Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of water ecological habitat restoration, in particular to a method for selecting a site and constructing an artificial overwintering farm of plateau fishes.
Background
The fish overwintering site refers to a water area where fishes are clustered and inhabited in winter. In winter, as the temperature of air is reduced, the water temperature in shallow water of ponds, lakes and rivers is reduced, the metabolic capability of fishes is reduced, and the food intake is reduced or stopped. The low temperature is not favorable for the survival of the fishes, and the fishes need to find places where the fishes overwinter in warm water areas. For the fish bred in spring, during winter overwintering, gonads develop to III-IV stage, when water temperature is warmed up in spring of the next year, breeding behaviors occur, and fish population is continued. Therefore, the fish overwintering field can ensure that the fish safely overwinter in the life history of the fish, is also a prenatal habitat for finishing gonad development of the fish, has great significance for the continuation of fish populations and the safety of aquatic ecosystem, and the research of the fish overwintering field is one of important contents in the research of fish ecology.
The fish overwintering site is mostly positioned in a warm water area of a deep water area, and is influenced by water-related projects such as bridge repair, road building, construction of water-carrying wharfs, sand collection, dam construction and the like along with the increase of human activities, the habitat of the overwintering site is damaged, the research on artificial fish overwintering sites is carried out, and site selection and artificial overwintering site construction are important components of ecological compensation of the water-related projects. Under different habitat conditions, the overwintering strategies corresponding to fishes are different, and the building or repairing principles of overwintering sites are also different. In the low-altitude area, when the water temperature is reduced, the fishes swim to the deep-water warm-water area to live through the winter; in the Yangtze river and the lake leading to the Yangtze river, fish enter a Yangtze river main flow deep water area with higher water temperature from a low-temperature lake water area to overwinter in winter; in northern China, the winter period is as long as 5 months, and for a culture pond, fishes need to live in ice-water pond water isolated from the atmosphere, and the pond water needs to have enough dissolved oxygen. The manual clearing of the accumulated snow on the ice surface of the overwintering pond is an important content for implementing biological oxygen increasing, so that the ice surface is ensured to have better transmittance, the photosynthesis of phytoplankton in water of the under-ice pond is sufficient, and finally the dissolved oxygen of a water body is supplemented.
Currently, there is less research involved in artificial overwintering sites. The research on the overwintering field mainly focuses on positioning the overwintering field and evaluating the habitat of the overwintering field, for example, investigation on the overwintering field of fishes in the west segment of Shaanxi of yellow river in 2014-2015, research on the overwintering field to be met by Bohai sea in 2015, research on positioning the overwintering field of Siniperca chuatsi and Ardisia japonica in dry river of Songhua and research on ecological water demand of the overwintering field in 2017, and the influence of a bent power station of sheep upstream of the yellow river on the overwintering field of fishes in 2018 are evaluated, wherein the research and the investigation do not relate to the artificial fish overwintering field. Other researches focus on the influence of other environmental factors such as water temperature of the overwintering site on the survival or growth of the fishes, and do not relate to the site selection and construction of the artificial overwintering site. In foreign canadian cold regions, banded weever also faces extremely cold weather in winter, and the existence of an overwintering field is very important for completing the life history of the fish. The Canadian scholars still urgently wanted to locate the overwintering field of the banded weever and interpret the characteristics of the banded weever in 2018, so as to develop protection work for the banded weever. Unfortunately, as the population of banded weever is greatly reduced in winter, the related overwintering farm positioning research and the research on the behavior of fish overwintering clustering become very difficult to develop, and the conception and construction of the site selection and construction method for manually constructing the overwintering farm are difficult to develop.
At present, the research on artificial overwintering farms for fishes and patents are few, one of the artificial overwintering farms is an overwintering farm for freshwater shrimps (CN201721391271.X), the patent relates to aquatic organisms, but the main method is to form a plant artificial shrimp nest, and form an underwater straw forest by forming a shrimp nest by using upright posts, connecting ropes, supporting rods, binding ropes, straw bundles and sinkers, so that the freshwater shrimps are beneficial to climb. The invention aims to transform the river habitat and achieve the purpose of building a new overwintering field. The construction of the plant shrimp nest of the freshwater shrimp overwintering site and the river channel reconstruction technology of the habitat of the overwintering site are completely different concepts, and the concepts are different in mechanism and content form, wherein the former is a straw bundle arranged for meeting the climbing behavior of the freshwater shrimps, and the latter is a river channel site selection and reconstruction method developed for meeting the requirements of water temperature, water depth and substrate of plateau fishes.
In winter in plateau area, especially in area with altitude over 4800m, the mechanism of fish to live through winter appears differently. The Qinghai-Tibet plateau is the highest plateau in China and the highest altitude in the world, and is called as the world ridge and the third pole. The natural history of Qinghai-Tibet plateau is extremely young, is influenced by a plurality of factors together, forms the highest and youngest natural geographic unit which is tightly combined with horizontal terrain and vertical terrain all over the world, is influenced by factors such as bad natural conditions, and the like, and is extremely lack of research on the plateau fish overwintering fields. The annual average temperature of the plateau abdominal region is below 0 ℃, the elevation of the Qinghai-Tibet plateau is generally between 3000 and 5000 meters, and the average elevation is more than 4000 meters, so that the method has great significance for maintaining water ecological health of rivers in east Asia, southeast Asia and south Asia.
Under the influence of human activities, warm and humid conditions and other factors, the current fishes face adverse survival factors such as sneak catches, excessive catches and damaged original habitats, the number of the fishes is gradually reduced, and the fishes which are extremely important to plateau fishes are damaged in overwintering fields. In the region of river origin, fish need to be challenged in winter in extreme cold weather and with low dissolved oxygen. Taking the yeast as an example, when the temperature of the yeast dry stream is as low as-30 ℃ in winter, under the low-temperature environment, the river is completely frozen, and the fish are difficult to survive in the fully frozen river section. Therefore, suitable overwintering farms play a decisive role in the overwintering of the koji fish and in the completion of the life history.

Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and the specific embodiments.
The range and the position of the overwintering site of the water melting river reach are shown in figure 1, the upstream upper line of the water melting river reach is positioned at the upstream position, and the downstream lower limit of the water melting river reach is positioned at the downstream position. In the river reach between the two river reaches, the river reach is not frozen even in the extremely low temperature in winter, or the local river surface is thin ice but still in a running water state, and the water temperature is higher, so that the overwintering requirement of plateau fishes can be met. However, the water depth of the river reach may be shallow, and in the winter of dry water, the average water depth of the cross section is far lower than the required water depth of the fish overwintering field, so that the water depth required by the fish overwintering field cannot be met, and the substrate needs to be dug deeply. Generally, in consideration of the water temperature and water depth requirements of river-source fishes for overwintering, two conditions need to be met when an artificial overwintering site is constructed in a river-source river, and firstly, the water temperature requirements of the fishes for overwintering are met through the water temperature of a water-melting river section in winter; secondly, the water depth of the overwintering field in winter can meet the water depth requirement of the fish in overwintering through digging depth.
