Abstract
The invention relates to a servo electric tire grabber of a tire vulcanizer, wherein an arm of the tire grabber is connected with a fixed ring, a servo driving device is arranged below the arm, and a rotating ring rotating around the axis of the fixed ring is arranged on the fixed ring; a group of tire grabbing claws which are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the fixing ring are arranged below the fixing ring, each tire grabbing claw comprises a claw piece, a sliding plate and a connecting rod, and the claw piece is arranged at the inner end of the sliding plate; the sliding plate slides along the sliding seat fixed on the fixed ring in the radial direction through the linear guide rail, one end of the connecting rod is hinged with the sliding plate through a pin shaft I, and the other end of the connecting rod is hinged with the rotating ring through a pin shaft II; the servo driving device is connected with one of the tire grabbing claws through the connecting seat, and the rotation of the rotating ring drives the other tire grabbing claws to synchronously link to form a structure that all the tire grabbing claws synchronously and radially open or close. Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of tire vulcanizer equipment, and particularly relates to a servo electric tire grabber of a tire vulcanizer.
Background
When the specification size of the vulcanized tire is changed by the vulcanizing machine, the diameter stroke range of the tire gripping claw of the tire gripping device of the tire loading/unloading mechanical hand of the vulcanizing machine is correspondingly adjusted so as to adapt to the gripping of tires with different inner diameters. The diameter stroke range of a tire gripper of a manipulator tire gripper of a vulcanizing machine is adjusted at the present stage, basically, the adjustment of the diameter stroke range of the tire gripper is achieved by adopting cylinder driving and manually adjusting the thread screwing length of a connecting rod of a cylinder, the adjustment process is troublesome, the precision is poor, and errors are easy to occur; if the diameter stroke range of the tire claw is grabbed by a plurality of mechanical arms, the tire claw is more time-consuming and labor-consuming, the time consumption is long, the production efficiency of the tire vulcanizing machine is seriously influenced, and the requirements of intelligent automation and high efficiency of a tire factory on equipment cannot be met.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a servo electric tire grabber of a tire vulcanizer, aiming at the defect of insufficient diameter stroke range adjustment means of the existing tire grabber of the vulcanizer. Through the position control to the servo driving device, the diameter range of the tire grabbing claw of the tire grabbing device is automatically adjusted, tires of different specifications are grabbed, manual intervention and a troublesome adjusting link are reduced, the automatic adjusting function of the tire grabbing range is realized, the manual adjusting link is cancelled, the automation level of the vulcanizing machine is improved, the production efficiency of the vulcanizing machine is improved, and the problem of adjusting the diameter stroke range of the tire grabbing device in the prior art is solved.

According to the invention, the servo driving device comprises a servo motor, a ball screw and a piston rod, the piston rod is connected with the connecting seat, the servo motor is connected with the ball screw through a coupling, the piston rod is connected with the ball screw through a screw nut, the ball screw is driven by the servo motor to rotate and is converted into telescopic motion of the piston rod, and the radial opening or closing position of the tire gripper claw is controlled by controlling the rotation of the ball screw through the servo motor, so that the automatic tire gripper range adjusting structure is formed.
The invention can be applied to a tire mounting mechanism and a tire dismounting mechanism of a tire vulcanizer and replaces the original tire grabber. The synchronous radial opening or closing of the tire grabbing claws is realized through the rotary ring; through the servo driving device, the diameter range of the tire grabbing claw of the tire grabbing device is automatically adjusted, tires of different specifications are grabbed, manual intervention and complex adjustment links are reduced, the automatic tire loading/unloading control of the vulcanizing machine is more flexible and stable, the production efficiency of the vulcanizing machine is improved, and the automatic tire loading and unloading precision of the vulcanizing machine is improved.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present embodiment is a servo electric tire grabber for a tire vulcanizer, comprising an arm 1, a fixing ring 2 and a servo driving device 3, wherein the arm is connected with the fixing ring, the servo driving device is installed below the arm, the fixing ring is provided with a rotating ring 4, the rotating ring and the fixing ring are concentrically installed, and the rotating ring can rotate around the axis of the fixing ring; a group of tire grabbing claws which are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the fixing ring are arranged below the fixing ring, each tire grabbing claw comprises a claw piece 5, a sliding plate 6 and a connecting rod 7, the six claw pieces are respectively arranged at the inner ends of the six sliding plates, and the claw pieces are used for grabbing tires; the sliding plate slides along the sliding seat 9 fixed on the fixed ring in the radial direction through the linear guide rail 8, one end of the connecting rod is hinged with the sliding plate through a pin shaft I10, and the other end of the connecting rod is hinged with the rotating ring through a pin shaft II 11; the six tire grabbing claws are guided by the linear guide rail of the sliding plate and can be expanded/contracted along the radial direction of the fixing ring so as to meet the grabbing requirements of tires of different specifications; the servo driving device is connected with one of the tire gripping claws through the connecting seat 12, the six tire gripping claws form a synchronous linkage mechanism through the connecting rod and the rotating ring, and the rotation of the rotating ring drives the tire gripping claws to synchronously link to form a structure that all the tire gripping claws synchronously and radially open or close.
According to the invention, a servo driving device comprises a servo motor 13, a coupler 16, a fixed seat 18, a rolling bearing 19, a ball screw 14, a screw nut 17, a piston rod 15, a cylinder 20 and a guide seat 21, the whole servo driving device is fixed with an arm through the fixed seat, the rolling bearing arranged on the fixed seat positions the ball screw to enable the ball screw to be coaxial with the servo motor, a servo motor shaft is connected with the ball screw through the coupler and a key, the ball screw is driven to rotate simultaneously when the servo motor rotates, the guide seat is arranged at the opening end of a piston of the cylinder, and the piston rod is arranged in an inner cylinder of the cylinder and can slide along the inner wall; the piston rod is a hollow rod and is connected with the ball screw through a screw nut; when the servo motor drives the ball screw to rotate, the screw nut matched with the ball screw drives the piston rod to extend or retract, the servo motor drives the ball screw to rotate and convert the rotation into the telescopic motion of the piston rod, and the rotation of the ball screw is controlled by the servo motor to control the radial opening or closing position of the tire grabbing claw, so that the automatic tire grabbing range adjusting structure is formed.
According to the tire grabbing device, a piston rod of the servo driving device is connected with one of the tire grabbing claws through the connecting seat, when the servo motor drives the piston rod to extend out or retract, the tire grabbing claw connected with the piston rod is pushed to radially slide, meanwhile, the connecting rod connected with the tire grabbing claw pushes the rotating ring of the synchronous linkage mechanism to rotate, and the other connecting rods are driven to drive the other tire grabbing claws to synchronously radially slide, so that the tire grabbing claws synchronously and radially open or close, and the function of automatically grabbing and unloading tires is achieved.
According to the invention, the diameter range of the tire grabbing claw is automatically adjusted by controlling the position of the screw rod nut matched with the servo driving device, so that tires of different specifications are grabbed, manual intervention and troublesome adjustment links are reduced, the automatic adjustment function of the tire grabbing range is realized, the manual adjustment link is cancelled, and the automation level of the vulcanizing machine is improved.
