Abstract

本发明提供了一种用于风电机组中的主轴密封装置,由动环和静环组成,所述静环包括沿轴向设置的静环连接环以及沿径向设置的静环固定环与静环密封环,静环固定环贴靠在端盖上并通过螺栓与端盖连接固定,静环密封环、静环连接环与端盖之间包夹形成密封腔;所述动环的截面呈L型,包括沿径向设置的动环密封环和沿轴向设置的动环连接环,所述动环连接环套在轴套上并与轴套固定,动环密封环的外圆周设置有密封唇,所述密封唇位于密封腔内,且密封唇与静环密封环的内壁和端盖的外壁均紧密接触密封。该装置能够在原有的风力发电机组主轴的结构基础上进行在线改造、安装,从而提高风电机组的密封性,降低工作人员检修的劳动强度。

用于风电机组中的主轴密封装置
技术领域
本发明提供了一种密封装置,尤其提供了一种用于风力发电机中对旋转主轴进行在线改造安装的密封装置,属于机械密封技术领域。
背景技术
风力发电机是将风能转化为电能的装置,主要由叶片、发电机、机械部件和电气部件组成。风力发电机组由于安装在高空中,检修维护工作相当困难。随着容量的增加,机组的复杂程度也越来越高,为了保证机组的安全生产运行,减少机组的渗漏是风力发电机组的一项重要的检修维护工作。风力发电机组涉及密封的部件有:主轴总承、主齿轮箱、偏航减速器、变桨减速器、偏航轴承、变桨轴承等。由于密封失效造成的润滑油脂和液压油的泄漏,不仅影响文明生产,对环境造成一定的影响;还给机组的安全生产带来隐患,容易引发火灾等事故隐患,由于风力发电机组维修困难,解决风力发电机组的泄漏一直是一个难题。
随着目前密封技术的发展,安装于新式风力发电机组主轴上的密封装置基本上能够实现良好的密封效果。但是对于一些早期和中期的产品,随着使用过程中的磨损,导致原装的主轴密封装置的密封性能大打折扣,带来了不同程度的泄漏。对于这些风力发电机组,由于早期的结构设计已经定型,并且机组已经安装至塔顶,因此没法重新安装新型的密封装置,只能通过不断的维修来减轻泄漏。因此,本领域中需要一种能够在原有的风力发电机组主轴的结构基础上进行在线改造、安装的密封装置。
发明内容
本发明针提供了一种用于风电机组中的主轴密封装置,该装置能够在原有的风力发电机组主轴的结构基础上进行在线改造、安装,从而提高风电机组的密封性,降低工作人员检修的劳动强度。
实现本发明上述目的所采用的技术方案为:
一种用于风电机组中的主轴密封装置,主轴上固定有轴套,所述主轴密封装置安装于轴套和端盖之间,所述主轴及轴套安装于端盖内且从端盖中伸出,所述主轴密封装置由动环和静环组成,所述静环包括沿轴向设置的静环连接环以及沿径向设置的静环固定环与静环密封环,静环固定环和静环密封环分别固定在静环连接环的左右两侧,静环固定环沿径向朝外设置且贴靠在端盖上并通过螺栓与端盖连接固定,静环密封环沿径向朝内设置,静环密封环、静环连接环与端盖之间包夹形成密封腔;
所述动环的截面呈L型,包括沿径向设置的动环密封环和沿轴向设置的动环连接环,所述动环连接环套在轴套上并通过喉箍与轴套之间连接固定,动环密封环的外圆周设置有密封唇,所述密封唇位于密封腔内,密封唇的截面呈X型,且密封唇与静环密封环的内壁和端盖的外壁均紧密接触密封;所述密封唇中设置有V型环状的弹簧片,弹簧片固定于密封唇的外圆周上,使密封唇与端盖和静环密封环始终保持紧贴状态。
所述动环的内部设置有截面呈L型的骨架。
所述密封唇上设置有沿径向贯通的排脂通道,与之对应的在静环连接环的底部设置有一个用于排出密封腔内多余油脂的排脂孔,端盖上设置有集油盒,集油盒位于排脂孔的下方。
所述密封唇的外圆周上沿径向设置有抛油环。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的主轴密封装置具有以下优点:1、本发明结构简单,通过动环和静环之间的穿插配合,动环上设置的密封唇与静环密封环的内壁和端盖的外壁均紧密接触密封,从而实现良好的密封效果,将油脂密封在密封腔内。2、本发明中能够实现在线安装、更换,在安装时首先将动环套在轴套上,然后用螺栓穿过喉箍并拧紧,即能够将动环密封固定在轴套上;然后将静环套在动环的外层,向内推入至静环固定环平贴至端盖表面上,然后用螺栓将两者固定,即可完成在线改造、安装。3、本发明中在密封唇中嵌入有截面呈V型的环状弹簧片,使密封唇与端盖和静环密封环保持紧贴状态,即便经过长时间的使用导致密封唇产生了磨损,由于环状弹簧片的扩张弹性,也会使密封唇紧贴在静环和端盖上,从而保证密封效果。4、本发明中由于设置有排脂通道和抛油环,因此从轴套与端盖之间的缝隙进入至密封腔内的油脂能够从排脂通道中穿过密封唇,然后在抛油环的旋转而导致的离心力作用下,被甩向静环连接环的内壁上,然后沿着静环连接环的内壁向下流淌至静环连接环底部的排脂孔,最终从排脂孔流出被收集至集油盒中。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做详细具体的说明。
本发明提供的用于风电机组中的主轴密封装置如图1和图2所示,所述主轴上固定有轴套2(图中主轴未画出),所述主轴及轴套安装于端盖4内且从端盖中伸出,端盖通过螺杆固定于轴承座1上。所述主轴密封装置安装于轴套和端盖之间,对两者之间的缝隙进行密封。主轴密封装置由动环和静环组成,所述静环包括沿轴向设置的静环连接环5以及沿径向设置的静环固定环6与静环密封环7,静环固定环和静环密封环分别固定在静环连接环的左右两侧,静环固定环沿径向朝外设置且贴靠在端盖上并通过螺栓8与端盖连接固定,静环密封环沿径向朝内设置,静环密封环、静环连接环与端盖之间包夹形成密封腔3;
所述动环的截面呈L型,包括沿径向设置的动环密封环9和沿轴向设置的动环连接环10,所述动环连接环套在轴套上并通过喉箍11与轴套之间连接固定,所述动环的内部设置有截面呈L型的起支撑作用的骨架13。
动环密封环的外圆周设置有密封唇12,所述密封唇位于密封腔内,所述密封唇的截面呈X型,如图2所示,密封唇与静环密封环的内壁和端盖的外壁均紧密接触密封。所述密封唇中设置有V型环状的弹簧片14,弹簧片固定于密封唇的外圆周上,使密封唇与端盖和静环密封环始终保持紧贴状态,即便经过长时间的使用导致密封唇产生了磨损,由于弹簧片的扩张弹性,也会使密封唇紧贴在静环和端盖上,从而保证密封效果。
所述密封唇上设置有沿径向贯通的排脂通道15,密封唇的外圆周上沿径向设置有抛油环18。与之对应的在静环连接环的底部设置有一个用于排出密封腔内多余油脂的排脂孔16,端盖上设置有集油盒17,集油盒位于排脂孔的下方。从轴套与端盖之间的缝隙进入至密封腔内的油脂能够从排脂通道中穿过密封唇,然后在抛油环的旋转而导致的离心力作用下,被甩向静环连接环的内壁上,然后沿着静环连接环的内壁向下流淌至静环连接环底部的排脂孔,最终从排脂孔流出被收集至集油盒中。
本装置在安装时首先将动环套在轴套上,然后用螺栓穿过喉箍并拧紧,即能够将动环密封固定在轴套上;然后将静环套在动环的外层,向内推入至静环固定环平贴至端盖表面上,然后用螺栓将两者固定,即可完成在线改造、安装。

