converting the remote control command into a main network system remote control measuring point ID and a remote control value according to the mapping relation between the main network side measuring point ID and the distribution network side measuring point ID, and sending the main network system remote control measuring point ID and the remote control value to the main network system;
and receiving a safety check result of the remote control command sent by the main network system, if the safety check is correct, continuing to receive the real-time data sent by the main network system, and after the state of the remote control equipment is changed, ending the remote control process.
2. A data transmission client is configured at the side of a distribution network system, and is characterized by comprising: data subscription module, real-time data transmission module and remote control operation module, wherein:
the data subscription module is used for screening out measuring point information associated with all the devices, wherein the measuring point information comprises measuring point names and distribution network side measuring point IDs and sending the measuring point information to the main network system; receiving a mapping relation between a main network side measuring point ID and a distribution network side measuring point ID returned by a main network system;
the real-time data transmission module is used for receiving real-time data sent by the main network system, and the real-time data is associated with the ID of the main network side measuring point; converting real-time data into a distribution network side measuring point ID and a measuring point value according to the mapping relation between the main network side measuring point ID and the distribution network side measuring point ID;
the remote control operation module is used for converting a remote control command into a remote control measuring point ID and a remote control value of the main network system according to the mapping relation between the main network side measuring point ID and the distribution network side measuring point ID and sending the remote control command to the main network system; and receiving a safety check result of the remote control command sent by the main network system, if the safety check is correct, continuously receiving the real-time data sent by the main network system, and after the state of the remote control equipment is changed, ending the remote control process.
3. A data transmission method between a main network system and a distribution network system based on a service subscription mode is executed on a main network system side and is characterized by comprising a data subscription process, a real-time data transmission process and a remote control operation process, wherein:
the data subscription process comprises the following steps:
receiving measuring point information sent by a distribution network system, wherein the measuring point information comprises measuring point names and distribution network side measuring point IDs;
matching the measuring points associated with the equipment in the system according to the measuring point names to obtain a mapping relation between the main network side measuring point ID and the distribution network side measuring point ID; and returning the mapping relation to the distribution network system;
the real-time data transmission process comprises the following steps:
receiving real-time data sent from a plant station end in real time, establishing association between the real-time data and the main network side measuring point ID, and sending the real-time data to a distribution network system;
the remote control operation process comprises the following steps:
receiving a remote control command sent by a distribution network system, wherein the remote control command comprises a main network side measuring point ID and a remote control value system;
and issuing the remote control command to the plant station to which the remote control device corresponding to the remote control command belongs.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein before issuing the remote control command to the station to which the remote control device belongs, the method further comprises:
the safety check of the remote control command comprises the following steps: whether the equipment needing to be remotely controlled is allowed to be controlled by the distribution network system or not and whether the voltage grade of the equipment needing to be remotely controlled is 10kV or not; if the judgment results show that the safety check is passed, and if the judgment results show that the safety check is not passed, the safety check fails.
5. A data transmission server is configured at the side of a main network system, and is characterized by comprising a data subscription module, a real-time data transmission module and a remote control operation module, wherein:
the data subscription module is used for receiving measuring point information sent by a distribution network system, and the measuring point information comprises measuring point names and distribution network side measuring point IDs; matching the measuring points associated with the equipment in the system according to the measuring point names to obtain a mapping relation between the main network side measuring point ID and the distribution network side measuring point ID; and returning the mapping relation to the distribution network system;
the real-time data transmission module is used for receiving real-time data sent by a plant station end in real time, establishing association between the real-time data and the ID of the main network side measuring point and sending the real-time data to the distribution network system;
the remote control operation module is used for receiving a remote control command sent by the distribution network system, and the remote control command comprises a main network side measuring point ID and a remote control value system; and issuing the remote control command to the plant station to which the remote control device corresponding to the remote control command belongs.
6. The data transmission server according to claim 5, wherein before issuing the remote control command to the station to which the remote control device belongs, the remote control operation module further comprises:
the safety check of the remote control command comprises the following steps: whether the equipment needing remote control is allowed to be controlled by the distribution network system or not and whether the voltage grade of the equipment needing remote control is 10kV or not; if yes, the safety check is passed, and if not, the safety check is failed.
7. A data transmission method between main and distribution network systems based on a service subscription mode is characterized by comprising a data subscription process, a real-time data transmission process and a remote control operation process, wherein:
the data subscription process comprises the following steps:
establishing data transmission service association between a main network system and a network distribution system;
the distribution network system screens out measurement point information associated with all the devices, wherein the measurement point information comprises measurement point names and distribution network side measurement point IDs; and sending the measuring point information to the main network system;
after receiving the measuring point information, the main network system matches measuring points associated with the equipment in the system according to the measuring point names to obtain a mapping relation between the main network side measuring point ID and the distribution network side measuring point ID; and returning the mapping relation to the distribution network system;
the real-time data transmission process comprises the following steps:
the main network system receives real-time data sent by a plant station end in real time, associates the real-time data with the main network side measuring point ID, and sends the real-time data to the distribution network system;
after the distribution network system receives the real-time data, converting the real-time data into distribution network side measuring point IDs and measuring point values according to the mapping relation between the main network side measuring point IDs and the distribution network side measuring point IDs;
the remote control operation process comprises the following steps:
the distribution network system converts the remote control command into a main network system remote control measuring point ID and a remote control value according to the mapping relation between the main network side measuring point ID and the distribution network side measuring point ID, and sends the main network system remote control measuring point ID and the remote control value to the main network system;
after receiving the remote control command of the distribution network side, the main network system sends the remote control command to a plant station to which the remote control equipment corresponding to the remote control command belongs;
and the distribution network system continues to receive the real-time data sent by the main network system, and after the state of the remotely controlled equipment is changed, the remote control process is ended.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein after receiving the network distribution side remote control command, the main network system further comprises:
the safety check of the remote control command comprises the following steps: whether the equipment needing remote control is allowed to be controlled by the distribution network system or not and whether the voltage grade of the equipment needing remote control is 10kV or not; if the judgment results show that the safety check is passed, and if the judgment results show that the safety check is not passed, the safety check fails.
9. A data transmission system between main and distribution network systems based on a service subscription mode is characterized by comprising a data transmission client side in claim 2 and a data transmission server side in claim 5;
and the data transmission client and the data transmission server perform real-time data transmission and remote control operation after completing data subscription.
