The connecting portion 30 is used for connecting the adjusting portion 40, and the connecting portion 30 is movably connected with the adjusting portion 40. In the actual production process, the lower wall 50 is a wall which is already constructed and fixed, the upper wall 60 is a wall to be constructed and fixed, and a clearance passage 70 is arranged between the lower wall 50 and the upper wall 60 and used for grouting construction gaps of the assembled wall.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the fixing portion 10 includes a rod 11 and a fixing cap 12, and the rod 11 is provided with an external thread adapted to an internal thread of the fixing cap 12. As shown in fig. 1, a lower groove 81 and an upper groove 82 are respectively disposed on one side of the lower wall 50 and the upper wall 60 close to the gap channel 70, the lower groove 81 and the upper groove 82 both correspond to the upper side or the lower side of the central position of the positioning portion 20, the lower groove 81 and the upper groove 82 are configured to have an outward opening, the lower groove 81 and the upper groove 82 are aligned to have an opening, and the placing portion 80 is a rectangular groove for placing the connecting portion 30 and the adjustable portion 40.
As shown in fig. 5, the connecting portion 30 is disposed on the outer wall side of the upper wall 60 and the lower wall 50, the connecting portion 30 includes a sleeve member 31 and a fastening member 32, the sleeve member 31 is disposed through the fastening member 32, and the sleeve member 31 is threadedly engaged with the fastening member 32. The sleeve member 31 is internally provided with an internal thread adapted to the external thread of the adjustable portion 40, and the internal thread of the sleeve member 31 is a straight thread structure. In the present embodiment, the sleeve member 31 is a straight threaded sleeve with a positive thread and a negative thread, and the length of the sleeve member is 100 mm; fastener 32 is a rotating nut having an outer diameter M22.
As shown in fig. 6 to 7, the adjusting portion 40 includes a column 41 and a positioning member 42, one end of the column 41 is fixedly connected to the positioning member 42, and the other end is embedded in the internal thread of the sleeve member 31 in the adjusting portion 30. Specifically, the column 41 is a straight threaded round bar with a total length of 100mm, wherein the thread length is 50 mm. The end of the column 41 remote from the positioning member 42 is externally threaded and the end near the positioning member 42 is of cylindrical configuration. The positioning piece 42 is an angle steel with a right-angle structure, the size of two side edges is 200mm multiplied by 200mm, and the thickness is 10 mm. The column 41 is welded at the central axis of one side of the angle steel, and the side connected with the column 41 is embedded in the lower end surface or the upper end surface of the placing part 80. The other side of the positioning member 42 is provided with a through hole 43, and the through hole 43 is penetrated by the rod member 11.
The vertical position and the verticality of the prefabricated structural wall member are adjusted by the positioning adjustable device formed by combining the fixing part 10, the positioning part 20, the connecting part 30 and the adjustable part 40 together, and the horizontal positions of the fixing part 10, the positioning part 20, the connecting part 30 and the adjustable part 40 can be ensured to be accurate and fixed. The positioning adjustable device has the advantages of simple structure, simple manufacture and convenient use, and is particularly suitable for positioning and adjusting the vertical component in the assembled wall. Meanwhile, the positioning adjustable device is easy to disassemble and turnover, low in cost, economical cost is saved, the adjusting mode is simple and easy to implement, and labor force can be reduced.
The use method of the positioning and adjusting device of the assembled wall body adopts the positioning and adjusting device, and comprises the following steps:
s1: the positioning part 20 is pre-buried into the lower wall 50 in advance, and the fixing part 10 is disposed to penetrate the lower wall 50 according to the position of the positioning part 20.
S2: the adjusting portion 40 is connectively provided at the lower end of the connecting portion 30, the fixing portion 10 is penetrated through the through hole 43 and the positioning member 42 in the adjusting portion 40 is placed at the lower end surface of the lower groove 81 in the placing portion 80 near one side surface of the connecting portion 30.
S3: the adjusting part 40 is connected with the upper end of the connecting part 30, the fixing part 10 and the positioning part 20 are matched and fixed on the upper wall 60 according to the plane position of the upper wall 60, the connecting position of the connecting part 30 and the adjusting part 40 is adjusted, and the adjusting part 40 is ensured to be vertically arranged.
S4: and pouring concrete into the clearance channel 70, and after the clearance channel 70 is solidified, sequentially detaching the connecting part 30, the adjustable part 40 and the fixing part 10, wherein the positioning part 20 is still embedded in the wall body.
