技术领域
本发明涉及粘结性薄膜技术领域,具体是指一种耐候型粘结性薄膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
一般户外用钢材表面都需要喷涂涂料,涂料中含有溶剂污染环境,减少溶剂使用已形成趋势。因此,需要一种通过热压贴合在钢材表面可达到同喷涂涂料一样的保护钢材、阻止钢材腐蚀的效果的粘结性薄膜。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种户外耐候性、耐酸雨及耐大气污染性、耐腐蚀性、抗玷污性等综合性能优良的可热压贴合的耐候型粘结性薄膜及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的耐候型粘结性薄膜及其制备方法如下:
本发明一方面提供了一种耐候型粘结性薄膜,其主要特点是,所述的薄膜从外到内依次包括外层耐候层、中间过渡层、内层粘结层,所述的内层粘结层为马来酸酐改性的聚乙烯。
较佳地,所述的外层耐候层为氟塑料或含氟塑料的合金。
较佳地,所述的外层耐候层为改性PVDF树脂的塑料合金。
更佳地,所述的改性PVDF树脂的塑料合金包括以下质量份的原料:PVDF80~100份、PMMA0.01~20份、丙烯酸酯类增韧剂0.01~5份、紫外吸收剂0.01~2份、抗氧剂0.01~2份。
较佳地,所述的中间过渡层为改性PMMA层。
更佳地,所述的改性PMMA层包括以下质量份的原料:PMMA70~100份、PVDF0.01~10份、丙烯酸酯类增韧剂0.01~30份、紫外吸收剂0.01~2份、抗氧剂0.01~2份。
较佳地,所述的内层粘结层包括以下质量份的原料:马来酸酐改性的聚乙烯70~100份、无机填料0.01~30份、紫外吸收剂0.01~2份、抗氧剂0.01~2份。
所述的丙烯酸酯类增韧剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物MBS、聚丙烯酸丁酯PBA以及聚丙烯酸乙酯PEA中的一种或多种。
所述的紫外吸收剂为具有降低塑料受紫外线破坏的添加剂,包括对苯甲酮类、苯并三唑类、水杨酸酯类、取代丙烯腈类和三嗪类吸收剂中的至少一种。
所述的抗氧剂为酚系抗氧化剂、亚磷酸酯系抗氧化剂、受阻胺类中的一种或多种。
所述的无机填料为钛白粉、滑石粉、高岭土、碳酸钙、玻璃微珠、硫酸钡、炭黑、云母和氧化锌中的一种或多种。
较佳地,所述的外层耐候层厚度为21~50μm、中间过渡层厚度为21~50μm、辐照粘结层厚度为11~50μm。
本发明另一方面提供了一种制备所述的耐候型粘结性薄膜的方法,其主要特点是,所述的方法包括:
步骤(1):将PVDF80~100份、PMMA0.01~20份、丙烯酸酯类增韧剂0.01~5份、紫外吸收剂0.01~2份、抗氧剂0.01~2份在高混机中混合均匀,通过双螺杆挤出机进行挤出造粒;
步骤(2):将PMMA70~100份、PVDF0.01~10份、丙烯酸酯类增韧剂0.01~30份、紫外吸收剂0.01~2份、抗氧剂0.01~2份在高混机中混合均匀,通过双螺杆挤出机进行挤出造粒;
步骤(3):将马来酸酐改性的聚乙烯70~100份、无机填料0.01~30份、紫外吸收剂0.01~2份、抗氧剂0.01~2份在高混机中混合均匀,通过双螺杆挤出机进行挤出造粒;
步骤(4):将外层用粒料、中间层用粒料和内层用粒料加入各自的单螺杆挤出机中,通过三层共挤流延设备流延一体化成型。
采用了本发明的耐候型粘结性薄膜及其制备方法,对冷轧板、镀锌板、铝板等常用的金属板材均具有良好的粘结力,特别适用于户外环境。

具体实施方式
为了能够更清楚地描述本发明的技术内容,下面结合具体实施例来进行进一步的描述。
