Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily-use chemical industry, in particular to an ultraviolet-curable hydrophilic coating and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In daily clothes washing and wearing overshoot, due to fine fibers and material aging and dust accumulation caused by clothes or the external environment, the condition that the smoothness of the zipper is reduced after long-term use can be caused, and the zipper becomes old and has stiff hand feeling. Especially in dry seasons such as autumn and winter, the influence of dust accumulation on the hand feeling of the zipper is larger, and the wearing comfort of clothes is seriously influenced. Therefore, with the development of social life, people have higher and higher requirements on smoothness and comfort of the zipper, and the softener is produced at the same time.
However, no softener is used for the zipper at present, and if the zipper is not used well, the softener is often coated by using a clothes softener or a daily necessity softener, so that other problems are brought while the problem of smoothness of the zipper is solved. Firstly, the softener of the daily necessities often has toxic chemical components, is directly contacted with limbs or clothes and can slowly permeate into the skin of a human body to influence the body health; secondly, the softening effect of the fabric softener is inferior to that of a daily product softener, and the fabric softener is mainly used for improving the bulkiness and softness of the fabric and eliminating the static electricity effect, so that when the fabric softener is used on a zipper, the smooth effect of the zipper is not good, the dosage is increased, the fabric softener is wasted, and even the excessive fabric softener is contacted with the fabric, so that the comfort of the fabric is affected.
