The present invention provides a stewing and steaming device 100.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, a stewing device 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a stewing device 10, a stewing core 20 accommodated in the stewing device 10, and a water supply device 30 connected to the stewing device 10, wherein the stewing device 10 includes: the stewing pot comprises a pot body 11, wherein a stewing cavity 101 is arranged in the pot body 11, and a stewing core 20 is accommodated in the stewing cavity 101; the heating plate 12 is connected to the bottom of the pot body 11, a heating channel 121 communicated with the stewing cavity 101 is arranged in the heating plate 12, and a sealing ring 50 is connected between the bottom of the pot body 11 and the heating plate 12;
a water inlet channel 3101 is arranged in the water supply device 30, and the water supply device 30 is connected with the heating plate 12 through a pipeline 312 so as to communicate the water inlet channel 3101 with the heating channel 121; the stewing device 100 further comprises a control valve 33 arranged in the pipeline 312, wherein the control valve 33 conducts the pipeline 312 in the water flow direction from the water supply device 30 to the heating plate 12 and blocks the pipeline 312 in the water flow direction from the heating plate 12 to the water supply device 30.
In this embodiment, a sealing ring 50 for sealing and connecting the pot body 11 and the heating plate 12 is further interposed between the bottom of the pot body 11 and the heating plate 12, that is, the sealing ring 50 is used to seal and connect the connection between the bottom of the pot body 11 and the heating plate 12, so that when water or steam in the heating channel 121 is led to the stewing cavity 101, the problem of leakage is avoided, more specifically, the cross section of the sealing ring 50 shown in fig. 1 can be U-shaped or L-shaped, so as to facilitate the installation and positioning of the sealing ring 50, increase the contact area thereof, and improve the sealing effect thereof.
In the application, the stewing core 20 is used for containing food, the stewing cavity 101 is used for sealing and accumulating steam when steam is heated, so that the steam is filled in the stewing cavity 101 to carry out steam heating on the stewing core 20, and the stewing cavity 101 is used for containing and storing water when water bath heating is carried out, in particular, water is added into the pot body 11, so that the stewing core 20 is partially or completely immersed by the water to carry out water bath heating on the stewing core 20; the heating plate 12 has a heating function, a heating channel 121 formed in the heating plate 12 is used for containing water, the water in the heating channel 121 is heated through the heating plate 12, when steam is heated, the heating plate 12 heats the water in the heating channel 121 to generate steam and leads to the stewing cavity 101, and when water bath heating is performed, the heating plate 12 heats the water in the heating channel 121 and conducts the heat to the water in the stewing cavity 101.
When steam heating is required, water in the water supply device 30 can be continuously supplemented into the heating channel 121 through the control valve 33, the water is supplied to continuously generate steam, and further, when steam heating is required, the water level entering the heating channel 121 is controlled by controlling the water supply amount of the water supply device 30, so that the water level in the heating channel 121 is kept low, and steam is quickly heated and generated;
when water bath heating is needed, water is firstly added into the stewing cavity 101 of the pot body 11, the water in the heating plate 12 cannot flow back to the water supply device 30 due to the blocking effect of the control valve 33, water is always added to enable the stewing core 20 to be partially or completely immersed, the heating plate 12 heats up again to carry out water bath heating, and the water in the pot body 11 can be prevented from being spilled outwards through the water inlet channel 3101 in the carrying process due to the blocking effect of the control valve 33. Therefore, the stew and steam utensil 100 of the present invention can realize two functions of steam heating and water bath heating, and solves the problem of single function of the traditional stew and steam utensil, and the stew and steam utensil 100 of the present invention can perform steam heating in addition to water bath heating such as porridge cooking or soup cooking, so as to make steamed soup, steamed dishes, food reheating, milk bottle, towel disinfection, etc.
