test groups 1-6, test ration: uniformly mixing the composition prepared in the embodiment 1-6 with common daily ration at a ratio of 5g/kg, and setting 2 control groups in comparison:
control group 1: test ration + existing feed additive: common daily ration (containing 30mg/kg of tylosin tartrate).
Control group 2: the comparative example 2 was substantially the same as example 1 except that the yam was replaced with gorgon euryale seed in the same amount.
Experimental methods
240 healthy and well-growing weaned piglets are selected and randomly divided into 8 groups, test groups 1-6 and control groups 1-2, each group has 3 repetitions, and each repetition has 10 pigs. The piglets in the examples and the piglets in the comparative examples are separately fed, and the feeding way of the first 5 days adopts the way of feeding a plurality of meals (the addition amount of the composition is 5g/kg per day), freely drinking water for 6 times per day, then freely eating, freely drinking water for 3 times per day, and the total feeding time is 30 days.
Test results
The results of daily gain, daily feed intake and feed conversion ratio between the test group and the control group are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the average daily gain of the test group is 365.28g, and compared with 313.67g of the control group 1 and 321.00g of the control group 2, the daily gain of the test group is better than that of the control group, wherein the increase of the test group 1 is the largest, and the daily gain is as high as 375.33 g; the daily feed intake of the test groups 1-6 is higher than that of the control group, wherein the test group 1 is the highest; the feed-meat ratio of the test groups 1-6 is 1.57, 1.65, 1.61, 1.62, 1.59 and 1.64 respectively, and the feed-meat ratio is higher than that of the control group. The feed additive can obviously improve the growth speed of weaned pigs, increase the daily feed intake, reduce the feed-meat ratio and increase the breeding income.
In summary, the embodiment of the invention provides a composition for promoting growth of weaned piglets, which can be used as a feed additive to replace the traditional western medicine antibiotic or hormone growth promoting feed additive, the inventor combines easily-obtained traditional Chinese medicinal materials according to the compatibility principle, the obtained composition is non-toxic, residue-free and drug-resistant, the malt is scorched malt, the effect is milder, the composition has the effects of enhancing qi and strengthening spleen, and the growth promoting effect is more obvious; the composition combined according to the weight parts provided by the application can enhance the immunity of piglets, enhance the disease resistance, reduce the cultivation investment and improve the economic benefit.
In addition, the embodiment of the application also provides a preparation method of the composition for the growth of the weaned pig, the composition prepared by the preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method can prepare the composition which has the advantages of enhancing the immunity and disease resistance of piglets and obviously promoting the growth of the piglets, and is simple and easy to operate.

Claims (10)

1. The composition for promoting growth of weaned piglets is characterized in that raw materials of the composition comprise main materials, and the main materials comprise the following components in parts by weight:
20-50 parts of Chinese yam, 20-50 parts of gordon euryale seed, 20-50 parts of lotus seed, 20-50 parts of fructus amomi, 20-50 parts of fried semen coicis, 20-50 parts of fried white hyacinth bean, 20-50 parts of dried orange peel, 15-30 parts of scorched malt, 15-30 parts of poria cocos, 15-30 parts of medicated leaven, 15-30 parts of endothelium corneum gigeriae galli, 15-30 parts of ash bark, 10-25 parts of radix glehniae and 10-25 parts of fried bighead atractylodes rhizome.
2. The composition for promoting growth of weaned pigs according to claim 1, wherein said main material comprises the following components in parts by weight:
35-40 parts of Chinese yam, 35-40 parts of gordon euryale seed, 35-40 parts of lotus seed, 35-40 parts of fructus amomi, 35-40 parts of fried semen coicis, 35-40 parts of fried white hyacinth bean, 35-40 parts of dried orange peel, 15-30 parts of scorched malt, 15-30 parts of poria cocos, 15-30 parts of medicated leaven, 15-30 parts of endothelium corneum gigeriae galli, 15-30 parts of ash bark, 10-25 parts of radix glehniae and 10-25 parts of fried bighead atractylodes rhizome.
3. The composition for promoting growth of weaned pigs according to claim 1, wherein the raw materials of said composition further comprise adjuvants;
preferably, the auxiliary materials comprise mogroside and/or neohesperidin dihydrochalcone;
preferably, in each 100 parts of the main material, the auxiliary materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 0.01-0.05 part of mogroside and 0.03-0.10 part of neohesperidin dihydrochalcone;
preferably, the auxiliary material further comprises fish meal;
preferably, every 100 parts of the main material, the auxiliary material comprises 3-5 parts of fish meal.
4. The composition for promoting growth of weaned pigs according to claim 3, wherein said main material is obtained by crushing;
preferably, the particle size of the main material is 80-200 meshes;
preferably, the main material is obtained by drying and then crushing;
preferably, the drying temperature of the amomum fruit and the dried orange peel in the main materials is 20-30 ℃;
preferably, the drying temperature of the other main materials except the amomum fruit and the dried orange peel in the main materials is 45-55 ℃;
preferably, the auxiliary materials are obtained by crushing;
preferably, the particle size of the auxiliary material is 80-200 meshes.
5. Feed for promoting growth of weaned piglets, comprising the composition for promoting growth of weaned piglets according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
6. A method for preparing a composition for promoting growth of weaned piglets, comprising the steps of: mixing the composition of any one of claims 1 to 4 in parts by weight.
7. The method of preparing a composition for promoting growth of weaned pigs according to claim 6, comprising the steps of:
crushing and sieving the raw materials of the composition to obtain the composition;
preferably, the sieving is through a 80-200 mesh sieve.
8. The method of preparing a composition for promoting growth of weaned pigs according to claim 7, wherein the crushing of the raw material comprises drying the main material and then crushing;
preferably, in the main materials, the drying temperature of the fructus amomi and the dried orange peel is 20-30 ℃;
preferably, the drying temperature of the main materials except the fructus amomi and the dried orange peel is 45-55 ℃.
9. The composition for promoting growth of weaned pigs, prepared by the method for preparing the composition for promoting growth of weaned pigs according to any one of claims 6 to 8.
10. Use of a composition for promoting growth of weaned pigs according to any one of claims 1 to 4 or a composition prepared by a method for preparing a composition for promoting growth of weaned pigs according to any one of claims 6 to 8 for feeding weaned pigs;
preferably, the composition is used in an amount of 4 to 8 g/kg.
