本发明公开了一种自动化控制的圆柱形金属物外表壁抛光装置,包括主支撑架,所述主支撑架的顶板顶面设有进料口且在进料口的两侧设有安装架,支撑架的顶板下方活动设有升降板,升降板的底面所具有的第一同步旋转电机的输出轴穿过升降板且连接有底部转动座,安装架的顶板顶面设有升降气缸,安装架的顶板下方设有顶部转动座,安装架的侧板上活动设有打磨轮。本发明的优点在于:它通过设置可升降的上料板能自动对圆柱形的金属物进行提升上料,并且设置两个相对的旋转电机实现对金属物的转动,通过配合一侧可升降的打磨轮可以实现对金属物外表壁的全方位抛光,自动化程度高,效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及工业自动化加工设备领域,尤其涉及一种自动化控制的圆柱形金属物外表壁抛光装置。
背景技术:
在一些圆柱形的金属物加工过程中,例如包装桶、装饰柱等,为了更加美观以及更容易在其表外上色或者包装,往往需要在加工完后对金属物的外表壁进行打磨抛光,现有方式都是直接人工打磨,效率低,并且影响操作工的身心健康。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种自动化控制的圆柱形金属物外表壁抛光装置,它通过设置可升降的上料板能自动对圆柱形的金属物进行提升上料,并且设置两个相对的旋转电机实现对金属物的转动,通过配合一侧可升降的打磨轮可以实现对金属物外表壁的全方位抛光,自动化程度高,效果好。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种自动化控制的圆柱形金属物外表壁抛光装置,包括主支撑架,其特征在于:所述主支撑架的顶板顶面设有进料口且在进料口的两侧设有安装架,支撑架的顶板下方活动设有升降板,安装架的侧板上活动设有打磨轮。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述主支撑架的两侧板内壁下端设有一对转动连接板,转动连接板与主支撑架的顶板底面之间转动设有螺杆,升降板螺接在螺杆上,所述升降板的两侧壁上所具有的向外延伸的导向凸起滑动设置在主支撑架的两侧板上所具有的竖直导向槽内,转动连接板的底面设有升降电机,升降电机的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在螺杆的下端所具有的花键孔中。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述升降板的顶面中心设有圆形凹槽,升降板的底面所具有的第一同步旋转电机的输出轴穿过升降板且连接有底部转动座,所述安装架的顶板顶面设有升降气缸,升降气缸的活塞杆穿过安装架的顶板且连接有上连接圆板,上连接圆板的底面设有多个竖直连接板,竖直连接板的底端设有下连接圆板,所述下连接圆板的顶面设有第二同步旋转电机,第二同步旋转电机的输出轴穿过下连接圆板且连接有顶部转动座,顶部转动座的底面设有摩擦压板。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述底部转动座的顶面中心设有压簧且在压簧的四周设有多个均匀分布的电磁铁,所述压簧的顶端设有弹性压板。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述安装架的其中一侧板的外侧壁上设有竖直方向的升降通槽且在升降通槽的正上方设有安装凸板,所述安装凸板的底面与主支撑架的顶板顶面之间设有滑行气缸,滑行气缸的壁体上设有朝升降通槽方向延伸的活动安装凸板,所述活动安装凸板的顶面设有抛光电机,抛光电机的输出轴穿过活动安装凸板且连接有打磨轮。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述主支撑架的顶板顶面且位于进料口的前后两端设有一对气缸安装板,所述气缸安装板的外侧壁上固定有限位气缸,限位气缸的活塞杆穿过气缸安装板且连接有中间连接板,中间连接板的内侧壁上设有多个缓冲弹簧,缓冲弹簧的外端连接有限位板,所述限位板的内壁为弧形面且在内壁上设有多个可活动的滚珠。
作为上述技术方案的优选,所述升降板的顶面两侧设有一对限位缓冲块。
本发明的有益效果在于:它通过设置可升降的上料板能自动对圆柱形的金属物进行提升上料,并且设置两个相对的旋转电机实现对金属物的转动,通过配合一侧可升降的打磨轮可以实现对金属物外表壁的全方位抛光,自动化程度高,效果好。

由图1至图3所示,一种自动化控制的圆柱形金属物外表壁抛光装置,包括主支撑架1,其特征在于:所述主支撑架1的顶板顶面设有进料口102且在进料口102的两侧设有安装架2,支撑架1的顶板下方活动设有升降板11,安装架2的侧板上活动设有打磨轮21。