Further, referring to fig. 1 and 4 together, the water supply device 30 of the present embodiment includes: a water inlet channel 3101 is arranged in the water inlet disc 31; and the water tank assembly 32, be equipped with a sealed chamber 3201 in the water tank assembly 32, water tank assembly 32 at least partially holds in intake tray 31, the overflow hole 3202 with sealed chamber 3201 intercommunication is seted up to the part that water tank assembly 32 held in intake tray 31, overflow hole 3202 and inhalant canal 3101 intercommunication.
Specifically, the heating plate 12 has a water inlet 122, the heating passage 121 is communicated with the pipeline 312 through the water inlet 122, and the height of the overflow aperture 3202 is higher than that of the water inlet 122.
Conventional stewpots 100, such as electric stewpots, are typically low in power and operate by first heating the water in the electric stewpot, which takes a significant amount of time to transfer heat from the water to the outer wall of the stewpot and then to the food in the stewpot. If the power of the electric stewpan is increased, the cooking speed can be increased, however, a large amount of water is evaporated and taken away by high-power heating, and the cooking effect of food is affected due to the fact that the food is dried before being cooked or water needs to be added by a user halfway. When water is added into the electric stewpot, the water level line of the electric stewpot needs to be referred to ensure that the water adding amount is in a proper range, and because the sight line of a user who normally observes when adding water is downward rather than horizontal, unnecessary troubles are brought to the user. Meanwhile, if a user needs to add water in midway, the pot cover of the electric stewpot needs to be opened firstly, then water is added into the pot body of the electric stewpot, a large amount of steam in the pot can cause the problem that the user is scalded when the user manually opens the pot cover, and the temperature of the steam in the pot body is greatly reduced after the water is added in midway, so that the cooking of food is influenced. And, when the water in the electric stewpot is in the boiling, the steam bubble breaks out and can produce a large amount of noises, when the bubble breaks out in stew core bottom, produce the effort to stew the core and arouse that the equal striking vibrations between stew core and the inner wall of the pot body of electric stewpot for in the culinary art process of steam heating, noise vibrations are great.
When the stewing device 100 of the invention is heated by steam, as shown in the use principle diagrams shown in fig. 1 and 8, water in the closed cavity 3201 of the water tank assembly 32 flows out of the overflow holes 3202, flows into the water inlet channel 3101 of the water inlet disc 31 and flows to the heating channel 121 through the water inlet channel 3101. When the liquid level outside the overflow hole 3202 rises to the overflow hole 3202, the overflow hole 3202 is in liquid seal by the liquid level, and the water in the sealed cavity 3201 does not flow out any more;
when the water in the heating channel 121 is heated to evaporate and reduce the amount of water in the heating channel 121, the water in the water inlet disc 31 flows to the heating channel 121, so that the amount of water in the water inlet disc 31 is reduced, the water level in the water inlet disc 31 is lowered, the liquid level outside the overflow hole 3202 is lowered, and the overflow hole 3202 is exposed to the liquid level, so that the water in the sealed cavity 3201 of the water tank assembly 32 continuously flows out of the overflow hole 3202 and flows to the heating channel 121 to supply water until the liquid level outside the overflow hole 3202 rises to the overflow hole 3202, the overflow hole 3202 is "liquid-sealed" by the liquid level again, the water in the sealed cavity 3201 does not flow out due to the external atmospheric pressure, and thus the water tank assembly 32 intermittently supplies water to the heating channel 121. The heating channel 121 is always kept in a small and proper water quantity range, so that the condition that the stewing device 100 is dry-cooked before food cooking is finished can be prevented, meanwhile, the step of adding water in midway during the use of the stewing device 100 is omitted, and the problem that a user opens the stewing device 10 to be scalded by a large amount of steam in the stewing cavity 101 during midway water supplement is avoided. For example, when the water in the water tank assembly 32 is exhausted when the continuous cooking needs to be performed for a very long time, the water tank assembly 32 is only required to be taken down and added with water, and then the water tank assembly is turned over in the water inlet plate 31 again without opening the pot cover 112, and in the water adding process, residual water is stored in the heating plate 12 and the water inlet plate 31 and can be continuously heated and evaporated; namely, the midway water adding does not affect the cooking process, and the harm of scalding and the like caused by high-temperature steam when the user opens the pot cover 112 is avoided. The stewing device 10 does not need to be opened midway to add water into the stewing cavity 101, so that the heating temperature of steam in the stewing cavity 101 can be kept, and the heating effect on substances such as food is better. When steam is heated, only a small amount of water in the stewing device 10 is boiled, the noise is low, no vibration is caused to the acting force of the stewing core 20, and the noise and the vibration are reduced in the cooking process.
