本发明涉及一种点焊密封胶及其制备方法,尤其涉及一种白车身专用橡胶型点焊密封胶及其制备方法,属于密封胶的配方及制备方法技术领域。
背景技术
汽车用点焊胶的主要作用是密封、减震和分散焊点周围的应力,以达到防尘、防水、防腐、减震的作用,从而延长汽车的使用寿命,它主要应用在汽车焊接生产线上,在汽车车身涂装处理前将由钢板所构成的零部件结合处预先涂以防锈点焊密封胶,叠合后再进行点焊,然后跟车身一起经脱脂、水洗、磷化、电泳等处理工序后,再与电泳漆一起烘烤固化。
2013年10月1日起,国家《汽车三包规定》实施,对整车防腐提出了更高的要求,其中焊点防腐,以及焊接面上两块钢板搭接部位的防腐备受关注,焊点以及钢板搭接的两个面,在涂装工序前不能被电泳,喷漆,在焊接前涂抹点焊胶是最好的选择,因此,点焊胶的用途不可忽视。
现在市场上的汽车用点焊胶主要是PVC(聚氯乙烯)型,它是高温固化型点焊胶,这种产品在140℃烘烤时会放出氯化氢气体而产生盐雾从而腐蚀焊点,阻燃和导电性能不佳,且附着力和弹性不好,剥离强度低,点焊下降率明显,影响点焊的强度,属于静态密封。
发明内容
本发明针对现有市场上汽车用点焊胶高温烘烤时放出氯化氢气体且各项性能不佳的现状,提供一种白车身专用的橡胶型点焊密封胶及其制备方法。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种白车身专用橡胶型点焊密封胶,按重量分数计,包括如下组分:混炼橡胶45~55%、钛白粉4.5~5.5%、重质碳酸钙18~22%、纳米碳酸钙9~11%、橡胶硫化剂0.27~0.33%、稀释剂2.7~3.3%、硫化促进剂0.27~0.33%、增粘剂2.7~3.3%、液体阻燃剂3.6~4.4%、导电炭黑4.0~5.5%;
所述混炼橡胶按重量分数计,包括如下组分:顺丁橡胶12.6~15.4%、丁腈橡胶12.6~15.4%、丁苯橡胶25.2~30.8%、液体聚丁二烯27~33%、重质碳酸钙4.5~5.5%、普通轻质碳酸钙4.5~5.5%、防老剂3.8~4.4%。
本发明中所述的纳米碳酸钙是指粒径≦100nm的轻质碳酸钙,普通轻质碳酸钙是指粒径≧1000nm的轻质碳酸钙。
进一步,所述橡胶硫化剂为过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)。
进一步,所述稀释剂为70#溶剂油或者90#溶剂油。
进一步,所述硫化促进剂为二硫化四甲基秋兰姆(TMTD)和2-巯基苯并噻唑(MBT)的混合物。
进一步,所述增粘剂是指环氧树脂与潜伏性固化剂的混合物,所述潜伏性固化剂为三氟化硼-胺络合物、有机酰肼类或咪唑类中的一种。
进一步,所述液体阻燃剂为无卤型液体阻燃剂,优选磷酸三异丙基苯酯(IPPP)。
进一步,所述导电炭黑为乙炔炭黑。
进一步,所述防老剂为N,N'-二甲苯基对苯二胺。
本发明的橡胶型点焊密封胶的特点在于:
