Abstract
本发明公开了一种环保水性烟标油墨,是由下述质量份数的成分制备而成的:水性树脂35‑50份、水性氯醋树脂10‑15份、水性颜料20‑30份、溶剂25‑40份、分散剂1‑3份、消泡剂1‑3份、表面活性剂1‑3份、附着力促进剂1‑3份和硅烷偶联剂1‑3份,所述溶剂为乙醇与去离子水,质量比为1:3~10。本发明环保水性烟标油墨不含有VOC,环保性能优异,同时油墨的附着牢度高、柔韧性能佳。

技术领域
本发明涉及油墨技术领域,特别是涉及一种环保水性烟标油墨。
背景技术
随着我国烟草市场对外开放日期的日益临近,烟草包装的环保性能将成为业界人士探讨的焦点。虽然目前烟印工艺仍在商标外观、防伪性能等领域做了大量研究,但未来几年内,环保将成为重中之重,并且环保监测标准要求如印刷品的重金属含量、残留溶剂的含量、大气污染情况等项目的检测将更加严格。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种环保水性烟标油墨,不含有VOC,环保性能优异,同时油墨的附着牢度高、柔韧性能佳。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:
提供一种环保水性烟标油墨,是由下述质量份数的成分制备而成的:水性树脂35-50份、水性氯醋树脂10-15份、水性颜料20-30份、溶剂25-40份、分散剂1-3份、消泡剂1-3份、表面活性剂1-3份、附着力促进剂1-3份和硅烷偶联剂1-3份,所述溶剂为乙醇与去离子水,质量比为1:3~10。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述水性树脂为水性丙烯酸树脂、水性丙烯酸乳液树脂及改性水性聚氨酯乳液按照质量比1:1~2:0.5~1.5混合而成。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述硅烷偶联剂为乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述分散剂为聚酯聚酰胺共聚物。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述消泡剂为乳液型聚硅氧烷消泡剂或聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述附着力促进剂为氨基硅烷和环氧基硅烷按照重量比为1:2混合组成。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种环保水性烟标油墨,采用水性树脂和和水性氯醋树脂和水性溶剂,VOC含量低,环保性能优异,同时采用该配方制备的烟标油墨,具有附着牢度高、柔韧性强的特点。

下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
实施例1:一种环保水性烟标油墨,是由下述质量份数的成分制备而成的:水性树脂45份、水性氯醋树脂12份、水性颜料25份、溶剂35份、分散剂2份、消泡剂1.5份、表面活性剂1.5份、附着力促进剂2份和硅烷偶联剂2份,所述溶剂为乙醇与去离子水,质量比为1:10。
所述水性树脂为水性丙烯酸树脂、水性丙烯酸乳液树脂及改性水性聚氨酯乳液按照质量比1:1.5:1混合而成,所述硅烷偶联剂为乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷,所述分散剂为聚酯聚酰胺共聚物,所述消泡剂为乳液型聚硅氧烷消泡剂或聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂,所述附着力促进剂为氨基硅烷和环氧基硅烷按照重量比为1:2混合组成。
实施例2:一种环保水性烟标油墨,是由下述质量份数的成分制备而成的:水性树脂42份、水性氯醋树脂12份、水性颜料25份、溶剂30份、分散剂2份、消泡剂2份、表面活性剂2份、附着力促进剂3份和硅烷偶联剂2份,所述溶剂为乙醇与去离子水,质量比为1:8。
所述水性树脂为水性丙烯酸树脂、水性丙烯酸乳液树脂及改性水性聚氨酯乳液按照质量比1:1: 1.5混合而成,所述硅烷偶联剂为乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷,所述分散剂为聚酯聚酰胺共聚物,所述消泡剂为乳液型聚硅氧烷消泡剂或聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂,所述附着力促进剂为氨基硅烷和环氧基硅烷按照重量比为1:2混合组成。
实施例3:一种环保水性烟标油墨,是由下述质量份数的成分制备而成的:水性树脂50份、水性氯醋树脂15份、水性颜料25份、溶剂35份、分散剂1份、消泡剂2份、表面活性剂1.5份、附着力促进剂2份和硅烷偶联剂3份,所述溶剂为乙醇与去离子水,质量比为1:8。
所述水性树脂为水性丙烯酸树脂、水性丙烯酸乳液树脂及改性水性聚氨酯乳液按照质量比1:2: 1.5混合而成,所述硅烷偶联剂为乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷,所述分散剂为聚酯聚酰胺共聚物,所述消泡剂为乳液型聚硅氧烷消泡剂或聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂,所述附着力促进剂为氨基硅烷和环氧基硅烷按照重量比为1:2混合组成。
上述任一实施例中的环保水性烟标油墨,是由下述制备步骤制备而成的:
1)称取物料,按照配方称取所需重量份数的物料,备用;
2)分散,取配方重量的水性树脂和水性氯醋树脂,加上水性颜料进行高速分散,搅拌速度为1000r/min,预分散时间为30min,后投入二分之一的溶剂继续分散,搅拌速度为500r/min,分散时间为10min;
3)研磨,将步骤2)中分散后的物料进行研磨,使之达到油墨工艺所需细度,细度在7-15μm;
4)在研磨后的物料中添加剩余量的溶剂以及分散剂、消泡剂、表面活性剂、附着力促进剂、硅烷偶联剂,在500r/min的转速下分散5min;
5)过滤去除杂质后密封包装,得到成品。

1.一种环保水性烟标油墨,其特征在于,是由下述质量份数的成分制备而成的:水性树脂35-50份、水性氯醋树脂10-15份、水性颜料20-30份、溶剂25-40份、分散剂1-3份、消泡剂1-3份、表面活性剂1-3份、附着力促进剂1-3份和硅烷偶联剂1-3份,所述溶剂为乙醇与去离子水,质量比为1:3~10。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保水性烟标油墨,其特征在于,所述水性树脂为水性丙烯酸树脂、水性丙烯酸乳液树脂及改性水性聚氨酯乳液按照质量比1:1~2:0.5~1.5混合而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保水性烟标油墨,其特征在于,所述硅烷偶联剂为乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保水性烟标油墨,其特征在于,所述分散剂为聚酯聚酰胺共聚物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环保水性烟标油墨,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为乳液型聚硅氧烷消泡剂或聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的环保水性烟标油墨,其特征在于,所述附着力促进剂为氨基硅烷和环氧基硅烷按照重量比为1:2混合组成。