It is understood that, during the use process, the height of the water level entering the heating channel 121 can be controlled by adjusting the height difference between the overflow hole 3202 and the water inlet hole 122, or a better height difference between the overflow hole 3202 and the water inlet hole 122 can be adjusted and maintained during the whole process, so as to achieve a better steam heating effect.
Further, referring to fig. 1, 6 and 7, in the present embodiment, the water tank assembly 32 includes a tank 321 and a tank cover 322 covering the tank 321, the tank 321 and the tank cover 322 together form a sealed cavity 3201, the tank cover 322 is accommodated in the water inlet tray 31, and the tank cover 322 is provided with an overflow hole 3202. Specifically, before use, the box 321 is placed right side by side, water is added into the box 321, then the cover 322 is sealed on the box 321, and when in use, the covered box 321 is placed upside down to assume the state shown in fig. 1, that is, the box 321 is placed upside down, and the overflow hole 3202 faces downward and enters the water inlet channel 3101.
Further, as a preferred embodiment in this embodiment, the control valve 33 is provided as a solenoid valve, specifically, when steam heating is required, the solenoid valve is controlled to be opened so as to communicate the water inlet channel 3101 with the heating channel 121, and the water tank assembly 32 supplies water to the heating pan 12 to generate steam; when water bath heating is needed, the electromagnetic valve is controlled to be closed, then water is added into the stewing cavity 101 in the pot body 11, the water in the heating channel 121 cannot flow back to the water inlet channel 3101 due to the blocking effect of the electromagnetic valve until the stewing core 20 is partially or completely immersed, and the heating plate 12 is electrified to heat the stewing core 20 in the water bath.
Further, referring to fig. 2 and 5, as another preferred embodiment in this embodiment, the control valve 33 is a check valve 33a, and the check valve 33a includes: a first valve body 331, a valve cavity 3301 is disposed in the first valve body 331, the valve cavity 3301 has a first cavity wall 3311 and a second cavity wall 3312 opposite to each other, the first cavity wall 3311 is formed with a first through hole 3311a and a second through hole 3311b communicating with the heating channel 121, and the second cavity wall 3312 is formed with a third through hole 3312a communicating with the water inlet channel 3101; the valve core 332 comprises a valve rod part 3321 connected with a plugging part 3322 of the valve rod part 3321, the valve rod part 3321 is slidably inserted into the first through hole 3311a, and the plugging part 3322 is accommodated in the valve cavity 3301; when the water flow direction is from the water inlet 3101 to the heating channel 121, the blocking portion 3322 abuts against the first chamber wall 3311, and the second through hole 3311b is communicated with the third through hole 3312 a; when the water flows from the heating channel 121 to the water inlet channel 3101, the blocking portion 3322 abuts against the second wall 3312 and blocks the third through hole 3312 a.
Specifically, when the water flow direction is from the water inlet channel 3101 to the heating channel 121, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the blocking portion 3322 abuts against the first chamber wall 3311, and the second through hole 3311b is communicated with the third through hole 3312a, so that the water in the water inlet channel 3101 of the water inlet plate 31 can flow to the heating channel 121 of the heating plate 12, and the stew utensil 100 can be heated by steam.
