The invention discloses a humic acid microbial inoculum water-soluble fertilizer, which relates to the technical field of fertilizers and comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 25-29% of urea, 13-17% of ammonium sulfate, 15-17% of phosphorus nitrate, 13-17% of potassium sulfate, 9-11% of humic acid, 1-3% of trace elements, 5-7% of compound sodium nitrophenolate, 2-4% of microbial inoculum and 5-7% of ammonium bicarbonate, wherein the humic acid is one or more of ammonium humate, potassium humate and sodium humate, and the microbial inoculum is one or more of rhizobium microbial inoculum, azotobacter microbial inoculum, phosphate-solubilizing microbial inoculum, growth-promoting microbial inoculum and bioremediation microbial inoculum. The invention has various varieties, greatly improves the quality of agricultural products, can improve soil, can maintain the balance of rhizosphere microbial systems and degrade toxic substances, can prevent soil-borne diseases, reduces the using amount of chemical fertilizers and reduces the cost.
