本发明涉及PVC球技术领域,尤其涉及一种多层结构的PVC球的制作方法。
背景技术
目前市场上搪塑、滚塑工艺制造的PVC球均为单层结构,而加工多层结构的PVC球的工艺比较复杂,且成本较高,因此,解决这一类的问题显得尤为重要。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提出一种多层结构的PVC球的制作方法,通过在模具的充气嘴结构处或者球体任意位置设置有二次注料的结构设计,在模具第一次外层球皮液体浆料注入模具加温成型的中途打开模具上设计好的二次注料口,把内层球皮的液体浆料再次注入模具内二次成型,让外层球皮与内层球皮融合一体,以实现双层PVC球的功能性。
为了实现上述技术方案,本发明提供了一种多层结构的PVC球的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将柔软、触感舒适的外层球皮的浆料配制好,所述外层球皮浆料的配方为:PVC树脂40%-50%份,增塑剂40%-65%份,助剂2%-5%份,以及着色颜料;
步骤二:将强度高、支撑性强的内层球皮浆料配制好,所述内层球皮浆料的配方为:PVC树脂45%-60%分,增塑剂40%-50%分,助剂2%-4%分,以及着色颜料;
步骤三:将配比好的外层球皮浆料注入搪胶或滚塑的模具中并盖好模具锁紧螺丝,将模具推入搪胶或滚塑加温炉体中,并在炉体中加温塑化2-8分钟,然后将模具拉出炉体外用浆料输送枪从模具二次加料处再次注入内层球皮浆料,然后盖紧封闭好二次注料部位,再次将模具推入加温炉体中,加温5-10分钟让模具内的浆料塑化成型;
步骤四:将模具从加温炉体中拉出,放入水中降温冷却,然后再松开螺栓打开模具,取出球体,并进行充气定型。
进一步改进在于,包括以下步骤:

进一步改进在于:该PVC球至少有两层结构。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、用强度高、支撑性强的PVC配方材料作为内层球皮,而外层球皮则使用柔软、触感舒适的PVC配方材料,通过在模具的充气嘴结构处或者球体任意位置设置有二次注料的结构设计,在模具第一次外层球皮液体浆料注入模具加温成型的中途打开模具上设计好的二次注料口,把内层球皮的液体浆料再次注入模具内二次成型,让外层球皮与内层球皮融合一体,以实现双层PVC球的功能性,这样在实现了球体具备良好支撑力的同时球体表面还具备了柔软、舒适的绝佳触感。
2、用具备防爆功能的发泡配方材质作为内层球皮,而外层球皮则使用不发泡、光滑面的材料,在模具第一次外层球皮液体浆料注入模具加温成型的中途打开模具上设计好的二次注料口,把内层球皮的液体浆料再次注入模具内二次成型,让外层球皮与内层球皮融合一体,这样解决了目前球皮光滑面的球不具备防爆功能、防爆功能的球又因为发泡导致表面泡孔极易脏污的缺陷,本发明将两种特性的球皮融合一体既实现了球体原有防爆功能在增加了外层光滑面球皮情况下得到明显提高,球体表面同时具备了光滑、美观及易清洗的功能。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明做进一步详述,本实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
实施例一
根据图1所示,本实施例提供了一种多层结构的PVC球的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将柔软、触感舒适的外层球皮的浆料配制好,所述外层球皮浆料的配方为:PVC树脂45%份,增塑剂50%份,助剂3%份,余下为着色颜料;
步骤二:将强度高、支撑性强的内层球皮浆料配制好,所述内层球皮浆料的配方为:PVC树脂45%分,增塑剂45%分,助剂3%分,余下为着色颜料;
步骤三:将配比好的外层球皮浆料注入搪胶或滚塑的模具中并盖好模具锁紧螺丝,将模具推入搪胶或滚塑加温炉体中,并在炉体中加温塑化4分钟,然后将模具拉出炉体外用浆料输送枪从模具二次加料处再次注入内层球皮浆料,然后盖紧封闭好二次注料部位,再次将模具推入加温炉体中,加温7分钟让模具内的浆料塑化成型;
步骤四:将模具从加温炉体中拉出,放入水中降温冷却,然后再松开螺栓打开模具,取出球体,并进行充气定型。
该PVC球设置有两层结构。

用具备防爆功能的发泡配方材质作为内层球皮,而外层球皮则使用不发泡、光滑面的材料,在模具第一次外层球皮液体浆料注入模具加温成型的中途打开模具上设计好的二次注料口,把内层球皮的液体浆料再次注入模具内二次成型,让外层球皮与内层球皮融合一体,这样解决了目前球皮光滑面的球不具备防爆功能、防爆功能的球又因为发泡导致表面泡孔极易脏污的缺陷,本发明将两种特性的球皮融合一体既实现了球体原有防爆功能在增加了外层光滑面球皮情况下得到明显提高,球体表面同时具备了光滑、美观及易清洗的功能。

Claims (3)

1.一种多层结构的PVC球的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将柔软、触感舒适的外层球皮的浆料配制好,所述外层球皮浆料的配方为:PVC树脂40%-50%份,增塑剂40%-65%份,助剂2%-5%份,以及着色颜料;
步骤二:将强度高、支撑性强的内层球皮浆料配制好,所述内层球皮浆料的配方为:PVC树脂45%-60%分,增塑剂40%-50%分,助剂2%-4%分,以及着色颜料;
步骤三:将配比好的外层球皮浆料注入搪胶或滚塑的模具中并盖好模具锁紧螺丝,将模具推入搪胶或滚塑加温炉体中,并在炉体中加温塑化2-8分钟,然后将模具拉出炉体外用浆料输送枪从模具二次加料处再次注入内层球皮浆料,然后盖紧封闭好二次注料部位,再次将模具推入加温炉体中,加温5-10分钟让模具内的浆料塑化成型;
步骤四:将模具从加温炉体中拉出,放入水中降温冷却,然后再松开螺栓打开模具,取出球体,并进行充气定型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层结构的PVC球的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将柔软、触感舒适的外层球皮的浆料配制好,所述外层球皮浆料的配方为:PVC树脂45%份,增塑剂50%份,助剂3%份,以及着色颜料;
步骤二:将强度高、支撑性强的内层球皮浆料配制好,所述内层球皮浆料的配方为:PVC树脂45%分,增塑剂45%分,助剂3%分,以及着色颜料;
步骤三:将配比好的外层球皮浆料注入搪胶或滚塑的模具中并盖好模具锁紧螺丝,将模具推入搪胶或滚塑加温炉体中,并在炉体中加温塑化4分钟,然后将模具拉出炉体外用浆料输送枪从模具二次加料处再次注入内层球皮浆料,然后盖紧封闭好二次注料部位,再次将模具推入加温炉体中,加温7分钟让模具内的浆料塑化成型;
步骤四:将模具从加温炉体中拉出,放入水中降温冷却,然后再松开螺栓打开模具,取出球体,并进行充气定型。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种多层结构的PVC球的制作方法,其特征在于:该PVC球至少有两层结构。