1)以混炼橡胶为母料,不使用含PVC的组分,保证其点焊过程中无腐蚀成分挥发,使用无卤素的液体阻燃剂以及乙炔导电炭黑,在不增加粘度、不引入其他导电物质的同时达到阻燃导电的目的,并且配方中不含有机溶剂,绿色环保;
2)混炼橡胶中采用液体聚丁二烯替代传统的橡胶增塑剂,使得湿胶的粘度低,无增塑剂析出现象,且在加热硫化的过程中聚丁二烯同步进入交联体系,使胶固化后的强度增大;
3)顺丁橡胶耐寒性、弹性特别优异,丁苯橡胶耐磨、耐热、耐老化及硫化速度更为优良,丁腈橡胶耐油性极好,粘接力强,混炼之后三种胶组分互为补充,整体性能比单一橡胶更为优异,成品胶在使用过程中对各种环境的适应性更强。
本发明的橡胶型点焊密封胶的有益效果是:
本发明提供的点焊密封胶以混炼橡胶作为母料,所得产品使用寿命长,点焊不产生盐雾,剥离强度和剪切强度高,耐热性好、韧性好。
本发明还要求保护上述橡胶型点焊密封胶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)制备混炼橡胶:将顺丁橡胶、丁腈橡胶和丁苯橡胶切块,后按重量比例放入炼胶机中,调节炼胶机的辊距,使得三种橡胶包在辊筒上进行混炼;按重量分数准确称量液体聚丁二烯、重质碳酸钙、普通轻质碳酸钙和防老剂后混合均匀得胶料,将胶料少量多次加入到混炼橡胶的上面,并进行切割翻炼操作,以使其混合均匀,然后下片,放置待用;
2)按重量分数称取钛白粉、重质碳酸钙、纳米碳酸钙、橡胶硫化剂、稀释剂、硫化促进剂、增粘剂、液体阻燃剂和导电炭黑于配料釜中搅拌使其混合均匀,得半成品;
3)将步骤2)中所得的半成品加入到捏合机中,开启捏合机,后向其中加入步骤1)中所得的混炼橡胶,加入完毕后捏合1~2小时,加入混炼橡胶及捏合的整个过程中控制捏合机的工作温度在45℃以下;
4)关闭捏合机盖,抽真空,除去捏合气泡,即得橡胶型点焊密封胶。
本发明的制备方法的有益效果是:
(1)将点焊密封胶的各组分先期调制半成品,使各辅料混合更为均匀,提高了点焊胶成品的品质均匀性;
(2)捏合过程比目前普遍使用的研磨、搅拌等方式效率更高,胶体更为均匀,捏合过程中直接抽气的方式,减少了前期工艺单纯的抽气泡的工艺步骤。
具体实施方式
以下结合实例对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
实施例1:
一种白车身专用橡胶型点焊密封胶,按重量分数计,包括如下组分:混炼橡胶50%、钛白粉5.0%、重质碳酸钙19.4%、纳米碳酸钙10%、橡胶硫化剂DCP 0.3%、稀释剂90#溶剂油3%、硫化促进剂TMTD 0.2%、硫化促进剂MBT 0.1%、增粘剂3.0%、道尔化工生产的阻燃剂Doher-6054%、乙炔炭黑5%,增粘剂为双酚A型环氧树脂与己二酸二酰肼潜伏性固化剂按照质量比1:1混合所得的混合物;
所述混炼橡胶按重量分数计,包括如下组分:顺丁橡胶14%、丁腈橡胶14%、丁苯橡胶28%、液体聚丁二烯30%、重质碳酸钙5.0%、普通轻质碳酸钙5.0%、防老剂N,N'-二甲苯基对苯二胺4.0%。