如图1所示,本发明的耐候型粘结性薄膜从外到内依次包括外层耐候层1、中间过渡层2、内层粘结层3,所述的内层粘结层为马来酸酐改性的聚乙烯,所述的三层结构薄膜经三层共挤流延一体成型后即为成品薄膜。
实施例1
外层耐候层原料按重量份计,将93份PVDF(聚偏氟乙烯)、2份PMMA(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚物)、5份丙烯酸酯类增韧剂2330、1.5份紫外吸收剂234、0.5份抗氧剂1010、0.5份抗氧剂168在高混机中混合均匀后,在200℃的挤出温度下进行挤出造粒,得到外层耐候层原料。
中间过渡层原料按重量份计,将70份PMMA(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯)、5份PVDF(聚偏氟乙烯)、30份丙烯酸酯类增韧剂M-570、1.5份紫外吸收剂234、0.5份抗氧剂1010、0.5份抗氧剂168在高混机中混合均匀,在220℃挤出温度下进行挤出造粒,得到中间过渡层原料。
内层粘结层原料按重量份计,将100份马来酸酐改性的聚乙烯、30份钛白粉R706、1.5份紫外吸收剂234、0.5份抗氧剂1010、0.5份抗氧剂168在高混机中混合均匀,在150℃挤出温度下进行挤出造粒,得到内层粘结层原料。
将上述各层粒料分别放入三层共挤的单螺杆挤出机中进行流延成型,流延机的温度控制在220℃。通过调节各螺杆的螺杆转速来控制各层的厚度,外层为25μm,中间层为25μm,内层为50μm。将上述薄膜进行耐酸性(50g/L硫酸)测试和耐碱性(50g/L氢氧化钠)测试,浸泡168小时薄膜表面无异常和未见薄膜分层,说明该薄膜具有良好的耐酸碱特性。
实施例2
外层耐候层原料按重量份计,将90份PVDF(聚偏氟乙烯)、5份PMMA(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚物)、5份丙烯酸酯类增韧剂2330、1.5份紫外吸收剂234、0.5份抗氧剂1010、0.5份抗氧剂168在高混机中混合均匀后,在200℃的挤出温度下进行挤出造粒,得到外层耐候层原料。
中间过渡层原料按重量份计,将70份PMMA(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯)、5份PVDF(聚偏氟乙烯)、30份丙烯酸酯类增韧剂M-570、1.5份紫外吸收剂234、0.5份抗氧剂1010、0.5份抗氧剂168在高混机中混合均匀,在220℃挤出温度下进行挤出造粒,得到中间过渡层原料。
内层粘结层原料按重量份计,将100份马来酸酐改性的聚乙烯、30份钛白粉R706、1.5份紫外吸收剂234、0.5份抗氧剂1010、0.5份抗氧剂168在高混机中混合均匀,在150℃挤出温度下进行挤出造粒,得到内层粘结层原料。
将上述各层粒料分别放入三层共挤的单螺杆挤出机中进行流延成型,流延机的温度控制在220℃。通过调节各螺杆的螺杆转速来控制各层的厚度,外层为25μm,中间层为25μm,内层为50μm。将上述薄膜进行耐酸性(50g/L硫酸)测试和耐碱性(50g/L氢氧化钠)测试,浸泡168小时薄膜表面无异常和未见薄膜分层,说明该薄膜具有良好的耐酸碱特性。
实施例3
外层耐候层原料按重量份计,将95份PVDF(聚偏氟乙烯)、2份PMMA(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚物)、3份丙烯酸酯类增韧剂2330、1.5份紫外吸收剂234、0.5份抗氧剂1010、0.5份抗氧剂168在高混机中混合均匀后,在200℃的挤出温度下进行挤出造粒,得到外层耐候层原料。
