Abstract
A polyolefin hot melt adhesive for a high-temperature resistant filter and a preparation method thereof. According to the invention, the metallocene catalytic polymer is used for replacing the conventional ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, so that no acidic group exists in the molecule, and the product is not sour; meanwhile, a part of high-softening-point amorphous alpha-olefin copolymer is added to improve the high-temperature resistance of the product, and then the reasonable formula design is carried out by matching with various components such as Fischer-Tropsch wax, hydrogenated petroleum resin, antioxidant and the like to prepare the polyolefin hot melt adhesive for the high-temperature resistant filter. The polyolefin hot melt adhesive for the high-temperature-resistant filter has the advantages of low density, good thermal stability, low smell and good high-temperature resistance.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of hot melt adhesives for filters, and particularly relates to a polyolefin hot melt adhesive for a high-temperature-resistant filter and a preparation method thereof.
Technical Field
With the increasing severity of environmental pollution and the enhancement of environmental awareness of people, the air quality becomes the focus of worldwide attention, the market of the air purifier is greatly developed at present, and the core component of the air purifier is an air filter which is mainly formed by folding and sticking edges after hot melt adhesive lines are sprayed on filter paper. Among these, hot melt adhesives are used as separators for non-membrane air filters, known in the industry as filter line adhesives. The hot melt adhesive is a plastic adhesive which is formed by a thermoplastic material, is coated in a heating and melting state, and is cooled to be in a solid state to complete bonding. At present, most hot melt adhesives for filters in the market adopt ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) as a base body, and have the defect of certain sourness, and particularly in the production process, the sourness can be accumulated in a closed space to cause the working environment to be poor; the thermal stability is poor, the high-temperature heating is easy to yellow, and the machine is stopped due to the blockage of a nozzle caused by carbonization; thirdly, the high and low temperature resistance is poor, and the application range is narrow.
Aiming at the defects of the existing hot melt adhesive for the common filter, the invention provides a polyolefin hot melt adhesive for a high-temperature-resistant filter and a preparation method thereof.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a polyolefin hot melt adhesive for a high-temperature-resistant filter and a preparation method thereof, aiming at the defects of the existing hot melt adhesive for a common filter.
The technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows: a polyolefin hot melt adhesive for a high-temperature resistant filter comprises the following components in parts by weight:
10-40 parts of metallocene catalytic polymer,
10-40 parts of amorphous alpha-olefin copolymer,
5-25 parts of Fischer-Tropsch wax,
20-50 parts of hydrogenated petroleum resin,
0.3-1 part of antioxidant.
The antioxidant is one or two of 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol, tris [2, 4-di-tert-butylphenyl ] phosphite and pentaerythritol tetrakis [3- (3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionate ].
A polyolefin hot melt adhesive for a high-temperature resistant filter and a preparation method thereof are disclosed, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps:
a. putting the high-softening-point amorphous alpha-olefin copolymer and the antioxidant into a reaction kettle, starting to heat and uniformly stirring, controlling the temperature of materials in the reaction kettle at 180 ℃, and heating for 50-70min until the materials are completely melted;
b. b, putting the metallocene catalyzed polymer into the reaction kettle in the step a, uniformly stirring, controlling the stirring speed at 60-100r/min, and stirring for 20-30min until the materials are completely melted;
c. b, adding Fischer-Tropsch wax into the reaction kettle in the step a, uniformly stirring, controlling the stirring speed at 60-100r/min, stirring for 20-30min until the materials are completely molten, and reducing the temperature of the materials to 160 DEG;
d. b, putting hydrogenated petroleum resin into the reaction kettle in the step a, uniformly stirring, controlling the stirring speed at 60-100r/min, stopping heating, sealing the reaction kettle, vacuumizing the reaction kettle until the pressure is less than-0.09 Mpa, controlling the vacuumizing time at 40-60min, and vacuumizing after the vacuumizing time is finished to obtain the hot melt adhesive crude material for high-temperature-resistant polyolefin packaging;
