automatically executes the pledge transaction of returning the assets to be pledged to the borrower. The second method comprises the following steps: and the borrower or the lender initiates a return instruction of the assets to be pledged on the chain, the second intelligent contract checks the withdrawal and rollback triggering conditions, if the withdrawal and the rollback triggering conditions are met, the return instruction of the assets to be pledged on the chain is executed to generate return asset information corresponding to the borrower asset account book address, and the assets to be pledged are returned to the borrower.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of the main flow of returning the assets to be pledged through the chain asset pledge financing system of the chain settlement in the fourth embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, in the fourth embodiment of the present invention, the main process of returning the assets to be pledged back through the chain asset pledge financing system with the chain settlement includes the following steps:
step S501: and the borrower asset application terminal system detects whether collection information is received within preset time, and sends a return instruction of the to-be-pledged assets on the chain with the borrower signature to an intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset book system under the condition that the collection information is not received. And the return instruction of the assets to be pledged on the chain is used for returning the assets to be pledged to the borrower. In a preferred embodiment, the on-chain pending pledge asset return directive includes: the assets to be pledged, the parameters for the subsequent transaction of the assets to be pledged, the returned assets information and the like. Here, the parameter for calling the subsequent transaction of the assets to be pledged may be null, the return operation in the second intelligent contract included in the information of the assets to be pledged is directly called, and the second intelligent contract checks whether the condition for triggering the return cancellation is satisfied (generally, the waiting time reaches the preset time threshold). The returned asset information includes: the asset account book address of the borrower, the returned asset quantity and the like, wherein the returned asset quantity is the quantity of assets to be pledged contained in the asset information to be pledged.
Step S502: and an intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset account book system executes a second intelligent contract contained in the return instruction of the assets to be pledged on the chain so as to verify the return instruction of the assets to be pledged on the chain with the signature of the borrower, and after the verification is passed, the assets to be pledged are spent and return asset information corresponding to the asset account book address of the borrower is generated. The verification content comprises the following steps: verifying a borrower signature of the return instruction of the assets to be pledged on the chain; and verifying that the waiting time from the generation of the to-be-pledged asset information to the receiving of the to-be-transferred asset return instruction on the chain meets the withdrawal rollback triggering condition. And after the intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset account book system verifies that the return instruction of the assets to be pledged on the chain is completed, the intelligent contract layer execution module executes the return instruction of the assets to be pledged on the chain, expends the information of the assets to be pledged, and generates return asset information corresponding to the asset account book address of the borrower.
In addition, the lender asset application terminal system can also initiate the return instruction of the on-chain assets to be pledged. In this case, step S501 is: and the lender asset application terminal system detects whether payment information is received within preset time, and sends the chain to-be-pledged asset returning instruction with the lender signature to the asset book system under the condition that the payment information is not received. The processing of the asset ledger system on the return instruction of the assets to be pledged on the chain is the same as the step S502, and the details are not repeated here.
The intelligent contract execution process for generating the return assets by the assets to be pledged comprises the following steps: and checking whether the subsequent transaction calling parameters of the assets to be pledged contained in the assets to be pledged return instruction on the chain meet the withdrawal triggering condition specified in the second intelligent contract or not by using a second intelligent contract contained in the assets to be pledged information (or checking whether the withdrawal triggering condition is met or not by the asset book system according to the return operation in the second intelligent contract), and if the specified withdrawal triggering condition is met, generating the returned assets information according to the assets to be pledged return instruction on the chain. The return asset information may also include default smart contracts for subsequent transactions.
Example five: after the borrower completes the step S307, and after the lender completes the step S319, the lender may query the on-chain asset information (i.e., the on-chain assets held by the borrower and the lender after the query transaction is completed) through the respective asset application terminal systems to confirm that the asset pledge is successful. Referring to steps S302 to S304, the process of the lender querying the asset information on the chain is the same as the query principle of the borrower. And if the final chain asset information contains the pledge asset information, the asset pledge is successful. The specific implementation process is as follows:
fig. 6 is a schematic view of the main process of the pledge financing confirmation through the chain asset pledge financing system of the chain settlement in the fifth embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, in the fifth embodiment of the present invention, the main process of the pledge financing confirmation through the chain asset pledge financing system for chain settlement includes the following steps:
step S601: and the borrower asset application terminal system acquires final chain asset information generated after the quality deposit of the to-be-pledged assets is performed from a common account book layer execution module of the asset account book system, and if the final chain asset information contains the quality deposit asset information corresponding to the lender asset account book address, the property quality deposit is confirmed to be successful. Under the condition that the borrower knows the pledged assets or the pledged assets, the borrower can inquire the pledged assets generated after the pledged assets are traded and finally link asset information after trading through the pledged assets generated after the pledged assets are traded. Therefore, if the asset information of the pledge exists in the inquired final on-chain asset information, the asset pledge is confirmed to be successful.
