The serial number is sent to the DWS, the DWS requests the server to add the serial number to a sorting port returning the goods for binding after acquiring the bar code, the sorting port taken by the PLC is always corresponding to the goods, errors can be avoided, the goods are only obtained one by one and enter an abnormal sorting port even if the network is delayed, the PLC does not need to set waiting time, and the time is saved by a mode that a client sends a message, the WMS is not needed, the flow steps are reduced, the communication is reduced, and the abnormal communication risk is reduced.

Background

And the time for DWS to acquire the bar code cannot be determined, and the PLC sets a very long overtime time in a polling mode, so that the beat is slow, and the sorting efficiency is low.