所述混炼橡胶按重量分数计,包括如下组分:顺丁橡胶15.4%、丁腈橡胶12.6%、丁苯橡胶25.2%、液体聚丁二烯33%、重质碳酸钙4.5%、普通轻质碳酸钙5.5%、防老剂N,N'-二甲苯基对苯二胺3.8%。

所述混炼橡胶按重量分数计,包括如下组分:顺丁橡胶12.6%、丁腈橡胶15.4%、丁苯橡胶30.8%、液体聚丁二烯27%、重质碳酸钙5.5%、普通轻质碳酸钙4.5%、防老剂N,N'-二甲苯基对苯二胺4.2%。

所述混炼橡胶按重量分数计,包括如下组分:顺丁橡胶14%、丁腈橡胶14%、丁苯橡胶28%、液体聚丁二烯30%、重质碳酸钙4.8%、普通轻质碳酸钙4.8%、防老剂N,N'-二甲苯基对苯二胺4.4%。
实施例1~4的橡胶型点焊密封胶的制备方法如下:
1)制备混炼橡胶:将顺丁橡胶、丁腈橡胶和丁苯橡胶切块,后按重量比例放入炼胶机中,调节炼胶机的辊距,使得三种橡胶包在辊筒上进行混炼;按重量分数准确称量液体聚丁二烯、重质碳酸钙、普通轻质碳酸钙和防老剂后混合均匀得胶料,将胶料少量多次加入到混炼橡胶的上面,并进行切割翻炼操作,以使其混合均匀,然后下片,放置待用;
2)按重量分数称取钛白粉、重质碳酸钙、纳米碳酸钙、橡胶硫化剂、稀释剂、硫化促进剂、增粘剂、液体阻燃剂和导电炭黑于配料釜中搅拌使其混合均匀,得半成品;
3)将步骤2)中所得的半成品加入到捏合机中,开启捏合机,后向其中加入步骤1)中所得的混炼橡胶,加入完毕后捏合1~2小时,加入混炼橡胶及捏合的整个过程中控制捏合机的工作温度在45℃以下;
4)关闭捏合机盖,抽真空,除去捏合气泡,即得橡胶型点焊密封胶。
将实施例1所得的点焊密封胶进行了各项测试,并与东风柳州乘用车厂的点焊胶使用标准进行了比较,结果如表1所示。

由表1中的数据对比可知,与市场上销售的点焊密封胶相比,本发明提供的橡胶型点焊密封胶除了在点焊时不产生盐雾外,剥离强度和剪切强度远高于市场上的现有产品,且抗腐蚀性好,阻燃性和韧性也优于市场上的现有点焊密封胶。

2.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶型点焊密封胶,其特征在于,所述橡胶硫化剂为过氧化二异丙苯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶型点焊密封胶,其特征在于,所述稀释剂为70#溶剂油或者90#溶剂油。
4.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶型点焊密封胶,其特征在于,所述硫化促进剂为二硫化四甲基秋兰姆和2-巯基苯并噻唑的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶型点焊密封胶,其特征在于,所述增粘剂是指环氧树脂与潜伏性固化剂的混合物,所述潜伏性固化剂为三氟化硼-胺络合物、有机酰肼类或咪唑类中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶型点焊密封胶,其特征在于,所述液体阻燃剂为无卤型液体阻燃剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的橡胶型点焊密封胶,其特征在于,所述无卤型液体阻燃剂为磷酸三异丙基苯酯。
8.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶型点焊密封胶,其特征在于,所述导电炭黑为乙炔炭黑。
9.根据权利要求1所述的橡胶型点焊密封胶,其特征在于,所述防老剂为N,N'-二甲苯基对苯二胺。
10.一种权利要求1~9任一项所述的橡胶型点焊密封胶的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)制备混炼橡胶:将顺丁橡胶、丁腈橡胶和丁苯橡胶切块,后按重量比例放入炼胶机中,调节炼胶机的辊距,使得三种橡胶包在辊筒上进行混炼;按重量分数准确称量液体聚丁二烯、重质碳酸钙、普通轻质碳酸钙和防老剂后混合均匀得胶料,将胶料少量多次加入到混炼橡胶的上面,并进行切割翻炼操作,以使其混合均匀,然后下片,放置待用;
2)按重量分数称取钛白粉、重质碳酸钙、纳米碳酸钙、橡胶硫化剂、稀释剂、硫化促进剂、增粘剂、液体阻燃剂和导电炭黑于配料釜中搅拌使其混合均匀,得半成品;
3)将步骤2)中所得的半成品加入到捏合机中,开启捏合机,后向其中加入步骤1)中所得的混炼橡胶,加入完毕后捏合1~2小时,加入混炼橡胶及捏合的整个过程中控制捏合机的工作温度在45℃以下;
4)关闭捏合机盖,抽真空,除去捏合气泡,即得橡胶型点焊密封胶。