Step S602: and the lender asset application terminal system acquires the final chain asset information of the lender after the asset pledge from the common account book layer execution module of the asset pledge system, and if the pledge asset information exists in the final chain asset information of the lender, the asset pledge is confirmed to be successful. On the block chain, the asset information after the pledge can be directly inquired by the asset account book address of the lender. In the embodiment, the execution sequence of step S601 and step S602 is not limited, and step S602 may be executed first, and then step S601 is executed.
Fig. 7 is a schematic flow chart of a method for online property pledge financing through offline settlement according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 7, a method for online property pledge financing through offline settlement in an embodiment of the present invention mainly includes the following steps:
step S701: the borrower asset application terminal system generates an on-chain asset pledge instruction based on the asset type, pledge asset quantity and lender asset ledger address selected and/or input by the borrower, and then sends the on-chain asset pledge instruction with the borrower signature to the asset ledger system. Wherein, the on-chain asset pledge instruction comprises: pledge asset information, retrieval asset information, and the like.
Step S702: the asset account book system executes a first intelligent contract contained in the pledged asset information of the on-chain asset pledge instruction so as to verify the on-chain asset pledge instruction with the borrower signature, after the verification is passed, the pledged asset information of the corresponding asset type of the borrower is spent according to the pledged asset quantity, and corresponding pledged asset information is generated.
Step S703: the lender asset application terminal system performs offline payment based on borrower account information and amount payable selected and/or input by the lender, generates an asset pledge instruction to be pledged on a first chain according to the received payment information, and then sends the asset pledge instruction to be pledged on the first chain with the lender signature to the asset account book system; wherein, the amount due is equivalent to the chain assets corresponding to the number of the pledge assets.
Step S704: and the asset ledger system executes a second intelligent contract contained in the to-be-pledged asset information of the to-be-pledged asset pledge instruction on the chain so as to verify the to-be-pledged asset pledge instruction on the first chain with the lender signature, and after the verification is passed, the to-be-pledge asset information is spent and the pledge asset information corresponding to the lender asset ledger address is generated. The intelligent contract layer execution module of the asset account book system executes verification operation: verifying the signature of the pledge instruction of the assets to be pledged on the chain; verifying that a user public key corresponding to a lender signature of the asset pledge instruction to be pledged on the chain is consistent with an asset account book address of the lender; verifying that the quantity of the assets to be pledged is equal to the sum of the quantity of the assets to be pledged contained in the pledged asset information; and verifying that the subsequent transaction calling parameters of the first to-be-pledged asset meet normal pledge triggering conditions. After verification is completed, the intelligent contract layer execution module executes the pledge instruction of the pledge assets on the first chain, costs the pledge assets, and generates pledge assets corresponding to the pledge assets on the first chain.
Fig. 8 is a schematic flow chart of the method for online property pledge financing through offline settlement according to the second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 8, the method for online property pledge financing through offline settlement in the second embodiment of the present invention mainly includes the following steps:

The specific implementation of this step is the same as the payment process of step S703.
Step S804: and the borrower asset application terminal system generates a pledge instruction of the assets to be pledged on the second chain according to the received collection information, and then sends the pledge instruction of the assets to be pledged on the second chain with the borrower signature to the asset account book system. And the borrower asset application terminal system generates a to-be-pledged asset pledge instruction on the second chain based on the received collection information, then uses the user private key of the borrower to sign the to-be-pledged asset pledge instruction on the second chain, and sends the to-be-pledged asset pledge instruction on the second chain with the signature of the user private key of the borrower to the asset account book system.
Step S805: and the asset ledger system executes a second intelligent contract contained in the asset information to be pledged of the asset pledge instruction on the second chain so as to verify the asset pledge instruction to be pledged on the second chain with the borrower signature, and after the verification is passed, the asset information to be pledged is spent and the asset information corresponding to the borrower asset ledger address is generated. And the asset account book system verifies the pledge instruction of the assets to be pledged on the second chain according to the verification content in the step S704, and after the verification is completed, the intelligent contract layer execution module executes the pledge instruction of the assets to be pledged on the second chain, costs the assets to be pledged and generates pledge assets corresponding to the pledge instruction of the assets to be pledged on the second chain.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, after receiving an on-chain asset pledge instruction from a borrower, the asset ledger system executes a first intelligent contract to generate assets to be pledged, the lender asset application terminal system performs under-chain payment through an under-chain payment module, and after payment is completed, the asset ledger system executes a second intelligent contract to generate pledge assets; both trading parties can control the execution process of changing the assets to be pledged into pledged assets, the realization mode is flexible, and the trading requirements are met; and when the lender cannot provide payment information within the specified time or cannot successfully initiate the chain payment transaction, returning the assets to be pledged to the lender, thereby reducing the transaction risk.
The above-described embodiments should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, combinations, sub-combinations, and substitutions can occur, depending on design requirements and other factors. Any modification, equivalent replacement, and improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
