Abstract

The invention discloses a communication acquisition device based on a dial switch, which comprises: communication database module, IEC61850 model processing module and at least one communication interface unit, communication interface unit includes: the device comprises a communication interface module, a communication protocol processing program module and a dial switch. The communication interface module is connected with one or more communication devices of the same type, and the communication interface module and the dial switch are accessed to a communication protocol processing program module; the communication protocol processing program modules of all the communication interface units are connected to the communication database module; the communication database module is connected to the model processing module. The invention also provides a corresponding communication protocol configuration-free method. The invention realizes the plug-and-play of the communication acquisition device, the communication acquisition device can be replaced by operation and maintenance personnel without configuring parameters through a communication configuration program and selecting a communication protocol processing program module, thereby reducing the maintenance workload and improving the operation and maintenance efficiency.

The invention relates to the field of monitoring of auxiliary equipment of a transformer substation, in particular to a dial switch-based communication acquisition device and a communication protocol configuration-free method.
Background
The technical direction develops towards the direction of integration and platformization, the management develops towards the direction of higher efficiency of operation and inspection, and heavy overhauling workload and high overhauling cost still greatly restrict the development of the intelligent substation under the actual operation condition of operation and maintenance of the intelligent substation.
The existing transformer substation is provided with a plurality of auxiliary subsystems, each auxiliary subsystem is provided with own auxiliary communication equipment, each communication equipment has own private communication protocol in different manufacturers, when all communication equipment information needs to be sent, the traditional method is that a communication protocol processing program module is independently developed for the protocol of each type of communication equipment on a communication acquisition device, the communication protocol processing program module is matched with field communication equipment by configuring parameters such as different baud rates, parity check, data bits and stop bits, the communication is ensured to be normal, communication data can be sent upwards, a communication database module sends the data to a transformer substation auxiliary control background through a manufacturer unified protocol after the communication database module takes the data, if the communication acquisition device fails and the manufacturer retransmits the communication acquisition device, the parameters need to be reconfigured, the communication program needs to be reselected, the configuration and the test need to be performed through a specific communication configuration program of the communication acquisition device, the operation and maintenance personnel can not complete the operation and maintenance work generally, the operation and maintenance work still needs to be processed on site by a manufacturer, the replacement is troublesome, and the efficiency is low.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects and shortcomings of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a dial switch-based communication acquisition device and a communication protocol configuration-free method, aiming at the problems that when a field communication acquisition device is replaced, operation and maintenance personnel need to coordinate the arrival of factory personnel, and the communication acquisition device needs to be reconfigured and electrified, and the like.
In order to achieve the purpose, the solution scheme of the invention is as follows:
a communication acquisition device based on a dial switch comprises: communication database module, IEC61850 model processing module and at least one communication interface unit, communication interface unit includes: the system comprises a communication interface module, a communication protocol processing program module and a dial switch;
the communication interface module is connected with one or more communication devices of the same type, and the communication interface module and the dial switch are accessed to a communication protocol processing program module; the communication protocol processing program modules of all the communication interface units are connected to the communication database module; the communication database module is connected to the model processing module;
the communication interface module is responsible for information interaction with the communication equipment and uploading the information of the communication equipment to the communication protocol processing program module; after receiving the information of the communication interface module, the communication protocol processing program module judges the numerical value of dial-up address information, selects different communication protocol processing program modules for information processing according to the numerical value, sends the processed communication data to the communication database module, sends all the data of the communication database module to the IEC61850 model processing module, and generates the IEC61850 model according to a certain rule by the IEC61850 model processing module for the upper-level platform to call.
Further, the communication protocol processing program module is also used for receiving the instruction of the communication database module and sending a control instruction to the communication interface module, and the communication interface module transmits the control instruction to the communication equipment to complete instruction operation.
Further, the communication interface module comprises an RS232, an RS485, an RJ45, and an optical fiber port or a network port.
Furthermore, the dial switch is an N-bit binary principle-based dial switch, and the minimum dial address is 0 and the maximum dial address is 2 N -1。

