Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of health-care food, and particularly relates to a peony pollen buccal tablet and a preparation process thereof.
Background
Paeonia suffruticosa Andr is deciduous shrub of Paeonia of Paeoniaceae. It is listed as the "Shen nong Ben Cao Jing" as the "Zhong Pin". The peony has high ornamental value, medicinal value and economic value. Cortex moutan is dried root bark of Paeonia suffruticosa Andr. Bitter and pungent in property, slightly cold in nature. It enters heart, liver and kidney meridians. Has antibacterial, antiinflammatory, hemostatic, analgesic, and antitumor effects, and can promote phagocytosis of monocyte, improve specific immunity, clear heat and cool blood, and cool blood without stasis, and promote blood circulation without loss of blood. Peony pollen contains abundant amino acids and proteins; contains various nutrients, vitamins and minerals; contains a large amount of natural active substances, such as enzyme, flavonoid, organic acid, hormone, nucleic acid, etc., and can promote health and enhance defense capability of organism.
Rape (Brassica campestris) is a plant of the genus Rutaceae, Ruta, and is an annual or biennial herb. The rape pollen is nearly spherical, and the appearance of the polar surface is a three-split round shape. The rape has large cultivation area, wide distribution area, multiple varieties, high yield and easy collection. Rape is an important oil crop in China, and is widely developed and utilized in China, and according to research, rape pollen has the effects of inhibiting prostatic hyperplasia, regulating the smooth muscle tension of the urinary system and inhibiting the growth of prostate cells in vitro.
Peppermint (Mentha haplocalyx Briq.) is the dried aerial parts of Mentha haplocalyx of Labiatae. It is pungent in flavor and cool in nature. It enters lung and liver meridians. Has effects of dispelling heat, clearing head and eyes, relieving sore throat, promoting eruption, dispersing stagnated liver qi, and activating qi-flowing.
Buccal tablets are pressed tablets which are slowly dissolved in oral cavity, and are convenient to carry and use, good in taste and wide in application range. As a health food, pollen is popular and important, and as early as two thousand years ago, the application of the pollen in China has been recorded in many ways. Peony resources are rich and various in China, but people have less research on peony pollen products, and a large amount of peony pollen is wasted. In order to improve the utilization rate of peony flower resources and facilitate the consumption of consumers, it is necessary to develop a buccal tablet using peony flower powder as a main raw material.

The second purpose of the invention is to provide a preparation method of the peony pollen buccal tablet, which comprises the following steps:
weighing 30-55 parts of peony pollen, 0-25 parts of rape pollen, 3-8 parts of mint leaves, 0.8-1.8 parts of citric acid, 40 parts of mannitol, 1-6 parts of sodium carboxymethyl starch and 10-30 parts of starch slurry;
respectively crushing peony pollen, rape pollen and mint leaves, sieving with a sieve of 80-100 meshes to respectively obtain peony powder, rape flower powder and mint leaf powder, and storing at low temperature for later use;
uniformly mixing peony flower powder, rape flower powder, mint leaf powder, citric acid, mannitol and sodium carboxymethyl starch to obtain mixed powder;
adding the starch slurry into the mixed powder, and uniformly mixing to obtain a soft material;
and pouring the soft material into a granulation machine to prepare granules, drying the obtained granules, taking the granules with 24-100 meshes, and tabletting to obtain the peony pollen buccal tablet.
Preferably, the preparation method of the peony pollen buccal tablet comprises the following steps of uniformly mixing peony powder, rape flower powder, mint leaf powder, citric acid, mannitol and sodium carboxymethyl starch by an equivalent incremental method and a priming chromatography method, wherein the specific steps are as follows:
step 1, using the inner surface of a container used when mannitol saturated materials are mixed;
step 2, adding citric acid into the container, adding mint powder with the same mass as the citric acid, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture; adding herba Menthae powder with equal mass to the obtained mixture, mixing, and adding herba Menthae powder until the herba Menthae powder is completely added;
step 3, adding rape pollen with the quality equal to that of the mixture obtained in the last step in the step 2, and uniformly mixing; continuously adding rape pollen powder, wherein the adding amount of the rape pollen is equal to the total mass of the mixture obtained at the last time each time until the rape pollen is added;
and 3, adding peony pollen, uniformly mixing, and finally adding the rest mannitol, and uniformly mixing to obtain mixed powder.
Preferably, in the preparation method of the peony pollen buccal tablet, the concentration of the starch slurry is 10g/100ml, and the added amount of the starch slurry is 1g of starch slurry added to every 5g of mixed powder.
