The freeze-dried powder for beauty treatment is obtained by the production process.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
the preparation method comprises the steps of adding active peptide and sialic acid into a fresh corn-cactus mixed extracting solution, uniformly mixing, carrying out primary freeze drying to obtain an intermediate product, realizing primary protection on the active peptide and the sialic acid, spraying precooled cocoa bean-tremella mixed fermentation liquor on the surface of the intermediate product, carrying out secondary freeze drying, realizing secondary protection on the active peptide and the sialic acid, storing the obtained freeze-dried powder product for a long time without a low temperature, avoiding the problems of deterioration and the like for a period of time after unsealing, and greatly improving the stability of the freeze-dried powder product.
The active peptide is composed of carnosine, acetyl tetrapeptide-5, bonito elastin peptide and nisin, and the dosage of the four is reduced in sequence. Carnosine, a dipeptide consisting of beta-alanine and histidine, is capable of preventing skin aging and whitening skin, has antioxidant properties, and is a natural antioxidant; acetyl tetrapeptide-5 is a tetrapeptide, known as a moisturizing or hygroscopic agent, that helps to reduce ocular edema, improve skin elasticity and overall smoothness; the extraction source of the skipjack elastin peptide is the skipjack heart, the skipjack elastin peptide is composed of 2-20 amino acids, belongs to elastin peptide, and has the effects of promoting skin injury repair, blood vessel regeneration, promoting fibroblast proliferation and the like; the nisin is a small peptide consisting of 34 amino acids, and has strong inhibiting effect on gram-positive bacteria and the like. The invention uses carnosine, acetyl tetrapeptide-5, bonito elastin peptide and nisin with different molecular weights in a matching way, and the introduction of the relative macromolecular peptide is mainly to enrich the amino acid types and achieve better beautifying effect. Carnosine with small molecular weight accounts for the largest proportion, nisin with large molecular weight accounts for the smallest proportion, so that the skin of a human body can absorb small molecules more easily, and the absorption of the small molecules can assist the diffusion of macromolecules so as to be absorbed by the skin. Therefore, the amount of the peptide with large molecular weight should not be too large, which may result in skin failure to absorb the peptide.
The active peptide is matched with sialic acid for use, the sialic acid, also called N-acetyl neuraminic acid, is a derivative of the neuraminic acid, has the functions of protecting and stabilizing cells, has extremely strong negative charges, can enable cell membranes to have negative charges, and promotes the transfer of small peptides due to the existence of the sialic acid because the transfer of the small peptides depends on the positive charges (hydrogen ions, metal ions and the like) so as to be beneficial to skin absorption.
The fresh corn contains the phytosterol besides minerals and the like which are beneficial to the skin, has high permeability on the skin, can guide other components to permeate into the skin, can keep the moisture on the surface of the skin, promote the metabolism of the skin and inhibit the skin inflammation, and also has certain oxidation resistance. The cactus is rich in colloidal substances, and is helpful for forming a colloidal film on the skin surface to play a role in moisturizing; the cactus also contains phytosterol which can remove hydroxyl free radicals and superoxide anions, thereby being beneficial to accelerating the blocking effect of flavonoid compounds in the fresh corn on free radical chain reaction, and the fresh corn and the cactus synergistically play an anti-oxidation role. Therefore, the first important protection formed by the fresh corn-cactus mixed extract is to improve the oxidation resistance (improve the stability of the freeze-dried powder product) and guide the skin to absorb, which is beneficial to repairing and moisturizing the skin and achieving the beautifying effect.
The cocoa beans contain a large amount of antioxidant polyphenol, and the tremella contains amino acids, minerals and the like which are beneficial to the skin, and also contains a large amount of colloid components to form a structure similar to a protective film, and the film-shaped structure formed by the tremella is beneficial to uniform dispersion of polyphenol, so that the polyphenol becomes an isolation layer between the skin of a human body and the air, and the antioxidation of the polyphenol is fully exerted. Cocoa beans and tremella can degrade contained fat (easy rancidity) through fermentation treatment, meanwhile, macromolecular protein is degraded into micromolecular peptide or amino acid, the sialic acid can promote the micromolecular peptide or amino acid to be directly absorbed by skin, the amino acid types are further enriched on the basis of the active peptide, epidermal cells are jointly activated, nutrition is supplemented for the skin, fibroblast cells of the dermis layer are stimulated, collagen synthesis is accelerated, and the cosmetic effect of repairing and moisturizing is achieved. The significance of the secondary protection formed by the cocoa bean-tremella mixed fermentation liquor lies in further improving the oxidation resistance, namely further improving the stability of the freeze-dried powder product.
In addition to the objects, features and advantages described above, other objects, features and advantages of the present invention are also provided. The present invention will be described in further detail below.