and 5: and the IEC61850 model processing module generates an IEC61850 model according to a certain rule for the upper-level platform to call.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of a communication acquisition device based on a dial switch of the present invention includes: communication database module, IEC61850 model processing module and at least one communication interface unit, the communication interface unit includes: the device comprises a communication interface module, a communication protocol processing program module and a dial switch.
The communication interface module is connected with one or more communication devices of the same type, and the communication interface module and the dial switch are accessed to the communication protocol processing program module; the communication protocol processing program modules of all the communication interface units are connected to the communication database module; the communication database module is connected to the model processing module.
The communication interface module is responsible for information interaction with the communication equipment and uploading the information of the communication equipment to the communication protocol processing program module; after the communication protocol processing program module receives the information of the communication interface module, the dialing address information numerical value is judged, different communication protocol processing program modules are selected according to the numerical value to perform information processing, processed communication data are sent to the communication database module, all data of the communication database module are sent to the IEC61850 model processing module, and the IEC61850 model processing module generates an IEC61850 model according to a certain rule and is used by an upper-level platform.
The communication protocol processing program module is also used for receiving the instruction of the communication database module and sending a control instruction to the communication interface module, and the communication interface module transmits the control instruction to the communication equipment to complete instruction operation.
The communication protocol processing program module is a set of a plurality of communication protocol processing programs, and selects the operating communication protocol processing program according to the dial switch dial address.
The communication database module is a set of all communication data processed by a plurality of communication protocol processing programs.
The model generated by the IEC61850 model processing module is not a set of normal communication equipment data for each communication, but a set of all defined communication data.
The communication interface module comprises RS232, RS485, RJ45 and an optical fiber port or a network port.
The dial switch can be an N-bit binary-principle-based dial switch, and the minimum dial address is 0 and the maximum dial address is 2 N -1. For example, when the number is 5, the minimum dial address that can be set is 0, and the maximum n is 31; when the number of the dialing addresses is 4, the minimum number of the dialing addresses which can be set is 0, and the maximum number of the dialing addresses is 15; when 3 bits are used, the minimum dial address that can be set is 0 and the maximum n is 7.
Fig. 2 shows another embodiment of a dial switch-based communication acquisition device according to the present invention. Taking the monitoring field of auxiliary equipment of an intelligent substation as an example, through field information collection, it is determined that 7 different types of serial communication equipment exist in a substation field, namely a temperature and humidity sensor, an air conditioner controller, an illumination controller, an electronic fence controller, an SF6 controller, a security alarm controller and a fire alarm host. Firstly, determining communication protocols of the 7 different types of communication equipment, wherein the protocols comprise the determined uplink data formats, then determining respective parameters such as communication baud rate, parity check and the like, and determining the number of the same type of communication equipment which can be accessed by a single serial port to the maximum extent according to the scale of the transformer substation and the number of the conventionally configured communication equipment, as shown in table 1:

The protocol, parameters, and the number of communication devices are all fixed in the program.
As shown in FIG. 2, a dial-up switch-based communication acquisition device is configured with a communication database module, an IEC61850 model processing module and 5 communication interface units, each communication interface unit includes: 1 RS485 serial ports, communication protocol processing program module containing 7 communication protocols and 1 3-bit dial switch.
Taking serial port 1 as an example, when the dial address of the dial switch 1 is set to 0, the communication equipment is not accessed, and the communication protocol processing program module does not process; when the dial address of the dial switch 1 is set to be 1, 1-5 temperature and humidity sensors can be accessed; when the dial address of the dial switch 1 is set to be 2, 1-5 air conditioner controllers can be accessed; and the like, and according to the table 1, when the dial address of the dial switch 1 is set to be 7, a fire alarm host can be accessed; assuming that the dial-up address of the dial-up switch 1 is set to be 1 at present, 5 temperature and humidity sensors are serially connected to the serial port 1, the communication protocol processing program module selects the temperature and humidity sensor communication protocol processing program module to communicate with the 5 temperature and humidity sensors deployed on site, the temperature and humidity information is uploaded to the communication database module to update data, and all 7 types of equipment data communicated from the serial port 1 to the serial port 5 are uploaded to the IEC61850 model processing module according to a certain rule for the platform to call. And dial-up address setting and selection of different communication equipment can be performed on the serial ports 2-5, so that flexible configuration and combination on site are realized, and the implementation and maintenance efficiency of engineering projects is improved.
If the field communication acquisition device needs to be replaced, the communication acquisition device is obtained from spare parts or from a factory for re-delivery, and after the field communication acquisition device arrives at a transformer substation, operation and maintenance personnel only need to set dial addresses of serial ports of the communication acquisition device according to the same address of equipment before replacement and electrify the equipment again, so that replacement can be completed.
The embodiment of the communication protocol configuration-free method based on the dial switch comprises the following steps:
s1: the communication interface module is accessed to one or more communication devices of the same model deployed on site; the communication interface module is responsible for information interaction with the communication equipment and uploading the information of the communication equipment to the communication protocol processing program module;
s2: adjusting the dial address of the dial switch according to the type of the communication equipment configured on site to enable the communication protocol processing program module to be matched with the communication equipment on site;
s3: after receiving the information of the communication interface module, the communication protocol processing program module judges the numerical value of dial-up address information, selects different communication protocol processing program modules for information processing according to the numerical value and sends the processed communication data to the communication database module;
s4: all data of the communication database module are sent to an IEC61850 model processing module;
s5: and the IEC61850 model processing module generates an IEC61850 model according to a certain rule for the upper-level platform to call.
In a preferred embodiment, step S3 further includes: the communication protocol processing program module also receives the instruction of the communication database module and sends the control instruction to the field communication equipment through the communication interface module.
In a preferred embodiment, the dial switch is an N-bit binary-principle-based dial switch, and the minimum dial address is 0 and the maximum dial address is 2 N -1。
