本发明涉及的是一种建筑干砂浆及其制作方法,特别适用于各种标号的建筑水泥砂浆和建筑混合砂浆以及公路桥涵砂浆。建筑干砂浆由按一定配比的水泥、砂、粉煤砂、砂浆活化剂混合组成。其原料重量配比为水泥10-25%,砂70-85%,粉煤灰1.5-9%,砂浆活化剂0.5-6%,将建筑干砂浆原料输入搅拌机,搅拌均匀,下料检验包装即成产品,其加工艺简单,操作简便,能节约水泥,节约自然矿源,改善施工条件,提高强度。

本发明涉及的是一种建筑干砂浆及其制作方法,特别适用于各种标号的建筑水泥砂浆和建筑混合砂浆以及公路桥涵砂浆。
建筑水泥砂浆、建筑混合砂浆用于建筑工程,公路桥涵砂浆用于公路桥梁、涵洞、水池。由于砂浆材料分别购置,其中主要材料水泥、砂大多就地取材,就近购买,使用前基本上不作元素含量的测定,致使砂浆质量很不稳定,甚至因此而造成工程质量事故。而且砂与灰均系散装,造成施工现场及运输途中的粉尘污染,影响生态环境和人身健康。同时增加施工现场场地与仓贮的压力。
本发明的目的是提供一种建筑干砂浆及其制作方法,砂浆的配制是在基本稳定材料的前提下,经科学的配比掺入粉煤灰及添加可以全部替代混合砂浆中石灰材料及激发粉煤灰活性和砂浆材料活性的砂浆活化剂,加工工艺简单,操作简便,节约水泥、节约自然矿源。
建筑干砂浆是采取以下方案实现的:建筑干砂浆由按一定配比的水泥、砂、粉煤灰、砂浆活化剂混合组成。
建筑干砂浆原料配比为
水泥              10-25%(重量)
砂                70-85%(重量)
粉煤灰            1.5-9%(重量)
砂浆活化剂        0.5-6%(重量)
其中砂浆活化剂由按重量配比的碱木素煤矸石粉或赤泥粉煤灰助剂,经混合搅拌制成。
砂浆活化剂原料配比为
碱木素            5-10%(重量)
煤矸石粉或赤泥    60-70%(重量)
粉煤灰            5-15%(重量)
助剂              15-25%(重量)
其中助剂由按重量配比的乙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素氧化铝、氧化铁混合搅拌制成。
助剂原料配比为:
乙基纤维素          1-5%(重量)
羟丙基甲基纤维素    4-10%(重量)
氧化铝             50-65%(重量)
氧化铁             20-35%(重量)
建筑干砂浆制作工艺方法:
按配比称量原料水泥、砂、粉煤灰、砂浆活化剂,输入搅拌机,搅拌3-8分钟,将搅拌均匀的干砂浆下料,检验包装即成产品。
建筑干砂浆采用的加工设备简陋、加工工艺简单,操作技术简便,生产的产品重量稳定,物理性能好,每立方米砂浆比同标号砂浆节约水泥10-35%,同时提高强度30-50%,在混合砂浆中全部节省石砂、节约自然矿源,建筑砂浆材料一体化减少了施工现场的粉尘污染,砂浆直接消化利用粉煤灰为水泥量的15-45%,为粉煤灰消化处理提供了广阔的渠道,减少污染,保护环境,有较高的技术经济效益和社会效益。
实施例1,按重量配比称取原料水泥10Kg(配比为10%),砂80Kg(配比为80%),粉煤灰5Kg(配比为5%),砂浆活化剂5Kg(配比为5%)备用,将称量好的原料全部输入搅拌机,搅拌4分钟,下料检验包装成产品。
实施例2,按重量配比称取原料水泥25Kg(配比为25%),砂70Kg(配比为70%),粉煤灰4Kg(配比为4%),砂浆活化剂1Kg(配比为1%)备用,将称量好的原料全部输入搅拌机,搅拌6分钟,下料检验包装成产品。
采用本发明制作的建筑干砂浆抗压强度为M15,突破建筑砂浆最高标号M10的标准,为研制高层建筑专用砂浆奠定了基础。

1、一种建筑干砂浆,其特征是由按一定配比的水泥、砂、粉煤灰、砂浆活化剂混合组成,其原料重量配比为:
水泥                  10~25%
砂                    70~85%
粉煤灰                1.5~9%
砂浆活化剂            0.5~6%
其中砂浆活化剂原料重量配比为:
碱木素                5~10%
煤矸石粉或赤泥        60~70%
粉煤灰                5~15%
助剂                  15~25%
其中助剂原料重量配比为:
乙基纤维素            1~5%
羟丙基甲基纤维素       4~10%
氧化铝                50~65%
氧化铁                20~35%。
