Background
The application research of the composition of chitosan oligosaccharide and sulfur is weak, and the plant protection value of the composition is not clearly researched. Especially, the research on the prevention and treatment of powdery mildew is very little.
At present, more medicaments for preventing and treating powdery mildew exist, wherein sulfur is a commonly used medicament, for example, CN1402985A discloses a sulfur colloid, which can achieve good prevention and treatment effects 1 day after more than 500ppm of spraying, the inhibition time of powdery mildew spores can last for 7-10 days, the yield is increased by 30%, and compared with triazolone, thiophanate methyl and tefuraline, the fruit has no pesticide residue. Although the patent discloses that the sulfur can prevent and treat powdery mildew, the short time is unclear if the expected prevention effect can be achieved, and the inventor of the invention applies the data analysis of the sulfur for preventing and treating the powdery mildew for a long time, so that the high prevention effect cannot be achieved in a short time, the effect can be achieved in a short time, and the high efficiency cannot be achieved.
In the process of long-term application of sulfur to control powdery mildew, the inventor of the invention finds that sulfur is easy to cause phytotoxicity, especially the problem of leaf burning, and also aims to achieve the purpose of quickly controlling powdery mildew, the problem cannot be solved by a single sulfur agent, the addition amount of chitosan oligosaccharide is very critical, and the purpose of quickly controlling powdery mildew is difficult to achieve under the condition of too much or too little chitosan oligosaccharide.

Example 2 wheat powdery mildew control test in the field
The wheat powdery mildew prevention and treatment is carried out in a spring wheat area, 8 treatments are carried out in the initial stage of the wheat powdery mildew in the first batch, namely preparation 1, preparation 2, preparation 3, preparation 4, preparation 5, 50% of sulfur suspending agent (commercially available), 5% of amino-oligosaccharin aqueous solution (self-made by AGO GYO Co., Ltd. in Hainan Zhengshion), clear water is added for 1 time after each treatment for 3 times, each treatment is repeated for 20 square meters, the total concentration of chitosan oligosaccharide and sulfur is diluted to 1000ppm for application, the second batch of experiments are carried out in the development period of the wheat powdery mildew, the application times are 2, and the second application is carried out 7 days after the first application. And (3) carrying out control effect measurement the next day after the first batch of experiments are applied, calculating control effect, measuring control effect every day until 14 days after the first batch of experiments are applied, carrying out control effect measurement the next day after the first batch of experiments are applied, calculating control effect, measuring every day until 14 days after the second batch of experiments are applied. See tables 1 and 2 below for the first specific results.
TABLE 1 early prevention and treatment of wheat powdery mildew
Table 1 shows that the time for the preparations 1 to 3 to achieve the expected control effect is respectively shortened by 3 days, 4 days and 3 days compared with the expected control effect, the time is shortened by 50% at most, and the quick action of controlling powdery mildew is improved, the preparations 4 and 5 can achieve the control effect as expected, and the control effect can also achieve the expected control effect under the condition of single application of 50% of sulfur suspending agent, but the time is longer than the expected time, while the control effect of the chitosan oligosaccharide aqueous solution single agent is difficult to achieve 85% of control effect, and only reaches 72% of control effect under the condition of 9 days.
TABLE 2 prevention and treatment effects on wheat powdery mildew in the development period
In the development period of wheat powdery mildew, the expected control effect can be basically achieved by applying the 50 percent sulfur suspending agent twice at an expected time (1 day longer than the expected time), but the leaf burning condition is the condition that the edges of the leaves are yellowed. The preparation 1-5 has no phenomenon of leaf burning, and the expected control effect can be achieved after twice drug application, especially the preparation 1-3 has no phenomenon of leaf burning, and the time for achieving the expected control effect is shorter than the expected time, respectively shortened by 4 days, 5 days and 4 days, and shortened by 41%, and the preparation 4 can achieve the control effect and shortened by only 1 day.
Example 3 field control test for powdery mildew of watermelon, balsam pear, strawberry and grape
As can be seen from example 2, the combination of chitosan oligosaccharide and sulfur can shorten the control time when controlling wheat powdery mildew, especially the preparations 1-3, while the sulfur single dose is equivalent to the expected control time, and the chitosan oligosaccharide single dose is difficult to achieve the expected control effect within the expected time. Therefore, the control test of powdery mildew of other crops is continuously carried out aiming at the preparations 1 to 5, whether regularity exists, namely whether the time for achieving the expected control effect is shortened, and the test is not carried out aiming at the sulfur single agent and the chitosan oligosaccharide single agent.
The control method and the control effect measurement method for powdery mildew of other crops are the same as the example 2, and the application concentration is adjusted in the control process to determine the proper application times for improving the quick-acting performance, wherein the specific application times are clear in the tables 3 to 10. See tables 3-10 below for specific results:
TABLE 3 early-stage control effect of powdery mildew of watermelon
TABLE 4 prevention and control of powdery mildew of watermelon in its developmental stage
TABLE 5 early-stage control effect on powdery mildew of balsam pear
TABLE 6 preventive and therapeutic effects on powdery mildew of Momordica charantia at its developmental stage
TABLE 7 early control effect of strawberry powdery mildew
TABLE 8 prevention and treatment effects on strawberry powdery mildew at the development stage
TABLE 9 early control of grape powdery mildew
TABLE 10 prevention and treatment effects on grape powdery mildew at development stage
As can be seen from tables 3-10, the ratio of the chitosan oligosaccharide and the sulfur can realize quick-acting control of powdery mildew in the period of 1:20-60, and besides, the ratio of the chitosan oligosaccharide and the sulfur is verified to be difficult to obtain good quick-acting performance in the cases of 1:70 and 1:10, although the expected control effect can be achieved, the time for achieving the expected effect is longer.
