本发明涉及一种桑叶自动切块机,支架上固定安装有驱动装置和料斗,料斗内转动安装有刀辊,驱动装置驱动刀辊转动,刀辊上固定安装有若干排横切刀片组,若干排横切刀片组沿刀辊的中心轴线圆周均布,料斗内刀辊的两侧均固定安装有纵切刀片组,纵切刀片可拆卸安装在底座上,横切刀片位于相邻两个纵切刀片之间,横切刀片上具有横切刃口,横切刃口连接相邻两个纵切刀片,横切刃口在随刀辊转动的过程中与底座线接触。本发明使用两个纵切刀片和一个横切刀片对桑叶进行切块,一次就能切成矩形块,避免了对桑叶的反复切割,桑叶不会被压伤、压碎,也不会结团成丝状,可较均匀的撒到蚕箔,家蚕饷食方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及农业养殖设备技术领域,尤其是涉及一种桑叶自动切块机。
背景技术
蚕吃桑叶一般从桑叶的边缘吃起,也就是说,蚕吃桑叶首先要找到桑叶的边缘,桑蚕有蚁蚕期,这时的蚁蚕刚刚孵化出来,个体很小,而桑叶又很大,这时如果不把桑叶切碎,有的桑蚕可能就吃不到桑叶。因此,这个时期,一般都要把桑叶切碎撒到蚕架上,让所有的蚁蚕都能吃到桑叶。传统的桑叶切碎的工作主要靠手工进行,费时费力,劳动效率不高,限制了养蚕规模的扩大。
随着农业养殖的机械化,蚕农开始使用市场上出售的切蔓机将桑叶切碎喂蚕的,但是,使用这种切蔓机切出的桑叶为被压伤、压碎和结团的丝状,撒到蚕箔不均匀,家蚕饷食也不方便,另外,操作时,需用手将桑叶压入切口,很不安全,且功能比较单一。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:为了克服传统的桑叶切蔓机切出的桑叶为被压伤、压碎和结团的丝状,撒到蚕箔不均匀,家蚕饷食不方便的问题,提供一种桑叶自动切块机。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种桑叶自动切块机,包括支架,所述支架上固定安装有驱动装置和料斗,所述料斗内转动安装有刀辊,所述驱动装置驱动刀辊转动,所述刀辊上固定安装有若干排横切刀片组,若干排横切刀片组沿刀辊的中心轴线圆周均布,每排横切刀片组中的横切刀片沿刀辊的轴向方向呈线性阵列设置,所述料斗内刀辊的两侧均固定安装有纵切刀片组,纵切刀片组包括底座和纵切刀片,所述纵切刀片可拆卸安装在底座上,若干所述纵切刀片沿刀辊的轴向方向呈线性阵列设置,所述横切刀片位于相邻两个纵切刀片之间,所述横切刀片上具有横切刃口,所述横切刃口连接相邻两个纵切刀片,所述横切刃口在随刀辊转动的过程中与底座线接触。
本发明的桑叶自动切块机,在使用时,驱动装置驱动刀辊转动,刀辊上的横切刀片组也随刀辊转动,料斗内刀辊的两侧均固定安装有纵切刀片组,横切刀片位于相邻两个纵切刀片之间,横切刀片上具有横切刃口,横切刃口连接相邻两个纵切刀片,横切刃口在随刀辊转动的过程中与底座线接触,两个纵切刀片、一个横切刀片和刀辊围成矩形,将桑叶放入料斗后,桑叶位于纵切刀片上,横切刀片向下压桑叶,横切刀片两侧的纵切刀片将桑叶从靠近刀辊的一端向靠近底座的一端进行切割,切割成与整体桑叶连接在一起的桑叶条,当横切刀片的横切刃口与底座线接触后,与整体桑叶连接的的桑叶条被切成了矩形的桑叶块,本发明使用两个纵切刀片和一个横切刀片对桑叶进行切块,一次就能切成矩形块,避免了对桑叶的反复切割,桑叶不会被压伤、压碎,也不会结团成丝状,可较均匀的撒到蚕箔,家蚕饷食方便。