e. and c, discharging the polyolefin hot melt adhesive crude material for the high-temperature resistant filter obtained in the step c by using a 200-mesh 400-mesh three-bag filter, granulating, dehydrating, drying and packaging to obtain a finished product of the polyolefin hot melt adhesive crude material for the high-temperature resistant filter.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention discloses a polyolefin hot melt adhesive for a high-temperature-resistant filter and a preparation method thereof. The metallocene catalytic polymer is used to replace the prior ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, the olefin copolymer is adopted in the molecule, the metallocene catalytic polymer is a colorless and tasteless thermoplastic elastomer, no acidic group is contained in the molecule, and the product has no sour taste. Meanwhile, a part of high-softening-point amorphous alpha-olefin copolymer is added to improve the high-temperature resistance of the product, and then the reasonable formula design is carried out by matching with various components such as Fischer-Tropsch wax, hydrogenated petroleum resin, antioxidant and the like to prepare the polyolefin hot melt adhesive for the high-temperature resistant filter. The polyolefin hot melt adhesive for the high-temperature-resistant filter has the advantages of low density, good thermal stability, low smell and good high-temperature resistance.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples.
Example 1
A polyolefin hot melt adhesive for a high-temperature resistant filter comprises the following components in parts by weight:
40 parts of metallocene catalytic polymer, namely 40 parts of metallocene catalytic polymer,
15 parts of amorphous alpha-olefin copolymer,
10 parts of Fischer-Tropsch wax,
34.7 parts of hydrogenated petroleum resin,
0.3 part of antioxidant.
The antioxidant is 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol.
A polyolefin hot melt adhesive for a high-temperature resistant filter and a preparation method thereof are disclosed, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps:
a. putting the high-softening-point amorphous alpha-olefin copolymer and the antioxidant into a reaction kettle, starting to heat and uniformly stirring, controlling the temperature of materials in the reaction kettle at 180 ℃, and heating for 50-70min until the materials are completely melted;
b. b, putting the metallocene catalyzed polymer into the reaction kettle in the step a, uniformly stirring, controlling the stirring speed at 60-100r/min, and stirring for 20-30min until the materials are completely melted;
c. b, adding Fischer-Tropsch wax into the reaction kettle in the step a, uniformly stirring, controlling the stirring speed at 60-100r/min, stirring for 20-30min until the materials are completely molten, and reducing the temperature of the materials to 120-150 ℃;
d. b, putting hydrogenated petroleum resin into the reaction kettle in the step a, uniformly stirring, controlling the stirring speed at 60-100r/min, stopping heating, sealing the reaction kettle, vacuumizing the reaction kettle until the pressure is less than-0.09 Mpa, controlling the vacuumizing time at 40-60min, and vacuumizing after the vacuumizing time is finished to obtain the hot melt adhesive crude material for high-temperature-resistant polyolefin packaging;
e. and c, discharging the polyolefin hot melt adhesive crude material for the high-temperature resistant filter obtained in the step c by using a 200-mesh 400-mesh three-bag filter, granulating, dehydrating, drying and packaging to obtain a finished product of the polyolefin hot melt adhesive crude material for the high-temperature resistant filter.
The properties of the polyolefin hot melt adhesive for high temperature resistant filters prepared in example 1 are shown in Table 1.
Example 2
A polyolefin hot melt adhesive for a high-temperature resistant filter comprises the following components in parts by weight:
15 parts of metallocene catalytic polymer, namely 15 parts of metallocene catalytic polymer,
25 parts of amorphous alpha-olefin copolymer,
19.2 parts of Fischer-Tropsch wax,
40 parts of hydrogenated petroleum resin, namely 40 parts of hydrogenated petroleum resin,
0.8 part of antioxidant.
The antioxidant is pentaerythritol tetrakis [3- (3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionate ].
A polyolefin hot melt adhesive for a high-temperature resistant filter and a preparation method thereof are disclosed, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps:

