In order to save wood, improve the utilization rate of wood, reduce forest felling, protect the ecological environment and reduce the cost, the furniture and wood product industry has used a great deal of artificial boards, mainly chipboards, plywood (multilayer boards) and Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF), the artificial boards utilize branches of trees and trees with small diameter, the board with large width is manufactured by an automatic process, is widely used in the furniture and wood product industry, is beautiful and improves the grade, the surfaces of the boards are subjected to secondary veneering processing, such as wood veneer veneering, PVC veneering, fire-proof board veneering and the like, when the boards are used in furniture factories and wooden product factories, need cut according to the product size requirement of oneself, saw cut into the panel of different specifications, the limit can expose the original state of panel, influences pleasing to the eye, just so needs carry out the banding to the limit of panel.
In the edge sealing treatment of the furniture, hot melt adhesive edge sealing is generally adopted, and a full-automatic edge sealing process is adopted, so that the efficiency is high, and the quality is good. With the increasing requirements of domestic and foreign markets on the grade of furniture, when the furniture is subjected to edge sealing, the colors of edge sealing materials and veneering materials of plates are different, such as white, brown, black, yellow and the like, and are different from the color of edge sealing glue, so that the color of a glue layer of the edge sealing glue is different from the color of an edge sealing strip, a black line or a white line is formed, the attractiveness of the furniture is seriously affected, and the grade of the furniture is reduced. At present, a plurality of hot melt adhesive manufacturers adjust the color of the hot melt adhesive according to the requirements of customers, specially produce special colors such as yellow, brown, coffee, red and the like, and meet the requirements of the customers on plates with different colors, but bring troubles to the operation and arrangement of the customers, the plates with different colors need to use glue with different colors, the customers need to prepare the hot melt adhesives with various colors, and meanwhile, when the customers use the hot melt adhesives, the glue with different colors needs to be replaced, so that the glue grooves need to be cleaned, the mutual pollution of various colors is avoided, the workload is increased, the loss of the glue is improved, and the cost of the customers is increased.
When furniture banding is mainly solved to this patent, the glue film colour of hot melt adhesive banding glue and the inconsistent black line or the difficult problem of white line that leads to of the colour of panel and banding strip only glue with a section, just solve the gluey line problem of the difference of most panel colours.

Evaluation of Performance
1. The method for testing and judging the adhesive-free line comprises the following steps: the EVA edge sealing hot melt adhesives prepared in the embodiments 1 to 6 with no adhesive lines and low adhesive coating amount are respectively used for processing wood boards (the wood boards are consistent in material, size, thickness and weight) needing edge sealing; after the project is finished, whether the colors of the edge sealing strips of the wood board and the front junction of the wood board are consistent or not is judged by adopting an observation method, whether the glue lines can be seen or not is observed, wherein the glue application amount is 160g/m2(ii) a The test results are shown in table 1 below.
TABLE 1 test results
Glue line result
Example 1 Non-glue line
Example 2 Glue-free wire
Example 3 Glue-free wire
Example 4 Rubber wire
Example 5 Rubber wire
Example 6 Rubber wire
As can be seen from the comparison of the embodiments 1 to 5, the wood board to be edge-sealed is treated by adopting the technical scheme of the embodiment 1, and no glue line appears; in addition, the invention also adopts the test method to respectively carry out edge sealing experiments on the brown plate, the white plate, the yellow plate and the black plate, and no glue line is found after the engineering is finished; in addition, the sizing amount used in the experiment of example 1 of the present invention was 160g/m2Compared with 250g/m adopted in the prior art2The invention has the advantages of less glue coating amount and glue saving; in practical cases, it is found that 25 kg of the product can seal 4500 m plates, and common edge sealing glue and 25 kg of glue can only seal plates about 3000 m.