进一步的,所述横切刀片包括固定环,所述固定环同轴固定安装在刀辊上,所述横切刀片固定安装在固定环的外圆周面上,所述横切刀片与固定环的外圆周面呈角度设置,桑叶可位于横切刀片与刀辊之间随刀辊向纵向刀片移动,横切刀片兜住桑叶,方便桑叶的切块。
纵切刀片在长时间使用后容易损坏,为了快速更换受损后的纵切刀片,本发明将纵切刀片可拆卸安装在底座上,为了实现纵切刀片在底座上的可拆卸安装,所述底座上开设有刀片容纳开口,若干所述刀片容纳开口沿底座的长度方向呈线性阵列设置,所述纵切刀片卡设在刀片容纳开口内,所述底座上表面和纵切刀片上均开设有限位卡槽,所述底座上可拆卸安装有限位板,所述限位板上固定安装有限位条,所述限位条卡设在限位卡槽内,所述纵切刀片卡设在刀片容纳开口底面和限位板之间。
为了较快速的更换受损的纵切刀片,所述限位板包括若干块,若干所述限位板分别可拆卸安装在底座上,在拆卸限位板时,只需拆卸受损纵切刀片上方的限位板即可,方便快捷。
为了方便桑叶向刀辊移动,所述料斗内刀辊的两侧均固定安装有导料板,所述导料板位于底座的上方倾斜设置。
进一步的,所述驱动装置包括减速电机,所述减速电机固定安装在支架上,所述减速电机的输出端固定安装有主动轮,所述支架上转动安装在有从动轮,所述从动轮与刀辊同轴固定连接,所述主动轮与从动轮通过皮带传动连接。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的桑叶自动切块机,在使用时,驱动装置驱动刀辊转动,刀辊上的横切刀片组也随刀辊转动,料斗内刀辊的两侧均固定安装有纵切刀片组,横切刀片位于相邻两个纵切刀片之间,横切刀片上具有横切刃口,横切刃口连接相邻两个纵切刀片,横切刃口在随刀辊转动的过程中与底座线接触,两个纵切刀片、一个横切刀片和刀辊围成矩形,将桑叶放入料斗后,桑叶位于纵切刀片上,横切刀片向下压桑叶,横切刀片两侧的纵切刀片将桑叶从靠近刀辊的一端向靠近底座的一端进行切割,切割成与整体桑叶连接在一起的桑叶条,当横切刀片的横切刃口与底座线接触后,与整体桑叶连接的的桑叶条被切成了矩形的桑叶块,本发明使用两个纵切刀片和一个横切刀片对桑叶进行切块,一次就能切成矩形块,避免了对桑叶的反复切割,桑叶不会被压伤、压碎,也不会结团成丝状,可较均匀的撒到蚕箔,家蚕饷食方便。

如图1和图3所示的一种桑叶自动切块机,包括支架1,所述支架1上固定焊接安装有驱动装置2和料斗3,所述料斗3内转动安装有刀辊4,如图6所示,所述驱动装置2包括减速电机2-1,所述减速电机2-1固定安装在支架1上,所述减速电机2-1的输出端固定安装有主动轮2-2,所述支架1上转动安装在有从动轮2-3,如图5所示,所述从动轮2-3与刀辊4同轴固定连接,所述主动轮2-2与从动轮2-3通过皮带2-4传动连接。所述刀辊4上固定安装有六排横切刀片组,六排横切刀片组沿刀辊4的中心轴线圆周均布,每排横切刀片组中的横切刀片7沿刀辊4的轴向方向呈线性阵列设置,所述料斗3内刀辊4的两侧均固定安装有纵切刀片组,纵切刀片组包括底座5和纵切刀片6,底座5焊接固定在料斗3内,所述纵切刀片6可拆卸安装在底座5上,如图10所示,若干所述纵切刀片6沿刀辊4的轴向方向呈线性阵列设置,所述横切刀片7位于相邻两个纵切刀片6之间,如图2和图4所示,所述横切刀片7上具有横切刃口7-1,所述横切刃口7-1连接相邻两个纵切刀片6,纵切刀片6可为双刃口刀片,所述横切刃口7-1在随刀辊4转动的过程中与底座5线接触,如图7所示,所述料斗3内刀辊4的两侧均固定安装有导料板11,所述导料板11位于底座5的上方倾斜设置。