1.一种用于风电机组中的主轴密封装置,主轴上固定有轴套,所述主轴密封装置安装于轴套和端盖之间,所述主轴及轴套安装于端盖内且从端盖中伸出,其特征在于:所述主轴密封装置由动环和静环组成,所述静环包括沿轴向设置的静环连接环以及沿径向设置的静环固定环与静环密封环,静环固定环和静环密封环分别固定在静环连接环的左右两侧,静环固定环沿径向朝外设置且贴靠在端盖上并通过螺栓与端盖连接固定,静环密封环沿径向朝内设置,静环密封环、静环连接环与端盖之间包夹形成密封腔;
所述动环的截面呈L型,包括沿径向设置的动环密封环和沿轴向设置的动环连接环,所述动环连接环套在轴套上并通过喉箍与轴套之间连接固定,动环密封环的外圆周设置有密封唇,所述密封唇位于密封腔内,密封唇的截面呈X型,且密封唇与静环密封环的内壁和端盖的外壁均紧密接触密封;所述密封唇中设置有V型环状的弹簧片,弹簧片固定于密封唇的外圆周上,使密封唇与端盖和静环密封环始终保持紧贴状态。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于风电机组中的主轴密封装置,其特征在于:所述动环的内部设置有截面呈L型的骨架。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于风电机组中的主轴密封装置,其特征在于:所述密封唇上设置有沿径向贯通的排脂通道,与之对应的在静环连接环的底部设置有一个用于排出密封腔内多余油脂的排脂孔,端盖上设置有集油盒,集油盒位于排脂孔的下方。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于风电机组中的主轴密封装置,其特征在于:所述密封唇的外圆周上沿径向设置有抛油环。
