Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of health-care foods, and particularly relates to a peony pollen buccal tablet and a preparation process thereof.
Background
The Paeonia suffruticosa (Paeonia suffruticosa Andr.) is a deciduous shrub of Paeoniaceae, paeonia. It is listed as a middle-grade product in Shen nong Ben Cao Jing. The peony has high ornamental value, and has high medicinal value and economic value. Cortex moutan is dry root bark of Paeonia suffruticosa of Ranunculaceae. Bitter and pungent properties and slight cold. It enters heart, liver and kidney meridians. Has antibacterial, antiinflammatory, hemostatic, analgesic, and antitumor effects, and can promote phagocytosis of monocyte and improve specific immunity, and is a heat clearing and blood cooling medicine with the advantages of cooling blood without blood stasis, promoting blood circulation, and preventing blood movement. The peony pollen contains rich amino acids and proteins; contains various nutrients, vitamins and minerals; contains a large amount of natural active substances such as enzymes, flavonoids, organic acids, hormones, nucleic acids, etc., and can promote health and enhance body defenses.
Rape (Brassica campestrie) is a cruciferous, rutaceae, ruta plant, annual or biennial herb. The rape pollen is nearly spherical and has a three-split round shape. The rape has large cultivation area, wide distribution area, multiple varieties, large yield and easy adoption. Rape is an important oil crop in China, has been widely developed and utilized in China, and has the effect of inhibiting prostatic hyperplasia according to research, regulating smooth muscle tension of the urinary system and inhibiting in-vitro prostatic cell growth.
Peppermint (Mentha haplocalyx briq.) is the dry aerial part of the Labiatae plant peppermint. It is pungent in flavor and cool in nature. It enters lung and liver meridians. Has effects of dispelling heat, clearing head and eyes, relieving sore throat, promoting eruption, dispersing stagnated liver qi, and activating qi-flowing.
The buccal tablet is a pressed tablet which is slowly dissolved in the oral cavity, is convenient to carry and use, has good taste and wide application range. As a health food, pollen is popular and important, and as early as two thousands of years ago, china has various records on pollen application. The peony flower in China is rich in resources and various in varieties, but people have less research on the peony pollen products, and a large amount of peony pollen is wasted. In order to improve the utilization rate of peony resources and facilitate eating by consumers, it is necessary to develop a buccal tablet using peony pollen as a main raw material.