所述横切刀片7包括固定环8,如图8所示,所述固定环8同轴焊接固定安装在刀辊4上,所述横切刀片7固定安装在固定环8的外圆周面上,所述横切刀片7与固定环8的外圆周面呈角度设置,如图9所示,桑叶可位于横切刀片7与刀辊4之间随刀辊4向纵向刀片移动,横切刀片7兜住桑叶,方便桑叶的切块。
所述底座5上开设有刀片容纳开口5-1,如图11所示,若干所述刀片容纳开口5-1沿底座5的长度方向呈线性阵列设置,所述纵切刀片6卡设在刀片容纳开口5-1内,所述底座5上表面和纵切刀片6上均开设有限位卡槽5-2,如图12所示,所述底座5上可拆卸安装有限位板9,所述限位板9上固定安装有限位条10,所述限位条10卡设在限位卡槽5-2内,所述纵切刀片6卡设在刀片容纳开口5-1底面和限位板9之间,所述限位板9包括若干块,若干所述限位板9分别通过螺钉可拆卸安装在底座5上,在拆卸限位板9时,只需拆卸受损纵切刀片6上方的限位板9即可,方便快捷。
本发明的桑叶自动切块机,在使用时,驱动装置2驱动刀辊4转动,刀辊4上的横切刀片组也随刀辊4转动,料斗3内刀辊4的两侧均固定安装有纵切刀片组,横切刀片7位于相邻两个纵切刀片6之间,横切刀片7上具有横切刃口7-1,横切刃口7-1连接相邻两个纵切刀片6,横切刃口7-1在随刀辊4转动的过程中与底座5线接触,两个纵切刀片6、一个横切刀片7和刀辊4围成矩形,将桑叶放入料斗3后,桑叶位于纵切刀片6上,横切刀片7向下压桑叶,横切刀片7两侧的纵切刀片6将桑叶从靠近刀辊4的一端向靠近底座5的一端进行切割,切割成与整体桑叶连接在一起的桑叶条,当横切刀片7的横切刃口7-1与底座5线接触后,与整体桑叶连接的的桑叶条被切成了矩形的桑叶块,本发明使用两个纵切刀片6和一个横切刀片7对桑叶进行切块,一次就能切成矩形块,避免了对桑叶的反复切割,桑叶不会被压伤、压碎,也不会结团成丝状,可较均匀的撒到蚕箔,家蚕饷食方便。

1.一种桑叶自动切块机,包括支架(1),所述支架(1)上固定安装有驱动装置(2)和料斗(3),所述料斗(3)内转动安装有刀辊(4),所述驱动装置(2)驱动刀辊(4)转动,其特征在于:所述刀辊(4)上固定安装有若干排横切刀片组,若干排横切刀片组沿刀辊(4)的中心轴线圆周均布,每排横切刀片组中的横切刀片(7)沿刀辊(4)的轴向方向呈线性阵列设置,所述料斗(3)内刀辊(4)的两侧均固定安装有纵切刀片组,纵切刀片组包括底座(5)和纵切刀片(6),所述纵切刀片(6)可拆卸安装在底座(5)上,若干所述纵切刀片(6)沿刀辊(4)的轴向方向呈线性阵列设置,所述横切刀片(7)位于相邻两个纵切刀片(6)之间,所述横切刀片(7)上具有横切刃口(7-1),所述横切刃口(7-1)连接相邻两个纵切刀片(6),所述横切刃口(7-1)在随刀辊(4)转动的过程中与底座(5)线接触。
