一种双光透镜大灯,包括:包括沿一字方向设置的镜框、散热框、后盖及灯头,所述镜框内侧放置镜头,所述镜头内放置镜片,所述镜片前端两侧呈弧形结构,且两侧以一字型中央线为对称轴,呈对称结构,所述镜框穿过灯盖,且镜框一端与灯盖螺纹连接,所述灯盖与散热框螺纹连接,所述散热框插设LED发光灯板,所述散热框内放置散热风扇,所述散热框插设在后盖内侧,所述后盖内放置电路板,所述后盖通过螺栓连接灯头,所述LED发光灯板及散热风扇均电连电路板,所述灯头上设有插接电源的插杆。直接替换原车灯无需改装线路,并且光型呈“一”字形铺路效果好,亮度均匀并且光线在雨雾天气情况下穿透性强可见度超越传统的卤素灯疝气灯以及常规的LED灯。

技术领域
本发明涉及照明设备技术领域,特别涉及一种双光透镜大灯。
背景技术
LED光源是一种高效率,长寿命,响应快、抗震性强的绿色光源。LED灯逐渐应用于汽车大灯、汽车尾灯、日行灯、指示灯等。但是车辆夜间行车在大多数的情况下都是使用近光灯的,近光灯的使用频率要远远超过远光灯。现有技术中,LED汽车大灯的电路板是竖直设置,灯珠安装在电路板的左右两侧,存在近光射程较远,且近光宽度较窄铺路面积较小的缺点。同时,LED灯一般都是白光,现有的LED汽车大灯近光灯亮度不高,且白光的穿透力不强,这使得在雨天或者雾霾天近光效果不好,开远光灯时也基本看不清前方,会车时不容易被对面的车辆驾驶员发现,存在一定的安全隐患。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述不足,本发明提供了一种双光透镜大灯,直接替换原车灯无需改装线路,并且光型呈“一”字形铺路效果好,亮度均匀并且光线在雨雾天气情况下穿透性强可见度超越传统的卤素灯疝气灯以及常规的LED灯。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种双光透镜大灯,包括:包括沿一字方向设置的镜框、散热框、后盖及灯头,所述镜框内侧放置镜头,所述镜头内放置镜片,所述镜片前端两侧呈弧形结构,且两侧以一字型中央线为对称轴,呈对称结构,所述镜框穿过灯盖,且镜框一端与灯盖螺纹连接,所述灯盖与散热框螺纹连接,所述散热框插设LED发光灯板,所述散热框内放置散热风扇,所述散热框插设在后盖内侧,所述后盖内放置电路板,所述后盖通过螺栓连接灯头,所述LED发光灯板及散热风扇均电连电路板,所述灯头上设有插接电源的插杆。
进一步,所述后盖与灯头上均设有发光角度可调用限位孔,所述限位孔内插设螺栓,所述后盖的材质为铝合金,所述后盖靠近灯头端设有散热孔。
进一步,所述散热框设有若干个条形散热孔,所述散热框边缘设有缺口,所述LED发光灯板边缘设有适配缺口的凸起。
进一步,所述电路板上设有蓄电池。
进一步,所述LED发光灯板上设有LED双色灯珠。
本发明的有益效果为:
LED发光灯板上的灯珠上下发光而不是左右发光,散热风扇加快电路板的散热速度,通过光角度可调用限位孔和螺栓调节光角度,直接替换原车灯无需改装线路,并且光型呈“一”字形铺路效果好,亮度均匀并且光线在雨雾天气情况下穿透性强可见度超越传统的卤素灯疝气灯以及常规的LED灯。

如图1所示,一种双光透镜大灯,包括:包括沿一字方向设置的镜框3、散热框7、后盖9及灯头10,所述镜框3内侧放置镜头2,所述镜头2内放置镜片1,所述镜片1前端两侧呈弧形结构,且两侧以一字型中央线为对称轴,呈对称结构,所述镜框3穿过灯盖4,且镜框3一端与灯盖4螺纹连接,所述灯盖4与散热框7螺纹连接,所述散热框7插设LED发光灯板5,所述散热框7内放置散热风扇6,所述散热框7插设在后盖9内侧,所述后盖9内放置电路板8,所述后盖9通过螺栓连接灯头10,所述LED发光灯板5及散热风扇6均电连电路板8,所述灯头10上设有插接电源的插杆。
所述后盖9与灯头10上均设有发光角度可调用限位孔11,所述限位孔11内插设螺栓,所述后盖9的材质为铝合金,所述后盖9靠近灯头10端设有散热孔9.1。所述散热框7设有若干个条形散热孔7.1,所述散热框7边缘设有缺口,所述LED发光灯板5边缘设有适配缺口的凸起。所述电路板8上设有蓄电池8.1。所述LED发光灯板5上设有LED双色灯珠。
需要调换不能光时,通过旋转后盖9对准不同限位孔11。

1.一种双光透镜大灯,其特征在于,包括:包括沿一字方向设置的镜框(3)、散热框(7)、后盖(9)及灯头(10),所述镜框(3)内侧放置镜头(2),所述镜头(2)内放置镜片(1),所述镜片(1)前端两侧呈弧形结构,且两侧以一字型中央线为对称轴,呈对称结构,所述镜框(3)穿过灯盖(4),且镜框(3)一端与灯盖(4)螺纹连接,所述灯盖(4)与散热框(7)螺纹连接,所述散热框(7)插设LED发光灯板(5),所述散热框(7)内放置散热风扇(6),所述散热框(7)插设在后盖(9)内侧,所述后盖(9)内放置电路板(8),所述后盖(9)通过螺栓连接灯头(10),所述LED发光灯板(5)及散热风扇(6)均电连电路板(8),所述灯头(10)上设有插接电源的插杆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双光透镜大灯,其特征在于:所述后盖(9)与灯头(10)上均设有发光角度可调用限位孔(11),所述限位孔(11)内插设螺栓,所述后盖(9)的材质为铝合金,所述后盖(9)靠近灯头(10)端设有散热孔(9.1)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双光透镜大灯,其特征在于:所述散热框(7)设有若干个条形散热孔(7.1),所述散热框(7)边缘设有缺口,所述LED发光灯板(5)边缘设有适配缺口的凸起。