e. and c, discharging the polyolefin hot melt adhesive crude material for the high-temperature resistant filter obtained in the step c by using a 200-mesh 400-mesh three-bag filter, granulating, dehydrating, drying and packaging to obtain a finished product of the polyolefin hot melt adhesive crude material for the high-temperature resistant filter.
The properties of the polyolefin hot melt adhesive for high temperature resistant filters prepared in example 2 are shown in Table 1.
Example 3
A polyolefin hot melt adhesive for a high-temperature resistant filter comprises the following components in parts by weight:
30 parts of metallocene catalytic polymer, namely,
35 parts of amorphous alpha-olefin copolymer,
9 parts of Fischer-Tropsch wax,
25 parts of hydrogenated petroleum resin,
and 1 part of antioxidant.
The antioxidant is tris [2, 4-di-tert-butylphenyl ] phosphite, pentaerythrityl tetrakis [3- (3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionate ].
A polyolefin hot melt adhesive for a high-temperature resistant filter and a preparation method thereof are disclosed, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps:

The properties of the polyolefin hot melt adhesive for high temperature resistant filters prepared in example 3 are shown in Table 1.
Comparative example 1
A polyolefin hot melt adhesive for a high-temperature resistant filter comprises the following components in parts by weight:
55 parts of metallocene catalytic polymer, namely 55 parts of metallocene catalytic polymer,
10 parts of Fischer-Tropsch wax,
34 parts of hydrogenated petroleum resin,
and 1 part of antioxidant.
The antioxidant is 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol.
A polyolefin hot melt adhesive for a high-temperature resistant filter and a preparation method thereof are disclosed, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps:
a. adding the metallocene catalyzed polymer and the antioxidant into a reaction kettle, starting to heat and uniformly stirring, controlling the temperature of materials in the reaction kettle at 180 ℃ at 150 ℃, and heating for 50-70min until the materials are completely melted;
b. b, adding Fischer-Tropsch wax into the reaction kettle in the step a, uniformly stirring, controlling the stirring speed at 60-100r/min, stirring for 20-30min until the materials are completely molten, and reducing the temperature of the materials to 120-140 ℃;

The properties of the polyolefin hot melt adhesive for a high temperature resistant filter prepared in comparative example 1 are shown in Table 1.
Comparative example 2
A polyolefin hot melt adhesive for a high-temperature resistant filter comprises the following components in parts by weight:
45 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer,
25 parts of Fischer-Tropsch wax,
49 parts of hydrogenated petroleum resin, namely,
0.5 part of antioxidant.
The antioxidant is tris [2, 4-di-tert-butylphenyl ] phosphite.

a. putting the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and the antioxidant into a reaction kettle, starting to heat and uniformly stirring, controlling the temperature of materials in the reaction kettle at 180 ℃, and heating for 50-70min until the materials are completely melted;

The properties of the polyolefin hot melt adhesive for a high temperature resistant filter prepared in comparative example 2 are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from table 1, after using the olefin polymer as the host polymer, the odor was significantly changed compared to ethylene-vinyl acetate, and was not sour. The introduction of the amorphous alpha-olefin copolymer with high softening point can obviously improve the softening point and high-temperature hardness of the adhesive, namely the temperature resistance is greatly improved. Therefore, based on the production process and product performance considerations, the embodiment 3 is the optimal embodiment, in which the viscosity, softening point, density and hardness all meet the production requirements of customers, and has good product performance, low density, good thermal stability, low odor and good high temperature resistance.
The invention also discloses a preparation method of the polyolefin hot melt adhesive for the high-temperature-resistant filter, which comprises the following steps:
a. putting the high-softening-point amorphous alpha-olefin copolymer and the antioxidant into a reaction kettle, starting to heat and uniformly stirring, controlling the temperature of materials in the reaction kettle at 180 ℃, and heating for 50-70min until the materials are completely melted;
b. b, putting the metallocene catalyzed polymer into the reaction kettle in the step a, uniformly stirring, controlling the stirring speed at 60-100r/min, and stirring for 20-30min until the materials are completely melted;
c. b, adding Fischer-Tropsch wax into the reaction kettle in the step a, uniformly stirring, controlling the stirring speed at 60-100r/min, stirring for 20-30min until the materials are completely molten, and reducing the temperature of the materials to 160 DEG;

Claims (3)
1. A polyolefin hot melt adhesive for a high temperature resistant filter and a preparation method thereof comprise the following components in parts by weight:
10-40 parts of metallocene catalytic polymer,
10-40 parts of amorphous alpha-olefin copolymer,
5-25 parts of Fischer-Tropsch wax,
20-50 parts of hydrogenated petroleum resin,
0.3-1 part of antioxidant.
2. The antioxidant according to claim 1 is one or two of 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol, tris [2, 4-di-tert-butylphenyl ] phosphite, pentaerythrityl tetrakis [3- (3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionate ].