进一步的说,所述主支撑架1的两侧板内壁下端设有一对转动连接板161,转动连接板161与主支撑架1的顶板底面之间转动设有螺杆16,升降板11螺接在螺杆16上,所述升降板11的两侧壁上所具有的向外延伸的导向凸起滑动设置在主支撑架1的两侧板上所具有的竖直导向槽101内,转动连接板161的底面设有升降电机162,升降电机162的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在螺杆16的下端所具有的花键孔中。
进一步的说,所述升降板11的顶面中心设有圆形凹槽111,升降板11的底面所具有的第一同步旋转电机12的输出轴穿过升降板11且连接有底部转动座13,所述安装架2的顶板顶面设有升降气缸22,升降气缸22的活塞杆穿过安装架2的顶板且连接有上连接圆板23,上连接圆板23的底面设有多个竖直连接板24,竖直连接板24的底端设有下连接圆板25,所述下连接圆板25的顶面设有第二同步旋转电机262,第二同步旋转电机262的输出轴穿过下连接圆板25且连接有顶部转动座26,顶部转动座26的底面设有摩擦压板261。
进一步的说,所述底部转动座13的顶面中心设有压簧14且在压簧14的四周设有多个均匀分布的电磁铁15,所述压簧14的顶端设有弹性压板141。
进一步的说,所述安装架2的其中一侧板的外侧壁上设有竖直方向的升降通槽201且在升降通槽201的正上方设有安装凸板202,所述安装凸板202的底面与主支撑架1的顶板顶面之间设有滑行气缸27,滑行气缸27的壁体上设有朝升降通槽201方向延伸的活动安装凸板271,所述活动安装凸板271的顶面设有抛光电机28,抛光电机28的输出轴穿过活动安装凸板271且连接有打磨轮21。
进一步的说,所述主支撑架1的顶板顶面且位于进料口102的前后两端设有一对气缸安装板17,所述气缸安装板17的外侧壁上固定有限位气缸18,限位气缸18的活塞杆穿过气缸安装板17且连接有中间连接板181,中间连接板181的内侧壁上设有多个缓冲弹簧182,缓冲弹簧182的外端连接有限位板19,所述限位板19的内壁为弧形面且在内壁上设有多个可活动的滚珠191。
进一步的说,所述升降板11的顶面两侧设有一对限位缓冲块112。
本发明的工作原理:
1、将待加工的金属圆柱放置在升降板11上并通过电磁铁15吸附固定,压簧14和弹性压板141可以增加金属圆柱与电磁铁15之间的摩擦力,然后启动升降电机162使升降板11进行提升,金属圆柱穿过进料口102并进入安装架2内,启动升降气缸22,升降气缸22的活塞杆伸出,顶部转动座26下降,摩擦压板261压靠在金属圆柱的顶面,启动限位气缸18,限位气缸18的活塞杆伸出,两个限位板19弹性压靠在金属圆柱的外圆壁上,此时完成对金属圆柱全方位的限位;
2、同时启动第一同步旋转电机12和第二同步旋转电机262,底部转动座13在第一同步旋转电机12的作用下转动,顶部转动座26在第二同步旋转电机262的作用下转动,第一同步旋转电机12和第二同步旋转电机262为同型号的电机,此时金属圆柱快速转动,然后通过启动滑行气缸27使打磨轮21贴靠在金属圆柱的表面并进行上下不断移动,从而对金属圆柱的外表壁进行打磨。

所述主支撑架(1)的两侧板内壁下端设有一对转动连接板(161),转动连接板(161)与主支撑架(1)的顶板底面之间转动设有螺杆(16),升降板(11)螺接在螺杆(16)上,所述升降板(11)的两侧壁上所具有的向外延伸的导向凸起滑动设置在主支撑架(1)的两侧板上所具有的竖直导向槽(101)内,转动连接板(161)的底面设有升降电机(162),升降电机(162)的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在螺杆(16)的下端所具有的花键孔中;
所述升降板(11)的顶面中心设有圆形凹槽(111),升降板(11)的底面所具有的第一同步旋转电机(12)的输出轴穿过升降板(11)且连接有底部转动座(13),所述安装架(2)的顶板顶面设有升降气缸(22),升降气缸(22)的活塞杆穿过安装架(2)的顶板且连接有上连接圆板(23),上连接圆板(23)的底面设有多个竖直连接板(24),竖直连接板(24)的底端设有下连接圆板(25),所述下连接圆板(25)的顶面设有第二同步旋转电机(262),第二同步旋转电机(262)的输出轴穿过下连接圆板(25)且连接有顶部转动座(26),顶部转动座(26)的底面设有摩擦压板(261);
所述底部转动座(13)的顶面中心设有压簧(14)且在压簧(14)的四周设有多个均匀分布的电磁铁(15),所述压簧(14)的顶端设有弹性压板(141);
