Abstract
The invention discloses a wear-resistant flame-retardant yarn which comprises, by mass, 45 ~ 53 parts of wear-resistant fibers, 21 ~ 26 parts of flame-retardant fibers, 8 ~ 12 parts of mixed fibers and 5 ~ 9 parts of wool, wherein the wear-resistant fibers comprise nylon filaments, polyethylene short fibers and polyester fibers, and the flame-retardant fibers comprise tree fibers, polyvinyl chloride fibers and high-strength glass fibers.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of yarn processing, and particularly relates to wear-resistant flame-retardant yarn.
Background
The yarn is a product processed by various textile fibers into a certain fineness and is used for weaving, rope making, thread making, knitting, embroidering and the like, in some special fields, the fabric is required to have flame retardance so as to protect the safety of workers, and the flame retardance and the wear resistance of the traditional yarn are not ideal, so that the wear-resistant flame-retardant yarn needs to be researched.

To solve the disadvantages of the prior art, the present invention aims to provide a yarn having excellent abrasion resistance, flame retardancy and strength.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention adopts the following technical solutions:
the wear-resistant flame-retardant yarn comprises, by mass, 45 ~ 53 parts of wear-resistant fibers, 21 ~ 26 parts of flame-retardant fibers, 8 ~ 12 parts of mixed fibers and 5 ~ 9 parts of wool, wherein the wear-resistant fibers comprise nylon filaments, polyethylene short fibers and polyester fibers in a mass ratio of (5 ~ 7) (2 ~ 3) (1 ~ 3), and the flame-retardant fibers comprise tree fibers, polyvinyl chloride fibers and high-strength glass fibers in a mass ratio of (4 ~ 9) (3 ~ 5) (2 ~ 7).
Preferably, the outer layer of the flame-retardant fiber is coated with a flame-retardant film, the flame-retardant film is formed by coating a flame-retardant coating, and the flame-retardant coating is a mixture of alumina, silica, waterborne polyurethane and sodium silicate.
Still preferably, the mass ratio of the alumina, the silicon dioxide, the aqueous polyurethane and the sodium silicate is (10 ~ 14): (8 ~ 12): (2 ~ 7): (3 ~ 4).
More preferably, the mixed fiber comprises the following components, by mass, 13 ~ 22 parts of bamboo charcoal fiber, 15 ~ 17 parts of silk fiber, 11 ~ 14 parts of coconut fiber, 7 ~ 12 parts of mineral fiber and 5 ~ 7 parts of boron fiber.
Further preferably, the wool length is 80 ~ 100 mm.
Specifically, the tree fiber is kapok fiber or palm fiber.
The invention has the advantages that: the wear-resistant flame-retardant yarn has excellent wear resistance and flame retardance, and the wear-resistant fibers and the flame-retardant fibers are mutually supported, so that the yarn is more stable and is not easy to loosen, and the yarn has high toughness and is not soft and elastic; coconut fibers, mineral fibers and boron fibers are added into the mixed fibers, so that the strength of the yarn can be effectively improved, and the yarn is not easy to break; the flame-retardant film is coated on the outer layer of the flame-retardant fiber, so that the flame retardance of the flame-retardant fiber can be effectively improved through the synergistic effect between the waterborne polyurethane and the sodium silicate.

The abrasion-resistant flame-retardant yarn according to claim 1, wherein the flame-retardant fiber is coated with a flame-retardant film on the outer layer, the flame-retardant film is coated with a flame-retardant coating, and the flame-retardant coating is a mixture of alumina, silica, waterborne polyurethane and sodium silicate.

4. The wear-resistant flame-retardant yarn according to claim 1, wherein the mixed fiber comprises, by mass, 13 ~ 22 parts of bamboo charcoal fiber, 15 ~ 17 parts of silk fiber, 11 ~ 14 parts of coconut fiber, 7 ~ 12 parts of mineral fiber and 5 ~ 7 parts of boron fiber.
5. A wear resistant flame retardant yarn according to claim 1 wherein said wool length is 80 ~ 100 mm.
6. The abrasion-resistant flame-retardant yarn according to claim 1, wherein the tree fiber is kapok fiber or palm fiber.