中间过渡层原料按重量份计,将70份PMMA(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯)、5份PVDF(聚偏氟乙烯)、30份丙烯酸酯类增韧剂M-570、1.5份紫外吸收剂234、0.5份抗氧剂1010、0.5份抗氧剂168在高混机中混合均匀,在220℃挤出温度下进行挤出造粒,得到中间过渡层原料。

将上述各层粒料分别放入三层共挤的单螺杆挤出机中进行流延成型,流延机的温度控制在220℃。通过调节各螺杆的螺杆转速来控制各层的厚度,外层为25μm,中间层为25μm,内层为25μm。将上述薄膜进行耐酸性(50g/L硫酸)测试和耐碱性(50g/L氢氧化钠)测试,浸泡168小时薄膜表面无异常和未见薄膜分层,说明该薄膜具有良好的耐酸碱特性。
采用了本发明的耐候型粘结性薄膜,对冷轧板、镀锌板、铝板等常用的金属板材均具有良好的粘结力,特别适用于户外环境。
在此说明书中,本发明已参照其特定的实施例作了描述。但是,很显然仍可以作出各种修改和变换而不背离本发明的精神和范围。因此,说明书和附图应被认为是说明性的而非限制性的。

Claims (9)

1.一种耐候型粘结性薄膜,其特征在于,所述的薄膜从外到内依次包括外层耐候层、中间过渡层、内层粘结层,所述的内层粘结层为马来酸酐改性的聚乙烯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐候型粘结性薄膜,其特征在于,所述的外层耐候层为氟塑料或含氟塑料的合金。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的耐候型粘结性薄膜,其特征在于,所述的外层耐候层为改性PVDF树脂的塑料合金。
4.根据权利要求3所述的耐候型粘结性薄膜,其特征在于,所述的改性PVDF树脂的塑料合金包括以下质量份的原料:PVDF80~100份、PMMA0.01~20份、丙烯酸酯类增韧剂0.01~5份、紫外吸收剂0.01~2份、抗氧剂0.01~2份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐候型粘结性薄膜,其特征在于,所述的中间过渡层为改性PMMA层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的耐候型粘结性薄膜,其特征在于,所述的改性PMMA层包括以下质量份的原料:PMMA70~100份、PVDF0.01~10份、丙烯酸酯类增韧剂0.01~30份、紫外吸收剂0.01~2份、抗氧剂0.01~2份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的耐候型粘结性薄膜,其特征在于,所述的内层粘结层包括以下质量份的原料:马来酸酐改性的聚乙烯70~100份、无机填料0.01~30份、紫外吸收剂0.01~2份、抗氧剂0.01~2份。
8.根据权利要求1所述的耐候型粘结性薄膜,其特征在于,所述的外层耐候层厚度为21~50μm、中间过渡层厚度为21~50μm、内层粘结层厚度为11~50μm。
9.一种制备权利要求1至8中任一项所述的耐候型粘结性薄膜的方法,其特征在于,所述的方法包括步骤:
(1):将PVDF80~100份、PMMA0.01~20份、丙烯酸酯类增韧剂0.01~5份、紫外吸收剂0.01~2份、抗氧剂0.01~2份在高混机中混合均匀,通过双螺杆挤出机进行挤出造粒;
(2):将PMMA70~100份、PVDF0.01~10份、丙烯酸酯类增韧剂0.01~30份、紫外吸收剂0.01~2份、抗氧剂0.01~2份在高混机中混合均匀,通过双螺杆挤出机进行挤出造粒;
(3):将马来酸酐改性的聚乙烯70~100份、无机填料0.01~30份、紫外吸收剂0.01~2份、抗氧剂0.01~2份在高混机中混合均匀,通过双螺杆挤出机进行挤出造粒;
(4):将外层用粒料、中间层用粒料和内层用粒料加入各自的单螺杆挤出机中,通过三层共挤流延设备流延一体化成型。
