Abstract
The invention discloses an antioxidant and anti-aging soft capsule, the content of which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 32-64 parts of hemp seed oil, 18-36 parts of snake oil, 6-16 parts of vitamins and 8-18 parts of nutritional ingredients. The invention prepares the plant hemp seed oil and the animal snake oil into the soft capsule, integrates the nutritive value and the medicinal value of the plant oil and the animal oil, makes up the defects of the plant oil and the animal oil through mutual matching, has good oxidation resistance and anti-aging functions, and is a great innovation in the health food industry.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a functional health food, in particular to a health soft capsule which takes hemp seed oil and snake oil as main raw materials and other nutritional ingredients as auxiliary materials.
Background
Hemp seed oil, which is extracted from hemp seeds, is called longevity oil by local palms. The hemp seed oil is the only oil which can be dissolved in water in nature, has the highest content of unsaturated fatty acid in all vegetable oils, simultaneously contains a large amount of vitamin E, selenium, zinc, manganese and germanium for delaying senility, also contains alpha-linolenic acid known as 'vegetable brain gold', is the plant which is found to be the most effective for resisting senility and radiation so far, and is called 'longevity hemp' or 'non-old oil'.
Snake oil is fat stripped from snake body during laparotomy, and is obtained by decocting. The snake oil is composed of a plurality of fatty acids, contains saturated fatty acids and unsaturated fatty acids, wherein the content of the unsaturated fatty acids is about 68%, the snake oil contains oleic acid, linoleic acid, linolenic acid and the like, and is also rich in dicarbopolyenoic acids which are not contained in vegetable oil, such as eicosapentaenoic acid, docosahexaenoic acid and the like, and the eicosapentaenoic acid and the docosahexaenoic acid can promote the formation of brain/retina, delay the aging of the brain, prevent the accumulation of cholesterol and prevent cardiovascular diseases. As a further improvement of the antioxidant and anti-aging soft capsule of the invention: the vitamins comprise 1.0-1.8 parts of vitamin A, 0.4-1.0 part of vitamin C, 0.6-1.2 parts of vitamin D and 6-8 parts of vitamin E.
As a further improvement of the antioxidant and anti-aging soft capsule of the invention: the nutrient components comprise 3-5 parts of calcium carbonate, 4-6 parts of magnesium sulfate, 1-2 parts of zinc citrate and 2-4 parts of ferrous sulfate.
The preparation method of the soft capsule shell belongs to the known conventional technology.
